I have bought this micromax canvas tab p681 two months ago, at its very first week it had got a problem with indus launcher anyways i fixed that but now it has a problem with the charging system. It isn't getting charge and the tab is in warranty.. I'm highly disappointed with the fact that your customer service centre in lajpat nagar ii, near metro station, isn't willing to fix it but in fact they asked me to pay for it so then they will fix it only.. Like why would i pay 3000? When it's in warranty. Why is a company giving warranty? Is it to charge money in return of repairing the damage? It had the problem with the charger too from the very first day.. Please take care of this issue, we the customers buy products from your company and we are highly refused help from the service centre.. This can't be taken lightly.. Please provide me compensation.

I purchased Micromax mobile handset Canvas 6(E485) on[protected]. I have received Handset and put SIM in the mobile. It is working fine. On[protected] I tried to change sim and open the tray to replace SIM. It is not opening. I talked to customer care and they tell it is out of warranty.

    I here by stat that ur customer care centre r so irresponsible and i suffer for only a single battery. I went phase2 mohali for replacing battery. They said it will take time then i submitted to their office but no results. Then i went sect 30c chd for that they ask me their complaint is not register on computer coz mohali office did not dispatch of[censored]r job order. What is this. I walked from one place to another for only one battery. It is the duty o[censored]r company to create my job order. Why should i suffer

      Sir... I have complain regarding jhanshi micromax service center.. They are demanding huge money... For reparing my set.. But the problem. Was in my mobile was very less.. And my mobile waa also in warranty period.but they are asking me money... For reparing.. Plese help me for my problem

        I have given my phone on[protected] to the service center m/s sri sai telecommunication, sampige road, malleswaram, bengalur. I have told by the person who is incharge of service that there is a issue with regard to charger and the charges component has to be replaced and it takes one week time. I requested them to replace within 2 days as i have no other alternative phone and without phone lot of inconveniece will be caused. However the person incharge of the center is not co-operative. Hence i request to take necessary steps in this regard.

          Dear sir,

          Pfa despatch slip received from your care center mobitech tambaram on 20/05/17. We went and handed over my aq4501 micromax android one model mobile for software updation on 20/05/17 with working condition they told that rs300/- will be charged for software updation then agreed and handed over. But while delivery received the phone non working condition w/o display, they told while google play store & software updation mother board was damaged and hence i have to pay rs 2000/- when i approached them personally on 22/05/17 they told that they intimated mobile may be damaged while service. This news was totally false news and unhappy with mobi tech service. Kindly intervene and arrange favourable solution this type of worst service will damage the image of your brand

          No one ready to purchase if it is not solved immediately

          Already sent complaint to micromax consumer redressal forum also. Kindly intervene in this issue and arrange favourable positive resolution on priority basis

          Once again i humbly request you to arrange to rectify and give the mobile in working condition

            I had submitted my Handset in J P Services, Vashi Navi Mumbai for battery replacing on 15th may 2017 o[censored]nder warranty product, They promises to get phone in 7-10days .
            also I asked for service handset but their representative Mrs.Ghogare told me this not company policy to provide handset, after that i call two times then they are only told will get call after service done, not sure when it will get and when i asked for service handset Mr.Pankaj told me currently we dont have service handset all handsets are already given to customer so when handset get will provide you handset to you on 22nd May 2017,
            Then today 24th when i called one of their representative told me will get call after repaired then i asked for service handset she was telling there is no policy to provide service handset then i told him Mr.Pankaj was told me the day before yesterday handset not available then she told me call back after 10 min, then i called again Mr.Pankaj again told me they dont have handset available & will you call you after your product repaired.
            Also called to customer-care there representative told another story will get handset within next 5 days you have to wait for 5 days there no option on manday 22nd may 2017 & today also told same story .
            after that when i asked to speak with there senior he told there is no facility to transfer call to his senior.

