I gave my mobile for service before 3 months and till date it is with them. They keep on saying that it is still under repair. Every time when I call Micromax Service Center to get updates they are excusing with a reason and ask to wait for another 20 days. As a IT professional it is hard to be without a smart phone....

And now whenever I call them for my mobile they just say that we have sent your handset to delhi so wait. Its been a month, and the company is launching new mobiles every month but what about the service. Its really very poor.
