Dear Sir,
At mall road, kanpur.. The customer service is worst i have seen ever. They are there to increase our problems not to solve them.
I have problem with sim slot and some software problem...
They charged 465 rs to me and when i said just update software, they ignored and give back my tablet to me without updating software.

This is ridiculous...

Other companies like oppo samsung at least listen us and try to satisfy us but this that today happened with me is neither adorable nor accepted at any cost...

I will never buy your phones again because of your bad customer service...

    My phone is not working properly till purchase. it has different problem only 2-3 days it will active, after that it gonna be shut down by its own. after completion of the whole remaining charging which is at the time of shut down, the mobile will back to work with 0%charging . I am already visited 2 times MICROMAX care at 12/2 arandalpeta guntur, andrapradesh. I really wondered by seeing those people, what language they are using to said any matters about phone, how worst they are, they even don't know minimum comment sense, and how to behave with customer
    those are of the worst people I ever met
    they don't want hear what the original problem also they do only only what they know but not what needed to mobile
    soo pls don't encourage those people and give a solution for my problem also

      Now I'm going to go to the consumer forum in a very short while, but before going I wanted you'll to check the problem and i[censored] could at all do anything

      Your micromax care technical team never calls me back, so I've already got the phone details from the company itself so that I have that proof too

      Along with that, in my last call, your service executive was behaving in such a way that he made it mandatory for me to complain against you'll

        I am very disappointed with my purchased handset Miramax (A111) from first day of purchasing(i.e. June-2016) we have not used happily even any single day. I have visited for more than five time at your service center situated at A1 Paschim vihar. Still problem is same finally I have done complaint at your customer care site. Please replace this handset or oblige me.

          There is a calling problem in Micromax Juice3 . until[protected] it was working properly but from[protected] i can't make any call because it is automatically disconnecting, due to this i cant make any call and i don't want this to be happen in the technical team .and it is not the problem of network also. so kindly respond to the same immediately.

            I would like to draw your attention towards the filthy response from the service center dhanbad. I gave my micromax Yu Yureka( A05510) in your service center in dhanbad, jharkhand(M/S GLOBAL MOBILE CENTER, OFFICE NO-1, 1st FLOOR, GURU PLAZA, NEAR CITY STYLE, BANK MORE, DHANBAD) on dated 17/03/2017 as my phone was reporting to locks up and not responding, though it was working.
            DETAILS OF PHONE-

            The concerned person (Mr. Akbar) told me that there was some problem with software and told me the estimated price to be around Rs250 and told me to come after few days .After few days when i called the center to know about the status of the phone, i was informed that the phone has been repaired and i could collect the phone from the service center. So i took some time from my office hours and travelled 40 kms to take my phone back. But when i reached the service center, i was told that it has still not been repaired and asked me come on next wednesday.
            On that day he told me that there is a problem with the connector and the board. So now he told me the estimated cost to be Rs 800.At that moment my phone was not even starting which it was working when i handed over my phone in the initial stage.So i came back with frustation of not getting my phone and spoiling my office work.
            After few days, on tuesday i called them again to know about the status of the phone. i was told that my phone has been repaired and was told to collect my phone the next day. So i again spared some time from my office hours ad travelled 40kms to collect my phone from the center. So i again called them for confirming about the status before leaving from my office to collect my phone(as i didn't wanted to ruin my day as it was last time ). When i reached the center i was again told that my phone was not repaired and demanded for a sum of Rs3800.
            I want to tell you that they mishandled my phone and even worsened the condition of my phone, which has resulted in making my phone useless.
            The attitude and the way of dealing of the concerned authority (Mr. Izaz Akhtar and Mr. Akbar ) with the customer was pathetic.
            I request you to take necessary actions against the culprit and compensate for my loss as soon as possible.

              from New Shahi Cell Point, Kandukur Prakasam District
              vide invoice Dt.07.05.2016.

