I have bought Micromax A74. Highly disappointed with the phone.. with in 10 month o[censored]se the phone has gone to the service center more than 5 times comprising of Approx 4 months of warranty period.Still at service center for the past 33 days. Job sheet No.-*N[protected]*Give me a new handset or extend the warranty ( repair and give back my phone asap)

    i had submitted my 1 month old micromax canvax knight a350 at micromax service centre at 139a mubarakpur, kotla, arjun nagar. which was having a pcb problem. and i was said that it will be returned to me in 7-10 days. i had submitted my mobile phone 29/9/2014. it has been over 1 month now and as far as the news are concerned from the locality. the company had ran away taking all mobile phones without any information to the customers. then sir shocked by the news i along with other 10 people who lost their mobile phones went to lajpat nagar service centre. they said that the company will inform you.bt their has been no information since then.. please do help me in this regard. jobsheet no: n[protected]*

        I have bought micromax nitro 310 on oct 18th 2014.Since from 2nd day i am facing software issue & batree problem they told me to reset my mobile & told me to watch for one day. But again same problem, On oct 24th they updated software & told me to watch another 2 days but this time mobile is automatically getting switch off & batree is discharging in 4-5 hrs which is 2500mah capacity batree. I again visited on 27th oct till now i did n't get my mobile.They are saying they made a complaint but till now there is no any response.The worst products & worst service centers.Waste of money & time pls be aware.

          Hi, I had a micromax canvas A114 bought in June 2014. It started turning off automatically after just 2 months o[censored]sage before completely going blank in September. I gave it to the service centre on 20th sep, 2014 with job sheet no.N[protected] and its been more than 42 days that I've not rcvd any intimation regarding my phone from them. I have called them twice but both times they asked me to call after 15 more days. This is sheer nonsense and worst customer service I have ever experienced. You as a company are befooling your customers and screwing your name in market. Complete waste of money and time...

              i have an micromax mobile after 9 months some problem will be found in display.when i go to micromax service centre, they told me that, your phone is repaired in 10 days[protected] but when i am go to micromax service centre, they ask me to come after 2 months, when i reached office they told me that your phone is dead and they will provide me a new phone[protected].after two months they again ask me to come after 10 days and this process is repeat again and again, still they dont provide my phone aur new phone. i am requested you to please help me out, i will be very thankful to you.if my problem is not solved then i will go to consumer court or police station. job sheet no.-N[protected] MODEL NO.-A116 MOBILE NO-[protected]

                Hi Micromax, I had purchase a mobile from micromax(canvas turbo) thought online shop. To resolve some issue into the mobile i went to the service center of Micromax with my online invoce bill. in invoice required info is already present like IMEI number and purching Date. Same IMEI number we can get from mobile also.(in case wheter invoce bill is orignal or not) But the behavior of staff what too cheap and not accepting my mobile as in warranty.i have my bill but he was asking for a sticker on mobile only to validate my IMEI number. but every one know how can we get an IMEI number on Mobile. And Asking for money to resolve this defect. Please tell me what the hell you required a sticker on mobile that was stick on freash pics. Should i required to care all that thigs? should i have to carry that sticker all time? If you dont waht to give me a good service on this type of product to please sell your product like cina mobiles(chale to chand tak nahi to sham tak).                 Hi Micromax,

                  I had given phone for a mere Screen Damage. Firstly when given to Service Centre in Ahmedabad Near Gwalia, Vastrapur they Damaged it further pushing it to the level of REPLACEMENT. During that time I had to give phone for 15 days. In spite of telling to replace, they returned the SAME piece. Fine, Still having faced problems when I retruned, they said to take it after 25 days (15+25). Since then today it is 40th DAY and still I get the answer, IT IS YET TO COME FROM THE HEAD OFFICE WHAT IS THIS????? THIS IS HOW A NO. 1 COMPANY SERVE??? Disappointing, Extremely Disappointing. Surely neither Will we Recommend anyone this MOBILE NOR PURCHASE IT ever...

                    I had given my micromax mobile canvas turbo a250 for repair under warranty for serious issues such as phone auto off, power does not switch on, battery chargng etc... at micromax service centre in nasik wide jobsheet no. N[protected] DTD.03/09/14. I have not yet received my handset and every time i visit the service centre they ask to come after 15-20 days.

                        I bought a micromax 32 LED 32B200HD From Baron Electronics pvt. ltd. No. 95/A, Electronic city Bangalore-560100. No one came to install the television. when we installed it the sound system of the tv was not working. We lodged several complains but there has been absolutely no response by the subject. when we try to call them they pick up and talk rudely . while talking they hang up the phone abruptly. there has been a very poor response by your company.

