Dear Sir/Madam, Subject : Complaint Regarding Micromax Mobile BOLT A67. I am writing this mail with frustrated. First I went to Micromax service center at Ameerpet opposite Green Park Hotel (Incharge Prakash [protected]/[protected] with a problem of only speaker, after checking phone by them they call at evening and said phone having display problem too. However after following with them for one month they called and ask to come the service centre to collect the phone has been resolved. But after checking the phone is not getting started. I don’t know what was wrong with the company or service centre, they had changed the job sheet number “N” number of times following are the Job sheet number details. Dated :30/07/2014 1. S[protected] –[protected]. S[protected]. S[protected] Finally they said that motherboard problem and requested to take phone and give this at Secunderabad Branch (Micromax Authorized service centre)because in the city they have authorized to replace the motherboard Same day submitted and shown all the job sheet number of above mentioned, they had given new job sheet number (0914 –[protected] saying it will take minimum 20days to check the problem and said that they will inform me after resolve the problem, contacted them after 20days they saying still the not received the motherboard from DELHI and it will take more 20 days to fix the problem, requested to handover this phone to Branch Manager they said he will be come at any point of time or he gone outside for some work This is how one Branch Manager works.     Dear Micromax Team, I Was Purchase a mobile set of your company doodle 3 on dated[protected] from your retailer M/s Deepak Electronics worth Rs. 9000/- But after one month it has creat signal problem to me. then i was go at your care centre. at Mandi M/s Asian Communication. he ok t told me that now it is ok. but after two days i was face same problem again. i again came at your care centre M/s Asian Communication Mandi. He gave me set after some hour and said ok. but after two days i was face same problem again. and now he said it will be send to chandigarh for change its motherboard. i said ok. but till date it is not repaired. now you please told me that what is my fault. if your set is not ok then dnt give it to market. please send me a new set agains this set because i dont want to face same problem in future with this set. Now it's been 3 months but I have not got my phone back. For the last 3 months they are harassing me by giving excuses and not doing anything. I am having great difficulty in absence of my phone...

          Hi, My micromax canvas HD which was purchased on dec 2013 but after nine months it was giving me problem while charging as it was not taking charge so I took it Micromax Service Center Named - Sabsonic, At Teghoria, Kolkata on 22/08/2014. Then they told me to deposit my cell phone with them and they give me a Jobsheet, mentioning reason my phone has SOFTWARE problem. after running again and again then they message me on 22/10/2014 that job was done and do collect your cell phone but when I went to collect I saw nothing had been done with my cell and the problem regarding charging remain the same n more over they have thrown my screen guard without my permission. Till date they didn't return back my phone with running condition and neither they are doing any thing to solve my problem. So I decided to claim a new phone from them as a compensation, and want my matter to solve as soon as possible. It is my humble request please consider my case and solve my issue as early as possible. Regards Smita Bose

            Sir, I have purchased a new Micromax Mobile Handset Model No. 091 from an authorized Micromax mobile store, Payyanur, Kannur, Kerala. After 2 months of purchase, the display touch screen starts giving trouble. I got to the store and gave it for service. They took it on 15th sep 2014 and told to me that it will take 3 weeks to repair and I admitted that. But till today (28/10/14) I had not get my device back. I have visited the store and called them many times. They took 1 and half month. Now they didn't answer to my call. I have no other handset to use and I do my job by phone. So I am in trouble with my job. So I want my mobile back in a working condition or else give my money back. Please solve this problem as soon as possible. My contact no.               Pls escalate this complaint to micromax and ask them to give a special case id for this complaint and work fast on this complaint

              I have same complaint like this. I give my handset model no: 091 for touch pad complaint. I bought it on 12th august 2014 and got damaged on after 1 month. And I gave it for service in the store where I was purchased on 15th sep 2014. But I have not got it till today. I hate micromax and I told to all of you to not buy this company. It is not a trusted company and cheating all people by advertisement.

                First of all i don't think that you people are seriously taking actions against the complain registered against the mobile because there are lot many people who have complained against the phone issue but they haven't got any response from your side.I think if you people are not concern about customer issue, please close your phone company because we people trust you and in revert you backstep us. My Name is "HIRENDRA SINGH".I brought my micromax canvas on 26th of sept 2014 and within 5 days i saw a problem in my charging port, i visited ur customer care in laxmi nagar on 4th oct and submitted by repair.Its been 20 days but even they dont have any idea abt where my phone is right now.Every time they give the exuse of customer care but even customer care people dont have idea about the exact location of phone.                   Sir/Madam, I, Yojana Singh, have given my mobile phone for repair in micromax service center, on 26th Aug, 2014, located in Vellore (Tamilnadu). They told it will take at most 25 days for repairing it else they will provide a replaced new phone. But they failed on their commitment and I called them many times but their response was very poor. I also contacted Micromax Service Center many times, they used to give a time duration of 20 days again and again. I received very dissatisfactory response from them too. Today, it is 60 days from the day I handover my cell phone and still there is no notification from neither of them. I request you to help me regarding the problem mentioned. I would be very thankful to you.                   Firstly I would like to thanks the support team to resolve my complaint. They contacted me with the customer care number. But I would suggest you people, avoid purchasing micromax mobile phones as they are very poor in delivering their services. It took more than 2 months to get my dead cell phone repaired back to me. They didn't even stick on to their promises made with the customer. That's all about it.

