I Purchased the Micromax Doodle (A111) on 26th April 2014.On October 4th 2014 there is a problem in mobile ( No Network). Gone to the nearest Micromax checkpoint they send my mobile to the company .Today I went to receive my phone.They gave me a Old Micromax Doodle (A111) and saying that this is the swap mobile. Unfair on the Micromax and Customer service. Company should replace the new mobile instead of providing customer with a old mobile of same model. Could you please provide a solution and help me in getting the new mobile. Thanks, Jai

Hi Team,

As i purchase new Micromax Q338 Phone before 4 months.But it not 4G enable.
Is there any option to exchange it for 4G feature phone like as Micromax Canvas Fire 4G or others.

    I am sanjeev kumar from nawan shahar I have given my Micromax A114mobile for service due to “not switching-on” issue to m/s arora mobile visionway comunication service center on 2/10/2014. Job sheet number is *N[protected]*. While I submitting my mobile, the service center peoples told me that your mobile mother board will be replaced in 8 TO 10 working days and return you back. But still now I have not got my mobile. There is no proper response/replay from service center peoples and after 25days the service center but still I have not get my replacement device. Please advise how I can move further. MY MOBILE NO IS [protected].[protected]

      Dear sir, I purchased a handset named Micromax Canvas Gold (A300) on 21/10/2014, after purchasing and using for 3 days I found many problem in the newly purchased phone like Heating, hotspot, battery issue, google speak these all were not functioning properly. After so much of problem I decided to return this phone. I went to the Micromax store from where i purchased the handset, they directed me to go to Micromax Service Center and asked me to make mobile DOA and after that they will give me a new phone of same model, as directed. As per the discussion and direction, i went to Micromax Service Centre, they made DOA certificate. And then again I approached to the MICROMAX STORE, from where I purchased the handset. They given me a new handset fully sealed when i open it for checking there is a problem of SIM 2 the Sim 2 is not working so on same time i returned back and ask for other one but they told me that phone is not in the stock after looking to so much of problem i decided not to buy the micromax Handset then the Dealer make a RETURN INVOICE ( Credit note) and ask me that go to service center again show them this credit note they will give you a Cheque of Rs15500/- after taking RETURN INVOICE (credit note) i gone to sevice centre they told me that we are here to give services not refundind money they given me this statement in written which i m attaching after listening to service centre i return to Dealer (micromax store) they told me they cannot give my money back they can give me same mobile when i say how can i take that model(A300) which is coming with so much of problem they told me that they cant do anything when i say give me in writting that you cant do any thing then they refuses to do so. I am really very depressed with such a rude behaviour of micromax service centre and Dealer( Micromax store) plz help me regarding this i m attaching 4 things DOA certificate, Purchase Bill, return Invoice( Credit Note), statement of Micromax service centre.       They have given me 2 no. to complain about micromax but when i call both no. are not in use the Micromax dealer given me this 2 no. when i said both no. are not working they just said that only this 2 no. is avialable on their website i can't help you... the two no. are which they have given 18605008286 18605008899 i also called just dial for the help they have also given me the above 2 no.

