I got a new ac installed 10 days back and it's not cooling since then. I've raised the complaint twice on the toll free customer care number, however i haven't got any revert yet.
I'm leaving this final message expecting a resolution before dropping a complaint to the consumer court.

Hi there! I am just bought mmx canvas e451 dated 9/05/2017 with fully seal packed body. My complaint is its performance, charging and battery backup.. I went at its service centre where the repair its fault for charging issue. But after some time the problem faces again. I am old user of mmx service such as canvas nitro, canvas knight 2 but after buying canvas pulse i am just irritated by its quality.... I am replace it in another phone and can pay some money to get another phone. Do u tell me what i do?????

Date.01/06/2017. Micromax care chandan nagar. Sneha mobile service. I had gone to change my micro max mobile (Model aq4501) touch screen and body to sneha mobile service. After repairing they claimed ₹1650. After paying the amount i found that hey had installed old and used parts. After claiming about the fraud they had done, they promised me to replace it with new. On 08/06/2017. I found my mobile on. I demanded original bill against money i had pay., they refused to give original bill for₹1650. T hey refused to give original bill.

Since the day i put my trust on the micromax customer care centre rather then those servicing center's my hope goes in vain. On date 27/05/2017 i have submitted my micromax table for repairs since then i have received no phone call and even though i've tried for more than 10times a day on the given number i receive no response.

Micromax service center patil plaza service is third class, because my mobile is under warranty and i send my mobile to micromax service center for repair but after two months i cant got my mobile, staff & technician told some irresponsible, they made me waut for more than a month and never resolved the problem. Every time i come here i see loads of argument between customer and service staff. I feel like i have been thug of 1650 and worst service staff. I will never ever buy micromax product or will else never refer to someone else...

I have lost micromax canvas 120 mobile on 7 june 2017 with m_imei:[protected], s_imei:[protected];s/n:v[protected].
Please block this handset. I lost my mobile at patna junction at 11am approximately. I want to block all the applications of this handset even photo gallery. It was a black colour handset and there was no app lock in that handset.

My job sheet no. No. N[protected], date - 25/feb/ 2017, i give my mobile and rs 1000 advance for mobile repair. It is almost 3 months and i did not get my mobile and rs 1000.

I have micromax canvas 5 that i purchased on 20th of october. Today i am just saying u something about your services that you provide to customer. 2 months ago my ear phone + phone adapter got damaged that customer care took 2 months to replace them. And today my mobile ph charging point get damaged from which while charging its only get heat but charging could not take place i went to micromax care which is in noida sector 18 and their i met with mr. Saadil he is one of the bad or rude people of care he opened my phone and firstly ask mobile ph is in warranty or out warranty. I said in warranty directly he said inside your phone liquid is their that is not cover in warranty. They always give priority to out warranty service people because from these they earn money and everytime micromax do that type of thing with me. After that if you will not consider this as in warranty than i will go outside for repair and when i will go to any professional person than he said your charging ic socket get damaged from which when you will do charging it will get heat only so he changed my charging plate in 1000 bucks and he clearly said their is no circumstances of any liquid inside this. So why your service center aid to me that their is water inside your phone. You #ing people. Saadil is also a one of # people of your care that destroy the customers feedback of your company. Nobody think about you micromax. Only you have to think about it. Now i will not go with micromx anymore. And even i will not suggest anyone to take micromax. Saadil also said u can do anything. Kindly take any action against this otherwise their is no benefit to type this.

Recently i bought mi note 4 mobile through amazon. It is having a very poor micro phone so that myself and the oppenents could not hear the voice clearly. I did not expect such things from a branded company.
I would like to replace it with a good phone which is having better quality.
Also i need compensation for such a poor quality product.

My problem is my first one phone till purchase to till date minimum 5 times submit the technical problem of battery charge not show. We are purchase date to till date only 139 days ago. And minimum 75 to 100 hundred days this hand set in micro max customer care. Each and every time we phase same problem. Sir last time we are repair the after i have never use single call. Because we are out of station and hand set we drop my home. I have come and start this hand set we are face same problem. That min we are never use this phone bee-twin period. We submit hear micromax service center job sheet.
Sir we are many time contact your micromax customer care department not proper revert company side. Sir we submit my phone micro max customer care service center says our contract is over. So we are not accepted this phone. And we are contact other micromax customer care service center. Please check also micromax online provide customer care service center address. 80 % address is wrong or this service center is closed. We are contract your service center last week saturday 27/05/2017. This service center says today we are not make a job sheet please come monday 29/05/2017. Because today our office power cut. So we are request please make a manually job sheet but he is not able. T

I bought a new 3g mobile phone model 0346 on 26th may 2017 while charging the phoneand using the set the temperature of the phone increases and battery power decrease suddenly. The cost of the phone was high for me now it is damaged i have not enough money to buy another phone. Can i replace the phone, when we contact the dealer they ask for the mobile box but the box has lost my children throw it awaygoi. Please help me.

