I have called them 28 times and email to them 20 times.
Now going to court.
There is no good engineer n no good manager in mocromac

    Sir,
    I am an advocate at allahabad high court and have purchased tablet micro max - 3g – pc - p 690 – grey – s. No. : [protected], with flip cover p 690 from shri enterprises dated 30.01.2016
    I have bought this tablet micro max - 3g – pc - p 690 for my professional use to contact my clients through this tablet and for my court work. My tablet micro max - 3g – pc - p 690 started giving problems in first week of ma while connecting to the internet and in receiving calls of my clients. I visited micromax service center on 08.05.2017 and briefed them about the issue. After preliminary inspection, the engineer mentioned that the motherboard needs to be replaced and this can be done within a week’s time at cost of rs 1900. I agreed and left my tablet in custody of the concerned staff of service center. I got the equipment receive slip as well at the time of submission. I was told to contact mr. Pushkar on [protected] after one week i. E. On 15.05.2017 to collect my tablet.
    When i went to service center after 1 week, staff member mr. Manoj, mobile no. [protected] came to me and said that due to negligence of one of another staff member of service center the touch screen of tablet micro max - 3g – pc - p 690 has been broken. He mentioned they can repair it and if i am not satisfied with the repaired tablet they will replace it with new. However, till date the service center has not repaired my tablet. Its been more than 15 days now, from 15.05.2016 till 02.06.2017.
    This damage has costed by my sole bread earning business and put me in loss of rs 50, 000. I have only tab as a source of digital communication. I became helpless and was unable to contact my clients without the tab.
    First, the serious damage was done by micromax service center guys then with utter unprofessionalism their delay in repairing and handling the whole situation is questioning your service you claim to boast in all over digital media. This is causing me physical, mental and huge financial loss.
    I now demand a full replacement of my micromax tab as i have face huge loss in my business and full mental and financia harassment all because of negligence of micromax company guys.
    If you don’t take immediate action on this issue, i am going to take this matter to consumer court, social media and on any platform possible to get the proper address and justice and most important to aware the customers not to trust micromax.
    All the relevant documents for your reference are attached herewith.
    Please take immediate action as early as possible.

      Hell sir,

      This is regarding the reference to ticket id - 600478 which was created long back and i am not getting any proper reply on my query.
      I am using micromax a90s and which was not giving proper backup. I took that to balasore micromax service center and after 25 days the service engineer told that he will not able to address the issue and i have raised one complain through mail (Reference to ticket id - 600478) and it was mentioned to connect with some other servicing center. I took to bhubaneswar servicing center and deposited and after 3 days they called me and confirm that the mother board has been tempered and its needs to be replaced. Now this mobile is at bhubaneswar customer serving center. Please help me to repair my mobile and trained the serving engineer if they are not trained properly. If they dont know they sould not touch and damage the user asset. Please please please... And make it back to the original state as it was working before.

      Please describe what steps have been taken by the company to resolve your complaint- No one contacted me and its not yet resolved. This is the cheating process. I have never seen this type of fraud support . Its like a process of cheating the customer. No one called me or emailed me . Please dont use Micromax mobile. The service quality is very bad. They are having untrained service engineer who are just tempering your mobile and Micromax will charge for the repair. I have very bad experience and sorry to write this type of message.         Dear sir, I m a loyalist of Micromax, bought LED TV (sr.no. 00020B15414001E) in March 2015. Within one month of procurement its Power supply board got faulty & now, since last 10 days the picture is flickering (like old tubelight). I m not sure what to do with the TV. Everybody is laughing at me over my decision of procuring MICROMAX TV. Its clearly a manufacturing defect in the supplied product. pl help!!

          He is change the display only not check in touch.And i ask for that detail they are say return mobile and and check the problem. and he are ask for some day to resolve a problem. but he is change the software in without permission.
          and then not solve the problem then he ordering anther display.
          so he is not response for the what a customer complaint .
          the days are going, i give a mobile for 15 day ago, first complaint is display problem and touch problem.
          they would not check the touch problem .
          totally my time wast.
          I think my mistake is give a mobile for the micromax service center.
          i have choose a local mobile service centers they give a mobile for with in 2 or 3 days. i have a big mistake for trust a your company service center.they are poor responsible and poor service in all.

            I bought your canvas 6 through amazan { because you an indian company - ealier ph is your canvas doodle 116e, i have 3 more canvas ph in my family}

            Switched-on on 6th june.

            It was over heating from day one on charging, during work and
            Even shut down spontaneously (On 16 june.) once 51 degree c shown by cooling ap.