        Dear Respected, I had purchased Micromax canvas 4 A210 (Grey) as per order id OD[protected] dated 30.10.2013 through Flipkart.com IMEI/Serial no.[protected]. Since few days I am facing problem of On/Off power key not working. On 28/10/2014 I visited Micromax authorised service center at Samarth Telecom Shopee, Pradhan Park, 2nd flr. Nr. Hotel Annapurna, M.G.Road, Nashik-422001. Met Mr. Bhushan he asked his repairing boy he said you come tomorrow by that time we could arrange power key and replace it immediately. As per Bhushan said I visited today on 29/10/2014 at around 3.30 pm, he asked his repairing mechanic about the key to replace his boy replied to him do hand over handset and we will replace key after 10-15 days etc. I said Bhushan why you said yesterday that you come tomorrow we will replace power key immediately etc. Now my handset warranty is about to expire on 30/10/2014. What to do? Your persons at authorised service center nashik like Bhushan are not capable and are not so good to have talk with walk in customers and also not good to give proper service immediately as they committed previous day. They straight way kept saying you deposit your handset and when company will send key we will replace it and give it to you etc. How I can stay without handset for such a long period? I asked Bhushan to give me customer care number he useless gave me number [protected]. I called same number from my cell at 3.37 pm there is no any conversation but gone rs.2 waste within 8 seconds. Then I called [protected] which mentioned in the visiting card of Micromax Nashik Service Center, one madam was talking with me for 5 min 50 seconds she also said me you give your handset and when company will send power key on line then we will replace it and we will give your handset back etc. So altogether your nashik service center service is very low class poor class and need to improve else who will purchase your micromax handset? Now my problem is my handset warranty is going to expire on 30/10/2014 and if my problem is not solved tomorrow then who will bare charges to replace on/off key? I am putting same complaint before on line consumer compliant forum right now so that each and every customer should know how Micromax company is offering after sales service to the consumers.             I have purchased Micromax A 116i handset on 04/02/2014, IMEI NO : [protected]. In July 2014, I found problems related to received call sound. As my mobile was in warranty period so submit my mobile to Micromax's service center Atta Sector 18 Noida on 22 July 2014. And on 25 July 2014 I received a different mobile Micromax Model A116 IEMI NO: [protected] from customer service center. After using provided mobile by customer service center I found that there were major problems raised in my new mobile: 1) Headphone and charging jacks were not working So after one week I again went to customer service center and I told the whole problems story to service executive. And he told me that your mobile has been replaced with some one else mobile. He gave me one week time to provide my original mobile. But after one week they did not provide me the mobile and ask me to come after ten days. And finally after ten days I got new mobile with IEMI NO: [protected]. And again the same story ... this new mobile has many more issues as following: 1) Memory slot is not working 2) Automatically switched off after 10-15 minutes 3) Automatically starting installed applications 4) Touch is not working properly 4) Call sound is not clear 5) Always silent profile 6) Sometime hanged 7) Cabinet changed black to white So I kindly request you to please take a needful action for me to provide me my original mobile. And I am totally exhausted to come & go to customer service center. I wasted a lot of time to get my mobile. So take action ASAP otherwise I will go to consumer court.

                Dear sir/madam I have handed over my hand set at 3 base associate in surat gujrat (one of your service centers) dated 7/8/2014 with job sheet no w[protected], and remember it has already passed more than two and half month, before some days ago they gave me a POD NO D991Q1003612(FIRST FLIGHT) of courier agency by which my hand set was sent dated 17/10/14 at service centre. but yet they are saying we didnot recieve the same, and then gave me a cell number [protected] saying that it is the number gujrat micromax chief execuitive number. and tryed many times to contact him he is also not responding well. what to do sir kindly address me . because i am deep in trouble

                  Sir, I deposited my cell A091 on 2nd of Sept vide Job sheet No. 7734 for repairing of touch (broken). IMEI no. [protected]. I received a call from cc that my cell's spares has been sent but at Bhiwani there is a totally different situation.                     I have a Micromax Elanza phone.Its in warrenty condition, Some problem started after 3 mth of buying. It was under warranty period so i submitted it to micromax service centre on 19th sep 2014 for repair. The micromax service centre details is M/S.V care MOBITRON 105, 1st FLOOR RUPA PLAZA, JAWAHAR ROAD, OPP STATION GHATKOPER(EAST)MUMBAI 400077. On that day they gave me a docket number W[protected]. They told they will return the mobile after some days. and they tell me they call me back . But after that they never called. When i contacted them after 5 days they told they need some more time.When i called them again on th 25september 2014 they said they need to send the mobile to Delhi service centre as they can’t repair it and replace the mobile . since 1.5 they always said u get new mobile after 5 days but upto now i am not getting my mobile ….                       I purchased a micromax A121 mobile on the month of August. But recently after using it for one month a problem create on this phone. So i have given it on your service centre (Dibrugarh, Assam) and after one month they are not yet confirmed the delivery date and worst response from micromax customer service. They are saying that the parts are not recieving from the company and still not repaired. So the problem may kindly be solved as early as earlier or please give my money back or give me a new phone

                        I had given my mobile phone to M/s Sainath infotech, 3 krishna avenue, gopal chawk, Maninagar, Ahmedabad, an authorised Service Centre of micromax on 10.09.2014 as there was a touchpad problem. They gave me 10 days tentitive time period to get the problem solved.But the same has not been returned to me as it has not been repaired due to non-available of parts and they sent my mobile phone to their Delhi center. It is manufacturing defect, if it is not possible for repairing, in that case the mobile set to be replaced by new one as it was under warranty period. Unfortunately, they are doing nothing, simply my set has been kept idle in their service centre for indefinite period...every time I contact their supervisor Mr Banti ([protected])..He asks me for more time for the repairing.pls help me to get my mobile back..or I want a replacement..my job sheet I'd is W[protected]. my contact number is[protected] Shaikh Maaro of Pls do the needful as earliest

                            I, JK Kundu had been given my new mobile set to the Serampore Micromax Service Centre on 22.09.2014 as there was a display problem. But the same has not been returned to me as it has not been repaired due to non-available of parts. It is manufacturing defect, if it is not possible for repairing, in that case the mobile set to be replaced by new one as it was under warranty period. Unfortunately, they are doing nothing, simply my set has been kept idle in their service centre for indefinite period.

