Sir i bought a micromax mobile yureka model in 28/06/2016. IMEI no is [protected] and [protected] .
recently in mobile occuring touch problem. I gave my mobile in modinagar service centre they didnt give my mobile till now.
i am feeling very trouble without my mobile. it was about 8 days ago when i gave my mobile to service centre plz solve my problem.
Micromax Informatics customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
This my new complain SER[protected]. old complain is still not resolve which is pending from last 3 month in micromax service center pagariya complex pandri raipur . very bad behaviour by service center executive & false commitment.

    I bought micromax ignite lpq61408w 5 months back by 18000/- from flipkart it was working fine starting gradually it's trackpad stopped working properly

    i mean it' ain't smooth as should be sometimes display blanks as well
    and
    apart from this without tampering laptop screws got loosen i tightened them but i was not aware all screws were not at its place so laptop's ING got disconnected not cable which iimage attached over here
    but laptop is still working no issue with that

    my complaint is when i visited one of micromax service center vatva gidc ahmedabad they denied to accept it saying this is for phones only

    i went bhairavnath, maninagar his manager said we don't repair it over here we gotta send to HO gurgaon somewhere will take 15-20 days they people inform charges and time to repair

    i said them i didn't try to replair open or tamper the laptop it happened itself he says a year warranty doesn't cover outer part means hardware so it would be chargeable don't know how much but approx 6K

    i left it and called[protected] they say the same thing
    now i won't pay a single rupee
    i won't it get repaired free of cost as this is your quality defect you didn't proper quality check it that's why the outer panel ING got a parted

    i am a genuine customer if i had done something to PC like breaking and above situations so never contacted you for FOC

    please replace it FOC

    otherwise i and people like me who purchased your laptop cheap laptops
    and micromax is the company who just assembled cheap chinese product and sell countries like india

    don't be a cheater or defaulter to your loyal customers

      I need a battery of subjected phone but company told me the product is discontinued. My concern is that what about the customer, who buy this product and not they are helpless to get the battery even from company. They need to keep the parts of discontinued product as they are original manufacturer of the device. Please arrange the battery asap.
      I am waiting for your concern and will raise this issue in court also if not received the suitable reply and battery from the company.

          Dear Micromax
          I purchased micromax CG666 model mobile handset with dual sim on 27/07/2016. After purchasing it in the six months i visited 4 times to service centre(Bhajanpura) for the white screen issue, but problem is not resolved..And the customer service centre representative told that this handset has the manufacturing defect in all models, and we can't resolve the white screen issue. I also attaching the copy of the bill. Please resolve my issue as early as possible or exchange my hand set.

            Sir, I purchased the above mentioned phone from Praksh Telecom 4642/1 Roshan Ara Road, Delhi 110007, on 07/10/2016 by paying Rs.13, 000/- by invoicen no. 1527(Book No. 31). Its IMEI Nos. are [protected] & [protected]. Today morning it stopped getting charging. I took it to SS Communication, shop no. 19A, First Floor, Kingsway Camp to get it repaired under warranty wit the Invoice mentioned above. The in charge over there refused to accept the warranty saying that the charging jack has worn out and the complete plate attached to that will be replaced at the cost of Rs.1650. Without considering my age(63yrs) and the age of the phone(just 4 months and 18 days) he refused to take the job without cost. I had to pay Rs. 1650/- by invoice no.4015(dated 25/02/2017)

              I had buy Micromax E-455 on 20.04.2016 from, TIMO Opp. T.model school, Gaya. I had used it and this phone work well, but after some days network problem get started. I had given phone to Micromax service Centre, Noor complex, opp. Civil line Thana. On 11.11.2016. but from that day still now I hadn't get my own phone, while asking about phone they tell me that after 2 days I will give, than again and again i will get the same reply, but still I hadn't get my phone. And they didn't behave properly also.

                Please note that even after repeated emails to Micromax and telephonic conversations with Micromax executives, no action has been taken to repair my damaged device and return to me, or replace it with a new similar one. This has been going on for the past 6 months wherein we (my husband and I) have repeatedly sent emails and lodged complaints on their website, but in return no fruitful action has been taken. All they did was call us and ask us the details of our problem, the job sheet number, and the contact number of Micromax Durgapur Service center even though we always explained our complaint in details in the emails. Then recently in a call from Micromax last month, we were told that the job sheet number is invalid. In another call we were given a contact number and told to talk with that person regarding the issue. We were told that we will soon get a solution to our problem but till now no action has been taken. The device Micromax Canvas Tab P480 (blue) was bought on 14th February 2016 and had a One Year Warrany Period. Now the warranty period has already expired due to the reluctance, negligence, callous and extremely casual behavior of the Company. We customers have suffered a lot of harassment for the past 6 months but with no result. I request you to please look into the issue and take some serious action.
                The product receipt, warranty card, jobsheet etc are attached herewith.

