    my name is shailendra kumar contact no is [protected] job sheet no -- N[protected] job sheet date -- 23/09/14 my phone have more problem. present time give service center for home key and volume key no t working. service center employee said that your phone's problem has been solve in 10- 15 days but today come 1 month. before my phone go for many problem as like touch pad and senser problem, if this problem is solve then my phone cost back me and take you phone. this phone go service for 5th time you can check it. this phone i hold approx some(2-2.5 month only), i purchase for me not your service center. if this problem is not sort out then i will go for RTI option. i want get positives reply on your side and early.

      Hello, This is with regards to my handset Micromax A117 Magnus. The Handset is Touch screen one, the screen stopped working all of a sudden. Since the handset is under warranty, i went to the nearby service centre who said the screen will be replaced under warranty. The Job Card No is: W[protected] dated 22nd August 2014 Since then I have made multiple rounds to the service centre, I also spoke to Customer care on 10th Sept to which they said if they cant get the part replaced in 15 days they will be provide a new handset. Post that i have visited the Service centre number of times n they just make me wait for hours without any solution. They just ask me to get in touch with the CC and ask for replacement as they cannot procure the faulty spare part. I called up the CC on 13.10.2014 again the CC guy named Gaurav is asking me to wait for another 30 days for no reason. He is not aware of the status of my handset. They just keep asking us to wait for 15-30 days. I again called up today and the lady named Sonia said her seniors will call me within an hour, i havent received any call. Is this some kind of joke. My handset which is under warranty is lying with your service center for the past 90 days and still Micromax is not bothered to provide the spare part nor the replacement. The way CC people and Service center people treat customers is pathetic, they are so rude and adamant. I demand a replacement in the next 3 days. I also want a call from Micromax Customer relations with a resolution on this issue. If not I will have to go ahead a file a legal case against Micromax also I'll ensure that i highlight the issue with media. The company should make a note that the handset is with Service centre for past 90 days..3 months. If they cannot find the spare, then should give me replacement or reurn back my money. Hoping to get a call from your end on [protected]

        This to inform you that I am purchase of micro max mobile from Tata Nagar on July 2014. one month are good services and after one month mobile set have ded. than i am give your servce center for repairing and get after 3 days. than is good but after one week mobile have more time hangup than do the formatte than good. and after some time more times of doing formatte but not work good he have very hanging problem. i am thre times give your service center but not repair mobile set so i want to you that if possible mobile set change within some days another i am going on consumer forum for the compain against micromax mobile because i am very tired for this mobile and i have loss my data and time and mony. so pls if possible take action fast.           i have purchase micromax unite 2 mobile in july . it is work first 2 month is very good but last 1 month it not work properly it cause to many hanging problem and sim inserting problem. i visit in your service center whice is in NAC, Mani Majra, chandigarh they reset my phone.but now again it show hanging problem.if you do something regarding my phone than do.

          I purchased mobile(micromax-A106) of your company on 26/5/2015 on installment basis. 1st 2 weeks it worked properly,
          later on started giving trouble like hanging when i use internet, calls, downloads and automatically restarting. I visited your service centre 2wice
          but still iam facing same problem with this mobile(micromax-A106).

          As iam not satisfied with the service provided by your service centre, unable to use it properly.

          My Humble Request to look into this problem and solve it as soon as possible on priority basis.

                    Dear Authorities, I own ‘Micromax Canvas 4 (A210)’ mobile phone. From many days I am facing below problems 1. Automatically getting rebooted 2. Screen changes rapidly on making call from SIM 2 In seek of solution to this problem; I approached “Micromax Customer care located at Marathahalli, Banglore” on Saturday morning. They updated the s/w & while returning back my Handset, one o[censored]r Executive by name ‘CHAMUNDA’ asked for purchased bill to confirm d warranty period but since I dint carry bill I requested her to check from data base. Immediately she got angry n rudely she said me that until I get purchase bill, she ll not deliver the phone. I calmed my self n requested her to check from data base. Finally she checked n gave me my handset back. While leaving I asked mam, y u r so serious n talking like this to me? Replying to me rudely she said: “I am like this only n since I am nine years experienced I know how to handle a customer like n don’t teach me how to talk, just leave now bcoz I don’t have time to talk to u”. Being helpless, I came back n thought of never to visit again. But Later when I checked my handset, the problem was not solved. Again in Evening by 5pm I prepared my self n revisited their n spoke to another lady Executive n told my problem is not solved. Then without listening to my complete problem she immediately said that We cant help u with it. When I asked her y den she blamed me that morning u r d person who don’t pay Rs. 200 for S/W updating. When I said my Mobile is in warranty then she said don’t lie n i[censored] want to talk more den take token n wait.. So my Query is:  This is how Executive behaves?  If I can by Mobile for Rs. 20000, then cant I give 200 for s/w updation Please take Action on it ASAP & revert me back.