                        I submited a complaint on 27-oct-2014 about my habdset. But till today I hav't recieve any information from micromax company of my mobile.
                        Whenever I try to contact to micromax customer care their machine always says network busy. please look into my matter. I promise that I never buy any handset from micromax, they dont know to serve customer. Job Sheet No.- E[protected].
                        Firstly tge fault occured in my canvas fire 2 only after 2 week from the date of buy and i gave it to care on 7th april but till now i have not got it repaired almost 3 weeks are going to be over. Plzz help me!!!

                            Dear Sir, I have submitted my Micromax A94 in Vashi Telecom Service center on 5th September 2014 Job Sheet No. W[protected] due to phone dead. On 8th October 2014 My mobile was given to head office for replacement from Service Center, saying that it will get replace in 10 days but still i have not received my mobile. I m taking daily followups from the service center & they had only one answer to say that it will get replace in next week. Two months are almost gone but still i have not received my mobile.                               Hi, I am Raman Kumar I have purchased MMX mobile phone on 7th July-2014 after 2 months I was started facing problems first all Apps in phone showing double and second phone voice is not clear to me (Disturbance occurring) than I visited to Service center on dated 9th September-2014 add. SATGHURU COMMUNICATION SHOP NO-1 GF DHARAMPALI PALACE, NEAR VINAYAK HOSPITAL SECTOR-27, NOIDA-201301. They have submitted my mmx phone with Job sheet no. N[protected] after continues chase up with them I received call on 18th October-2014 that your phone is repaired and you can come and collect, that time I was out of station I asked them that I will collect soon.. than I visited to service center on 27th Ocotober-2014 while reaching there I have came to know my mmx phone was not repaired till date it was very very disappointing situation as I travelled 40 km from my home to service center to only collect my phone….and now they are saying it will be repaired today and you can revisit tomorrow 28th October-2014 to collect phone…. This all situation is forcing me NOT TO BUY any Micromax product in future… the time when I have purchased MMX mobile phone I was very excited that I got good featured phone but after seen the services everything is vanished…I have to say, experience with Micromax services is Pathetic… I am requesting to you and your team kindly give input in above mentioned situation as I still have hope with you guys..                                 Hi, This is to inform you that I have given my phone on your Shadipur Delight Services service center on 20th September, 2014 and after speaking with your adviser's on phone they told me it will take 20 working days from 30th September, 2014 for my phone to get repaired and give it to me via the service center. However, after calling your customer care center today, I have come to know that my phone will take another 20 working days from today onwards. This is pathetic and unjustified as no information is passed to me and only after I called you guys, I have got this silly answer.Please look into the matter ASAP as this is not acceptable and believe me I will bring this to the consumer forum if necessary and highlight this in media.If you are unable to repair the phone on the specified time which you have mentioned, please provide me with the new phone as soon as possible.When I called you guys earlier, you said the TAT would be applicable from 30thn September, however, I have submitted my phone on 20th September, 2014. Now after that on 27th October, you are telling me I have to wait for another 20 working days to get my phone.                                   I have taken micromax colours were i found my handset wifi was not working i took it to nearest service centre in bangalore bearing address M/S CARE POINT # 405, ranka park RIC, bangalore -560027, were i have submitted my handset on 14th of oct were service executive told me it will be rectified within a week but as of know i have not received any call & i am trying the service centre nUmber which is busy all the time if the issue is not resolvef with in 2 Days i have to tagg a complaint to consumer forum & i make sure that i will spread this on socail website about a non responsive service

                                    Myself Satish Kumar Pillai purchased Canvas Nitro on[protected].When i started using the phone, i found out that camera flash is not functioning at all.I took the handset for scrutiny to Micromax Care, Yashwant plaza, , Indore(M.p) on 27 th oct 2014.Service representative stated that replacement can be done only within 7 days of purchase which is totally unexceptable. No where on warranty manual it is mentioned. Pathetic Customer Service. I need my issue to be reviewed and kindly respond.

                                      I bought the tab on May 1st 2014 from Lulu Mall Edappally. Its display got complained on July 23rd. Then we gave the tab to Micromax service center, Kacheripady on August mid. They are telling the spare parts is not available with them and i am getting this excuse every time i call them. Now I am waiting for more than 2 months.How we can trust Micromax products again if it is useless once it is damaged.If the product is not able to repair, company is responsible for replacement what other companies normally do.Please take this as urgent priority and give me a resolution earliest.                                         Hi, I purchased a handset MICROMAX DUET AE90 in August2014, it gone faulty after few weeks, I took it to micro max service center (Work Order no- W[protected]-21153) VASHI NAVI MUMBAI (Micro max service center number- [protected]/35). They are not responding .Kindly help me out.