            [ every body cant know every thing ] i didnt know that complaining early could be of greater use.
            I went to your service center, (It was already beyond one week) where i was advised to try to get it corrected by updating software.
            Which i got done from your center in my locality (Narsinghpur mp)
            This didnt resolve the issue, it rather became obviously slower.
            On revisiting your service center told that it was problem with mother board, needed changing.
            Given for same to your center.
            My say is that
            Either it should be properly corrected and not that its partially corrected and on heating again i am told " this much heating is going to b there.
            Pl intimate the permissible higher side temp on charging and working.
            My loyalty to this stands unchanged by this problem, but, surely i would like a proper solution.
            I dont mind going for another/costlier model if you suggest, paying the difference you ask.{ in case there is a problem with this model in general}

            I would again ascertain i would go for micromax only. [ i was told by many not to buy micromax ph. They again laughed at me seeing me coming out of your service station.
            I stand unmoved by them.
            I consider you to be best indian company. You need to prove it every time.

              I bought a Micromax Q402 mobile a month or two before. The internal storage of the device showing 4 GB in phone but when I connect it to laptop there is only 1.44 GB internal storage. It is showing as 3 MB free of 1.44 GB which is unacceptable. But it is still showing in phone as 3.85 GB used of 4 GB.

              It seems like the manufacturer is fooling us.

              I cannot use anything in that phone and it shows storage is full and there is no space to use messenger which is rediculous.

                I Neelesh Kumar, had Purchased Europea Phone Model No. YU5010A (B4S) Micromax Which is Currently in warranty period, having price Rs. 5500/- My Phone 's touchscreen is not working properly. So, item taken my Phone to Service center M/s S.S. Communication Shop No. 19-A Hudson Lane, Kingsway camp G.T.B Nagar Delhi-110009 My Service Job Sheet no.[protected] on which change has been written rs 2850 after giving me discount of Rs. 850, for Rs. 3700 They said to give me bach my phone within 2 to 5 days.
                Then I visit your about authorized Service centre after 7 days, then they called me again after 2 days after that they called again and again about many times. last I visit on 23/06/2017, theys and that my phone is reported and realy . but when they handover the phone to me it was not mine, it is an another of phone and I refused to take another phone they but this phone bach and issue me a new job sheet and said your phone will be repaired in next 7 days .In above period request to the service staff to return my phone but they are saying that no we will definitly repair your phone as per our policy after 7 days today 30/june/2017 I have not received any call from Service Centre and upto now incurred 1500 to 1700 on transportation . which shall be reimburesed to me and request to not to repair my phone and return as it is as I lost trust on your company.

                  I have given my yuphoria 5010 to phoenix services (W010632) at ahmedabad gujrat on 23/06/2017 for the above mentioned matter my mobile was out of warranty when i called him he told me it's a pcb problem it's not repair for sim - 1 problem you have to change the pcb i said it's costly i don't have changed but when i gone for collect on 29/06/2017 for my mobile it's touch screen problem created by them when i given my yuphoria 5010 mobile for repair it's only a sim - 1 problem i also called to customer care no [protected] complaint no mmx[protected] on 29/06/2017 i also told him that i should pay only for sim - 1 problem but it's not repair why i should pay for touch screen problem which was created by them i should not pay service centre people say if customers care give approval then i will repair
                  Why i (Customer) suffer for this problem which was created by service center people why i should pay for touch screen problem i should not pay for this and you have solved this problem other wise i give this matter in press and also to consumer court please do the needful

                    i.e. S4 TELECOM, Patil Plaza Office No.101 to 103 vide their receipt No. 403 dated[protected] and paid Rs.100/- as told by them.
                    Then I was told that same day evening or next day I will be advised exact cost for repairing. However, over telephone I am being told every time wait for one hour we will ring u back after so many times last over one month I am not getting any reply.

                    May I expect some thing from your end.

                      I have purchased an led micromax 100cm (40) full led tv vy61582 on 5th april 2017 through flipcart. On 8th june 2017 i have logged a complaint regards this which is not working. Complaint no provided by the call center is ker[protected]. Based on this complaint one technician visited the place and claim that need to replace mother board. After a long time no one has response d to my call. Later i know that i complaint had closed out with out rectification or resolution. Am several time call yo your service center as well send an detailed mail to customer services center, but no one is ready to provide the resolution. Everyone claim with in 24 hrs some on has contacted to us. But last 22 days no one has contacted us to resolved the query.
                      Request your support to rectify my complaint.
                      Unit is under warranty period and just 2 month old. Even though no one is ready to help out.
                      This be the one of the example who such company valuing. Customers.
                      Request ing you to plz provide me fresh unit or return my money.