              It is to inform that I have purchased Micromax Tab Model P 70221 (B) with IME/ESN No. [protected] and [protected] from New Shahi Cell Point, Kandukur Prakasam District A.P.
              vide invoice Dt.07.05.2016 with a warranty period of 01 year from the date of purchasing the same. Due to not working the Display of Touch Screen by the Tab properly, the said Tab was handed over to your authorized service center i.e M/s Srinivasa Communications, Kandukur Prakasam District A.P., on 17.12.2016 with customer compliant Bar code No.S[protected]. At that time your authorized service center have furnished on the Job sheet that the problem of above Tab is Display Touch Screen not working (copy attached for perusal). Mean while in needs repair only.
              In this connection, it is kind your notice that on 22.12.2016 your authorized service center have collected an amount of Rs.1900/- towards service charges, but shown in the bill i.e Touch and Speaker charges vide Bill No. Nil Dt.22.12.2016 (copy attached). At the time I was asked the representative of your service center about warranty of said tab, because the trouble was faced by me within one year on purchased the Tab (within warranty period). But the reprehensive of your service center had says that “warranty not permitted in this service center” and then collected the amount is becomes violation of Consumers Act.
              Further it is to submit that again the said Tab Display Touch Screen not working from 10.03.2017. Due to this, again it was handed over to your authorized service center i.e M/s Srinivasa Communications, Kandukur Prakasam District A.P., . on 11.03.2017. In turn the representatives of your service center have issued a visiting card duly noting the problem of the Tab i.e LCD broken (copy attached).
              On completion of such repair work, again he has collected an amount of Rs.2800/- towards service charges, but shown in the bill i.e LCD damaged (Replaced) up to 03 months warranty vide Bill No. Nil Dt.21.03.2017 (copy attached). Again I was asked the representative of your service center about warranty of said Tab, because the trouble was faced by me within one year on purchased the Tab (within warranty period). But the reprehensive of your service center had says that “warranty not permitted in this service center” and then collected the amount is becomes violation of Consumers Act. It leads to take appropriate steps through court of law for justification in this regard.
              Finally it is to notice that your authorized service center have collected an amount of Rs.1900 + 2800 aggregating to Rs.4700/- from me towards service charges, but irrelevant reasons noted in the bills within the warranty period.
              Under the circumstances explained above I request you to take necessary action against your authorized service center i.e. M/s Srinivasa Communications, Kandukur Prakasam District A.P., for the irregularities furnished above and return the unauthorized collected amount immediately. Otherwise I will approach the Court of Law for justification.

                Hi this is Rosario, I given my mobile for servicing on 14th sep-2016, still I didn't get my mobile back, in service center they are not responding properly, I went every month for asking about my mobile status they told it will come with in two days but after that no response, really very worst service center in Chennai, I given my mobile in velacherry service center, last four days im going regularly thy r saying come tomorrow, the same dialogue thy r repeatedly saying four days im going regularly but still I didn't get my mobile back.

                  I just want to elaborate my complaint regarding newly purchased phone, in that phone i am unable to open the pattern lock. I first visited the Laxmi nagar service center available near Maharaj Banquet Hall on 23rd Mar in the morning to remove the pattern lock there I met executive (Vaishali) who attended me I asked her to check my bill first for phone but she told me not required to show your bill and your phone pattern will be removed within half an hour. But after waiting for more than an hour she told me that pls come tomorrow as our software is not upgraded and requested me to come back tomorrow and on 24th I visited again after confirmed with vaishali that my phone will be repaired. Again she asked me to wait for half an hour but after waiting for an hour she asked me that you have to submit your phone as software is not working and finally asked me to show me your bill for creating the job sheet when I shower her the bill as only 1 IMEI no is mentioned on the bill she asked me to show the box as we required 2nd IMEI no to create the job sheet then my patience lost I asked why didn't you asked me at my first visit about this even I asked you to provide the bill.
                  she told me without 2nd IMEI no they are not able to create the bill somehow I managed to provide the IMEI no after coordinating on phone. and now she told by your phone by repaired on Saturday(25th Mar) or monday. (27th mar 17) but when today when I contact the customer care they told me that we are unable to repair this phone and sending this phone to somewhere else it will take at least 1 week. when I insisted them they told me that they will try to repair it by tuesday or thursday. now you understand how much pain for getting services of Micromax phone. I visited on working days on 23rd & 24th Mar both working day after requested in office for this Phone but my phone is still not repaired I wasted almost 5-6 Hours for repair of my phone but no avail...after looking at the level of services of micromax I will not consider to buy any phone in near future and don't want to recommend anyone... My previous
                  experience is very good but now I think you are loosing on this service point with you may also loose the customer base all the executive available at customer care is not very professional with their attitude you can understand the pain with attitude of executive. see the service level only I have to remove the password of my phone taking more than 7 days its really a pathetic one now I am feeling that's its better that I will consult any local repair shop rather going to micromax. even they asked 250 Rs for removing password for within warranty phone that i purchased In this month.

                      I purchased a new phone canvas 5 e 481 3 months back. Now its not working properly as the phone gets heat up and start hanging. One call you pick or even a single game you play or do anything on the phone, the phone starts to heat up and its impossible to continue working on it. I need to get this issue resolved asap and facing lot of problem because of this. The battery gets finished with 2 hours time.

