Sir, I Puchased MicroMax Canvas A1 with Android one through Amazon few days back. My problems is my phone incoming and outgoing sound is very low even after I set up full volume in setting. Please advise me how I can solve this problem my self or advise me your authorised service centre in my city which is Alleppey, Kerala.     I Adil uddin khan had purchase Micro max handset model A94 from Big C Mehdipatnam branch, Hyderabad on 15.07.2014 and facing the blue tooth connectivity problem from last 15 days. I contact where I purchase this handset and they give me the address of authorised service centre. I visited to HARIHARA ELECTRONICS Micro max authorized service centre at Ameerpet, Hyderabad on 22.10.2014 at 3.30pm and mention the problem, they create job sheet (S[protected]) and told to collect the handset after 2 hours. I waited in service centre from 3.30pm to service centre closing time (i.e) 6.30pm, but my problem is not rectified and they just give a simple excuse that a person named Mr. Karthik who handle this software problem is not available in service centre upto 3 hours and they return my handset and told to come again on 24.10.2014. I stay at Bahadurpura which is very far from service centre nearly 15 Kms. I return from service centre empty handed without problem rectification, then I show my handset to my friend who know handset configuration little bit. I shocked to see he cleared the bluetooth problem in 2 Minutes which service centre not rectified in 3 hours. I am very disappoint with Micromax service and suffer on the name of warranty.         I got a problem on display flickering for my canvas 4. So i gave it in customer care in kukatpally.They took it for 14 days but same problem occurred when they gave me.               Dear Manager, My mobile, Micromax Bolt A-71 purchsed on 11/06/2014(guaranty period), its display gone on august and i given to Micromax service centre, Near thirunakkara temple, at kottayam, Kerala. After three weeks he informed that, display changed and its not working, so please come and collect it. It's motherboard complaint. He advised to give to other service centre at kottayam it's self ie Cell care, Kodimatha, Kottayam, Kerala.I given to that centre on 18/08/ 2014. they inform me on 03/09/2014 that, its motherboard changed and not working. They told they will once again look into that and inform you. But till yesterday they didn't informed any thing & i called them yesterday after 45- days, they told it is sent to Delhi.. I am behind this since August, There is no solution. I am using another two mobiles of Micromax. As a reputed company its not fair from your side.Please consider my case and solve it as early as possible. Another thing your charge sheet not given from both service centres .                 I have recently purchased Micro max Canvas Nitro A310. Since the unboxing, I am facing wifi issue. For the first time after first switch on I was able to connect to wifi, but to my surprise after sometime i can't access internet though wifi is connected. I have no problem with wifi network as my another Samsung phone and laptop has no connection or access problem. Then i tried to connect the wifi after doing "forget password", but after I retype the password it shows "connecting", and sometimes "obtaining IP addresses", but never actually getting connected. For all I have to do for connection is to reboot the phone, and it automatically connects to wifi without even any need of typing the password. Please help resolve this issue

                    I Am Aman Gupta my phone micromax mt-500 was biean submitted to the service center thrice in a year for same problem every time i.e phone was dead and got no possitive response but this time it was submitted on 25/8/2014 & on 21/10/2014 i was called by service center and they gave me a new hand set and this time it was more shocking the new phone and the new hand was also dead and the time period they take for service is more than the expectance level i want my money back wasted my fuel more than the value of the hanset

                        Dear Sir, * *We have bought a Micromax Funbook Tab P410 from one of the shop @ Cell Tel, Vikas Marg, Laxmi Nagar, Delhi 110 092 vide receipt no. 17244 (book no. 345) on 24 Dec 2013 ([protected] & [protected]) and later this set was replaced as DOA set on 27th Dec - 2013 M IMEI:[protected] and S IMEI: [protected] and later on 27th Aug 2014 it has started giving problem (power does not switch on) and accordingly have approached the service centre @ M/s The Mobile Care (Delhi) B-36, Guru Nanak Pura Opp V3S Mall, Near Maharaja Baquett Hall Laxmi Nagar, Delhi 110 092 and have shared the Job Ticket No.[protected]-14) & later [protected] 1214535 on 12-09-14 it was given the assurance that the tab issue will be repaired/fixed and can be collected within 15 days and accordingly we have re-visited the service centre and have been asked to re-visit again after 7-10 days to collect the TAB (FunBook). We have re-visited the service centre and have been told by the executive that one part is required to fix the issue as the earlier part was found damaged and have re-indented the same and it may take further min. 10-15 days to fix/replace the same and can re-visit and keep asking us about the status.* *It is difficult for us to visit time & again at service centre and have asked us to mark a mail to customer care as we cannot support /tell the date of repair and we can approach any level to have the work done. So far we have not received the same though after follow ups and personal visits at service centre. Plesae support.