              I have already raise a complaint for my Micromax LED TV with complaint no DEL[protected] and Ravi kant has visited my home for service but he didn't do any thing he said pls send the bill scan copy to my mail id and after that he wil do somthing and with that reason he leave the home. I tried to call him many time he always said that he will come back and take the LEd with hin micromax office for service after 6 days he refused and said pls raise new complaint then i wll come and done the service pls look imto this metter on priority and also take action to mr. Ravikant

              My favorite handset Micromax A106 has been stolen by a thief while i was travelling by crowded train on 17.05.17. now i need to find my lost phone i have some usefull and secret data in mobile.

                I have submitted my mb since may 1 n the team of service centre has still not repired it giviiing reason the part is nt rceived n all earlier they took 1000 rs fr replacing pcb of my mobile micrmax a 316 n returned me 2 day submission... Now its being a month each day they give excuses to me after 2 days or 3 days will give u pakka n all n now not even responsing is being a month i havent received my mobile n they are arguing when asked about reason n lady inside just keeps on eating ehen asked n just ignores when we try to communicate earler 2 days bck she said engineer has went out n will give it after 2 days now she said part hasnt received one day she said part came just now like thiz they r giving false excuses... Its rediculous that we people trust ur company n give it to authorised service centre n they do frauds repairing wd us... If thiz is micromax company who will buy such mobiles n television sets

                  This phone i bought on 04/02/17. Since buying this was causing problem of slow down, heating & mouth piece. I have give this to micromax service centre in ghaziabad-service zone tele centre on 19/4/17. Since then every time we visit to take the handset-only one reply. The part required to service the hendset is not received from company. On calling to consumer helpline-every time they say-you will get it completely fit within five days. It is totally new handset and i am forced to buy a new handset because this is taking long time.
                  I want the refund of my phone and the trouble caused to me.

                    Hello, The problem is about Micromax Vdeo 4 Q4251 new handset. This is the second time in last 3 months the set is having problems. This time there is battery issue, and the set is given to the service centre on 9th May and was given a commitment that it will get repaired within 7 days, but now its 10 days, there is no update as when this set will get repaired. No timeline given by the service centre no about when the handset will get received.

                      I had submitted my handset Q426 on 15th May 2017 at 2122365 M/s JP Services
                      Vashi, Navi Mumbai, PIN 400703
                      They told me they don't have part in stock it will be get in 7-10days then i ask them for service phone then they told me they are not provided any handset to customer & Thursday 18th May when i called back to them they told me will get it on Monday 22nd .
                      Today i called then they told me part not available it will take time then i asked them how much time it will take? then he told we don't know we give you as soon as possible, then i asked for service phone then they told me currently we don't have service phone all phones given to customer already,
                      when it available we will provide you .
                      Then I called in customer care he told me another story we will give you your handset in next 5 days,
                      So my concern is it will take too much time for service then why your not providing extended warranty for service Daley ?

                        My micromax q346 handset burst out and caught fire on its own. The handset along with the battery was totally damaged and could not be retrieved.
                        The handset is still under warranty. The handset bears the numbers of imei as:- m_imei1:[protected], s_imei2:[protected]. The handset was purchased from sangeetha mobiles private limited, 12 cmh road, indira nagar, next to citi bank atm, bangalore-560038.
                        The invoice number was si/cmh/1228 dated-01/june/2016. The invoice also indicates "free 365 days physical damage protection-vas".
                        It is requested to provide me with a new handset of the same model q346 immediately.

                          I have buy a micromax mobile in 23 jan 2017 by online
                          On a day of 21 may 2017 i have keep mobile in my pocket when i have remove it from my pocket i seen that the screen has broken
                          Upper glass is not broken but the lcd is broken.
                          When i have talk to service center person they sad it not covered in warranty you have to pay 4500 for lcd
                          Sir how it is it easily broken while keeping in pocket
                          And company is giving gorilla gass for what?

