Hi, I am facing lot of issues in the handset from the day I have purchased:- 1. Applications are not moving to memory card. 2. Whatever is downloaded, is been downloaded in Internal Memory and in this handset internal memory is not that much for this reason I am unable to download any application 3.It hangs alot. Kindly replace it with other model of the same value. Worst experience with customer care number. It never gets connected to Customer Care Agent. Regards Mansi Gupta [protected]

RAJAT TRIPATHI (HEAD OF NCR REGION), every time same excuse they all are giving that its under process. I just don't understand stand small use issue taking more than 27 days. If I will not get my phone. I will going to complaint to consumer court. Very soon. Very pathetic service by micromax . Totally disappointed.

      Dear sir Myself Neeraj rai, submitted my Micro max A108(W) mobile phone dated 30/09/2014 at your micro max service center M/S SHRI LAXMI ENTERPRISES A-54 (FF), GULAB BAGH, OPP METRO PILLAR NO.-750, UTTAM NAGAR Delhi-110059 because of Display touch screen not working problem. But after 40 days I still not received my cell phone against Job sheet reference no is N[protected]. I, Thanks to Micro Max for satisfactory service to Metro city customer thinking that what will be condition to the other city customer .Now, I state that my money for the set may be return, because i do not want this much fast service being in Metro city where all the facility is available at door step. And warranty of set expired at Service Centre it self. Thanks Waiting for fast and favourable service.

        I have purchased Micromax A-106(unite-2) on 25 Aug 2014.Whose flash light was not working, after one month customer care swap the phone.Again I was facing problem in new phone whose power on/off button was not working properly.Again I contact to customer care on 16 oct 2014 whose job card sheet no. is[protected].No response from customer care.I am mentally disturbed for this problem.Please either refund my money or provide new mobile set as soon possible.
        I will be thankful to you.
        This is in reference to conversation with Micromax service centre regarding my complaint for my Micromax Smartphone.

          I bought micromax A310 no. [protected] dated 30.09.14 from Nagrik Beauty Palace, Abhivadan Shivaji Path, thane (W) . Phone No. is 25401303 . Just within month time i am facing problem of voice hearing, my voice is not hear by other during the conversation. I already gone to Micromax Service Station at Mulund, they repair the same & again with in 1-1/12 hour time facing with the same problem. When i try to speak with call centre no response is received. So Please take necessary action to repair my mobile, or take necessary action to replace the same model. My contact number is [protected],

            I gave my mobile for service before 3 months and till date it is with them. They keep on saying that it is still under repair. Every time when I call Micromax Service Center to get updates they are excusing with a reason and ask to wait for another 20 days. As a IT professional it is hard to be without a smart phone.

              I have given my phone for repairing at Sun mobile (Dimapur micromax authorized service) on 9th of oct 2014.Customer Job card NO.-9787. And now whenever I call them for my mobile they just say that we have sent your handset to delhi so wait. Its been a month, and the company is launching new mobiles every month but what about the service. Its really very poor.
              Please help me regarding this.

              there has been no reply from the Micromax co. yet, yesterday I went to the dimapur service centre again to enquire about my handset, still they said we dont know about your handset and we dont have the parts right now.
              Can you please look into this matter and resolve soon .

              The company is ruining thier own name by not providing any good services back.

                Hello !!

                On 10th Oct'14 my friend (Audithya) submitted my Phone(A94) with a authorized Micro max service dealer in Bangalore (Jalahalli Cross) for rectifying problem with camera and battery back up. At the time of submission it was told that phone will be returned within 15 days. Now almost 25 days have been passed and still there is no response from service center. I Visited service center again couple of days ago & got response that it will take another 10 to 15 days. Never expected such a worst experience with company having high values in the market. I was also denied to to give a stand by handset till I get my phone.

                Kindly request you to help me in getting the phone at the earliest. Below are the bill and complaint numbers.

                  Dear sir Myself Bablu i submitted my Micro max A62 MODEL CODE SERMOB0188 mobile phone on dated 09/09/2014 at your Miromax M/s Optimal Soltions 195 barasat road nonachandan pukur barrackpore 700122 kolkata. Problem was 4101 power does not switch on. But two months has been passed but no response. I had visited three times (13 Oct, 27 Oct and 06 Nov) but every time they are tailing it will ten days more. It becomes very difficult for me to go again and again to the service point as their response is vary pathetic. At first they told me it will take just ten to fifteen days but two months had been passed but joy.                             my micro max A250 mobile given for service on 15/10/2014 and the job card no:s[protected]. But the issue has not been solved and also no proper response from the service center. Tambaram service center. i am going file a complaint regarding this issue in consumer court against micro max, i take it to next level of legal consainment. [protected]/[protected]

