    I had purchased Micromax canvas A-120 in august.2014.After two month starting problem for charging .I went to service centre -shri krishna comm.(delhi) kabir nagar 100 feet road Shahdara Delhi- 94 and changed jack on paid. But the mobile did not work properly. Again i went to service centre and changed battery. But mobile did not properly work. Again third time i went to service and changed charger. But problem remains same. I went to centre 4th time. Mobile sent to main service centre then. Just by these event my one month have been wasted like this.       Hi have purchase the New Micromax mobile C210, In that mobile Network Work problem on the first day, so I went to micromax service center on 19/08/2014 the service enginer told after one week and can collect the mobile told, each and every week i am going, keep on next week, next week, past 70 days they are telling the reason till now I am not receive the mobile (Micromax Egmore Service center Chennai 600008)Service center conat no :[protected] no one pick the call in this number .so many times, rarely person will pick the call, but same reason next week, simply telling the reason company will not provide the spare, we are waiting for spare, and enginer says you put mail to company so many times we tried, you can also try to put mail told so I put the mail ([protected]@micromaxinfo.com) till now I am receive the mail, kindly request to him, till now I am not get proper response Please respone, Micromax my day to be in a very sorrow full manner which spoiled the entire happiness where i should have gifted to my would be the same day at the time of party before all ma co worker's nor with my best pal's.         I need urgent help My phone hangs at regular intervals Backup is worse Touch stops responding And there are many more issues And these things are happening from last few days, after i got it back from the service center, Ananya Infotech, Jadavpur, Kolkata There was Bluetooth connectivity problem they repaired it It was minor issue yrt they took 21 days returning my phone. They damaged they body frame too And i have proof of that In proof i have added damaged screen cuz before taking my phone they checked evetything was f9 except bluetooth Please help me as i m a student I'm in Kolkata for studies not for running to service center I want them to change my lcd n repair damaged part As they have done this not I. Plzzz help me ASAP

          I have purchased canvas A110Q which is under warranty. But after 1 month I stared facing different problems such as phone hanging problem, access utilization of RAM, even though I have not installed too many apps. I also faced problems regarding GUI such as forced close problems, black screen and then nothing happens. The only solution is to restart the phone. After facing all such problems after a month I got frustrated with the phone and decided to give it a service center. I gave my phone to M/S K.S. Mobile service center near old bus stand, Ghaziabad, U.P. on 13sep2014. They told me that this phone cannot be repaired by them so they sent my phone to the company and told me that it would take around 10-15days to get it back. Today it has been almost 2 months and i still didnt got my phone back. Everytime when I tried to enquire about my phone I always got the same reply that it would take 10-15 days. what rubbish is this? This is the first time I believed in Micromax and bought the phone but after facing such horrible service, I have decided not to buy any phone from micromax. I have also told all my friends the same. So, I just want to know whether you are capable of giving my phone back or not? I am highly frustrated from your service and I request you to kindly repair my phone quickly.             Sir, I have purchase Micromax 310 Nitro on 31-Oct-2014 at Univercell, Coimbatore. Serial No - [protected]. The performance of Wifi connectivity and Battery Standby extremely poor. Today I approached Micromax service Center at 100ft Road, Coimbatore but they said they have corrected but still i am having the same problem. I request yourself to look into this matter and arrange to correct my cell phone problems at the earliest. My friends are criticising me for getting this make. I bought this make since i was using Micromax A110 for past 2 Years and no problem for me till date.               Sir, I bought micromax A67 few months ago. I started to face so many poblems that i wish, I never bought it. Problems are phone keep on hang. automatic network drop and no simcard available notification appears then i have to switch it off and on again. a thumbnails file in DCIM folder appeared because of which phone memory shows full all the time. applications are failed to transfer in external memory card. galary loading takes forever. almost all application some time shows not responding then i have to close. even phone diretory, call screen everything stops working. this is the worst phone i have ever seen, i wish i never bought it

              i puchased a canvas a350 on 15 nov 2014 it getting head when i am using for 30 min.
              I purchased a micro max caves duel 2 CDMA+GSM (model no- EG-111)phone from snapdeal on 15 Th march. I have reliance cdma sim but it is not working in this phone. I went micromax service center many times but they didn't response so i want to you replace the phone otherwise refund money .

