I perches micromax mobile E 455 on 20/06/2016 but i don't use the phone last eight month i repair the phone five times in micromax service center but after 2 days again stop
My phone problem is automatically go on flight mode then result is signal is lost
Present time my phone in micromax compeny

I want replace my mobile, plz provide a new phone because i don't trust this mobile

Dear sir /madum I am much time trying data cable thrue my computer file tranfer or net connected but Cannot highlited usb data cable option. Or some time connect to just unconnected. I am all ready change data cable in our service centre but problem are fixed still same.

    I have also purchased Micromax Gold for 20k. few days back its display get blank and was getting hanged it is not working properly...I took to service center they said battery issue I changed my battery for Rs.3000 again after few days again it got stop working. Today I took it to center they took Rs 100 for checking and told there is software issue we will charge Rs 400. I said ok atlest u check my phone later on they said its mother board problem which will cost Rs.7000/- is it really worth. Already I had paid Rs. 3000 for battery now again Rs 7000 is it really worth paying soo much for this phone which i not not used much.. It is just useless phone I don`t know how company like Micromax develop 20k phone ..who gave them permission until they are not fine enough to provide better service once there phone is old and they are not working.
    I will not spend sing penny now.

    Just closed your company and go back...

    I need a battery for the above product, how to get, and where to get, I approach the service center in Anna Nagar, they said to give the lapbook, the same sent to Delhi then only they the spare, I m not interested to give the whole one, I need a battery only. I have a rights to buy whatever I need.

      Purchased Micromax canvas selfie in April 2016. On/ off switch got repaired from ur service centre in Oct 2016 has become faulty again. Yesterday 14 Mar2017 I went to ur Service center Uttam nagar New Delhi behaviour of girl was very rude. She told part of it which contains sim has been damaged and not comes under warranty . I became annoyed and told I gave mobile with sim jack closed and now after ur engineer opened the set it may not be closed properly hence jack is not closing. I asked to call ur engineer. He agreed mobile is not properly closed by him however no damaged of any part occurred.
      Again Ms Khan written on invoice chrome is damaged and show 0.05mm line which does not appear a crack at all.
      Last evening she called me on phone and told, it will take min 7 days to repair. Sir I hope I would get my mobile in safe condition.Pls acknowledge.

        Ir, i bought a yu5510 a hand set, dated on 29.09.16 my handset created issue battery problem & seat heated. I gone to service center 31.01.2017 first time, then i repeatedly gone there more than 10 times, the job sheet no is - e[protected], i contacts with service center over the phone more or less 50 times but they can't response. They said they didn't know when will be solve my handset problem, also i contacts with customer care no. I suffer this problem one and half month. If you will not solve my problem with in a week then i can do legal action against your company, i contact with my law year (Mr. Shibasis ghosh).

          When I bought the phone canvas spark 3, it was advertised that the phone will be getting the marshmallow system update.

          It's been over an year now and there has been no marshmallow update. When I call the customer care, they have no definitive response.

          I feel betrayed.

            I had purchased Micromax Bolt in November 2015..During these first 15 months period, , I have given for repairing more than 15 times, Battery replaced last month and again out of order today.and given to my driver to give it for srI vicing.Spent more than Rs.2000 for Auto charges .Pl give me convincing reply immediately orelse Iwill file case in consumer court and claim damages

            Dear Sir, I purchased Micromax Bolt Mobile in Nov 2015.I am retired Bank Manager aged 67 and living alone.In these 15 months, I got it repaired more than 15 times, changed old battery, spent Rs.2500 for Auto charges.But that Micromax Company is blunt and makes Rickshaw driver to wait for hours together.Yesterday again it was down and I sent it through Auto driver, telling that I don't want such mobile instrument.Let them keep it with them.The product is substandard and the attitude of the staff is blunt.Please look into the matter and help me to get all these expenses and for cheating customers like me by giving such mobiles .

                Myself Biswajit Bir had purchased a Micromax X408 (M_IMEI No1:[protected]/
                S_IMEI2:[protected]) from Haque Gift House on dated 22/11/2016, but in the month
                of February 2017 I faced a problem in the phone regarding its display.
                So I went to the service center (M/s First Solution) on dated 16 Feb’17, after inspection they told me to submit the phone as it was under warranty and they will replace the display under warranty.
                But today is 9th March2017 still the phone is laying in the service center.
                If it’s an unsolvable problem then please issue a new phone to me as the phone is in the service center for 20 days.
                Please look into the matter or else I will escalate the matter to the consumer forum.
                Hoping for a positive response.

