My name is Jayaprakash, working in Sales Tax department, residing at Ernakulam . I submitted my moble (CANVAS4 -A210), asper jobsheet (No.SO[protected], on 04/09/2014 at M/S EXCLUSIVE CARE at Kochi, Ernakulam., due to power switch complaint . The service centre persons told me to come after 20days. But before the 20days completion they called me to my another mobile (91+[protected]) and said that, the handset had come from the company, but now we discovered that it's software is in complaint, so may you permitted us to return it to the company for a new handset. . I gave permission for it . again after 20days, I tried to contact them, through the given land & mobile numbers, ie.[protected] &[protected], but can hear only one tone, that it was switchoffed. One of in these days, they attend my call and told me that, my handset is reached there but it's motherboard has been replaced, and they lying it in observation . They also told me that, they must give it with in 2days. Then I told them that, if you gave that set how I can mension the quality of the new motherboard !!! So I need a warranty for it or a new hand set . This last talk was held before 13days . After it their mobile and land lines are fully switched off condition .
So,
I not neede that handset, which they used to study the "mobile handset servicing" . I requesting you to give me a new hand set as early as possible . If you can't, I must be compelled to approach the proper leagal way to obtain the compensation, cheating, and the compensation for the right of warranty, and will notice it through the high glittering social medias . If you take futher necessary action with in 4days, it should be the better option that which you selected .
