The new Android one AQ 4501, is not detected by any of the computers, even after installing the driver provided in the website. I have approached the service centre in Coimbatore, M/s Kanishkha Mobiles, on Friday, 24th Cot, 2014. They were very reluctant to take up the problem as I have purchased the item through online from Amazon.in. Just for the name sake, they have taken the phone inside and immediately replied that it is not getting detected by the computer..!!! It was the complaint, they need not inform me that. And I requested them to check into it and I would take it back in two days. They reply was the only engineer they have with them was busy with so many works and since the product has been bought through online, I should contact Micromax first. I tried calling to the customer care number for n number of times, but of no use. Amazon is not ready for a replacement, it seems. Is this the case, definitely I should not recommend Micromax to anyone from now.

    We had a phone handset bought in April 2014. The screen went blank on 10th July. The phone was submitted to service centre at sector41 on 19th August 2014, where we were informed that it will be repaired in 10 days. After numerous inquiries, on 20th of October we were informed that it can not be repaired. Complaint number:N[protected]. Shelly [protected].

      I am totally convinced that Micromax has only good Ads but it totally sucks for each and everything. Any product you take is cheap but totally sucks. You are bound to have a problem with your product very soon. None of the phone numbers for customer service will work. Even the phone numbers mentioned for Bangalore on the micromax website will not work. This products of these company really suck as do the customer care. If you have money to throw away please buy from them,

      This compnay can serve as an Epitmoe of BAD Servcie.

        Dear, My name is Jayaprakash, working in Sales Tax department, residing at Ernakulam . I submitted my moble (CANVAS4 -A210), asper jobsheet (No.SO[protected], on 04/09/2014 at M/S EXCLUSIVE CARE at Kochi, Ernakulam., due to power switch complaint . The service centre persons told me to come after 20days. But before the 20days completion they called me to my another mobile (91+[protected]) and said that, the handset had come from the company, but now we discovered that it's software is in complaint, so may you permitted us to return it to the company for a new handset. . I gave permission for it . again after 20days, I tried to contact them, through the given land & mobile numbers, ie.[protected] &[protected], but can hear only one tone, that it was switchoffed. One of in these days, they attend my call and told me that, my handset is reached there but it's motherboard has been replaced, and they lying it in observation . They also told me that, they must give it with in 2days. Then I told them that, if you gave that set how I can mension the quality of the new motherboard !!! So I need a warranty for it or a new hand set . This last talk was held before 13days . After it their mobile and land lines are fully switched off condition . So, I not neede that handset, which they used to study the "mobile handset servicing" . I requesting you to give me a new hand set as early as possible . If you can't, I must be compelled to approach the proper leagal way to obtain the compensation, cheating, and the compensation for the right of warranty, and will notice it through the high glittering social medias .             I have purchased MICROMAX CANVAS DOODLE 3 A 102 (BLUE) smart phone (andriod) from AMAZON. but in this phone 3G is not supported if I switch on the 3G network mode the sim card will not wok & it is showing sim card service is not availalble. And i checked with micromax care YELAHANKA centre. after that also it is same problem.