                          Hello, Product name:Micro max P410I Job sheet no:N[protected] Service Center:Sat guru Communication near vinayak hospital sector 27 noida 201301 I bought a micromax tablet P410i and it is still in warranty.Now the touch of my phone is broken and I have given in service center(Satguru Communication sector 27 NOida) for repair on date 01/10/2014.touch doesnot comes under warranty thats ok I am ready to pay the repair amount.But after 21 days they are saying that they cannot repair the touch as touch is not available i didnt understand you have sold a tablet and still you are selling in market in today's date and you dont have the repair parts means if touch is broken your whole phone is waste now, your tablet is of no use just because micromax doesnt have touch and they cannot repair the phone.this is the condition of authorised service center.They are asking for replacement and replacing a tab with a phone means with a different product which is less in amount with my product and asking for extra money.why i will choose any other product when i purchase a tab for purpose and why i'll pay for that .Its completely micromax mistake that they dont have the touch to repair while i am ready to pay for repair. They also took 21 days to say this then how much time they will take to repair it?this is such a rubbish customer service that micromax is giving.i hope you will take immediate action on this .                           I am very much disappointed to hearing this.. No one will not believe on micro max product.. If product is available in market then should be repairing service good.. Please take immediate action. I hope you will consider my opinion.
                          Micromax should take appropriate action in this matter otherwise its waste to buy a micromax product.

                              I have bought a Micromax A114 in Jan'14 and just after 6 months there was some lcd issue. The issue was resolved in the servicing centre but now again I am facing the same issue after a month. the service centre staff says they cannot assure to permanently solve the issue and asked me to get it serviced again and again. Such a reply is unexpected from such an esteemed organisation. Kindly assist. I cannot afford to spend another 12 to 15k again on anothr purchase. Kindly assist.

                                  I submitted my Micromax Canvas HD116 (Black) IMEI/ESN No. [protected]/[protected] for the problems 4911 Display Touch Screen not working and 5301 Charging Socket problem to the authorised service centre M/s. Mahamaya Services, Raigarh - 496001 (C.G.) on 02.10.2014. It was assured that the set would be repaired within one week but sorry to say that till date the set is still under service centre and also, I am not getting proper response from there. Look into the matter.

                                    Hi My name is Ankur Jain. I had purchased Micromax A350(B&Gold) handset -July-2014, after using the phone for even less than a month, it got dead. I approached the Micromax authorised service center with the problem. Issued date:18-Aug-2014 Job Sheet No: E[protected] -M/s CSD Inception, 104, Sri Aurobindo Sarani, Hathibagan More, Kolkata - 700005 I was told to collect the handset in 25 days, but when i approached them, I got a vague reply that it would take more time since the handset has been sent to Gurgaon for repair. Since then, I have been calling them for follow ups but every time either they don't pick up or they casually reply me by saying that it would take 25 more days. I am fed of hearing the excuse repeatedly. This is so unprofessional. I feel regret on buying Micromax mobile and I would never not recommend the brand to any one. My only concern now is that I either want the handset back in good condition be it the same one repaired or new one of the same model in exchange and want an action against the unprofessional attitude of the Micromax Service centres people . They never attend the calls, They never care for customers urgency, they are somehow trying to escape from the issues of customers. Request you to take initiative on this issue and take an approriate action asap. In case I do not get a response from you, I would be impelled to take a more serious action against the company.                                         I have brought a MICROMAX CANVAS A120 Mobile from Poorvika mobiles pvt ltd., 637, 100 feet Road Gandhipuram Coimbatore, on 11 August 2014 ( Invoice Number 7751). I was using this mobile phone regularly and it was working fine. But Surprisingly on 30 september 2014 I faced a problem in my mobile I mean that my touch screen did not work properly. The next day that is on 1st October 2014 I complned to Poorvika store in coimbatore wher I brought the mobile, there they guded me to go the Micromax Service centre M/s XPLUS COMMUNICATION which is in 8th St Tatabad Gandhipuram Coimbatore. There I place a complaint and they eaxamined the mobile and told me that touch screen has gone and we have to replace it and they also told that it will take ten days for that, I agreed for that and I have given my mobile to the to replace the touch screen as it was under warranty period. The details of the JOB SHEET which I have given to XPLUS COMMUNICATION is S[protected] dated 1st October2014. After ten days as per the time given by them I regularly visit the service centre or call them and enquire about my mobile which I have given it to them to replace the touch screen, but they are not responding me properly they simply say that spare has not come from MICROMAX office ( ). I really feeling very bad that I have trusted your brand and brought the mobile worth Rs 10000/= from a reputed dealer POORVIKA and the same gave me a problem with in a month or too and when given for service there is no proper response and it took almost eighteen days and still I dont know what to do in this matter, on spending so much of money on that mobile and with in a month if problem comes how I will go for your brand in future or how I will recommend your brand to my friends. I am very much upset and I request you to look in to this matter immediately and solve my problem immediatly. I will appreciate if it happens before Diwali.                                         This is to inform that no one has contacted be regarding my phone problem, when I enquired the service center still they are telling spare didnt reach here, so I reuest your office to immediatly send the spare (touch screen) without any delay so that I will be happy that atleast the mobile is worth using it.

                                        My mobile touch screen was not working, hence gave it for service but service centre is not able to give a confirmed date, when will I get my mobile after service.

                                        I get answer stating parts should come from different place hence I do not know when it will come.

                                        i am using micromax A121. recently i got this problem. The dropdown menu drops automatically and the time setting menu pops up from nowhere.. this is very annoying.. please do something..