                            Again I make a call and spoke to the service center mananger still replying the same answer, Still the problem has not been solved.
                            kindly give me a solution to resolve this issue.
                            Because of this issue am mentally depressed and very much frustrated.
                            You can see all the Micromax Service Centers over crowded, reason being their very very poor quality and service. Please for gods sake, dont buy MICROMAX Mobiles...
                            I purchased micro max mobile A250 Turbo on July 2014 my micro max A250 mobile touch display not working since Oct-15th same day I went to micromax Chrompet service center they told me that we replacing ur touch pannel in maximum 15 days but till now after Four weeks they r not responding...i want my phone repair as soon as possible plz take action against micromax Chrompet Chennai service center...my mobile number is [protected] my Job Card Number :s[protected] please contact me as soon as possible

I will never buy phone of micromax which serivce was so poor in mobile phones .. i have given my phone bolt A089 to M/s abacus systems s.c.o -824, nac, manimajra, above indian bank, chandigarh tel no[protected] mobile submited on[protected] so they give me jjob sheet no- n[protected] they are saying ur phone was under process between 15 days .. today i call to delhi head office they are saying that ur complaint was today register then saying u have wait for 1 month .. so u dn"t give my phone between in 1 week . i will file court case to ur so called company ..i.e. micromax

                                I give my Micromax canvas 2.2 handset for touch repair on date September 29, 2014 at dehraddehradudehrdehradun and still today I am just getting the answer from customer care that your handset is under process. I want to know from Micromax firm, that what kind of services you are provieded to your users. Are they free to call you again and again to listen, " Your handset is under process.". Kindly, ensure about your quality service, that's why your users couldn`t suffers with problems created by this type of qulity services.

I want to know from Micromax firm, that what kind of services you are provieded to your users. Are they free to call you again and again to listen, " Your handset is under process.".                                     I have purchased micromax A67 in jan 2014 which is under warranty .started facing problem such as phone hanging problem access utilization of Ram.even through I have not installed too many apps and most imp LCD blinking after a month I got frustrated with the phone decided to give into it a service centre I gave my phone to M/S shri krishna comm(delhi) on 19 sep 2014..They told me that this phone cannot be repaired by them so they sent my phone to the company and told me that it would take 1 week today it has been almost 2 month I still didn't got my phone back every time when I tried to enquire about my phone I always got the same reply that it take 15-20 days ...so I just want to know whether you are capable of giving my phone or not..I am realy very frustrated from your service and I request you to kindly repair my phone quickly ..IMEI/ESN no [protected]/[protected] item no without acc.A67(w).modal code SERMOB0309 mobile no provided in service centre [protected].thank you

                                      I have given a Micromax Mobile model No.EG116 for repair to Micromax service centre at pune on 20/8/2014 vide docket No.W[protected].(Copy Attached) The defects are as follows. 1)Sliding for Unlock and Taking the call not functioning almost 80% of time and needs repeated efforts. 2)Camera- Not switching on for Front Camera. 3)While writing a message wrong letters are typed. 4)The letters get repeated while writing a message. 5)Send message key not operating immediately after touching.Needs repeated efforts.6)Sometimes the the phone gets hanged. Micromax has not given me the repaired set till today .The reply they are sending to every follow up mail is requesting to bear with Micromax but there no commitment.The Pune service centre has replied that they have not received the part(Touch Screen) from Micromax. In the process I have incurred a big loss of my business.I want to claim an amount of Rs.50000/- From Micromax mobiles.

                                        Sir, This is for kind attention & information that i am your new customer of micromax.I have bought 2 new phones of model canvas A-108 on 15 aug 2014.both were excellent in functioning. But after 5 sep 2014 one of them start having a problem of touch screen.some time its touch panel works or some time not.But any how i gone with the phone till 14 oct 2014.Finally on that day its completely stopped working. I gone to your service centre named MOBILE ZONE B-21/2483/1-A NEAR QUALITY DHARAM KANTA JANTA NAGAR, GILL ROAD LUDHIANA [protected]. JIB SHEET NO[protected] of[protected] Company representative there told me that it will take 10-15 days to Resolve the issue so i have to submit the my phone.i did that.Then i called after 10 days.They again says that it will take more 10 days from now.Then after that time they said that touch panel from company will come on 5th of nov-2014 & phone will be delivered in ok condition on 6th.But today i called & they still saying that didn't get the part & also saying that i can talk to higher person in the company with the phone no[protected] of Mr Ajay.But he didn't pic my call even i called many time.
