Dear Sir / Madam, As I had purchased Micromax P580 Tablet as it was new and I started facing problem as touch was not working properly and was hanging in between as it was under warranty. I was on a work trip to Moradabad I went to the service center for checkup with the tablet and came to know that it will take 10 to 15 days for repair, As I am from Delhi so took back my tablet from there and came back to Delhi after my busy schedule I took one day leave and looked for the Service center near by my place. I took it to Uttam Nagar Service Center and was surprised that being a Micromax Service center they dont handle job for tablet, They gave me a address in Ganesh Nagar where the tablet would get repaired so I went there and showed my tablet after checking they told me that it will take 10 to 15 days for repairing it. That was on[protected] as after 16 days I tried calling them on the no given by them as no one used to pick or respond I went back to service center after 20 days when again I was given 10 days time more. As day passed and I did not get any information regarding my tablet I again took a leave from my busy schedule and went back to the service center again this time by they promised me that you just come after 7 days without calling or without any information and we will give your tablet repaired. After not 7 days I went there after 11 days and this time they told me that they were unable to repair the tablet and its gone in company for repairing. Which took more days and a month its been 3 Months now. I went to the service center again for my P580 Tablet and this time I was surprised to see that they are replacing my Tablet with A102 which is smaller and I really do not like it as it has smaller screen for larger Screen I had purchased that tablet after arguing with them they told me to call company and talk to them. After calling the company I was treated like a beggar and the female who was speaking to me just told me take what company is giving or take your useless tablet back as it is i was so surprised to hear her as it was my mistake of buying a Tablet from them. I had complaint on the ID which was provided as it has been 4 days and they have not responded me back. I will be very highly obliged if you can help me to get my P580 back as I don't want a replacement in smaller phone. Thanking You, Regards, Alfred Noble Ducasse

    Sir, I was brought a micromax funbook p360 and I was submit to micromax service center at gaya (bihar) for repair of screen they were change the screen but there was a new problem created network issue was created then again I was submit to sevice center to solve th problem and they were told m that you will come on this day I was always giing to service center but he told that the item is not cone from patna head office so you have to wait then after 3 month he was gave my funbook but when I went to my home and I was use it I saw that he funbook was in the same condition thenn again I went to service center I told him after that he was told me that your item will be replaced so you will come after one month then I was again went o service centr but again they gave excuse that the head office is not sending the item till so you will come after 10 days the excuse is continue.       hello sir, my name iis vikas Dhawan i have a micromax canvas 2 plus A110Q mobile I had given this mobile for sim tray repacement in bhandup west service center, It was send to head office for furrther checking, the head office give a water logs remarks for my mobile, thats not imp but the head ofice gave me dead phone after cheaking as it was working well before submission, i mean that i give a working mobile and recieved a dead mobile after 2 months . My son, Tushar Nagaraj, happens to buy a Micromax Canvas Doodle 3A102 with 1GB RAM online through Snapdeal (sub order code [protected]-Seller: YEH BAZAR.COM- AWB No. [protected]: Total amount: Rs.6762/- Rupees Six thousand seven hundred sixty two only). But the hand set is having some technical problems as it reboots every now and then - between conversations, app downloads etc., When my son contacted your customer care, he was asked to get the hand set serviced at the Service center, Tumkur. Even after getting it serviced, the problem galore still persists. So I fervently request you to do the needful and to get the hand set replaced and oblige. Waiting for your action.           I have been using Micromax Canvas Turbo A250 for more than 8 months, but there was a problem with the camera from the 2nd week of my phone purchased date. I used to reboot the phone to fix the camera issue, I was doing that 3 times a day to fix this problem. Last week I got an another issue with my touchpad, it was not responding properly. I gave my phone for servicing on 7/10/14 to fix both the issues [My job sheet # is 12609203]. But still i have not got my phone back. When I reached out to them a week back, they said they will give a new phone and that too will take more than 15 days!!! which is nearly 2 months. If you are used to smarphone and you do not have it for a month or so it will be too difficult. When I am at home, I used to check my office emails from my phone and now after giving it for servicing I had to open my latptop to check my emails. When I asked them for a spare phone, they said they do not have a policy to provide a spare phone. When I went to their service center (MSN Communication, Jayanagar 6th Block, 27th Cross, Bangalore) most of the customers were fighting with them for not knowing the status of their phones. Because there is a contact number they mentioned in the job sheet ([protected]), which will be always not reachable or nobody answers call.