                        I am having 49" led tv of micromax company. It is under extended warranty scheme. I have lodge the complain to company customer care no. On[protected]. But later i came to know that you have closed the complain without repairing my tv. I again lodge the complain to the customer care. On enquiry your customer care people said that one part has been ordered on 03.05.2017. It is having tat of 7-10 days. So it will be delivered by 14.05.2017. But they never delivered it. I called your customer care many time. They arranged call with their senior on 19.05.2017. He said that part will be delivered within 1-2 days and service centre will call you. But unfortunately it was not delivered. I again called them. They fix their senior call again but again same story. The problem is still not resolved.

                        I lodge complain to their id ce. [protected]@micromaxinfo.com. They have given me complain ticket id but not provided any solution.

                        It's complete customer harassment. Company customer care is giving false statement and they are not able to solve the problem. It's loss of my time, feeling mental anguish and cheated by the company.

                        Pathetic service or no service at all. Worst company i ever purchased a product.

                          Micromax company is the very third class company. I buy micromax bolt d303 phone. This phone from date of purchesing every month hanging can't open.in 2yrs my phone was 22 times hangs. Thatsway i said to all my relatives, friends & all peoples dont buy micromax phone its very very bad company & i advertise also this. Suppose u save ur company then replace my phone otherwise i got it this all.

The battery and overheating was major complaint, more than 10 times i approched to their service center at ichalkaranji.                                 I had a mucromax mobile phone model a310 having problem in external soeakers only all other functions was normal. For this repaire i went to "hbs support" an authorised service center of "micromax informatics ltd. Aurangabad ; on 03/05/2017 they accepted my mobile and said me to wait for 10 minuts in their office. After 2 hours they told me that they tried a lot changed ringer and streap (?) also.. Bt it not done. So i took my mobile back and inserted my sim card then i noticed that my mobile is not catching signal. I told them about that and they replied me that some files of mobile might got deleted so keep this mobile in service center for one day.. Or let them allow to change mobiles motherboard costing 2000 mobile will be ok and i can get it back in 2 days. I agreed for this and gave my mobile handset and rs.500 advance to them and got a proper reciept of that on 03/05/2017 about 8pm.
                                After 3 days i contacted them bt they said work is in progress please come the day after. I went there at service center seated for half an hour and they said work is in process please come tomorrow..
                                This same story repeating since then to till date.
                                It caused me lot of mental harassment.. Economic loss.. Profesional loss due to lack of communication.
                                Today on 23/06/2017 i called on their no.[protected] and got same reply"we will do it in half hours please wait"
                                I stay 70km away from this service center every time i visit them it cost me about 600 for fuel only.
                                Im really tired of such a dumb service and harassment.

                                  I have a raised a concern to micromax on 23 march 2017 for a defective product (Led tv) the company has accepted and said that it will be replaced in 15- 20 days. The company says that your product will be delivered in a week and now 3 months has passed and they do not know where is the tv. The customer care says that it was delivered on 15th april as per their information from the service center in the city. When you speak to the service center, they narrate a fairy tale as even they are not sure where is the tv. Now the point is, we buy a tv with a warranty of 12 months and after 5 months it stops working. Next 5 months the company keeps the product and confirms the replacement but they are not sure where they have sent the product. Initially, the city service station called and informed that accidentally he has sent the tv to jamshedpur instead of bokaro and they sent the same to dhanbad from jamshedpur. Instead of sending the product to bokaro, they sent it back to ranchi and now they say that some return form is not filled and it is taking time and by tomorrow it will reach my place. But the fact is it has never reached and now total time taken by them is 3 months and so on... Just need to know if i will receive the product or not. If yes, when??? If not, kindly refund the amount.

                                    My micromax handset was having the issue of charjing. I have submitted my handset on 16/06/2017 in micromax service centre, lucknow. When i get there on 22/06/2017 to receive my handset i found my handset screen damaged which was not there at the time of submission. My handset is still in guarantee/waranty period.
                                    Now, they are giving me the estimate and excuses. So now i here kindly request you to see my problem or else i will go for fir.

                                      Sir, there was problem in my mobile its touch was not working, so i submitted my mobile to micrommax service centre located at uttamnagar (New delhi), they told me that my issue will resolve in the same day but they didn't resolve it. Finally they told to submit my mobile, they returned my mob. After 1 week. And they ask for rs 2550 cost for display even after paying this cost the mobile's touch is not fitted accurately, also they damaged my mobile, its proxy sensor is not working, and they didn't listened me even one word.
