Hello,

I am submting this complain with the hopes that it will be answered soon and some action will be taken on it.
I purchased Micromax Canvas 2.2 Model number A114 in May 2014, I did not came across any issues untill and unless in September its display went blank.
I submitted it to service station on September 20 and despite of being in warranty i was asked to pay for the expenses 3125 for the repairing of the phone.As it was water damage so i agreed to pay that amount confirming on the condition that phone will work fine after that repair and there will be no further issues in it.

There was no response from the service center for full one month and when i called them i was asked to collect my phone as it was ready.When i received my phone i realised that keypad was dead and home, back, options key was not working.

What kind of engineers or technicians a service station would be having when after keeping phone for full one and half month they cant even realise that keypad is dead and they give it back to customer saying that phone is ready????

anyhow when i asked service station guys to repair keypad they asked me to pay 1400 more in addition to 3125 amount.I argued them on this and then i was told by senior staffs that they will check with micromax company on this whether keypad repair can be covered under warranty.

PHONE IS STILL WITH THEM AND THERE IS NO RESPONSE UPTILL, THEY ARE STILL CHECKING WITH MICROMAX GUYS
FOR 10 DAYS..IS IT REALLY THIS TIME TO TAKE?????????

HONESTLY I HAVE LEAST HOPES LEFT WITH THAT PHONE CONSIDERING THE KIND OF RESPONSE AND ATTITUDE MICROMAX SERVICE STATION STAFFS COMES WITH, .
after the incidents which took place with me I would never recommend anyone to purchase Micromax phones or in any case buy it myself..

    Hello !!

    I have submitted my Phone(Micromax Canvas A210, Under warranty) on September 30, 2014 with a authorized Micromax service center in Gurgaon
    (BEST TECH SERVICES) for rectifying problem with power ON/OFF button. At the time of submission it was told that phone will be returned within 15 days.
    Now almost 40 days have been passed and still there is no response from service center.I called and visited service center many times and again today &
    got response that it will take another 15 days. The service Never expected such a worst experience with company having high values in the market.
    I was also denied to give a stand by handset till I get my phone.I am not getting any positive response from service center and day to day they are harassing me with no proper update/response from their side.

    I request you to help me in getting the phone at the earliest.

      i have submitted my phone on 16th august 2014 for repair in the delight
      services micromax service in delhi after 6 days they called me and told
      me that your phone has been repaired collect it from service centre but
      when i collect my phone its not working.Then i go to another micromax
      service centre they told that the display connector is broken and they
      will not accept it. Then i twice deposit it to the previous service
      centre .on 12th september when i gave my jobsheet for asking that my
      phone is ready or not but they misplace the jobsheet and maked a new one
      but the new jobsheet has new imei and jobsheet no.When i asked hin they
      told me that your phone will be replace.all the time i call them they
      tell server is not working or they always try to postpone weeks.old
      josheet no-NO[protected], new jobsheet no-NO[protected]
      approx -2.5 months are gone.
      please take immediate action

        My name is T.Venkata Rao . I bought a micromax A106 in BIG C at Amalapuram. Within 10 days the phone was automatically switching off while calling somebody or listening songs . So we gave to service centre at Amalapuram . They kept with them that mobile for 1 month and 15 days . But they said that the problem has been solved, but we are still facing the same problem . I think that this is very bad for your company . Please rectify our problem . I have already used micromax gravity mobile since 2 years . Give me suggestion . THANK YOU