                          I gave my phone to the service center in September, where in they told me that its impossible to fix my cell phone at the local station, hence needs to be sent to Noida. And will be given to me in 25 days I agreed. After the said amount of days I went to the service center to inquire if my phone is ready. They told me that they are unaware and gave me a number to contact[protected] and find out the status of my phone. Been trying night and day to call the before mentioned number but all in vain. The number does not work and I'm feeling helpless because I don't really know where my brand new phone is. Could some one please help me out? And take me seriously?                             I had purchased Micromax Bolt 0A75 on 30.6.2014 for Rs.5990/-. from Tarash Overseas Pvt.Ltd. (Home Shop18) From the day one itself phones battery was not working properly.It gets drained in one hour. I have visited many times to the micromax service centre & complained about it.They keep the phone for many days & return it with no solution to the problem.Lastly they have changed the hardware of the phone but the problem still persist.Moreover now the phone does not recognize any sim cards. Whenever I put any sim card it only allows me to do emergency calls.Whereas the same sim card works perfectly in other phone. Also sending again & again to the service centre has resulted into many scratches on the phone. Please help me as I have put my hard earned money for purchasing this phone. Either the company should return my money back or exchange it with a new brand piece. Hoping for a positive reply.

                              Had given my a111 for repairs at ville parle service centre.was told that the phone would be fixed with in 15 days. Over 15 days have passed and the phone is not yet received.when contacted the service centre they say that the part is not available despite promising to give the phone within 15 days.

                                Sir I have given my phone to shop no 123 sikanderpur gurgaon m/s best tech service micromax service station for touch change on[protected] they charged me Rs 2860-/ for that .when they return my phone the touch is not working properly I told them about the problem at same time, they replied that it's new touch it take time to settle down .after one month on[protected] I take my phone back to them and they told me they will repair that in 7 days but after 7 days I came to them they said it take more time .sir problem is that I came from Jammu to Delhi for job now I am back in Jammu I told the same to the service center persons but they took undue advantage of That and whenever I call them regarding my phone they didnot reply properly and always tell me that it took another 5-7 days, during that period I call them at least 15-20 times .. But now its more than enough plz sir help me out regarding this ...

                                  Sir, My name Priyanka PS, working as Asst Engineer in Kerala State Electricity Board Ltd In Kerala and I brought Micromax canvas 4, A210 last year (DEC 2013). it was working till last month eventhough it gets stuck at times ( September 2014) .Now the power button is not working and am not able to switch on the phone. The mobile was given in the Micromax Service Centre Smart Solutions, Plamoodu, Trivandrum and they gave us a job sheet dated 25.09.2014 with the number S[protected] . The complaint was registered with the name ANAND PREM (my husband). They told me it will take around 15 days for rectifying the complaint which is reasonable. But now its almost more than a month and they are not giving the mobile . When we asked for the mobile they were not even able to track the mobile. It seems the mobile is missing & they cant find the mobile. Every time we ask for the mobile they keep on telling us to come next week which is really absurd. I have already made a huge mistake in buying this set which was costly and gets stuck all the time. Please don't make me regret for giving the phone in your service centre. All I want is I need the mobile back . I don't want it get repaired. Try to give it back as soon as possible. At least I can give the cell to some unauthorised service centre who actually knows how to deal with the customers. Last time when we went to the service centre they took our job sheet and then they gave us some one else job sheet by mistake. If we had not noticed it, then we will have to suffer for the irresponsible act of your service centre staffs. Please do the need full. I actually don't believe that submitting a complaint at this forum is going to do any help for me. But still am just trying. I would sincerely appreciate for an early response.. just give the set back Thank You

                                    I bought Micromax mobile A091 in Bareilly[protected] but after 1 month it touch screen work automatically. So I give my mobile A091 at Micromax service center- Shivi Infotech 301, Ahuja Complex, Janakpuri Bareilly 243001 Tel[protected], 3292240 Mob- [protected] on 18 Aug 2014 for repairing.The screen touch of my mobile work automatically.They said to me it will be change and the display touch screen comes from company so it will take 15 days.but after 75 days of this they says me company is not send the display touch screen.When it will come we change it and return your phone.I also make complaint in Micromax company.The complaint no. are [protected] and [protected] but not receive any solution after 43 days of complaint.I also contact with company customer care via phone but they are not listen my problem.So because of this I experience very bad services of Micromax company and have lots of trouble.Please solve my problem.I shall be thankfull to you.                                       i gave my phone micromaxA94 on 09/09/2014 for repair but it is still not repaired by service center(MICROMAX).evry time I go there, manager says that it is not repaired, come tomorrow and today was my 5th visit to your service center.
