I got problem in speaker just after 10 days of my purchase, then i have submitted it to the service center but they are taking much time to deliver allreday its been 10 days but till now they are not delivering it and whenever i call them they they use to say another 5 days. I really fed off of this people.
I request everyone please don't buy this phones. This is my worst experience ever.

    It is very strange, factory reset doing nothing. I mean after hard reset I can see all apps and data still there.

    When I start my phone I started getting continuously popup ".. app stopped working". For all app so not able to access phone at all and want to reset phone. But factory reset is useless.

    My phone is no more useful now. What to do?
    I am tired now. I will not use micromax again and will tell people not to use it.

      I have a headset of yureka yu5510a. Some hardware problem came in it so care people had to change its motherboard so they kept it for 20 days. But even after that again hardware failure occured, now they are again have my phone for almost 20 days and keep on postponing date. They always tell lies n give false info abt repairs. So unresponsible they are. Yesterday i called at service centre they parts have arrived and u will get it tommorrow. Bt nw today they are sayng it will be by saturday.
      Even when i said i am gonna complain they were like its ok.
      Please help out.

        Mobile submitted on 21.04.2017 at cuttack micromax care near dolamundai. But do not replaced yet. IMEI/ESN NO- [protected]/[protected]. Mobile receipt given by cuttack no with barcode No.[protected]-28512611. Kindly do the needful early for better customer satisfaction. Otherwise it will leads to unfaithfulness on micromax products. The mobile was purchased just on 17.12.2016. Negative advertisement and consumer forum may also help me in this regard as a last step. A quick response may also leads to blessings & positive advertisements for micromax

          I have changed my yuphoria 5010A earphones 4 times till now and everytime the earphone works for only 1month.
          After one month I have to go to the service center and they take around 20days to deliver new one.
          I am fed u with this..
          Why they are not providing a good earphone which stay for long..
          I have purchased it on 3 November 2016..
          Now it has been 6 months and now I have to purchase a new one ..
          Why this happening that after every one month I have to change my earphone...

            With much interest on indian products (To support 'make india') i had purchased micromax laptab lt666. Last month it suddenly crashed. With inbuilt windows 8 and upgrade to windows 10, i could not get the key or the license no. And so i had to go to micromax service centre at malleswaram, bangalore to get the windows 8 loaded again for which they charged rs.650.00. But i will squarely blame the micromax which do not provide any instruction for the people like me to have a backup of this upgrade. Anyway, now the problem is the service centre has created another problem by doing something while installing the windows 10. Hence i am not getting the sound. L had checked everything and seems to be hardware problem. Kindly advice me.

              Hi,

              Am used a Micromax E481 canvas 5 this is my second micromax mobile and fifth micromax mobile in my family, i bought that mobile because of royal look. But the service center people spoiled that look.

              I gave my mobile in Aynavaram service center on 12/04/2017. For a minor problem service center technician said need to update software. one hour later service center staff said unable to update software need to download new version software it will take time you collect your mobile tomorrow, next day there is no response from service center. I called on 14/04/2017 staff said unable to update new version software its motherboard issue need to send head office it will take 10 days time, i said ok.

              After several follow up 28/04/2017 my phone got ready for delivery. I eagerly went to service center to collect my mobile phone. I was shocked that mobile full scratch and damage in charger port also. I said this is not my mobile my mobile its fully damaged. My mobile condition was good.

              Staff sitting in front desk said no this is your phone see IMEI number is matching am not accepted that. Then senior staff came from inside and said your mobile is non repairable, hence we replace to other mobile in same model they said. I asked how replaced mobile and my old IMEI are same they again went inside and came back we raise this to head office we inform you later. After few minutes argument they said this is warranty service you paid nothing we did our level best.

              How they said like this i paid nothing, i paid 10500rs to buy that mobile it includes warranty charges also. If you not able to repair my mobile in warranty peroid means refund my money or else replace a new mobile. Dont give some one used or old damage mobile.