                            I brought micromax phone... I never it three month thou i have iphone... One day i put charge... It doesn't charge... I call for customer care... Thy refere the micromax care centre at my location in thanjavur tamilnadu... Thy told in week i will let u know status... Thn after a week i rung up... Thy told it can't be fix it here.. We are sending it main service center 10 to 15 days... After 20 days i call i receive a call saying that... Plz go n collect your phone... I reach service center th... We are yet to receive ur phone wrg information... I call customer center thy no mam... You phone is ready.. You can get in micromax care... Agn i came... Here thy said no yet to get your phone... I got pisssed off... Thn thy told your phone might be lost... Can we arrange new phone... Thy gave one same set of some used black phone.. I work one day thou i have alternative i use it less... Agn one fine moring i put charge it's nt charging thy cheated me with micromax phone

                                I had purchased micromax mode no:[protected], item code : without acc q-414 (Grey) on 01/09/2016
                                After few days there were many problems like sound, battery defect, network auto drop, speaker problem.. I submitted this model at micromax mobile service center f-147, 1st floor, ganpati plaza, mi road jaipur, they return this mobile to me after 25 days, after some days problems were same, i again went to the service center and they told me there hv problem in motherboard & took it upto 45 days, after get it again the problem was same.
                                I have to face many problems during this period, its my humble request to you that please look forward to this problem quickly.

                                  I submitted my phone in Micromax service center on 26th April N[protected] and i was told i will get it in 3 days. After that they contacted me on 19th may after receiving my so many mails and complaints about delay.
                                  Today finally after so many chasers, calls and mails i got to know that YU and Micromax decided to show some mercy towards a client to offer a phone replacement with they acclaimed to be new however it was not, it had scratches on the screen. While confirming with service center i was told it's from warehouse side so if i want i can wait for another replacement as told by Divakar Garg. As i already experienced Micromax services i decided not to take another chance and wait for ages to get a replacement i took that so called new phone as claimed but as per me not. I was also told that to procure our valuable customer Micromax has done this thing for a phone replacement which is not so common so i had no answer if i need to feel delighted or ashamed on myself that i bough a phone of such a company which has worst customer service as per my knowledge.
                                  To the heights of my surprises when i came back home and checked the phone it was working fine call / msgs etc so i downloaded all required soft-wares and apps and when i checked an audio/video it was only showing play but NO SOUND AT ALL. I tried playing you tube also and result was same NO AUDIO AT ALL. Can i really understand if Micromax or YU is running a torture cell to penalize the people who have bought their product by mistake. I seriously have no words to express how badly i am being treated by YU and Micromax people. Even after escalations and so much run i got an old phone with again manufacturing default. I am not sure if YU or Micromax seriously have any senses left, and surprisingly no-one in the service center checked this fault while handing over it to me after making me sit for more than an hour.That time i wasted there from my office hours though i had to run quickly to reach my office back. I have no idea if YU/Micromax are doing it willingly to make people realize that the clients have done a BIG CRIME of buying their scrap product.
                                  I am going to visit service center tomorrow again to see the all foolishness again and this time i need to talk some sensible person. I have attached the sheet which i got from service center today.

                                    I have purchase led tv, tv is in warranty there is sound issue in the tv for the same register complaint in your customer care no but since 1 month issue still not resolved
                                    request no del[protected]
                                    pls take up on prioriyt otherwise i have only option to deal this case through police or consumer court
                                    customer care executive response is very poor everytime

                                      I have repaired my micromax mobile in micromax service centre, supela, bhilai (C. G) but i saw that they are not providing actual bills to the customers and they are charging amount by their own way. They are not providing the computerised bill even not taking signature of the customers in manual bills. They are not giving cash memo to the customers and filing duplicate bills based on different amount for documentation.

                                        I had purchased battery from micromax gallery from dadar on Saturday 13 the may 2017 cost for Rs.900/-. BT from the day one battery is not working. Battery doesn't charge 100%. After 30% my cell pH get switch off. Battery is continuously draining. I went to the gallery with the issue BT they told there was issue in ur pH charging point they have corrected it. BT thing is that there's no prb in my cell pH and I am still facing same problem. I request you to kindly reimburse my cash.
