Sir,
All of a sudden the "CAMERA" of the phone stopped working on 20 Oct, 2014 with in one month of purchase.
When checked by your vendor at M/S Planet Cell at Nagar Road it was found that the:-
i) Camera of the hand set was not working and needed replacement.
ii) "TOUCH SCREEN" was also not functioning properly.
The Vendor further informed that both these items needed replacement and it will take a minimum of 7 / 8 days. When i requested for a hand set for use during this period he brought out that no such practice was being followed and I had to be without a Mob hand set./ Phone for minimum a week.
On requesting that these items could be demanded from the Micro-max and pending receipt, I should not be deprived of the hand set for such a long period as "Diwali" greeting / wishes etc. were to be exchanged.
You will also agree that this period being "FESTIVAL SEASON" how one will feel being out of communication for such a long period.
Please not that this is not only a deficiency in "CUSTOMER SERVICE" but demands compensation of inconvenience and commuting expenses to the customer.
Your vendor further gave a invoice of Rs. 250.00 vide Job sheet date 20-Oct-2014 to be paid by me. This is also may not be justified.
I wish to take up this matter with the consumer forum if no satisfactory reply is received by me immediately.

This is to inform you that, i have bought a micromax canvas knight A350 on 19th of dec 014, after 3 days it has genrating promblems (Touch not working properly), then i talked to shopkeeper and he said contact to service centre. After that when i was going to service centre suddenly its touch is working good and Mr. Vikas (Who is the incharge of the service centre ) told me that your phone is all right there is nothing a problem and he did not give any job sheet to me . After 16-17 days again its creating problem then i went to (M/S THE MOBILE CARE(DELHI), B-36, GURU NANK PURA OPP V3S MALL NR. MAHARAJA BANQUET HALL, LAXMI NAGAR, DELHI-110092.) and i submitted my phone to staff they checked and return to me with in 15 mins. they said it was ok i taken back my phone but same day on evening same problem genrate again. Now i went to their office on 9-1-2015 again and submitted to them. 1stly they told me that they will service my phone in between 10 days. But they called me after evening and said phone has some major problem and it will take 1 month.
Now tell me if the this phone has a major problem than why should you service, can't you replace it because its a new phone and i bought it before 20 days. so plz do some serious action on it.
