I had problem in my micromax mobile aq4051 and contacted cutomer care, who informed that this can be shown to the micromax hq at gurgaon and accordingly i visited micromax hq, gurgaon on 19/07/201ada7 bur the security person at entry gate was rude and he did not allow me to enter to attend the reception. On inquiry about his authority to deny my entry to reception he shouted at me and said i shall not be allowed in any case to talk to anyone from micro max. On consistence for at least talking over phone, other security person then allowed me to talk to the reception from the security gate only. I talked to your ms. Madhu and apprised her about my problem in turn she guided me how to go about to micromax service centre at uttam nagar to solve the problem of my micromax moboile.
My question is how you have given right the security person at gate to misbehave and abuse the legitimate customer and deny my right to entry to reception? Pl. Respond and do the needful action.

I purchased micromax canvas nitro 2 (E311) mobile vide invoice no blr_wfld[protected], order no od[protected] dated 12th august 2016.

Order was raised on flikart and the goods was delivered by ws retail services pvt ltd.

On 14th august 2017 the key pad stopped working. Accordingly mobile was submitted to micromax service center to universal enterprises, a wing shop no 49, near sarasbaug, pune 411009 contact no 60606015, [protected] vide service receipt no 331.

I received call from service center demanding rs 3600/- to replace the key pad. When i informed service center that the mobile is in warranty they called me again and again and told me different reasons to avoid repairing in warranty.

Service center partner calls daily and demanding money to cover mobile in warranty.

I called micromax customer care center but they are unable to track mobile from imei number and demanded job sheet number. I visited service center and called 5-6 times but service center people denied to give me job sheet number.

As the mobile is in warranty micromax has to perform repairs in warranty period.

Hi, i am ashish shah. My mobile (Micromax aq5001) dual sim mobile but dual sim not working properly. Please revert back. I have one vodafone sim & one is bsnl. My vodafone sim is working properly in other phone like spice, micromax ninja. But same card is not working in micromax aq5001. I also visited your authorised show room for the problem, but he advice me to add one more software wich is very costly. However i purchase high range of (Micromax ninja to micromax aq! 5001) mobile but how can i add more money??? This is not i expecting. So, pl. Rectify my problem.

Hi team,

When i went to service center they misbehaved me and asking for extra charges. I purchased mobile micromax canvas xpress 4g. Mobile is under warranty unfortunately screen got a little damage. I went to service centre they misbehaved me and asking for extra charges however i cintacted to other service centre they asked a lot of lower cost than shiv shakti enterprises. They are fooling customers and making most of illegal money.

My LED TV is not working properly from last 28 Apr 2017. I registered the complaint on 29 Apr 2017. Complaint no HR[protected]. They agreed to replace the LED, but till date they did not change the LED. I called them several time. No satisfactory reply from Micromax team. Contact Person for replacement given by micromax is Mr. Naveen [protected]. I am mentally harassed by them. I have saved all the concerned recording and message of micromax. Bill and damaged condition attached.

Please help me to get my LED replaced.

I am also speak with your care center person and your call center persons and complained so may times, but they are also not solve my problem, they are also make every time 15 days time for this work but, it is a long period, it is customer harassment only. So, i am requested to you please repair this phone and send to your office as soon as and confirmed to me.

I purchased micromax canvas tap p 290. It was delivered at the billing address on jun 1st 2017. On fourth day its battery charging stopped. I contacted amazon cc they advised me to visit company repair shop. I did as advised. Again after one week same problems re appeared, same again re visited service center. Last was 27th jun i gave for repair again i got back on 5th july. Only one week have passed the problems started again.
Now as on today battery is not charging. Kindly advice me and give permanent solution.

This is to inform u that, a few days ago i faced some pblm with my micromax unite3 so i went to the local micromax service centre, they advised to update the software of the phone to get the solutions... So i submitted my phone there, bt whn i had gone to bring back my handset they said while updating the phone motherboard got disabled & they r not responsible of that...
I cudnt understand how's that system.. Is it under ur terms & policy?? If someone give their phones to service centre and if any issue raise there regarding phone servicing shud it b solved by under company's service or customers lose.. (Unless it damged by customers own hand)

I am hariprasad. G having micromax 50 inch led tv serial no. [imei/serial no: 00165ba6416232a ]purchased from flipkart on[protected]. Last month 25 th i have given complaint in micromax company about my tv problem. After so many calls 3 days after sasi technican from z axis services, chennai came and confirmed that board failure. Micromax has given complaint no tn[protected] and said that with in 7 to 10 working days they will close the complaint. 20 days completed nobody comes to home for replacement of board. How board failure will occur in 6 months., then what about quality of micromax product. Quality is bad customer service is too bad never follow their rules. Daily i am calling no resonse from stupid micro max company.

I am from raipur c. This is in reference to the bar code no.- n[protected] and ser[protected]. I was told that i would be handed over the battery within 7-10 days. Every week that i called, they put me on hold for another week. This has almost come to around a month now.
They are just playing with my sanity. I have lost all the patience now. I want it to be delivered asap else i would not hesitate a drop to bring a lawsuit against micromax. Having roots in the judiciary, it wouldn't be hard for me to ensure that they get penalised heavily.

This is the continuation of the previous complain which was marked as resolved but no one worked on that. The issue is still pending please dont mark it as resolved if you really not work on this.

This is regarding the reference to ticket id - 600478 which was created long back and i am not getting any proper reply on my query.
I am using micromax a90s and which was not giving proper backup. I took that to balasore micromax service center and after 25 days the service engineer told that he will not able to address the issue and i have raised one complain through mail (Reference to ticket id - 600478) and it was mentioned to connect with some other servicing center. I took to bhubaneswar servicing center (Jaganath mobi care) and deposited and after 3 days they called me and confirm that the mother board has been tempered and its needs to be replaced. Now this mobile is at bhubaneswar customer center. Please help me to repair my mobile and trained the serving engineer if they are not trained properly.

मैने आपके सर्विस सेंटर मे माइक्रोमैक्स q465 का फोन रिपेयर को दिया है।3.जुलाई2017 को।जिसका टच पैड काम नही कर रहा था, जो की उसी सर्विस सेंटर से 27मई2017 को नया डाला था।जब की उन्होंने मुझे दो महीने की वारंटी दी थी।और मैने वारंटी पीरियड मे ही रिपेयर को दिया है।तो उन्होंने कहा की दो दिन मे हो जायेगा।दो दिन बाद जब कॉल किया तो कहा की अगले हप्ते तक मिल जाएगा।और अब कह रहे है कंपनी पार्ट नही भेज रही है, तो फिक्स बता नही सकते के कब बनेगा।
तो अब हम क्या समझे?
क्या माइक्रोमैक्स की सर्विस इसी तरीके की है?
या ऐसे सर्विस सेंटर पे माइक्रोमैक्स कम्पनी का कोई अंकुश नही?जिनके वजह से कम्पनी का नाम खराब हो रहा है।
या फिर हम consumer कोर्ट मे जाए?
