Hi, I purchased a handset MICROMAX DUET AE90 in August2014, it gone faulty after few weeks, I took it to micro max service center (Work Order no- W[protected]-21153) VASHI NAVI MUMBAI (Micro max service center number- [protected]/35). They are not responding .Kindly help me out.

    Hi, When I went to the service center at Shree Sai Telecom, Gurgaon 22nd October 2014 for retrieving my Micromax Funbook P410 tablet under warranty, I was offered a different model (Micromax Doodle 3) in its place. I refused to accept that device because of the following reasons: 1. The device being offered to me (Micromax Doodle 3) was smaller in size than my original tablet (Micromax Funbook P410) . 2. The device being offered to me was not a tablet, while I needed a tablet for my use. The device being offered to me has a lower battery capacity while I need a longer battery capacity device for my use. 3. I was not intimated about this supposed change beforehand. 4. I need the model I submitted to Micromax back or an equivalent new 'tablet' in size and specifications. The device I was being offered did not have any packaging and I was not shown any evidence that it was new. 5. The device being offered to me (Micromax Doodle 3) is being sold at a lower price than my original model (Micromax Funbook P410). 6. The claim of the service center that my device model (Micromax Funbook P410) was not available in the market is a lie because it can easily be purchased online. 7. The device being offered to me (Micromax Doodle 3) had an older Android version (4.2), whereas the new Doodle 3 has Android 4.4. This proved that the device being offered to me was not new. I have waited for nearly two months for this to get resolved. Please make it sure that my concerns get resolved or otherwise I would be forced to take other measures. I have been patient enough till now to stick with Micromax and you should give me back my device or replace it with a new one of the exact same model.       good day this is nakul shah from mumbai i took a 300 before 3 months, i had memory problem, contacted microtech service in santacruze, they told cant help need upgradation after having sim slot problem and touch screen problem ask for repairs, they replied need 10 to 15 days, and leave phone this is just 3 months old phone i asked for replacement, launched complain, after week on 8th oct i gave phone for repairs, after 2 visit on 20 i got my phone, checking at service center the camera and touch found non operation, again took back by service center, today is 27 after 20 days my bphone in service center, please do need ful to replace my phone as the phone was more spoiled by ur service center ima detail[protected] / [protected] model code sermob0479 Warm regards

        I had bought my micromax canvas 4 in the month of february and on[protected] my phone is still in warranty!My phone display automatically went blank without any physical damage to phone.So, I went to micromax service center M/s enterprises (hyderabad) they took my phone and said its company fault we will repair your phone by tomorrow or by a week and we will call you to take back your phone and then after few hours they called me and told me that my phone is having some problem so they will send it to company and i would get my phone back under 25 days! Its 41th day today i had been continuously calling them from past month.They say that company isn't showing any update about your phone we can't say how many days it can take! It can take upto a year or a day to get your phone repaired! I went to their office and asked but no one gives response and even when i try to call them they don't receive calls i will be having to call them 4-5 times! I want to get my phone back please micromax fix this thing you people are providing the worst service!           Dear Sir/Madam, Subject : Complaint Regarding Micromax Mobile A120 & Service Desk not response properly I am writing this mail with frustrated. The month of August 14th 2014 I bought Micromax Canvas A120 in "CROMA" showroom at Anna Nagar. After a month I had a issue with display since I went to Micromax service center at T.Nagar they said some airblock is there in the display that why the display shows like this however with in 15 mins they resolved the issue. But after couple of hours again my mobile turned in to same display problem. Afterward I went to Kilpauk Showroom which is near by my place for same issue they also said the same story after wards they said once they changed the Touch pad I will not face the issue even I ok with whatever they said. They took service complaint against my on 11/10/2014 and they said with in 10 days will be fixed. But still I am not getting any response for the issue. Yesterday I went to Kilpauk service center still the mobile problem was not fixed they said it will take one more week to get resolved. Only 1 and half months only I used the phone afterwards it still there in the service center only. Yesterday When I went to service center the girl who sits in the service center without even seeing my JOB NUMBER she said she call me twice in a day to inform about the phone has been fixed then she looked at my job number saying still the phone was not fixed "THIS IS HOW THE CUSTOMER DESK PEOPLE BEHAVE WITH CUSTOMER". The way they talked its not a good manner. At the point of time Branch Manager not available to fix the issue. When i checked with the other staff they said he will be come at any point of time some time he may not come. This is how one Branch Manager works. The staff who worked there they not giving proper response to me as well as customer. Because of this issue and the lady the way she spoke I am so frustrated.             I bought the phone on 12 the July, within a week it started giving multiple problems problem like the display was not responding while receiving the call, phone given at bhandup service centre on 22nd July, it been more then 3 months the phone is still with service center and they are just not responding, giving some or the other reason. not at all satisfied.               Micromax canvas 2.2 a114 mobile was purchased on 10th september and was reported to service center due to loudspeaker malfunction feature on 6th october 14 . The service center said this is a faulty piece and soon i'll get the corrected one . However inspite of dozens follow-up i haven't received my mobile yet. Shockingly when i reached to the customer care they said it has gone to higher service center and an update will be shared by 20th of november. Is buying micromax mobile is biggest fault ever made?