                    I have sent my Mob model E455 black through your local service centre M/S S4 TELECOM. Job sheet no W[protected]. The battery was perfectly OK. I was promised the set back with due repairs at service centre in Delhi where it is lying now.with in 30 days by your service centre. More than 2 months have passed no sign of any communication from any one from Micromax. I want my set with few days latest by coming . ELSE YOU REPLACE MY SET, RETURN THE SET WITH DUE REPAIRS, IF NOT RETURN MY MONEY Rs 10800. Your service is worst among all the mobile companies. you have no regards for the customers. Do you expect me to buy another set till such time you repair my set. After tracking the status of the repair job I get standard reply that you need another 21 days for fixing the problem. I cannot afford to wait for that long.

                        I have got a micromax A106 model.I went to outstation so i can't able to switch on my phone for two days.After returning when i switch 'on' it did't work, so i give to the nearby service station M/s.Easy cell care, 66, M.T.H. Road, shop No.G-2, yes yes Arcade complex, Ambattur O.T. Chennai-600 053. Intially the told it is booting problem for that you have to pay Rs.350/-.After an hour they told some pin fault so it will cost Rs.1000/- i said ok . After the service when i come back home and look into the phone, but within in a hour the phone screen did't show any thing. So i immediately phone to the service centre and informed about the matter, they ask me to bring the phone. Later the telling that the mother board has gone so you have to pay 1, 250/- for that. I am very much fedup by hearing this because now the cost of phone itself appro, Rs.5000/- then how can i pay half amount for service.when i ask my nearby local service station they told that the micromax centre put some software that is not compatible. Even in the cash bill the did't mention about the fault, and even they did 't mention about the cost of the spare or service charges. I have attached the copy of the bill for ur refernce. I feel very bad about this. I need a necessary action for this. thank u

                          I had purchased micromax Canvas Blaze 4g (Q400) handset on[protected] from Dreamz Communications, G-10, Shriram Tower, 13, Ashok Marg, Lucknow.
                          The handset is showing defects in the period of warranty. It suddenly shuts down automatically after some use and can be switched back on only after reinsertion of battery.
                          Service center( [N040449] Prince Communication, Lucknow tel[protected] is unable to resolve it . They claim to have done multiple software updates, changed the motherboard, changed the battery and passed it O.K. after testing it for a week.They have kept it again for motherboard change, even having it changed before. The process has taken me 8-9 trips ( 20 km each time) trips and more than 1 month already. And further process of contacting delhi head office is of 21 days to be minimum and the extent is undefined, as they said. I have made numerous phone calls and send messages to appropriate authorities.
                          I am a college going student and now I can not waste energy, time, and money on this.Enough of the harassment.
                          I have followed the formal methods of complaint as suggested by them, still there is no response.

                              I purchased a mobile name micromax unite 2 a106 8 gb pristine white on 19.10.2016 but when i on and insert my sim card in mobile phone so i checked my sim card is 3g but mobile not support this sim so i contect with customer care center and they advised me for submit me phone at customer care center for forwarding to company for resolve my issue so i submitted my phone to customer care center as per demand by care center so after few days i visit again at customer care as per promise date but i was not satisfied so they transfer again my mobile customer care center and on 03.03.2017 and i check my mobile cover and other items was totally diff rant and my problem not solved so i request you please resolve my issue earlier

But refused to give me by saying me thats company is not repairing your mobile. I had went there many time but Every time they refused me with the same argument

                                  I have purchased micomax canvas 6 pro (E484) from amazon on 24 jan 2017 and on, 24 feb 2017 my battery got bulged due to the mobile/device internal heating problem. When i am using the phone it got heated up and battery is buldged/damaged.

                                  I showed mobile to the nearest service center from my location as suggested by you, m/s multi services, station road, kolhapur. But they told that generally buldged/damaged battery does not cover the warrenty. But as per warrenty card it involves mobile as well as battery warrenty, it is clearly mentioned on warrenty card that if the battery is buldged/damaged due to device internal problem micromax provides replacement.

                                  It has just one month for purchase and how come your service center is denying the warrenty.