                          I m not able to make video calls on 3g network... Whenever i try to video call with a person having 3g or 4g phone.. I m not able to setup video call... As it is always showing "video call cannot be setup"... Why this is message is showing to me even my sim is on 3g network... Please help me to solve this... If i cannot done video calling even on 3g smartphone... Then what is the fun of having video call option on this smartphones...

                          I orderd on/off key for my phone micromax q385 about 3 weeks ago and they said it will come in a week but still it didn't come and when i call to enquire they behaved non sense and arrogant telling me that when it will come we will let you know and do whatever you can do but don't call here we are not here to explain you why its not came and all.

                            I had purchase the above mentioned mobile from Nagpur before 14-15 months ago and it had shown power does not switch on and no display in the screen. I had given to your service station on 09.03.2017 after up-dating the software in my mobile said problem was not solved and stated that problem in the mother board and same will be rectified after changing the mother board and time will be taken 8 to 10 day . Estimated was stated Rs.3200/-.

                            I went to your service station and asked about my mobile they stated that mother board yet not received from their head offices. So it will be time taken 15-20 days.Today I contacting your service station the are unable to give a proper answer and asked to me what was the problem in ur mobile. It mean they dont know wt is the problem in my mobile .

                            It is understood that you people are working on the basis of bar codes and no system to know what are the pending mobiles to be what serviced.

                            I regret to comment that by purchasing Micromax mob I had made a wrong decision and deeply regretted on the poor service.

                              Hello Team,

                              I have one cellphone of YU4711 of Micro max, that I purchased on 1 April 2016,
                              I was given a guarantee of 1 year since from purchase date.

                              since the purchasing date, this cell phone has got issues 3 times, first time it had a the problem with speaker, second time it had the problem with battery, and now I am having an issue again, it is not getting up, basically, it is switched off.

                              Whenever I had faced an issue, went to customer case, SHIV Electronics, Micromax Service center in Firozabad(U.P.), they took my phone for one week during first issue, second time they took my phone for almost 20 days, and now for the third time(21-March-2017), they do not know, how long will it take to repair and as they said there might be a hardware issue, so they will reset my phone, it is totally out of sense, if it is hardware issue, why they are going to erase my data. during these issues, they never gave me any substitute phone, so that I could manage my phone related activities.

                              Now I am asking to customer care for replacement of my phone, they are saying they will not replace it.

                              Every time I had to face these issues, I lost my urgent data, I can not do any activities related to cellphone and even one time they broke one accessory of my phone for that I have not been even paid.

                              It has been only 11 months for this phone and I have already face three different issue in one headset. It seems like I am being fooled.

                              Kindly team, look into this matter seriously and get me phone replaced with the new one.

                                Concerning subject customer named Vaishnavi Sonawane, gave her mobile on 25/07/2016 to following micromax service center - M/S SHREE ENTERPRISES, PRALHAD COMPLEX, OSMANPURA AURANGABAD-431005. Submitted mobile (ImEI- [protected]) was under warranty period. Its has been 8 months the customer haven't got back her mobile even after repeated inquiries. Staff is being so rude now and giving unsatisfactory responses. If the same follows we have decided to go customer resilience forum to register a complain against micromax. I have attached a copy of receipt with this mail please find the same.

                                  The new MICROMAX TV which has been purchased on 4th January 2017 is not at all working.

                                  Picture was not at all coming in the new TV. We are facing this problem from the 2nd week of the purchase.
                                  We have called Micromax Customer care service SEVERAL times almost thrice a week till now to replace the product.

                                  We are demanding for the replacement because their technicians are not sure about the defect. So far 2 technicians visited our place and checked the TV set.

                                  1st person told us that board id defective and they will replace it, no response after that from the company. Again we called Micromax Customer care service to inform about this.
                                  2nd person checked and did something and fixed the TV telling it was a minor issue no need to change the board. But the very next day after he fixed it the TV is totally unresponsive. No picture no sound nothing. It is still and just lying on the wall idly for more than a month now.

                                  As I mentioned we are calling them repeatedly to hear the same useless, waste of time response. Every time different adviser/executive with same framed answer is telling that "His/her supervisor/senior will call within 4 hours of time to the registered number ([protected]) to discuss about the replacement". We will wait for 1 day and will call the Micromax Customer care service again. They will again give same answer.

                                  I wonder why is it so difficult to give a proper response to the customer. Ww bought a TV set for Rs.8000/- just to keep it idle. Also we are begging the customer service executive to resolve the problem.

                                  I'll never buy anything produced by or marketed by MICROMAX in my life in future.