                I purchased a Canvas Doodle3 on 22nd October 2014 from Cellular Shoppe (Address: JP-1/H/1-B, Ashwini Nagar, Baguiati, Joramandir. Kol-59), invoice Oct/723, model A102 Doodle3 IMEI: [protected]. Being a journalist, I badly need a smart phone. I use it to send titbit news . It's the worst phone I ever found in this price range. The touch screen is unbelievably horrible and too slow. Sometimes stops working while working on MS Office and other Apps. During charging the battery, it used to stuck at 89% percentage and sometime at 97%. And then after few minutes starts draining while CHARGING!! Problem is not over here. 3G network is not also supporting. Sound quality and volume is also VERY poor. I always buy Nokia and Samsung... But this time I thought to go for Micromax. Because I believe in quality, I don’t run behind the big names. I used to appreciate Micromax for the wonderful contribution of high features in low amount of price. That’s why this is the first time I bought Micromax to try its features. But I didn't know that this smart phone is going to test my passion. However I want money refund. Now i don’t want micromax. Since I am a Journalist and working for Delhi based leading publication house, I have to send titbits news and articles through phone every day. But my set is not working properly. I am just fed up with this. It’s my humble request please refund my money. If you really care for customer’s money value, please refund my Precious money ASAP. Otherwise I have to go consumer court.                         I have a Micromax A116i phone.I bought it on 4th January 2014. Some problem started in it in the month of July 2014. It was under warranty period so i submitted it to micromax service centre on 11th July 2014 for repair. The micromax service centre details is M/S.Ananya Infotel, 44 Shyama Pally, Jadavpur, Kolkata-700032. On that day they gave me a docket number E[protected]U78. They told they will return the mobile after some days. When they called next time on 27th August 2014 they told that they need some more time and gave me a new docket number of[protected]. But after that they never called. When i contacted them after 20 days they told they need some more time.When i called them again on 17th October 2014 they said they need to send the mobile to Delhi service centre as they can't repair it. When i asked why they took so much time to decide this the customer service representative behaved in a bad manner and kept the phone down. I don't know what to do. I am losing my hope of getting back the phone. Its already over 3 months my phone is with them. Please help.

                          My mobile purchased last year 27.10.2013 activated on 30.10.2013 has stopped working. I went to the service center address given in Micromax website.                             they told that my handset is in head office after 44days 30th october 2014 they returned my handset... After checking it i again found problem of not charging not vibrating and over heating and again on 31st october i submitted it on same service center.. New jobsheet number E[protected]­­6 my ph is under warranty yet u people are delaying it..., sent many emails to head office no reply..called at head office no one picking up... Enough is enough.. You dnt knw the power of consumer court if i dnt get my ph completly repaired by friday... I will file a case...get lost from indian mobile market... Worst after sales service... When will i get my ph back?called head office no1 picking the call... Sent email multiple times to head office no1 replied

                            On 9th june I visited a service centre of micromax for some issue in my mobile. Initially they told i need to keek my mobile for 7 days. Keeping 7 days was very much difficult for me but repairing the phone was also important. So I kept, but till now i have not received. called to the service centre, called customer relation executive but no one have the details of status. Everyone is saying it is under repair.

                            If micromax do not have the proper support system, they should not run the business. I want to ask the concern persons of micromax, if we keep their important phones for 20 days, what will be their feeling. I am facing that. The worst support they provide. till now no one of the representative knows how many days it will take more. If anyone planning to buy micromax, please think twice.

                                  We have purchased one Micromax A116 Canvas HD black for Rs.11800/ on 21.12.2013 from Ms Hariom Custom collection, borivali East, Mumbai. But after just 4 months it developed serious problem of not charging the mobile. We have lodged a complaint with service centre at Borivali West, Mumbai and submitted the mobile in the month of May 2014 but the officilal informed that we have to pay Rs.6900/- to get it repaired as the mother board of the mobile is cracked. It is pertinent to note that the mobile is under warranty and should have been repaired irrespective of defect in any part as we have not been informed by the vendor that which part would be under warranty and which are not covered. It is not our fault if the company is producing defective pieces. Kindly not that it is the harassment of the customer if after sale service is not provided to the consumers. We have options to go to consumer court for our financial loss and mental harassment. We request you replace the mobile or refund the purchase price with interest and compensation for mental agony at the earliest. In anticipation of your positive reply. your customer Gurvinder Singh

                                    Dear sir/ Madam, I have a MICROMAX A63, which had a charging problem. It could not be charged with any charger. I have handed over the charger to tinsukia servicing centre, pin-786125 on 07/10/2014. But today is 25/10/2014 and when enquired about the delivery, they responded as parts of mobile are stil to be received from the head office. I am really surprised with so much poor communication lag between the head office and the service centres, due to which we customers have to suffer so much. I would request the appropriate authorities to please take proper action for prompt service and delivery of my handset. My Job Sheet number for your reference is 10692.                                       I have bought a smartphone canvas doodle 2: A240 in March 14 and it got defective in sep 14 and given to Shree sai telecom; Gurgaon for repair or replacement as screen and speaker both were dysfunctional. He has given max 7 days for this but its more than 2 months and everytime says to wait for a wk time.My IMEI no is [protected]/[protected] and Job sheet no-N[protected] Job sheet date 3/09/14. My complaint has been registered via reference number MMX[protected] through customer care also. I think this is the worst mobile phone service. And people must think hundred times before buying micromax product because its cheap but product and afersale service is not even worth of that much money. Amit prakash

                                        Facing hel lot problems from this phone. Purchased a month back. Mobile behaves recklessly. Apps are not suppprted. Set gets hanged hell lot of times. Automatically gets turned off wothot any reason. Doesnt read memory card. Kindly return my money or replace this faulty hanset with a new one
