I bought a Micromax 40T2820FHD 40 inches LED TV from FlipCart online during their mega-sale on 6th October for Rs 20, 990.00. The said TV was delivered in most unprofessional way and it was found to be broken when the TV was taken out for demo by heir Demo team. A complaint was lodged with them on their consumer contact email ID, even the phots were supplied. They accepted the liability and then said that they can not replace the TV as they do not have any stock at Bangalore. Then they said they would refund the money after the faulty piece has been picked up by their agent. Then every two days, they have been sending emails asking for extension of time to resolve (sic!) the issue. Now, they have stopped sending emails even! Pl guide me how I can I get my money back.

I HAD GIVEN MY MOBILE HANDSET - MICROMAX TO SHREE COMMUNICATION FOR REPLACING A PART AS IT IS IN WARRANTY, I HAD VISITED 4 TIMES THE CENTRE, BUT THEY ASKED THEY DO NOT HAVE THE PART FOR REPLACEMENT, TODAY IS 31/10/2014 BUT STILL DO NOT GET MY PHONE. I AM TOO MUCH HARRASSED BY THEIR DEALING. THEIR SERVICE IS VERY BAD. PLEASE TRY TO SORT OUT MY PROBLEM, OTHERWISE I WILL AGAIN LODGE MY COMPLAINT. MOB. NO. [protected]

        I have submitted my new Micromax A110Q (White) to Micromax company service centre (M/S Future Communication, SCO-37, 1ST Floor, Sector-41-D, Chandigarh) on 04-September-2014 and after one long month they gave me a defective phone on 10-October-2014, in my phone only 512MB RAM is showing [Official phone has 1GB RAM]. Then I decided to submit my phone again on 16-October-2014. Till date, I have not received the repaired handset. They told me that it will take around 1-2 months more to repair. The following details of my phone are below: M IMEI-[protected] S IMEI-[protected] If my phone will not come back in time, I will write down a consumer complaint in consumer court.

          the service centre Has as told that the battery will be deliverd after 15 days after getting changed. . I give my Micromax a075 mobile battery for changed at gwalior service center, with job No. N[protected] and even after 15 days they are not yet confirmed the delivery date and worst response from micromax customer service. they are saying that the parts are not receiving from company & still not repaired. so the problem may kindly be solved as early as earlier my mobile Problem-battery getting drain out in 1 hours ..

              I have submitted my new Micromax A177(Black) to Micromax company service center (M/s Tech Solutions, Pune) on 26-August-2014. Till date, I have not received the repaired handset. Since last 20 days, service center is saying that i will be getting a new handset as the one i have submiited is beyond repair (i understand from them that they have made 2 attempts to repair the old one).                 I have Micromax Unite 2. But it has company maufacturing defect. I am facing many prooblem from the purchase date. I have submit it four time to Service Center but my complaint was not resolved. Service Center staff always misguide and always ask for 20 to 25 days for fixing the problems. I want replacement of my handset because my handset has submitted four times but the problem was not fixed and still my handset is in service center and they asked for 40 days. I want a new hndset otherwise i take strict action against the company or go to consumer forums.                     Dear Sir I was purchased the mobile handset with in this month at least 24 days before . from snapdeal. SELLER SYBERPLACE E SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED Plot no.12, Survey no. 10, Rasulpura, Secunderabad, Andhra pradesh pin 500003. Not working properly with in purchase week and after that many problem like hang, switchoff, auto start functioned, Settting not opened, etc.but last day auto switch of and then power does not switch on . Micromax service center say that verbal :- Motherboard Problem, and Display Problem But if the display problem then it cannot show light but it can show light with colouring.                             I have Submitted my handset Micromax A111 Model dated on 4th Sep'14 Job Sheet No. - *N[protected] Complaint No. - MMX[protected] But till date i am not confirm any date that when it is return to us after repair. It is very shameful for such a big company to submit a handset for repair for more than 2 months.even after that no information to customer that when it is being delivered to us. If is not repairable by micromax then why are not replacing the handset. Due to this poor service why customer has to suffer? Please help me to resolve this issue.

                              My name is Chanderesh Khullar. It is such a bad experience for me with a branded company like “Micromax”. I have recently purchased a mobile handset i.e. Micromax Duet A093 (IME No. [protected]) on 16th july 2014 from an authorized seller “The Mobile Zone, Shop No. 2 CSC H Block Dilshad Garden ND-95”. But within the span of two months only, the handset started giving problem of overheating and power does not switch off / on properly and most of the time phone hanged up during accessing the applications. So I have visited at micromax service centre at Laxmi Nager i.e. The Mobile Care (Micromax Service Center) B-36 Gurunanakpura Laxmi Nagar Delhi - 92 on 7th Oct 2014 to resolve the issue but service centre people told me to submit the handset for repair and it will take approx 15 days. We have visited thrice at service center from the date of submission, but the problem is not resolved as of now and service center guys are again asking me to wait for another 15 days. I really don’t understand what type of customer services micromax is providing to their customers. It is very disappointing, wastage of time and money as well. Kindly take the above matter seriously, and provide the resolution at the earliest by repairing / replacing or through refunding the amount spent on mobile purchase.                                       I purchased Micro max A121 model mobile set on 28/06/14 from Delhi from hard earned savings from my husband's salary . After about two months of its purchase is start creating problems. Although Net connectivity was excellent. In between we transferred to Nagpur. We searched here service centre of Micro max at "M/s Mobile Expert, Shop no. 13. Honey Archna Complex, Untakhana Rd. Medical Sq, Nagpur". On 20 October, 2014 we delivered hand set for repair. The fault mentioned was "5401- Application loss o[censored]ser data" Except this there was no other problem. Next day they returned after doing whatsoever needful. When we used it the earlier problem was although not created again but we observed that Charging was taking 5 to 6 hours. On day the Internet functioning failed. We again approached service centre & delivered the handset. Now the fault was advised as "4206 Cellular access (GSM) bad transmission, 4301 connectivity, no bluetooth connection, 5301 charging/battery no charging" On 29th October, 2014, when again visited to receive back the set, it was shocking that the service centre owner said that it's motherboard is not functioning & we have to send it to next level which will take about 45 days (minimum) & no guarantee for more then that. I feel that there is some poor handling of set & fault/default in the set for which I am facing problem with 3-4 month of its purchase. I was having so many options for purchase of mobile set but I preffered to purchased it without willingness of my husband. I only say that immediately arrange to change my set to avoid suit in Consumer court.

                                        I was having micromax mad A94 on April 2014, and i faced problem on aug 2014, i have submit my mobile in service center on 18/08/2014 and my job id is[protected] and my complained number is MMX [protected], the service of micromax is truly bad i have harrashed more then 70 days. nobody confirm that when i will get my mobile.