                I have bought A -290 from Aditya Mega mall Indirapuram, which gone dead within a week of purchase . I have visited Micromax service centre in Indirapuram . On my third visit only they have accepted my complaint & submitted the phone for further action after 15 days I got a call from the service centre that we have not been able to rectify the fault you come & collect your mobile . Than we have visited the Nirman vihar service centre in Delhi wher on my first visit they refused to accept the mobile as there working time was over although I have been waiting for last 4 hours with a token given by them . On my second visit after a waiting time of 5 hours they have taken the mobile for further action . Till date they have opened two new job sheets without giving any solution ( Job Sheet num.[protected]/[protected]); We have made 10 visits to their service centre no outcome has come still they are keeping my mobile with them. I have sent around 15 mails to customer care & Mr Rajat Tripathi, Mr Jitender Sehrawat ( Micromax Executive ) but there is positive response till date. First time I have seen the worst service centre where daily number of visitors is more than 300 & they are strugling as the staff their is inefficient. I have been talking to Mr Rajat Tripathi whose number is mentioned on the display board in service centre ([protected]), he has accepted that there is a quality issue with this unit we will replace the unit soon but now he has also stopped responding to my calls . I am keeping the records of visits I have made to Micromax service centres & mails I have sent . Number of times I have called their customer care but it seems its a face off as they simply said very oon we will come out with some solution. Now I am exploring legal option .

                  Respected sir, Touch of my cell phone micromax a116 was broken, i gave it to the service centre of micromax that is situated in ramesh nagar and they attached local touch in my phone. it's the very first day i got my phone back from there and the touch is not performing well. what should i do regarding this??

                    Hello, I have purchased A37B model micro max mobile on 3 rd October 2014 at Villupuram tamil nadu. In my mobile display damaged on after 20 days o[censored]sage and I have gone to your Authorized service center in Villupuram and we have paid advance amount for display. After one or two months month of time, still mobile not getting ready for usage. As per your service person statement, no time limit for receiving display, Wait or otherwise take you mobile .We are responsible for the case. I need support from you end for spares arrangement .                             I submitted my device to fix display problem in Mobi Vision[protected], Chennai -17, service center on 4th October 2014.Since Chennai is a remote village(according to micromax) spare parts shipping takes more than 10 days, so they asked me to wait three weeks to get my problem fixed.After third week I called service center people to know the status of my device but they asked some more time to repair. So I accepted to wait one more week. But then from last week onwards they not replying properly and also not attending my calls. I visited service center last Saturday, they saying stupid reasons that spare parts are received, they are working on it and asked me to call on Monday(03/11/2014). From Monday onwards they not attending my calls. I am not getting proper response even from Micromax Care.

                            It has been more than one month since I had given my Canvas 4 for repairing. But still I have not got any update about the repairing process. The authorities are incapable of telling me that how long it will take to repair the hand-set.
                            Hello Team,

                            Really I am very irritated with the Micromax customer service. I am feel very ashamed to purchase this micromax phone. In future I won’t for dam sure. I don’t recommend this micromax brand to any of our friends and relatives. I am already doing that in social networking sites. Let me come to my problem with micromax company. I have brought micromax canvas A114 from online. It was good till 8 months after 8 months I have faced issue with application. Hence I took my mobile to service center which is in T.nagar, Tamil nadu. They don’t have the correct address of their own service center. In job sheet service center person striking the address and giving only the phone no. service person checked my phone and confirmed there is issue with the hardware they need 20 days to fix this issue. I said ok for that they have given the job sheet for my issue. Job sheet no: N[protected]. While receiving job sheet from them they told I will receive call from them once the issue has been fixed. I waited 25 days to get a call from them. But after 25 days also I didn’t receive any update from them. I have called them from the morning to evening more than 50 times none of them replied or attend the call. I am very irritated and directly went to the service center to check with them. Once I reached service center I called them in front of them. I am receiving calling tone but I didn’t get ringing tone from service center. When I go and check for the reason they have unplugged the land line mobile from the line. I though since they can’t able to handle the customer via phone they have unplugged the line. I managed to check with service person to know the status of my mobile they have confirmed it will take another one week to receive my mobile. I said ok for that and came back. Event after one week I didn’t get any update from them. So I went directly after one and half week because they won’t pick the call and asked for the reason again they are sating the same. I got irritated. I once again went to service center after two days they have given the mobile. Once I received the mobile I got shocked. My phone was white color canvas A114 but they are returning me with the black color canvas A114. I have asked for the reason why I received black color. They are replying me since our technical team can’t able to fix your old mobile they are replacing with the new one. I have switched on the phone I can clearly see that phone was used by someone. Because I can see lots of 3rd party application installed in that and as well as I have some one picture and voice record in that. If I complain this issue to service center again they will take 3 months for this issue. I have just informed them this mobile used by someone and taken the mobile back to home. After few hours I am facing issue with the received mobile automatically volume getting increased and getting decrease. The lock button also not working. I am not sure how this micromax technical person taking care for their customer. Now I am once again very frustrated and irritated to go service center to check for this issue.

