Sir/Madam I have submitted my mobile for reparing in th Micromax Service Center (Micromax Canvas juice A77) in Anand Communication on 28th August 2014 for WiFi port problem . I will return my handset on 22 of Oct 2014 But my model no will be change, It will change from A77 to A177, they are frauding with me for this this A177 handset got lot of problems like headphone sound is very low and speaker also got problem . They replace my original mobile mother board with another model or old one not giving same mobel handset .So please give me componsation against this case if no I will registerd my complaint to prime minister complait cell in the New Delhi Department.     I have purchased Micromax phone A108 IMEI NO. [protected] on 24/08/2014 . Problem that first arises was that the first half of the screen is responding and the second half of the screen is not responding .I went to service centre at Shalimar Bagh on[protected] to get it repaired . On[protected] I got a message from Micromax service centre that my mobile has been repaired and I should come and collect it but on reaching there, they told me that it will take a while and I should come on[protected] .On repeated visits, I finally got my mobile on[protected] with following new problems created by service centre, i.e, touch still not working properly, control panel missing and camera also got blurred .The service centre at shalimar bagh worsened the condition of my mobile phone and the service of this centre is very poor. I contacted the service centres many times but there was no positive response from them. It is requested that my mobile set may kindly be replaced at the earliest.

      sir, I am Mukesh kumar. I submitted my mobile "MICROMAX-A63" in micromax service centre, Ambala cantt. For audio and screen touch problem 2 month before on 27/08/2014.But they did not give any responce.So many times i called but they either reject the call or number came out of reach.whenever i asked about my phone they said you will be informed when your phone will get repaired.After 2 month they still assuring me with the same words ...         My name is Chirag Panchal. I own a canvas 4. before 2 month, suddenly my phone got switch off. so I went to service center, they said that mt power butten is not working, so i gave them. After 8 days they gave my after calling 10 times, and when i checked my phone then my touch was not woking. brfore giving my phone my toch pad was properly working, so again i gave it back. after 22 days after calling more then 30 times they gave my phone and still my touch pad was not working. and they start giving excuse that u have gorilla glass on your phone thats why touch is lilttle ruff, where touch was not at all working. and now its 2 months, i did not get my phone, and when i call them they say company is not sending parts to us so we cnt help you. now any how i want my phone back in 1 week and in proper working condition

            Sir I have purchaged micromax canvas on 18.01.2014 but this model was giving frequently problem like power switches off during shim replacement, 3rd time the same problem was accord, The service centre persons was tells simply the board was giving problem.               Dear Micromax Staff,

              This is to inform you that, i have bought a micromax canvas knight A350 on 19th of dec 014, after 3 days it has genrating promblems (Touch not working properly), then i talked to shopkeeper and he said contact to service centre. After that when i was going to service centre suddenly its touch is working good and Mr. Vikas (Who is the incharge of the service centre ) told me that your phone is all right there is nothing a problem and he did not give any job sheet to me . After 16-17 days again its creating problem then i went to (M/S THE MOBILE CARE(DELHI), B-36, GURU NANK PURA OPP V3S MALL NR. MAHARAJA BANQUET HALL, LAXMI NAGAR, DELHI-110092.) and i submitted my phone to staff they checked and return to me with in 15 mins. they said it was ok i taken back my phone but same day on evening same problem genrate again. Now i went to their office on 9-1-2015 again and submitted to them. 1stly they told me that they will service my phone in between 10 days. But they called me after evening and said phone has some major problem and it will take 1 month.
              Now tell me if the this phone has a major problem than why should you service, can't you replace it because its a new phone and i bought it before 20 days. so plz do some serious action on it.

                I have buy new Micromax Canvas Knight A290 from Reliance Store at GIP Mall, Noida in[protected]. Today I am using the phn and insert micro sim and neno sim in sim slot but Nano sim not Ditected then I have use another nano sim and same problem also i am facing. Then I have contact from Reliance store, he saying they can't replace phone and refer me to Micromax service centre. This Service center at Noida sector 27 near vinayak hospital. This service centre not receive the phone because they have some technical problem in Server Connectivity. So my phone is not working for both sim facility. I am trouble from this cheap Service and I am Spent 500 Rs in Traveling, I am a Service man and i have no more time to contact service centre many time. So please provide me service to replace my mobile from new micromax Canvas Knight A290. Because i have buy this phone before 6 day in 22nd October 2014,

                  Job Sheet N[protected] dated 15/09/2014 Last month I bought a phone Micromax A069, but when I insert the sim in it I could not find the signal or if found, signal were lost on incoming calls. I went back to the shop from where I bought the phone but he refuse to take it back as 3 days were already passed but he told he will send the same to micromax service center. After 7 days of submission I got a call from service center that phone cannot be repaired at their end so they are sending it the factory and will revert me back in 15 days. Now when I call back to the service centre after one and half month of submission of the phone, the phone has not yet been repaired. Now you see i haven/t yet use the phone for a single time and it has already gone for service once. All purpose of buying the phone has already been ruined. So there is no importance if it comes back to me or not. So now I really don't need the phone back. Please revert me back my money that I paid for the phone.