          Dear Micromax, Today 07/11/2014, having a very BAD experience with your Authorized Service Centre at M/S K.S. MOBILE (NCR) Ghaziabad having Job Sheet No. *N[protected]*regarding Handset having so many problems LIKE BLUETOOTH NOT WORKING, KEY PAD NOT WORKING, HANG PROBLEM, SPEAKER PROBLEM, given on 13 Oct’2014 & getting a call regarding to collect the Hand set on 06 Nov’2014. I went to collect the Handset on 07 Nov’2014 but I found that the Handset is been changed. I told to the representative that this was not mine handset. At first instant she was trying to show & convincing me like that this is my Handset. After continuous denying from my end at last she confirmed from the staff who is inside the room then she told that the HANDSET is been changed & pretending as this is the new Hand set. I observed during very first instant that this handset was not mine. My hand set was about 11 months old & having a very good appearance even their screen lamination/screen guard was not out & there is no scratch over it. I strongly told to all the representatives who were there at the authorized service centre that I will not take this. I also talked over phone only once to Feroz who is the incharge of the authorized service centre. But after receiving the call only at once he has not responded my calls I tried more than 10 times while sitting in the authorized service centre but there was no response. I also told to call any responsible person to sort out my issue. They told they will not help anything if you want to take this handset then it is ok otherwise we will not help you in rude way. After this I tried call to customer care on 07/11/2014, after long waiting I had talked with 2 representatives One is Akash & other is Female. They both have quietly listened my problem. On the behalf of talking with them I am forwarding the snap detail which is offered to me. Here are the points for concern 1. Why the Handset is been changed? Why you don’t have the resources to correct the fault as per the detailed job sheet. I don’t ACCEPT any other handset inspite of MY OWN or give me the NEW Handset if you have NO resources available to OK the Faults of MY Handset. 2. The handset is been changed without of my concern. It is the responsibility of the company to inform to ME before doing any such activity. NO INFORMATION IS GIVEN TO ME. 3. There is no responsible person at authorized service centre to help out from the issues. No manners how to talk. DO STANDARDIZE THE AUTHORIZED SERVICE CENTRES WITH KNOWLEDGABLE & SKILLED PERSONS HOW TO BEHAVE & UNDERSTAND THE IMPORTANCE OF THE CUSTOMER. 4. I HAVE ATTACHED THE SNAP OF THE HANDSET WHICH IS OFFERED TO ME. I will not ACCEPT such type of Handset either give my own handset or do replace with NEW. 5. DO RETURN MY OWN HANDSET I WILL NOT REQUIRE ANY OTHER HANDSET. I AM HAPPY WITH MY OWN handset. IT IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE COMPANY TO GIVE THE PERFECT RESOLUTION TO THE CUSTOMER. I WILL STRONGLY NOT ACCEPT THIS SUCH HANDSET. 6. OTHERWISE I HAVE TO KNOCK THE DOOR OF THE CONSUMER FORUM TO RESOLVE THIS ISSUE. 7. Today 07/11/2014, my entire day spoiled due to the decision taken by the MICROMAX SERVICE. I am a working professional. DO NOT TAKE THE CUSTOMER ON FORGRANTED. 8. I have given my Handset for Service for 26 days. 26 days are too much to get the best service from the service part. Why the Hand set is been kept for 26 days if you have no resources to resolve the issue. But, I am not at all satisfy with the solution provided to me at last.             Sir, I purchased a micromax smart phone ( Model- A62) from Gopal Time and Telecom of Chandidas Market, Durgapur on 18.05.2014. But within few days A problem has reported 5201 SIM INSERT SIM CARD. Through the mobile selling centre Gopal Telecom I was sent to your servicing Centre SILICA SERVICES at City Centre( Bengal Ambuja Housing Limited, ! st Floor), Durgapur-713216. But I didnot any positive response from them and day to day harashing me. Like me other customers are being harashed by them and not getting satisfactory services. Being harashed by them several times I will have to take Media help alongwith legal actions. I know that Micromax has reached to a satisfactory destination in india's cell phone Market.               Dear sir.i purchase micromax canvas hd it happened almost 10 months back.frequently i am getting problem with my mobile.First time it was volume down key problem and later it was getting error message while downloading apps from google play store.when i handed my mobile to nearby micromax authorized serVice centre they declared it as software issue.they took 20 days to return my mobile as they had passed it to head office.After service, i was happy with there service, but now i am facing the same Play store error and touch problem.i was totally annoyed with your service which is out of customers satisfaction.completely it Was mobile issue.i want to have a replacement with the existing one.so Would you please concern about my complaint and solve this issue as soon as possible.please let me know about suggestion in the Form of mail.thanking u sir

                Sir, I purchased Micromax A290 smart phone on 2 sept 2014. After 45 days the battery got swelling so i replaced it keeping the handset 20 days to micromax service station. After repairing this, charging base get damaged, again i got it repaired from service station. Now again the charging base get damaged. so if such problems are finding day by day even though the hand set is newone.Finally i get frustrate and now demanding that i don't want this hand set.                   Dear Sir, I am very disapponted for your warranty service.Two day before my mob has network problem then i go to micromax service centre, they cheak & Say sim try is problem & this is charged 350 rupees & out of warranty covrage. Than thay change & Say your problem is solve. When i put sim same problem in mobile. I complain again & thay say this mobile have mother board problem & this is not in warranty covrage.                       My mobile started giving problems today, totaly knocked off ( Purchased on 8th August 2014) & when I have gone to lodged complainant with the, Race Course Road Globle Infotech, Indore M.P. Centre ( Met Mr. Gourav Mehata & front desk Rep. Ms. Jaya). They didn't understand the problem first, my handset they want to kept to check with new battery & for arranging new battery, which they don't have in their stock. I was ready to keep the mobile but after waiting 1 hour in the line just to get receipt... & ultimately I came back, because they are unable to issue me receipt. Why you are appointed such type of Service provider !! I think I will wait for your suitable reply to get from you a proper solutions about my handset, otherwise lastly I will lodge the compliment with consumer forum.