            I purchased Micromax Tablet Model P-410 Fun Book Mini with IMEI No. [protected]/140618 on 29.10.2013 paying full price from M/s Poorvika Mobiles, Thanjavur vide. Invoice No. 011100. From the fourth day of purchase, the tab started giving trouble by shutting down often, battery heating and low incoming volume. The tab was submitted for service to the authorised Service Personnel at Thanjavur, M/s Carvin Electronics (Job No.21572 dt. 15.11.2013) After having serviced, the product was received back, but for some other defects, again the tab was sent for service. Without giving any job sheet the authorised service centre took the set for service. After a prolonged period, the tab was returned as serviced, but in the same defective condition.So, the seller of the product, Poorvika Mobiles were approached, who took the product for service on 09.01.2014. They transferred the set to their Headquarters at Chennai for service. After service, the tab was received back on 07.03.2014 only. Again, problem of taking more time for charging and discharge of power through charging slot was created and the product was given to Poorvika requesting for replacing the same with new one due to frequent problems, within the warranty period., but they transferred the set to the authorised service centre Carvin Electronics, Thanjavur for service again.Job Sheet No. S[protected] was issued on 10.09.2014. IMEI No. was noted as [protected]/[protected]. Though about two months have lapsed, the whereabouts of my tab was not notified to me. I have not used the product even for a month continuously. For a meagre number of days only it was with me. It was purchased one year back but was with the service centre for major period. For having purchased Micromax product paying full price, I am penalised not to use the same. I hopefully purchased the tab, but was disappointed. I request your attention in this case and solve my problem by arranging immediate replacement of the product with a new one please . Thanking You, Yours faithfully, C.               My Canvas 2 was within warranty and stopped working. I complained and the handset was taken by the Company service center in Borivali, Mumbai. I was given a different handset back after more than 60 days which is not working too. I am tired of calling and telling the problem. No solution. This is big time cheating with the consumers.                     I have submitted my phone ( Micromax A 110 Q) for repairing due to some problem in phone in month of Aug-14 first time. after repairing phone there are another problem in phone front camera not working. then i have again submitt my phone to customer care to check the camera. again phone not working ok, now touch problem in my phone so i have submitt my phone on date 10-oct-14 but still phone not received.                         I made a mistake by buying MICROMAX A -290, IT HAD MOTHERBOARD issues and we were assured of replacement under WARRANTY, the extent of the cheat is so great the COMPANY EXECUTIVE CLAIMED the new handset has already been dispatched via a courier DO NOT GET IMPRESSED WITH THE ADVERTISEMENTS, they no nothing of customer care and service BEWARE satpal singh -[protected]

                          Dear Seniors, I am seeking some advice from you in the matter I am experiencing now a days. Ten month ago I have purchased a mobile brand name Micromax model A210 (Canvas 4). After nine month I found the touch screen of the mobile is not working properly, the warranty period of 12 months was not completed hence I contacted the Micromax service center. The service Engineer asked me to deposit my mobile handset to service center and will be received back repaired within a period of 15 days. Accordingly I deposited the hand set to service center and get proper receipt of that.The service center has not bothered to provided any service mobile handset for customer convenience.Now even after 2 and half months neither I am getting any feedback nor my repaired mobile. I wrote many mails to the customer care of the Micromax Co. but not any status of repaired mobile or any idea about when I am getting it back. So seniors is there any other action plan to get back the repaired mobile from the Company? Please guide me.

                            i had purchased micromax unite II 106 on dated 25/07/14. from the date of purchase i had the problem of battery over heating, specially during net surfing. also the screen lock/unlock button got faulty. i approached to customer care at m/s shri raj telecom durg, chhattisgarh on 30/09/14. they told me that the problem is in the pcb and it need to be replaced and the set will be send to ranchi centre. my job sheet no is e[protected]. after 1 month i got no reponse from the customer centre also when i call the no. given it no answer. you are requested to update about my complain or replace the mobile immediately.

                              Its been 2month and i dont have my phone. i submitted my phone at 2nd floor hudson lane, kingsway camp delhi job sheet no-N[protected], IMEI/ESN no-[protected]/[protected] m very dissapointed with the service you provide. after saying that the phone will be returned to you in a week they kept the phone for 2months. everytime we go there and they say phone is not done not done!! 2months is more than enough to repair a phone.

                                  Hi, I bought micromax unite 2 (A106) (IMEI no.-[protected]) few months ago.There was some issue with my display touch screen. I handed over my cell to micromax service centre (#405, Ranka Park, RIC, Shantinagar, Bangalore-560027.) on 08/09/2014. Its been two month now. Everytime i ask them for any update, they tell me to come after 10-15 days. On being asked the reason for delay, they reply back saying that the company is not sending them the parts. Sadly enough, this has been going on for quite a time now.I havn't received my cell back. Nor any update on the progress. Please help!! #disappointed customer.

                                    I submit my phone to service center on 28th of oct 2014 and they told me to provide within three days but now they are asking for 7-10 days. This is not only my case some more customer are there same problem are facing. They are coming from last one month and they repeating the same thing. Your toll free number is no more anyway. Iam trying from last 3 days and its not connected a single time. Always Busy and today its say is out of order. My job work id is W[protected]. I just visit there to upgrade my phone software. After up gradation the touch screen is not working. So they asking to repair in 3 days but now asking for 7-10 days. This is really not a good service quality. Plz provide complaint number for this and give the commitment date for the phone delivery.

                                        This is to inform that my phone, a Micromax BoltA069, has been submitted to the nearest Micromax service centre(San Infosys) for repairs of the microphone and speaker. The handset has been submitted for repairs twice in the span of the last month. The phone itself is in warranty and had been bought only a mere two months back. On the first occasion the phone had been returned faulty by the centre. The problems recurred within 24hrs after we got the phone back. Now the phone has been submitted to the centre once again. Despite having called the centre repeatedly our calls are not answered. On visiting the centre with the job-sheet the authorities misbehave and try to avoid answering all queries regarding the repairs. After waiting for a couple hours they declared the phone had been sent to kolkata for 20-22days because they couldn't fix it here. This serves to be very troublsome for us to go without a proper handset for that long. The services are completely worthless and the authorities are obnoxious. Without proper means of contacting them the process of checking our repair request is also turning out to be very cumbersome.