                      Job sheet No. N[protected] A handset Micromax A 106 Granite 2 was purchased four months before, After a period only 2 month, Screen touch display was got repaired but processor was supporting the programme for kitkat model and it was returned back to the service centre at Meerut. The message are being received on mobile phone to collect the device from service centre but service centre is providing the handset. Recently, on Yersterday (27.10.2014 it is also told that now motherboard of handset is now working properly. Kindly see the matter a Handset has three major objects, 1- touch screen, 2- processor- motherboard all have been reported by the service centre as damaged- is nothing rest in the handset to make repair.                         Dear Sir, I bought Micromax Canvas Doodle 3 A 102 in August 2014 and the charging point got damaged and its not charging...I gave it in MICROMAX SERVICE CENTRE IN PUNE, CAMP, 12 days before and till yet the problem is not sorted out.My Jobsheet No is W[protected]. The people over there are telling that the charging part is not available and it can take 30 to 40 days in its repairing and that also not gauranteed...As we all know that a phone is the most important source of communication in our daily life and i am going through a great difficulties and problems evryday without my phone...Who is responsible behind all these prob??? Me and the other Micromax customers who bought Micromax Handset with trust and choice or the Micromax suppliers who do not understand the prob and needs of their customers...Kindly sort out our problem as soon as possible...

                          Hello sir/mam, I am Gurudev Kumar. I Bought my phone Micromax A93 in the month of march. My Phone IMEI1: [protected] IMEI2: [protected] I am facing touch problem from July i submitted my phone to M/S SRUTI TELE SERVICES-PLOT NO. 4/243 On 3rd july. They gave me a Jobsheet. They returned my phone on 17th august. After 2 days of repair my phone goes in same condition with touch problem, Network problem. Again i visited same service center but they told me parts are not available in the company. So wait for 2 or 3 months or go to another service center i cant help. i tried to contact Customer care but phone is not connecting. Recently display is not coming in my phone. I have purchage a phone of Micromax Model no- Canvas-2 A 120. on dt-15/5/2014 .and my phone to till not propely working . touch not working.                                 hello sir, iam shailender kumar chaudhary, c-9/133 first floore rohini sector -7 maine aapki company ka funbook p410i amozon.com se purchase kiya tha .23 ayg.2014 ko.5-7din bad hume pata laga ki vo damag hai aur uska touch bhi kam nahi kar raha hai.to hum use service centre le kar gye .vaha jawab mila ki humne hi use damag kiya hai.so uska touch theek karwane aur ic dalwane ke 1500/rs. lagenge.unhone kha ki jab tak chalta hai chalo.bad me repair karwa lena .uske ek week baad hi display bhi kharab ho gya.so pls help us kyooki 2 month bad hi 2000 rs laga ke tablet theek karwana pade to custmar ke liye pareshani hai.mera 7149 rs aise hi gya.agar aap help kar sakte hai to pls meri funbook ko change karwa dijiye ya use warrny me repair karwa dijiye.agar aisa nahi hota hai to aapki hi company ki image kharab hogi.aur mai ye samjhunga ki maine vo paise aapki company ko donet kar diye .meri fun book abhi warrany me hi hai.pls help me. agar aap aisa kar denge to aapka aabhari rahoonga.umeed karta hoo ki aap meri pareshani ko samjhenge aur mera funbook free of cost repair karke denge... aap ke umeed bhare jawab ka intjar karoonga. thankyou so much shailender kumar ph.no.[protected] pls

                                  I purchased a new Micromax Funbook before 5 months
                                  after 4 months my phone's touch was not responding so i am going to your customer care service center in SIRSA.
                                  Then your service employee said after 10 days your phone has been repaired.
                                  But now 40 days has passed but my phone has been not repaired and your employee not a good response.

                                      Hi, Sorry to inform you that You people are providing 3rd class service to your customer's. I have given my mobile on 1.10.14 to your lajpat nagar service centre due to my phone's power key is not working. My phone is under warranty. Now its 28.10.14 but I have not received any status from your site. When ever I go to your service center they always say part is awaiting from company site. Can you please tell me how much time you will take. If I have not receive any response from your side then I have to take a legal action against micromax.                                         I have given my mobile to Prince communication on 23rd of september.On 29 they told me that it reached delhi..nariana centre..(after 6 days..are they are sending it with ricksaw)

                                        it was my first purchased from my micromax but these comes as a surprise.now my word of mouth will create a nice brand impression too.
                                        please solve my problem.
