We had delivered defective/fautly television set as it occur same probkem twice within a year.. Last time in november the product repaired by the team bt same problem occur again... We consumer purchase the product like television for relaxation not for to take such kind of headache.. This time we required fresh product no warranty or committments. This was completely not expected from the company like micromax... Please consider final mail else we forced to file suit in consumer court

I have submitted my micromax doodle 4 q391 (Blue) whose model code is [protected] at mobile service point 26/79 karachi, kanpur-208001 on 13 april 2017 for battery changement. My cell phone is still in your custody and you have allready taken more than sufficient time. Please return back my cell phone strictly or provide me a new handset as i have online bill copy to knock legal door and your time limit is allready over. So please cooperate and do operate.

I have submitted my Mobile phone to Micromax Care center but more than a month passed and I didn't get any adequate response from them and I am unaware of the status of my mobile. Every time call them they give a time period of one week but so many weeks passed.

I purchased micromax 6pro on 29/4/2017 from amazon but the product was fault complained for the same but they told to contact micromax but micromax customer care refused to help me they told it is liquid damage and u have to give 4100 for repair this is what going on we have not checked the product from internal that's why I am facing problem is this you deal with customer now I am facing battery problem still they are saying the same thing now I am going to consumer court for the same

This led tv is out of order since 20th april, i have reported to mmx customer care. Request no ; wb[protected]. Every time mmx customer care and service center guy says tv will be repaired within next week always. I am waiting since 23 days, they are very irresponsible. Within short period why this tv getting faulty as this tv is only 7 month old. I am very suffering with the micromax company, so please consider my request or arrange for new tv and do the favor me as early as possible.

I have deposited my above said mobile with problem reported:4101 power does not switch on 17/03/17 vide jobcard no - n[protected]at (N050065jm/s shri hari computer solutions sco-189. Huda complex, rohtak local service center of micromax but i couldnot get my repaired mobile till 06/04/17 as service center unable to repair the set for want of spare part from micromax company where as repeatedly i received sms/msg form company to collect my repaired mobile within a week and they returned my set without repairing jobcard was closed as handset is repaired and when i protest they issued me new jobcard-n[protected] on 06/04/17. Again when i check job status with the center they shows me the pending staus on their computer on 11/05/17 for want of spare part from the company when i approach to micromax helpline executive on[protected] on 12/5/17 they said sir you take your repaired handset within 05 days then i requested them to send the spare part asap to the service center so that i can receive my repaired handset and lodge my compliant with the company, sir you are requested to kindly get my handset repaired as soon as possible

I had provided my mobile for repair its display on 10.04.2017. Till now it has not been repair what the benefit for us to purchase micro max mobile when the you can't provide your services its being more than a month still its in service center and they are saying they don;t have mobile part, so its request to better your services.

I have submitted my mobile e481 (Slate gray) on date 14/04/2017. But up to till date we have not received this. When i call to service center they tell me it is not repaired and when i call to micromax costumer care they tell me its repaired pls collect it from service center. I have lost 5 times money and time to visit service centre from my house this is 30 km far away from service center.
On date 26/04/17 i placed a conference call to costumer care and service center at that time service center tell me that it is repaired with in a week. But again i found zero result. Pls conform me on which date i receive my phone with proper solution.

I submitted my phone under warranty but now warranty date is finish. So pls tell me following points clearly.
1- on which date my mobile repaired.
2- are the repairing cost paying by me.
3- after received my mobile if the any problem who is responsible and who pay to repairing cost for this.

Pls confirm me asap.

I bought TV on 1st sep 2016 and 2 days ago my tv just went off, not even taking power. I lodged a complaint on 9th may and they said within 48 hours issue will be resolved. As per policy Micromax is supposed to provide a replacement, rather than asking customers to wait for a week.
Today their technician drops a message saying they will visit in next 4-5 days as they don't have tv parts available to repair.

Which is extremely annoying.