                        I have submitted a micro max phone model no canvas turbo a250, model code-SERMOB0338, IMEI/ESN NO-[protected] on 16th Oct 2014 at M/S SHREE SAI TELECOM(GURGAON), SHOP NO-1, DEVI PALACE, OPP-RAJ CINEMA, OLD DELHI ROAD GURGAON-122001. But I am totally helpless because on today i.e. on 07th Nov 2014 called him to know my phone status. But they totally disappointed me saying that it may be repaired with in more 20 days on words. The lady at your service centre said "sir abhi das din aur rakh ke dekhenge".                             Dear sir, On 27/07/2014 I bought a micromax A120 mobile phone from The Mobile Store Limited Shop No. 2 upper ground floor main market Malviya Nagar New Delhi 110017. Within the week I found that mobile was not getting charge and not working properly (getting hang showing not responding) so due to my job after the about 25 days from the purchase I went to the mobile store for the replacement but the shopkeeper denied for the replacement and suggest me to go to the service centre then I went to the service centre and submit my mobile for a week after waiting for one week when I got no response so I went to the service center asking for my mobile so the service officer gave the mobile and said it is ok but when I reached home the problem was same next day again I went to the service centre for the solution of my problem and I have submit my mobile on 29/09/2014 and they told me to wait for the 20 days but there is no response from the service centre I had mailed so many times on the company’s customer helpline e mail id but still I have no mobile phone and no confirm date for that. Please sir just try to understand my problem I have already paid the full cost(MY ONE MONTH SALARY) of the mobile but still I have no mobile and I am getting the financial loss, oppourtunity loss in my career even I can not talk with my family because I am from u.p. and I have no mobile to talk with them. THATS ALL PLEASE HELP ME SIR I HAVE INVESTED MY ONE MONTH SALARY IN THIS MOBILE. WITH REGARDS! ANKIT KUMAR

Taken back to shop, he guided me to service center where they have reloaded the software. Again after couple of days it has given the same problem this time service center told me it will be sent to factory.On st Oct it was sent to factory till date not received back. I have visited service center 4 times every time standard reply come after 7 days. I am senior citizen & have to travel 4 KM from my residence. Very poor product & after sales service by MICROMAX.                                   My mobile started giving problems since just 4 weeks after purchase. Been complaining and going to the ghatkopar service centre since 13Th october. They didnt understand the problem first, my handset kept restarting again and again. They first said it was a software issue. sent me back home after waiting 2 hours in the line just to lodge a complaint. Then went back as the problem just kept getting worse phone was restarting every 3 seconds. Again on 18th october deposited the phone for rectification. They said it will take 4 days, but now its 7th of november, no call back, been to the service centre 4 times already they say they will soon change the faulty part back. Keep calling the numbers [protected]/ [protected] but again it just keeps ringing or there is a busy tone, no one ever picks up. Very very frustrating. Pathetic after sales services. NEVER GOING TO BUY MICROMAX AGAIN. I have the job sheet, handset invoice, also the list of number of times tried calling the ghatkopar service centre. Also tried calling main micromax helpline, but whenever i call the machine says sorry not available for now

                                    My A89 was dead and submited to service centre in Krishan Enterprises, Siliguri (ASC) West Bengal whenever i am asking them they are saying concern person not available whose phone no is [protected] which is always switch offed. Kindly help me

It’s not sufficient time to detect the problem for the new mobile. Because, I am getting this mobile(A210) second time replacement. First mobile got repaired(auto shutdown) within two days and the second mobile got repaired(auto shutdown) in 8 month. The third mobile which I am going to get may also have the same issue, which needs time for detecting the issue, so I need minimum one year warranty period from the date of receiving my third mobile. 3.How do you ensure that, the new mobile will not have the same problem.                                         Since i bought the mobile i am facing lot of issues. Suddenly the mobile hangs, while calling the mobile gets switched off, while hanging up the call the display gets hanged or blinks. Every now and then the mobile gets switched off. Its just a dummy mobile i cannot use the minimum features of the mobile also. i want to log a consumer complaint on this issue.