              Dear sir, I had given my phone to micromax service centre in jaipur and now they are not returning back more than a month has been passed and they start misbehaving when asked for phone giving threats of life. i am giving all details. place where phone given Micromax Check Point G-72, B Block, Ganpati Plaza, Near Pizza Hut, M.I. Road, Jaipur, Rajasthan  302001. details of phone:- MICROMAX CANVAS DOODLE 2 MOBILE PHONE MODEL NO A 240 M_IMEI NO.:-[protected] AND S-IMEI [protected] This is to bring to bring to your kind notice that I had purchased Micromax Doodle 2 mobile phone from The Mobile Store, Outside Maxus Mall, Bhayander, Thane for a consideration of Rs 14105 paid in cash vide invoice no.19849/10456111 dated 17/12/2013 which comes with a 12 months Warranty. The said goods are suffering from the following defects from date 11/09/2014 and deposited Vide Jobsheet No. W[protected] to them for replacement as told by them on 15/09/2014 :- 1)Automatically getting on and off . 2)Many features as promised are not working properly. I have reported the above matter to their service centre and visited several times but despite all my pleadings and their staff start misbehaving with me and have not made good the defect in the goods which is indeed regrettable and highly unbusiness like.They promised me to return goods within a week time but now more than a month has been passed and they had not done anything. It seems I had made a very big mistake in choosing Indian brand like Micromax. On account of your aforesaid dereliction of duty and failure and neglect to rectify the same I have suffered lossed of Rs.50, 000 and incureed expenses of Rs. 3000 which they are liable to compensate to me. As I had purchased phone for my business purpose and due to their negligence my business is affecting very much as now I am having no contacts with clients and missed a very important deal due to their mistake. I request hereby to : (i) replace it with new as the same is in warranty period. (ii) Pay compensation for the financial loss with interest cost which I suffered due to their negligence. Just to re-cap again, this particular TAB is down from May 2014 for the reason that it's battery gets discharged and blue tooth doesn't work. To fix this the local dealer took one month time but the TAB was handed over to me saying new battery was put by MicroMax and software up-gradation was done to take care of Blue tooth issues. I could see only Blue tooth issue got resolved and the first problem of battery discharging turned to new problem that now it's " NOT Charging". This set was again given back to them post proper discussion with the Unique proprietor Mr. Sharab - [protected]. Again after three weeks I've been called to say that the TAB is repaired by MicroMax with the reason that the new battery is put. While checking this set at Service station, I found it's same problem that it's not charging and handed over TAB to Service station. Later there were no calls from UNIQUE, for atleast two weeks. When I called the center, I understand from the reception that the TAB is still in the center and waiting for MicroMax decision. After a weeks time when I called Service center, I understand the TAB has been sent to MicroMax service center and then they asked me to follow with you / Micromax. For which I called on 9/9/2014. One lady on the call assured me the TAB will be delivered to me in next fifteen days. Few days back I got a call from Sharab - Unique Services asking for some no. (sr. No. ??) as it's not legible on the sticker and said me that the TAB is sent back by Micromax without repairing. Simultaneously on the same day I got multiple SMS from Micromax saying that the TAB is repaired and to collect from Service centre. Bit confused rather frustrated to understand such services. Request Micromax to respond to this mail and deliver my TAB without further delay. Attached all the details of the TAB and services receipts so far tracked at Uniques services.                   I have taken new MicroMax mobile A190 (B).The mobile started given the problem for charging in first month only. So i have submitted mobile to customer care on 10 September 2014.Till the date not i have not got my mobile. If its simple battery problem i don't understand why its taking so long time..?                     Three weeks ago i bought micromax colours A120. But after one week there is touch problem.
                    The main problem is, if i select any option or i touch the screen for typing
                    and all, all that time automatically selection goes to top right end option.
                    now im fed up... im not able to chat with friends... not able to use google
                    chrome .. face book etc. . . . i submitted my mob to a micromax service
                    center..but im not satisfy with that.i want to replace my mobile. one of my
                    friend bought a sony xperia. he suffered a problem after 3 months . but the
                    company replace the mobile to him. here i complainted with in one month. i was
                    a samsung customers for years... all that time i dont even faced any simple
                    complaint except battery backup... here im submitting the job sheet number;
                    Jobsheet no : S[protected]. Please take necessery action against
                    this .. Rightnow i dont have an alternate mobile also.Im facing all these problems
                    only because i have chosen micromax. hope u will understand my problem and find
                    a solution fastly..

A104 last six month and i am given last 8 days to u r service station at ALRAZA MOBILE SERVICE CENTRE, Inra anand apartment, 1st floor near HDFC bank Dhantoli, Nagpur- 440012 (ms), for touch repaire, he told me u r ph complit service at 8 days but today he again told not repaire again 8 days more, so why r u not responsible for customer service, and service man is misbehave to every customer, he is not mentioned to job sheet exact time of repaire, he every time told to customer, this is company rule, so i am request to u my mobile is repaire as soon as possible earlier .

                      i had given my phone to be repaired at m/s mark services but after 3 months no response has come from the center.i am very much disappointed with micromax and now i am repenting why did i prefer micromax over samsung.micromax can host odi series but they have no time for the costumers.micromax have only been set up by some silly men just to earn money and not to see the interest of the common masses.