I bought micromax evok note in this month of may-2017. I bought it through flipcart.
It loose it colour every now then. What should i do. I have been using micromax phones since 2002. I had good experience with micromax mobiles. I buy mobile through flipcart online shoping festival. It is just 10 days old. Overall performance is good but mobile become black and white.

Details I wish to submit as follows:

1. I Purchased YU Yutopia YU5050 serial number [protected], on Jan 20th, 2016 from Amazon at the price of 24999/-. I was interested in High end phone, I found the specifications quite attractive and matching my requirement.

2. Despite spending huge cost, I couldn’t’ get basics function working at satisfactory level.

3. After using few months, I found it was having problem with Hearing and mike. The voice was not clear at both the ends. Moreover, the camera clarity was poor. I went to the Micromax Service Center, (Luxmi Communication, Phase 2, Mohali) on[protected]. They couldn’t fix the problem and kept the phone for 15 days.

4. Again after 2 months I started getting problem in the phone. It was giving excessive heating issue and also volume key was not working. I again visited service center on[protected] and requested the service center to fix the problem and they updated the software and told me that to fix the volume key button I need to give the phone to them for 25 days. However, they told me that they have fixed heating issue. I again asked for alternative phone for this period but again no phone was provided to me. So I kept the phone.

5. But the phone didn’t work satisfactorily, in few weeks it started getting switched off automatically. The battery would drop from 70-80% to 15% and then suddenly phone would turn off. The phone was having heating issue, battery drainage, volume key not working and was getting switched off again and again. Many a times phone got hanged. I have again submitted the phone to the service center and again they have kept the phone for about 40 days to fix it.
6. No alternative phone was provided to me whenever they kept the phone
​ for service​.

7. Again ​, when they replaced the phone, after sometime, ​ since December month it started giving problems of getting switched off without any warning, battery drainage etc.

​8. I hope you must have understood plight of the customer who has spend 25000/- and again and again facing serious issues. From the series of problems I faced with this phone, it is very much clear that phone is of poor quality and it have serious issues which is leading to dysfunction of the device. This has given very much inconvenience to me despite spending huge amount.

​9​. Company has discontinued the phone for the reasons best known to them. And their legal department is giving me Yunicorn phone worth Rs 10000/- in the replacement.

I have used my micromax canvas magnus since three years but some days i have problem with my phone from touch panel and hanging problem so i have unable to do any work with my phone and the phone price is very highly when phone was launched but still there is much more probnlem in my phone so i have a complain about it so i dont like this phone also micromax is bad product

Sir, my name is v.ravi and i bhought yureka plus mobile through flipkart in february. After few days it got software and battery problem. I have given to service center on 23 february 2017. Now its may month, almost three months passed. I have visited many times to servise center whic is located at rajahmundry in andhrapradesh. And i have sent many mails too but no use. What i have to do now

My micromax cell phone body wad damaged and visited 12.04.2017 to micromax service centre for the replacement of the same. The representative lady told to pay advance amount Rs. 200/- and the body will receive within week time. After that i am continuesly taking follow up but no response. I also mailed to micromax service centre and one of representative Mr. Vikram mailed me to visit the service centre but that was also not in use.

The service provided by micromax is very poor so I suggest you all not to buy this company phone. It is completely useless.

I had purchased a micromax phone with model no. Q346 and the software was having problem within the warranty period of the phone. We had given for repair on 18th april 2017 in their borivali service centre and after 20 days they says it given to the company for repair and to check with their customer care no.[protected] on the status. When called their customer care no. They repeated gave assurance of reverting in 5 days and now even after 1 month and 11 days still no update from micromax on the phone neither it's status. Very disappointing that such brands fool the consumers with their after sales pathetic service.

Four months back I bought micromax 55 inch TV Model number (55T1155FHD). TV display went to dark I raised customer service and raised request Reference number is TN[protected] to fix. Customer service person came to my home and conveyed display got broken so warranty will not cover. We suspected my child might stick the display.
Then we request to change the display but he conveyed the cost of display is 49000 but I purchased the entire TV in online sanpdeal.com for only 55 thousand.
I got amazed except the display other parts cost only Six thousand? Can you guys come up with the manufacture cost of entire parts including (Display, Board, chip set, .etc ).
I got my TV only four month BACK IN EMI, if you guys not able to replace my display with actual amount then please take back my TV with 4-month depreciation price for other parts except display.
If I am not get the display with actual or take back my TV with depreciation price for other parts then I will take this matter to consumer court and make this publish to facebook, twiter, etc..

I purchase Q414 in December 2016 from ludhiana and problem starts onwards - touch problem then after battery problem. Service center guys couldn't understand the exact problem. The real problem was battery but they update software and due to this my all data deleted. They took our battery and said we will give u another battery after 7 days, please let me know who can live without mobile, urgent calls there, everything is there. Looking forward to hear from you soon.