                                  It's device/mobile internal fault which heated up and damaged the battery so you have to consider the warrenty. Replacing new battery will not going to fix the problem since the problem resides in moblie device itself. It may again heat up and cause battery damage. I want total mobile replaced.

                                  Please give me replacement earliest since it covers warrenty. I am attaching the invoice for your reference.

                                  Yesterday (1st march 2017) i have contcated micromax call center[protected] in afternoon to inform problem of mobile and battery regarding warrenty and replacement and the representative told me that you go service center and give us call from the center and our technical person will talk with service center concerned person and will resolve your problem.

                                  So i went to the service center, m/s multi services kolhapur, where i have submitted my mobile at 4:40 pm yesterday and told our telephonic discussion and they told me to call so i called micomax call center[protected] and told that i am in service center now so you can tell technical person to talk with service center person. The representative told me that i need to check it so can i put the call on hold, i said ok and after that i waited till 15 mins but no one responded after that so i disconnected the call.

                                  So i again called micomax call center[protected] and i asked the representative (I noted down the name this time savita) about such behaviour and told her to call the m/s multi services center within 5 mins and let technical person talk with them but she denied saying that i can able to arrange the revert call back and it will take 24 hours.

                                  Is this the way the micromax talks with their customer? The call center[protected] is not free and i lost 30 rs in calling you yesterday and apart from that i have put my valuable time in visiting the center which is far away from my home which costs me 100 rs. After doing so much of headache the result is nill. So you (Micromax) have to pay me all these things.

                                  Micromax don't have any concern about such rediculous behaviour. Micromax service center is just making fool to the people. I am going to lodge complaint against you for all these. Micromax have to pay for all of these things.

                                  Really really bad service i have ever came acrosss. I am going to tell everyone not to buy any micromax product and never trust them.

                                      I purchase a mobile phone Q426 from Lulu mall at Edappally on 07/02/2017, which is the biggest mall in India.
                                      The next day it is not getting on, i went the shop and made a complaint and the salesman done some thing and told that is okey i too find that it is working . Again after two days it is again having the same problem and this time they said it is the soft wire problem and told that i want to replace the item with new one as it is in the warranty period that within seven days they can replace the product, mine was only 5 days passed. I hope it may be replace and i handed over to the floor manager in the shop. after tow days they inform me that your phone is ready so i collected and found working i didnot insists for new one as i get the working phone . but unfortunately again the same problem arise, this time i went to the service centre at Palarivattom, they say same problem it is soft wire problem and they rectified it then and there. I back to home with the phone next day again it shows the same problem. I went to the service centre and handed over the phone and they said that the battery problem I too agree with the service engineer. They took two days to replace the battery and I collect the product from the service centre and it was working but only two days. After two days again same problem the phone become blank and not getting On. This time also i went to the service centre they said the board problem and it will take two to three weeks. I simply handed over to them the product. This is the story behind your customer. He is running with your phone four to five times to service centre and shop by losing his own job and wasting time. This all happened in the span of 20 days. Today that is 28 Feb 2017 I went to Lulu mall to see the General Manager present my problem, unfortunately he told that he did not want to see the customer and refuse to attend my complaint . Now what shall i do as customer, is I should go to consumer court or to raise complaint in social media.

                                        I have purchased a Micromax Mobile, Model CANVAS MEGA Q417 from Kite commerce sco 27, B-Block, High street market VIP road Zirakpur-140603 (IMEI no. [protected]) on dated 14.08.2016.

                                        On dated 26.02.17, I have observed the set is not getting charged with the charger provided with the set. I tried 5-6 times but failed to get it charged.

                                        On dated 27.02.17, the same set was taken to the dealer M/s Kite Commerce.Mr Mitesh Garg checked the set and found it is working but not getting charged. He advised us to go to service center ABACUS SYSTEMS sector 30-C Chandigarh.

                                        My son and my wife went there and shown the set to the concerned person Mr Manjit Rana. He checked and informed it is not charging as mother board got out of order and to replace it, charges would be rs 6300/- when they asked it should be on warranty period . Then he started misbehaving with my wife and my son with abusive language and told them now the set will not even get ON and he tempered the set and he handed over the mobile set in dead condition to them.

                                        My son asked him to mention in the report that you have received the set in running condition and return in dead condition again he misbehaved and asked you complain anyone or you go to consumer court. No one can take action against me.

                                        Then he mentioned the same on the report and also changed the report and mention water logged .
                                        Micromax Informatics customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