                        I want to complain about 3 service centers in bhopal…..
                        I m really fedup…..
                        On 23 august my mobile (A-63) did not switched on after changing the sim…so first i visited….
                        Kalra mobile n computers at hamidia road….Taking my problem…..It was all messed up there..No proper system…no qualified centre guys….It all seemed like a fish market…not a center…they were not even able to handle a single customer……no system at all…so i moved to next service centre at new market….
                        At m/s r and j enterprises(At new market) they checked my cell and told me to submit it for 1 week….After one week ..They didn’t informed me about my cell so on enquiring again and again….They told me to come and collect it.. They told me my cell has not fault …it’s the battery problem……..On there suggestion i changed my battery…..They were wrong…..My battery had no problem…and i again went to next service center…….
                        M/s trisha enterprises (At mansarovar)…they first of all confermed that my battery has no fault….They again decided ..To check it…and then.. They told me it can’t be repaired here…..So it will be send to head office..They submitted my cell on 29 august and told me.. It will be back in 40 -45 days…..
                        Now its 17 october……no detail, no proper response …..Where my cell is?.. Is it repaired or not….Will i get it back….If yes..Then how, when…..Its 2 and a half months now…..I m really…very very disappointed with your service…..In future i don’t think so i can trust micromax anymore………please tell me…..Will i get my cell back repaired…????????????

                          I own Micromax Bolt A58 purchased on 4th May, 2014. Sometime during first half of September the phone stopped working and it wont power-on. I approached Micromax Service Center, Mobile Point at Kottayam for service; I was assured a repair in 2 weeks. Later in first week of October, 2014 I approached Mobile Point to check the status of my service request but I was told that on account of ineffectiveness with repairs due to lack of spares the operator at Mobile Point have discontinued servicing Mocromax products and that I should approach Cell Care, Micromax Authorized Service Center for repairs. I visited Cell Care and deposited my dysfunctional cellphone with them. I was told that I should expect a repaired unit within 10 working days; which have long passed. As yet I have not received any communication or information from Cell Care on the status of my repair. People at Cell Care do not return phone calls or provide an update. I plan to approach consumer forum to remedy the frustration.

                            Dear Sir/Mam, i had purchchased a tablet of MICROMAX company (MODEL NO.- P362) on 28 july 2013. It is not working from till the date i had purchased it. And i had given to the care center on 22 june 2014 to repare it, because it is in warranty . They told me that you can collect it tomorrow but when i reached to them they denied . And said that you can collect it after 1 week. But they didnt give it to me . aAnd after the 4 month they give me the unrepaired tab . I had spent rs. 950 in transport to collect it . After the 4 month i had the unrepaired damage. I just want a new tablet and my transport expenditure from the company . kindly give your favour to me. Thankyou

                              Hi, i have ordered one Micromax X101 white mobile handset from Snapdeal on 9th Oct, 2014 and the same has been delivered to me on 18th Oct, 2014. How ever within a week the phone stopped working as the mobile software has been crushed. It is so frustrating to see something like this within a week. I had high expectation from Micromax but turned out to be a nightmare for me. I urge you to assist me on this urgently. I have been trying to reach you through customer care number [protected]. But It is always saying the same thing as "All routes to the dialed number are busy. please try after sometime." And moreover I gave complaint in nearest ps also. My phone is still ringing. I will provide my IMEI and mobile number in that mobile. Please track it and let me know the status.                                   Hi Team, I am facing frequent issue with my micromax A77 handset. Below are the issue:- 1. Charger Problem-- Visited service center replaced that 2. Incoming/ Outgoing problem-- Visited service center four time for that . they have kept my handset for 15 days .Now incoming audio issue has been resolved but outgoing audio issue still persist. 3. Network Problem--Now sim network is observed to be frequently dropped due to mobile issue, Confirmed by inserting same sim card on other mobile, in which network observe to be fine .                                       I live in goa.I have a micromax phone. Model A114. I had given it for repair in the micromax service centre in margao. I had given it for repair since my power button was not working. First of all their phones were not working. Secondly when they took the phone they always used to say that part has not come yet. I waited for a month n 8 days exactly and went there to ask. They made me wait for two and half hours and gave my cell back saying its repaired. But when I cam home I had the same problem that is my power button was not working again. My sincere request to you, please provide good services for micromax I want you to take immediate action on this

                                        Hello Sir, I have purchased "MicroMax Funbook P300 with 1 year warranty" on eBay. Received item and found faulty in 3 days. Problem: Frequent hang. Raised "claim" in ebay for replacement. Claim ID: 422728. Claim ID closed saying "item is under warranty and can not be claimed for replacement". I ended up visiting multiple Micromax service centers for fix. They updated firmware and it stopped bootup from then. None of them fixed it and finally said, "item is EOL (end of life) in MicroMax" can not be replaced though still have warranty.Please consider this is compliant and help me in getting item replaced.Thanks Ravinder.