                        My handset/mobile device was not working as the touch screen was having issues. When reached Authorized Service Center of Micromax : Shri Laxmi Enterprises ACS address G-1/3 1st floor main Nagafgarh Road near Arya Samaj Road opp Metro Pillar No, 673, Uttam Nagar, New Delhi-59 Ph.[protected], they informed us that touch needs to be replaced and mobile will work fine. You need to wait for about 10days as we need to get the touch screen from Micromax warehouse by raising the internal request and you need to pay INR 1450/- in totality out of which INR 50/- is our checking charges on 4-Feb-17. On 14th Feb we went to service center and the replaced touch screen was not working and when we told them they started saying its not our responsibility as we had to replace the touch we did that now if it is not working then there may be some other problem. We replied them as you told us that it has touch issue and need to be replaced we confirmed from you at that time only that will it work or not just let us know right now so that we can be assured and you said yes madam as we do replacement with the original and it will definitely work don't worry and rest be assured. And after several arguments service center team took the handset back and told us please come tomorrow and your handset will be working fine. On 15th they handed over the handset and told to check the touch and it was now working 90% accurately and they told us you have 1 month warranty on this and if you feel any further issue just let us know we will look into the same. When we reach home in evening and inserted the SIM card and tried call we were not able to hear anything and even videos were playing but no sound. Then on 16th Feb we went again to service center and team started abusing and denying of the facts of replacement of the speaker from our handset. After several arguments it was proven to them that while handing over the handset to you there was only touch issue and speaker was working fine. Then they replaced the fraudulently replaced speaker. Now when we reached the home, as speaker was working fine and we charged the handset battery to the 100% and started looking into different app accounts and we observed that battery was draining rapidly as before this issue the battery which we were having was lasting for about 2-3 days without charging and utilizing it to the fullest. On checking the battery we were not able to believe that the service center had replaced our original battery (SN: V[protected] was fraudulently replaced with some other faulty battery (SN: V[protected]. I called the service center but no response from them. I am highlighting this fraud and cheating thing done by service center who are looting people on the name of repairs / servicing. Would request you to kindly give me the original battery back and the other parts which we can't detect. Also, we would request to get the license of this service center cancelled immediately. if you reach this service center you will be able to see approximately more that 50% customers having an argument with the staff of the service center for such kinds of frauds and issues.

From somedays, when i tried to open About Phone Settings, I got a message "Unfortunately Settings has stopped".The about phone settings are not working.                             Dear Micro Max Members,

                            We have purchased Micro Max Tab from Poorvika mobile shop at Mettupalayam(Pin code-641301) before 20 days. We are not used a single day of TAB, problem has occurred sim inserted area. We have given to Micro Max service center for service issues and they told us spare are ordered at chennai will clear the problem within a week. Then we asked after a week they told that spares are not received from chennai and service person going to Bangalore and will purchase spares from there and resolved the issue. After 18 days completed there is no response from the micromax service center.
                            We really disappointed about the micromax service for the customer. Really we doubt on service heads are monitoring the service providing in font line of the service person.

                              Subject : Repair of mobile phone MICROMAX CANVAS SPARK Q380
                              Sir,
                              I purchased MICROMAX CANVAS SPARK Q380 phone on 25 march 2016.

                              Within a short time, the phone developed some problem and I approached the service centre M/s Safviz Xperts in Srinagar on 28th of May 2016 for repair of the same.

                              Despite several enquiries, the only reply that we got was that the phone is not ready and will take some more time. Ultimately in the month of july, we were informed that phone has been sent to delhi for repair under no. M[protected].

                              I also met the Sr. Service Executive Mr Prashant at Gurgaon Corporate office who assured me that the phone is under repair and will be delivered to me within a week’s time. However, even after a long wait of more than two months neither the phone was delivered to me nor was the amount refunded.

                              In the month of September, my father again contacted Mr Ajaz Safvi of Srinagar service centre who asked us to contact Mr Rajat in Jammu.