                      Dear Sir, We gave our Tab having IMEA No. [protected]B527B Model P 275 on 4th Octobe 2014 The complaint was replacement of screen glass due to crack on the glass. While giving for servicing TABLET screen image was in good condition and there was no problem in touch screen. While taking on[protected] after completion of repairing jobs and replacement of screen glass, I observed spots on the screen and the touch was not in proper condition. I immediately informed the same to them and they told that to observe for 3 to 4 days. But still these problems are there. The servicing and the attention of Manager was very poor and their behaviour was very reckless. This is very bad buying Micromax and roaming around your servicing center is our fate.                         Respected sir, I have a micromax mobile phone which model no is a350. I gave it to micromax care for reparing. The fault of my phone was side on/ off key is not working. so i was give it. But customer care repairer couldn't repaire of my mobile phone and also break my battery so they gave me new battery but phone charging ic also damaged by them. so they sent it to another level and tat of this problem give me 1 month or more. so against them sir please take strict action on them. and lots of customer who have micromax mobile phone they told me that all customer service centers are poorly working. encl. my job sheet photo.

                            My mobile phone has dead from 26 aug 2014 to till. And I've submitted my mobile at Global Infotech service center(Authorised from micromax) on 26 aug 2014. He told me that your mobile phone will solve issue till 15 days but now completed above 45 days from thieir hand. I'm continue contact with thier and meet their again and again but he is not responding positive and finally he told me. Please solve my issue from you as soon as possible.

                              My name is Prasad.K, I am from coimbatore.The important thing is i have submitted my mobile phone for service more than 6 times finally i have changed my mobile service center in Kanishka mobile care my job card number is "S[protected]", I have given my mobile on 20/09/2014. todays date is 20/10/2014.They have taken 30 days time more over they are not giving proper response.My validity date ends on 2/11/2014.They are extending the time for that reason. We have asked for replacement so do take my complaint into account and do give an satisfied reply.

                                i went to the service center (PATIL PLAZA, OFFICE NO 101 TO 103, MITR MANDAL CHOWK, SWARGATE, PUNE-411037) agent named rehan momin i doubt if the name is corrector not as there was no id card no uniform nothing as a proof with him and was so rude and unprofessional was not speaking properly at all as i had given the phone for servicing 3 times for the same reason for the speaker but the thing is they had the jobsheet no for only 2 servicings w[protected] given on 12/7/14 w[protected] given in the month 09/14 w[protected] given on the 16th/10/2014 here are the jobsheet numbers for all the servicing given till now but still the same problem exixts when told the manager about the problem he is saying that its not my responsibility if the phone is not getting repaired i wont go to china all the way to tell them to supply good product i m realy upset with the customer service given by micromax and the unprofessional behaviour what should i do some one please suggest me what to do contact no [protected] or [protected]

                                  Its been almost a month since i have sent my micromax canvas turbo a-250 for a touch screen issue and they have advised for a change of the touch screen and requested a 7 day time. Since its been almost a month and these guys are every time coming up with a new excuse. Now they are saying that they would require another 7 days. Please register my complaint against them as there service for a product is terrible.

COMPLAINT- WE HAD HEARD A LOT ABOUT CANAVAS TURBO & THEREFORE HAD PURCHASED THE SAME. AFTER FEW DAYS OF PURCHASE THE MOBILE BEGAN TO SHOW ITS COLOURS. I AM SORRY TO SAY THIS BUT I AM TRULY REGRETTING MY DECISION TO BUY YOUR COMPANY'S MOBILE. IN FACT I WOULD SAY THAT YOUR COMPANY MOBILES HAVE KEPT UP YOUR SLOGAN- " NOTHING LIKE ANYTHING" AND I JUST WOULD LIKE TO ADD THAT MICROMAX MOBILES ARE "WORSER THAN EVERYTHING".