                              I handed over my phone for repair to the Chandni Chowk, Kolkata service centre for the second time on 29thAugust 2014 and have not received it back till date. Nobody is telling me as to when I might get it back. I purchased a MIcromax Canvas Juice A 77 on 16th Dec 2013. It started showing problems from July 2014. The problems as detailed below - Thephone camera stopped working. - The screens would behave in a random manner - Scrolling was slow and sometimes beyond my control. - The touch buttons at the bottom the phone sometimes became non-functional and would work after locking and unlocking again. - The phone would hang occasionally. - The screen would become blank occasionally. 1st servicing Jobsheet no.- E[protected] dated 7th August 2014 After it was returned to me a fortnight later I found that the though the camera was fixed, other problems persisted. I handed it over for repair again on 29th August 2014 and have not received it back till date. I was told that once it is fixed I will get a call from your end. 2nd servicing Jobsheet no ( as conveyed by call centre[protected] However I took the initiative to call up your call centre[protected] several times. I get the same reply that my phone has been sent to the Head Office and they have no idea as to when I might get it back. I have also not been able to connect to the Head Office call centre after several attempts. Why are customers asked to contact people who cannot answer their queries? In such a case who should customers put their queries to? I have also sent a mail with the above details to [protected]@micromaxinfo.com. But have not received any revert as yet. I am now utterly frustrated and at a loss as to what I should do next

                                Sir, I have purchased a Micromax handset in the month of Aug. 2014. After one week it develop a fault fo this i have submitted to Bhatinda Micromax service center, after one month i received back after one month. again it has become unserviceble after one week . i have submitted to service center for repair, till date it is with servicecenter only, kindly help me to get my money refunded.

We request you to co-operate with us and we will provide you resolution as soon as possible. I have got such 6 mails in 3 months. I have even talked with senior executive on [protected] whose full call voice recording is there with me. He is asking for 10 days time and at today on 29th Oct, almost 30 days have passed and no response from their end. 3 weeks before, customer care told me that your mobile got repaired, kindly take from service center, and when i went to service center, the executive told that the mobile has still not repaired. So executive from call center has written a complain against your Balaji communication service center in Surat and guess what. its 3 weeks passed and still no solution. Now i am frustrated.

                                    I HAVE PURCHASED A 'MICROMAX CANVAS TURBO A250' ON THE MONTH OF JAN 14. BUT TILL NOW I HAVE FACED FOUR MAJOR PROBLEMS AND EACH TIME SERVICE CENTER HAS TAKEN MORE THAN ONE MONTH TO DELIVER THE HANDSET. THIS TIME ALREADY THEY HAVE TAKEN ONE AND HALF MONTH TO REPAIR MOBILE AND YET NOT DELIVERED TILL DATE. WHEN I CONTACT THEM EACH TIME SAID THAT COMPANY HAVE NOT DELIVERD THAT PART. SO WITHIN NINE MONTHS FROM PURCHES I HAVE USED MY MOBILE FOUR MONTHS ONLY. SO COMPANY MUST GIVE REPLACE MOBILE PICE AND EXTEND MY WARRANTY PERIOD ATLIST FOR SIX MONTHS. I HAVE GIVEN IT FOR SERVICING ON YOUR SERVICE CENTRE (SP- KAVYA ENTERPRISES, CAMP. I brought micromax canvas A300 gold on october 21st, in November last week it got power off problem, I visit micromax service center, they returned me after 2 days by telling it has been serviced, but the same problem occurred again within a week, then on 6/12/2014, I gave my mobile for service again but till now they didn't return my mobile even they are not telling return date also. Its already 21 days without a Mobile.

I had called and mailed so many times to Micromax but they are always saying that this mobile can not repair in warranty period, due to liquid damage. But i know there is no liquid damage, it's manufacturing fault. I tried to make them understand a lot but they are not ready to listen me. You will also agree that this period being "FESTIVAL SEASON" how one will feel being out of communication for such a long period. Please not that this is not only a deficiency in "CUSTOMER SERVICE" but demands compensation of inconvenience and commuting expenses to the customer. Your vendor further gave a invoice of Rs. 250.00 vide Job sheet date 20-Oct-2014 to be paid by me. This is also may not be justified.