                                  I really expect a positive reply and the process of replacing the TV set should be initiated within 48 hours.

                                  We have the guaranty and if you are not providing us the proper reason for not replacing the TV and not ready to resolve the issue immediately, your company will be heavily penalized for your deliberate negligence by law of the land.

                                    I bought a phone micromax E483 in jun 16, so the phone started giving problem after 4 month when i bought, now i am give this phone to service centre of micromax at madical trust, kochi and said to come after 07 days so i am gone for days after they said but regret to give me phone back and said that phone will not repaired yet because of board pcb problem it will take more time to repair so come again after few days, i said ok and again after few days gone service centre to check its repaired or not but again they start giving me some stupid excuse that the part of your phone come from company two to three days more it take ti fix problem so please come on which day request you to come, this time hundred 100% we will give your phone with ready condition.now iam try to contact and asking for they are always giving me excuses, so please its my humble request to take some action on them .

                                      Complaint is hereby lodged against micromax and one another company named yu yureka which is associated with micromax only who are selling defective mobile phone products through online stores and shops and on telling them about the problem they are giving excuses and not resolving the problem connected with it. I bought a new phone worth 10 thousand rupees just 3 days back and its display is not working properly and lines are coming in screen. So i called the customer service centre and told them to resolve the issue and shirked off by saying "jaha se liye hai vahi se sampark karo" this is a wrong attitude as i have made purchase of micromax phone and they are totally liable to change the device from whereever in india i have bought. They are not doing thorough quality checking and testing about a product and selling in the market through various online stores which takes a month to resolve the issue. This is a big fraud going on in the market about mobile phones where if the product is faulty, defective, spurious, second hand packed in new box or some issue then companies are not taking any responsibility and the customer is paying huge sums of money. Second hand mobiles are easily available for 1000 rupees. Why should i pay 10 thousand rupees for a brand new phone when it is faulty. It is the companies responsibility to check and inspect such costly products and then give full support. People like me can afford to pay 10 thousand rupees once in a life time. What makes these companies think "ek or kharid lega" "doosra kharid lai". This is their way of thinking now a days which is highly objectionable. It is a complete criminal offence going on regarding mobile phones now a days. If i buy anything like fridge, t. V. Cooler or anything worth 10 thousand i get full support, guarantee, warantee for 10 years and also help. We indians have the same psychology that if we buy a costly product then it must last for minimum 10 years. Then why not mobile phones. Why these mobile phone companies are not giving customer support, servicing, parts availability software solution. There is no law and order for these mobile companies. They are just looting the public in the name of mobile phones. They are fully responsible and liable for any quality defect in phone. Someone should take this matter and file petition in court and fight these companies selling fake products online and offline both. I have taken the pain in raising this issue and bring it publically through your website which is one of the best websites that takes action immediately in raising the issue. I am seeing your website from the past 5 years and raised many issues. They don't let check the product in shops also. The shopkeepers denies of opening the box which contains a 10 thousand -30 mobile phone which is a criminal offence. What is inside the box? God knows. These are only some issues. Then no availability of parts. No availability of trained technicians. What is going on? It seems a mafia has started about these mobile phones. There is no restriction regarding pricing also. One shopkeeper is selling the phone for 4000 rupees and the same phone is being sold for 10 thousand rupees in another shop. Such a big difference. Why? What is going on? I am completely against all these. Any mobile company regardless of purchase from any shop is liable to give customers full support in case the customer is not satisfied and have paid full amount for the new product. And if it is defective then immediately change it from any store showing the bill. That should be the correct procedure. I am fighting for my issue past 20 days for getting replacement of mobile and 20 days of my life is gone just for resolving a faulty purchase. Who is responsible for all this? Who will pay me the price of my 20 days? This is complete case of cheating, forgery, deceitful behavior, malpractice of trade, malefic intention. I lost my mobile, my money and my time. I did not get a brand new mobile without any defect for which i paid the price. And one thing more the more we are raising these issues the more they are doing it. They must be penalized heavily like in america does. Charge them with a million dollar harrasment case and then see their face. Who is responsible for these bad practices...?

                                        Sir, I purchased Micromax Q4251 from sivakasi, poorvika mobiles on 11/02/2017..after one week I found that the mobile was switched off automatically while calling and headset port was not working properly..then i gave my mobile to your service center located in sivakasi..then i got it when my mobile was serviced completely..but after two-day I faced the same both problems..I have lot of tension on your company and service center..IME of my mobile is [protected]..I am working as a public prosecutor in high Court Madurai branch...if you not take any necessary steps, surly your company will face the problem...
