I am into very hard times while writing this mail to you; i faced so much humiliation at your service center (Best tech services, gurgaon). I have one mobile phone micromax canvas e485 (Champ) and i am facing problem with its screen while using it.
So i went to your service center asked for repair as my phone is under warranty till now. And there starts my painful journey on 06/07/2017 i gave my phone at your service center and they asked me for 7 working days to repair my phone but after waiting for 10 days when i visited center they asked me for 2 more days and after that i am getting dates only from their side no solution.
The guy whom i met there mr. Shiv is very cunning personality and so rude while all the time asked about my phone he told me that is phone is sent to micromax’s central office for further repairs. But till today my phone was there with him without any improvement.
On 31/07/2017 when i finally went to service center they talked so rudely and asked for 5 more days and after a long argument with them they finally returned my phone without any repair.
Now as customer for your organization where i should go, do you people really care about your customers or are we in doldrums after purchasing your products.
You can understand my problem by seeing how much time i am spending just write to you. Your after sales services are pathetic; i just dumped my money in junkyard and feeling cheated.
When you people are not able to provide services so kindly stop fooling people.
Along with this mail i sending the job card provided to me at your service center as proof of wrong doings of you people.
Now, is there anyone? Who can provide any solution to me would be highly appreciated and i will so great full to him/her.
And if you need any other details regarding this matter kindly reach undersigned.

    I have submitted my micromax q392 phone to the mentioned service centre just before 11 month because after purchase at the very first day a concern related to hearing is there. At that time no replacement. Again when i was submitted that phone within 6 month some problem got resolved but within 3 months again the same problem arose.
    So again i had submitted that phone to the same service centre and they respond me after 3 month that my phone is not in condition to get repaired because of non availbility of spares and also they gave back it to me in the worst condition without a single screw in it. So, please help me in fair manner otherwise i sue micromax for the same in consumer forum.

    I purchased Micromax Q4202.smart phone few months before. but it is not working well .it is getting over heated, drain battery very fast, takes long time to charge, sd card doesn't store any thing.I'm fed-up with this phone.

      Hi my uncle bought a phone micromax canvas juice 2 on 21 dec 2016. After 5 months while uncle kids used at moment and suddenly it caught fire while using. Next day we gave a phone to customer service centre and they gave a time of 1 week to us but after 2 months they said ur phone was not approved by our head department and also they said collect your phone. So i kindly request please suggest any option to proceed the case further.

        I had submitted my handset on[protected], on your service center at kalyan (W).
        I had been informed that within 8 to 10 days i will b getting my handset back.
        After visiting service center 4-5 times, they said that my handset has been sent to company..
        Actually then every time i called customer care no. [protected], there your executives says after 5 days i will be getting handset back.
        That happned 3 times, but still i have not got my handset.
        So kindly im requesting to start a process for returning the same.
        Its almost 40 days sir how much more time the company needs to do it...

            Hi i have battery charging problem e481 canvas, i got it fixed before 6 months in warranty period. I have the same problem again and the service centre ambattur claims rs.2000 for the board change and no further warranty. I said i am spending rs.2000 on the spare i need minimum 6 month warranty on the changed part. The service centre denied. Kindly solve the issue

              Sir, i have registered a complain on 12th july 2017 and the technician took the parts of my led tv on 15th july. After that they are telling that new parts is to be replaced but it has been 2 weeks and neither they have replaced the new parts nor they are giving the old parts back. I have called the local service centre no. [protected] but they are always telling it will come tomorrow. Six days approx. I have called but same answer "it will come tomorrow". Please sir i request you to take necessary actions as i want to resolve as soon as possible that is to repair my led tv

                I i had purchased the 32"led prior 4 months & from june 03rd 2017 till date i was continuously trying get it repair / replace any kind of solution but, their was no mai ka lal from the micro-max side is ready to give me solution of this.
                I seat in mumbai & also connected to the corporate world but the kind of treatment & lethargic approach i had seen from last 2 months time was really pathetic & no one is getting ownership to resolve the issue.

                Product based in nasik & my mom & dad stay their on my farm house as tv was the main source of entertain to them & this led replace i was struggling since last two moth time.