                              Mr.Rajat conveyed us that the phone is in Jammu and will be sent to Srinagar through some messenger because courier services were temporarily shut due to hartal. After a lapse of another month we again approached micromax service centre in Srinagar who informed us that the phone has been received by them but without any repairs and the same has to be sent again to Delhi for repair. This time another Id no.[protected]) was given for tracing the phone in Delhi.

                              I am sure, you won’t disagree that by this time any sane person should stop running after a phone and investing his precious time on such an affair. It has been more than 5 months that we have been running after the simple repair of a small phone and the company is not bothered.

                              Recently, somewhere in mid of December 2016, we received a phone call from M/s Safvi Xperts service center at Srinagar saying that the phone is repaired. I can’t help but be shocked that the company is so prompt in returning to me the phone after a lapse of more than six and a half months (28.5.2016 to mid December 2016).

                              I fail to understand how the company expects their customers to be waiting without a phone for six long months just because micromax repairs their phone as per their whims and fancies. I believe it is common sense to understand that we were left with no choice but to purchase a new phone long back.

                              I would like to submit that since the said company has been responsible for mental agony, trauma and financial loss to me, the company should compensate me with the basic cost of the phone plus a compensation of rupees seventy five thousand which I had communicated to them through mail but of no avail.

                              It is beyond their scope to compensate me for the sufferings and mental stress created by their sheer negligence and casual attitude but it will certainly make the company responsible towards other customers in future.

                                I purchased micromax mobile Model No Q4202 on 25.01.2017 from your dealer M/s KAY TEE RHYTHMS, Gandhi Nagar Jammu but next day complaint occurred in handset restart and hang so many times in a day. We go to the dealer shop and told the problem occurred in my handset they reset the phone and handover to me. Next day same problem occurred in my handset. We go to service center on 1st feb 2017 they update the software and handover handset to me but problem is not rectify. We again go to the service center on 03.02.2017. They again reset and again update the software but the complaint is not resolve till date. On the date 11.02.2017 one of the representative of service center Gandhi nagar cal to me and said come to my office and exchange the handset but when we go to the service center he refuse to change the handset and harsh to me.
                                Now, it is requested to you kindly change the handset other we will go to consumer court.

                                  I purchased a Micrimax canvas Nitro 4G Model E 455 from authorised dealer at Dehradun Ms. Jeet telecom. IMEI -1 No. of the set is [protected]. Within 03 months, the set developed error in network connectivity as well as head phone recognition problem. The set was shown to dehradun based micromax service centre. They took about 8 days and problem solved. Within a week of time of this servicing, the set again developed error and it is now not starting even battery is fully charged.

                                  How many times I will rush to your service centre within warranty period? It is just 3 and half months from purchase of set at the momentt.

                                  Therefore, pl. direct your service centre at Dehradun to take back this faulty set and arrange to provide another new set to get rid of from mental agony and trouble to the customer.

                                    I had brought micro max q381 phone through a online sale. After a week a white screen appeared on display and I gave it to a nearby micro max center in Indore. They told that the y will return the phone in a week but they took 3 weeks to return. After receiving phone from them within 10-15minitus gain the same problem began. When I consulted them thy told me come next day. But when I went next day they are telling its mother board problem it will take 25-30 days to repair. I am undergoing a lot of mantle stress and tension as I am not able to finish my work within the given time. I am running pillar to post behind the phone .I am feeling sorry for buying phone from the micro max company. My request is either you exchange or give me a new q381 phone or repay my money at the earliest.t present my phone is in micro max service center Indore and the no is:[protected]

                                      Sir I purchased this product through flipkart on 05/07/2016 by November the phone was dead the service people in alappuzha (GETRONICS SERVICE CENTRE TEL#[protected])told they have to sent it to Delhi to get it repaired and by 2nd January I got it repaired and hardly after TEN days o[censored]se (12/01/2017) again the mobile was dead, now the service guy told six months is the maximum life of this model still they will resent again to Delhi.Yesterday(14/02/2017)I got the same mobile and today morning again it is dead.Kindly advice me what to do after all I have spent Rs 2500/- and wasted so much of time

                                        I Have Brought A New Micromax Mobile on 24.01.2017 It is Running in good Condition few days. But it display is blank in 12.02.2017, Then I will go to the Mobile Shop They Said Going to Service Center, Then i'll go to the Service Center but they said It will be repair with in 15 to 20 Days.

                                        Therefore I request you to do something As soon as Possible