Problem is solved that particular time after 2 day same problem start service is very poor and also your Mobile model E 453 very rough or use low quality in this product I very bad filling that particular device please replace this product or device please

3. Is gallery also unfortunately stopped it very bad for Micromax
4.light sensor also not working properly
5.in listing song incoming msg that particular time speaker is crash sound or bad sounds that means speaker quality also weak and this problem facing handsfree
6.this product is Micromax very very worst product or device.

I have purchased the micromax e483 in july'2016 through on line. I was not working from mar'2017 after 8 months. I have given in the servicing centre, visakhapatnam in mar'2017. I was told that the mobile will be rectified within 30 days. After 30 days they are again and again telling it will be rectified with in 5 days. When i contacted the call centre they are also telling the same story. Now it is nearly 2 months over. The servicing centre and call centre are bluffing. Every time samre reply' will be given within 5days'

My television was not working properly and since it was out of warranty I requested a paid visit at Micromax toll-free number.

I got a call from shashank (mobile No.[protected]) from "united home care". He first asked for visiting fees of Rs. 1000/- from me. I told him it seems too high then he asked for Rs. 500. I told him that let me think. I got another call from him and he was ready for Rs. 300 as visiting fees. I agreed to pay. he visited my home and without checking anything he told me that it will cost me Rs. 5, 500/-. I gave him Rs. 300/- and said I am not ready to pay that much money for my old tv.

I got a call again from he is ready to repair my tv for 4, 500/- and he made a final offer of 3, 500/- and I said no again. He offered to me sell my tv to him for Rs. 4, 000/-

It seems that your company is dealing with a fraud service provider and they were totally unprofessional. After her visit to my house, I am not ready to pay ever Rs. 100 to him.

I request you to take proper action against service centre and send a professional at our home.

On 24 of march i bought a brand new micromax smartphone but ofter the first day it was giving the heating issue but i continue using it. After a month later when i was doing my work a call of my friend come when i pick it up nd start loudspeaker the phone blast up and all the touch nd screen blowoff from mobile when i go to care center they refuse to repair it and ask me for 1500 rs to fix my phone but it was under warranty ... so what should i do

I have deposited tab p 702 to change lcd & repair to micromax center on 4/4/2017 at bokaro / jharkhand. I have visited service center many times. But problem not to be rectified. After 22 days service cnter to closed. Jharkhand head mr. Vishwanth advised me to go new micromax cnter. I have deposied to new micromax center. Problem to continue to go in... Bar code are that — e[protected]. Your service is very poor. I have buy this tab to support indian manufacturing. Not to care after sales. How can purchase others items by micro max. I feel very sad...

I have purchase mobile on 16-4-17, from that day some rotation problem & also schedule power on off, I ignore that, but when I install road racing game then I notice there is a sensor problem, then on 1-5-17 go to nearest service centre at Dunlop, recd. the phone & say to wait for 20 to 25 min., but that service centre is not for customer service, that is a club room, all the staff is busy about there casual leave counting & they said about this so loudly, I sat outer for 1 hour, I have to go to visit my relative in hospital, not possible for their non-operation. after that I knock the executive for phone status & he said that have to replace the mother board & for that they will keep the mobile for 7 to 10 days. I have request him that please replace the phone with a new one, he said that it is not possible.

Mobile submitted on 21204.2017 at m/s shri laxmi enterprises micromax care, ai uttam nagar, najafgarh road, for repair. But they does not repair yet. Imei/esn no - [protected]/[protected]. Mobile jobsheet given by care with barcode no.-n[protected]. Kindly do the needful early for better customer satisfaction. Otherwise it will leads to unfaithfulness on micromax products & micromax care. Consumer forum may also help me in this regard as a last step. My mobile model is q380, it has some motherboad problem they said me & it take maximu 2-3 days, when i come back in 2-3 days they said me we have no stuck motherboard so u come in 7-10 days, when i come after 10 days they said agin it will take more 2-3 days, like this when i call them they only said me it take 2-3 days, they play with me. Tey take 1800 rupees from me. They always tell lies n give false info abt repairs. So unresponsible they are. Yesterday i called at service centre they parts have arrived and u will get it tommorrow. Bt nw today they are sayng it will take 2-3 days more.
Even when i said i am gonna complain they were like its ok.
Please help me out.