                I am regular in touch with mr. Satpute who is head of authorized service is fails to commit & the are manager of micromax mr. Sunil palande who is worst in nature, worst in the customer feedback, complents registered.

                No single % support i had received from mr. Sunil palande.[protected] he is not even dare to pick the call of mine & revert of my query... One of the worst person i had seen on today's competitive world.

                I have as simple query weather i would get the led replace of mine or i assume that i had played the 'juaa" of 16000/-

                Answer me on if really u care of the customer...

                    A complain regarding the micromax led tv was registered a nearly 3 weeks back, while the complaint was acknowledged no one has bothered to attend to our complain now for nearly 3 weeks.
                    Have contacted the toll free number also but have had no response. Kindly look into the matter. The tv is under warranty.

                      Sir, my name is amandeep singh and i raised complaint to micromax customer support in 2july about sound output problem in led and it is under warranty period, but they not provide sufficient solutions to me. The service engineer came 3-4 time, but problem still remain and i had not received proper solution and response from micromax service centre or customer care officer.

                        I was facing some issue with my fon. After looking for the nearest service center, i went to-

                        B 36 first floor, opposite v3s mall, near nirman vihar metro station, laxmi nagar, delhi 110092

                        "ms. Vaishali" was there. When i conveyed my issue to her, what she did, she took my fon's battery, she twisted it and told me that it is not fine and you need to purchse new one. And again you need to pay more for repairing the fon.

                        I was shocked. I was there for my fon's screen issue, my fon's battery is still absolutely fine but what these people are doing there is that when a customer visits the center, they try to do something so that cutomer could pay more and if anyone resist then they start talking rudely, asking for manager's name they told one of the technician to talk to him.. No assistance at all. Even they are harrasing their customers. I will never buy a micromax product again and convey it to many as well. This is the problem with our indian company's service centers.
                        They never do what they supposed to do.
                        I am not getting that the porblem was in my fon's screen and the 'receptionist' told me after twisting the battery with her own hand that it is not working without any kind of checking with the technician.

                              I purchased micromax canvas evok from flipkart on[protected], there was a problem in speaker, so that i given that phone to m/s shri laxmi enterprises on 24.07.2017, they asked for change the board and to come after 15 days, but since last 2 and half months they continuously asking to come on friday and on friday they asking to come on tuesday, till date the same story...

                              My only concern is, when i will get my phone?

                                My name is sanjay kumar, i had made complain on 02/06/2017 regarding led tv backlight was not working which is under the warranty period and after several reminders & complains suddenly on 10/06/2017 visited at my residence and say that the need to change the led backlight after that my several reminder and complaint with regular followup with service center cell care point andheri east and company that get only one answer the part is not available. I have not received any response from the company as well as service center. No responsible persons & answers from micromax service peoples. Still i am waiting for there answer.

                                    I purchased micromax laptab 2 lt777. It has warranty of 4 months remaining. The device has stopped working due to some software issue. I got it checked at the customer care centre and they are suggesting me to get it replaced at a price of ₹4200. They are telling me that they can't consider the warranty and the price must be paid for the replacement.

                                        Requesting that i was purchased one mobile handset before 5 month.
                                        After purchased the mobile of 5 month the hand set automatic switch off then i was complained in service center in jabalpur in date of 12-06-17. Bar code - n[protected].
                                        After given the handset for repair the local team was said the handset has gone to delhi for repair and will come before 10 to 15 days.
                                        After that i was many time followed him.
                                        At last they was given the number of mr. Bhupendra kirar ([protected]) then i was talked with mr. Bhupendra they was said that the mobile has repaired and ready to come by courier but because of gst the courier was come 5 to 6 days late.
                                        After that we was again call him after 7 days mr. Bhupendra talked with us and told that they are confirming after 1 hour and after that to till today they was not picked our call then today i was called him from another number and he pickup. I was again requested that please give the status and again they reply that they will call back after 1/2 hour.
                                        Sir /madam i was also confirmed from local team and they told me that the mobile will not repair so not coming any answer from higher side. So my herby request to you please replace my mobile and provide new hand set because it is under warranty period.
                                        I am waiting your response please. Because i feeling that your company tat is very bad for taking decision