                            I never seen such a worst customer service and technical person in my life. I am not sure whether you will be taking action for this. If you could help on replacing by old phone or with my money back it will be very greatfull for you

                            I faced few problem in my phone So I visited service center at Noida-27 Satguru Comms. But they are really worst service provider. They are putting forward date again to again. I will never buy any product of Micromax and won't recommend to others.

                                I am facing problems from the day I have purchased the Micromax Canvas Magnus A117. The problems that I am facing are:- 1). I am unable to download the applications which I want because internal memory is 1GB and the applications are not downloading in the external sd card which is pathetic. 2). Mobile hangs at times and gets switched automatically. 3). Recently I faced a situation wherein my all data which was stored in the mobile got crashed. 4). Also check you customer care number which never gets connected to your agent. I am not at all happy with this handset because if I am unable to download the applications which I wanted so for me this handset is useless. Model Name : Canvas Magnus A117 Date of Invoice : June 2014 Extended warranty is also taken Kindly replace the above handset with the other model of the same value or in cash the amount. I cannot bear the pain everyday as it is only 5 months that I have purchased. Kindly look into the matter and provide me the solution within 24hrs. Please don't force me to go to consumer forum.                                   I had recently purchased Micromax Canvas Magnus A117 model. My phone is constantly flashing "storage space is low" apart from the fact that I have almost 1.14 Gb external memory available and 49 Mb internal memory is available. Due to this I was forced to remove my apps and can't download or update any apps.Bring your notice to my query as soon as possible.

                                      I am just informing you that on the 1st of January, 2015, I am switching to HTC or any other company. I will make sure other micromax users do the same! Lollipop is out and you still haven't given kitkat updates for a250 as per your promise in Q2. The worst and slowest phone company ever. We are still stuck up with Jellybean whereas others have already tasted kitkat. You are making your users outdated and never ahead of others. I made the biggest mistake purchasing micromax. Why do I stick to Micromax when there are no updates available? I would prefer HTC since they are soon rolling out Lollipop even.

                                        hello sir, i purchased micromax canvas 3d(A115) on 5 nov 2013, after 3 months of purchasing it shows various problems, , , handset's display got white and nothing was visible . then i visited your service centre in NOIDA at sector 21.they submit my handset and returned it to me after 1 month with extra issues, they degrade my mobile version A115 to A91, they changed the handset pcb for display issue.but they did not put original pcb of A115, instead of that they changed it by A91, I check my handset at service centre and i realise that handset is not working properly .wi-fi, bluetooth were not working that time, your engineer did not checked it and returned it to me.then they told me to submit my handset, and i submitted it that time for next 1 month.after 2 months my handset again had diffrent issues.then again i visited service centre and submited my phone, and get it after 1 month. i want to inform you that micromax service engineers are not well trained even they dont know how to check handset and they make their practise on customers handset, this time my handset again show touch problem, and i already submitted it to service centre . i want original pcb of A115 instead of A91 .because display is of A115 and pcb is of A91. SO pls take a serious action against service centre ... your sincerely rahul kumar