              And also i called Toll free sorry that not toll free chargeable # [protected] and spent 70rs to make call. Those people also helpless and 70rs also waste. Whom i have to contact for my hard earned money is blcocked for more than 15 days. Kindly refund my money or replace new mobile. As much as earliest i dont want to take this issue to next level consumer forum

                  I had purchased yunicorn model no. Yu5530 on 08, dec 2016.
                  After 2 days, there was a software problem starting in the cell. Then, i went to gtb nagar kingsway camp, service center, delhi-110009 and they told me that your problem will be solved after 2 week due to unavailbility of software.. So, you can visit our service center after 2 week.
                  I went yesterday (27, april 2017) to repair the software problem... For repairing the software, they took money (Rs 550) and gave me the invoice of rs 550 whereas my mobile is in warranty period..
                  I really dont know how they could take the money is in warranty period...
                  Please take proper actions asap..

                  I have a phone x777 under warntee I gave it to your care center at rampur in feb but they took two months to refund that after that they refund same model very old phone with many scraches and not in working condition . Batary is dead its very poor experiance with you

                    I, Ravi Ranjan, visited micromax service centre of Nirman Vihar, Delhi- 92 on 17/03/2017 for repair of my non functinal Micromax Canvas Nitro 2 phone. After checking Service technician suggested for PCB change and told me that phone will be repaired and returned in approx one week. I paid Rs. 4260/- service charge in advance. Even after repeated contact to service centre ..I only got assurance that phone will be returned by next week. Now, even after more than one month, I haven't received my phone till date. So I request you to repair and return my phone as soon as possible. If it's not possible then kindly refund the advance, paid by me. My job sheet no.[protected]

On 4.4.2017.., 6th day that phone was automatically switch off and on.., phone heated.., am complaint in jj mobile but he said this is not a problem, and 7th day also this problem continued and again am going to jj mobile and said the problem,..                         Hi all,
                        Micromax company is cheating with customer, they overcharging the cost of spare parts. I have yu youphoria 5010 with me and my phone have some software issue according to company they are not able to repair the same & they want to replace the pcb and the cost of pcb is 7000. Which is very high and the cost of new phone is 6500.
                        O please tell me the reason for over charging...

                          Since i bought this phone when i updated it to its latest version wifi didn't work at all and its was not VOLTE supported so they gave new update that fixed wifi problem and converts LTE to VOLTE.
                          No doubt this product is good but there should b direct video calling facility without using any android application.
                          Kindly give a new update of direct video calling as soon as possible.

                              I submited my mobile (Q340) for repair on 12/03/2017 ... I didnt get my cell for about 25 days ... My cell arrived after a month from head quarters but i found that my cell had 3 new defects (wifi, bluetooth & gps). I have no idea whether they repair the device or make it worse. I had to submitted my cell again on that very day. Havent recieved my cell till now... job sheet status says 21+ days required...

                                      I have given my phone 8 months before for service and it is not returned till date. I gave phone during warranty period and they returned without fixing it. When i checked and returned back saying it is not working they asked to take home and check and bring back if issue exists as warranty is available for 6 more months. When i returned after 1 week they say warranty over and they haven't omitted like 6 months warranty is there. After arguing I gave phone in warranty but issue not fixed they accepted and its 8 months till now but phone not returned. Whenever I ask customer care they say phone returned and service centre say phone returned without fix and we returned back. This cycle goes 4 to 5 times and still I didnt receive my phone.

                                        This is to inform you that, i had purchased the mobile mentioned above with great fanfarefrom manik mobile chandannagar, however to my dismay it became a nightmare for me, which you will understand from the following narration.
                                        There was network problem just after one month, when the phone was in warranty and dutifully placed for inspection with m/s b2b services deccan gymkhana pune. This service centre kept the instrument with them for one month and returned saying it has been repaired, however the same problem repeated within seven days and again the phone was kept with them for about 40 days, again repaired and returned, after two months the same problem repeated and hence sent back again, this time the phone was kept for one and a half month and returned to us saying the problem was solved.
                                        However it was not so the problem is still there.
                                        Now respected sir, the phone was with you for repairs for a period of almost three months and it is not serviceable, hence i sincerely request you to kindly replace the set as i cannot bear the trauma any further.
