Sir, Mere pass Micromax company ka call [protected]p r ayaa tha, to mai mob. order kiya (canvac E486) Rs. 3500/- ka lekin mere pass aaya Shri Dhan Laxmi Yatra jo ki Mobile nahi hai. Aap se anurodh hai ki mere is Problom ka hal kare.

sir main ab inko call kr raha hoon to ye bolte hai ki check karte hai. i have called 10-15 times for return back of my money.

please help me sir

My micromax smart phone screen is blinking. smart phone is in warranty so iam visit date 06/02/2017 to nearest micromax customer care center.customer care told mi smart phone is liquid damage and not ok in warranty peroid, total damage coatation of repair is 2000/-rs.next time date10/02/2017 costumeer care told me 1357.99/-rs .But my smart phone is not liquid damage nor any sign in under smart phone last day i saw.They are talking me lia and asking me to pay fees in warranty period

me diya tha jab repair hoke aya to me lene 11/02/2017 ko gya to mera mobile damage paya har taraf se scrach tha cemra me display or pure mobile me to ve bol rahe h hum damage ni kiye h

I purchased Q424 Mobile on 26 th Nov'16 at Poorvika and i faced problem in the touch screen and calls connecting issue and ending issue, I raised the complaint on 1 st week of Dec'16 at Poonamalee Branch but no response, then i raised the complaint at kanchipuram branch that also no response.
please give your reply, where i want to complaint.

using Micromax E313 Model from last 1and half year
from last 2 days, I receiving an error in my phone screen again n again that,

"Unfortunately, app Center has stopped."

I called at the customer care they told me to reset my ph then,
I reset it but it not gone. Then Customer care suggest me to go at service center and they guide me a center nearest to my location that is "Shri Laxmi Enterprises
After taking the token and wait I talk with Miss Rashmi /Roshni they take my phone for software updating.

She did not give me any reicpet etc in returns of my phone .she told me to wait for a half-hour and told me for 350rs charge for it. But She return me after 50 min

While talking with her I feel that,
I came at the local shop of mobile repairing where is no professionalism and way of talking is too much rude and intolerable and then I call for any senior person she call a person with name Dipanshu sir [i think so] and says "inse to app hi baat kar lo" very locally with rude expression .

And of day the problem which took to service center it remains in my phone after pay the bill and tolerates the very bad behaviour of your peoples.

And in Last I take my amount back, because the problem is again come back.
I will always remember this experience

And I Will Never take Micromax Phones In Future

I gave my handsfree for replacement one month ago. Jobsheet no for my service request is W[protected]. After 30 days they said that come to next week. When I asked for proper explanation for the delay. Their response is very poor and said that Do whatever you wanna do I will never give you your handsfree. When I talked to their representative they told me that my jobsheet has been closed. And Service Center gave me new handsfree. But Truth is I didn't get my handsfree yet.

I have purchased micromax e457 on january 16 2017..and later on i discover that this handset is faulty .
1)GPS not working
2)over heating problem
3)cannot connect to pc via USB
4)once conected with charger automatically heating starts unfortunately cannot call after cahrging..

once it was repaired still same problem is there..
i made a request to replace my handset with new one as it under warrenty and only seven days have passed from the purchase date .but i was refused for the same..

i want my handset to be replaced with new one as it faulty handset and is under replacement warrenty..

I am very sad to say that i had a very bad experience with Micromax Service Center(MobileSEVA, especially with the manager named RAJU), which is located in Marathhali . Today (9/2/2017) was my 6th time visit to the service center even though they are not able to resolve the issue . and then making different kind of excuse . today Manager of mobileseva service center (MR. Raju ) threaten me and said go and whatever you want do it . I had couple of issue with my mobile (like camera, Battery, Charging Issue, mobile heating ). since from last 3 months i am visiting their service center back to back but no result . they are always saying left your mobile in service center and we will do a observation even after submitting my mobile with them they are not resolving my issue and 11/feb/2017 is my last warranty date .

I need your help to take get mobile back . could you please help me on this . here is i am attaching my jobsheet

I have submitted a feedback and their service time is pathetic.Its been more than 2 weeks and the phone has not been repaired and they are delaying the phone delivery for long.Its been sent to the main centre for repair and hence has not been returned.
They dont even provide a proper time for repair.If they can't repair y do the open service centres?Its been a pathetic experience and I want my phone back

Canvas of Rs.12000/- in just Rs.3500/- they asked me for my address so they can deliver me my phone on Cash on Delivery basis, Q. is, is it your company or a SCAM ?

Hi, I purchased 40 inch LED TV in Oct, 2014 and in Dec 2016, all of sudden it got faulty, display gone however sound is OK, called your customer care no. & your engineer came and asked to sent TV to service Centre and estimation for repair was told as around INR 8000. Later when service Center person (Unique Cool in Gurgaon) did not respond after multiple calls/follow-ups to pick it, I myself dropped my LED to their service center on 31st Dec, 2016.

Later, again, on multiple follow-ups, service Center person told me that TV panel got faulty & can not do any repair for same. Then I asked him to return my Product to my home address, he is always saying that it will get delivered in 1-2 days, however more than 1 month has been passed without any response.

Actually, when I bought this product, I though it is an Indian product and should be of better quality than other cheap products, however it totally disappointed me & it seems that you are not investing in their product's quality and even not bother about after sales service part.
Now, it is a total waste of our hard earned money.

Even after so many follow-up emails on my complaint, I never got any valuable response from Micormax customer care team, always got auto acknowledgement for mail & everytime prodiving me a new Job ID no without going through the matter content of the mail.

Considering same, I have lost all faith in Indian Brands in electronics field & have to go for some company's products.

Kindly look into the issue and help to get some positive response on my complaint.

Dear Micromax Team,

Thanks for your all poor and bad quality product selling in India. I bought a Micromax 32 inch below details attached on[protected]. In between 15 months it stops working two times, First was when its panel was stop working Now gain from last 7 days picture is not coming on screen. For your kind information, I am using mostly Micromax product due to My county company but now I feel you are not that one whom we are looking for. One More things for you, From starting your remote was not working and I admit it was my fault that I trust a company like Micromax which can make a better quality product.

According to IT Act or companies Law, Depreciation percentage on TV is only 15%pa, but Here on Brand of Micromax it is 100% per year. I am investing Rs. 12500/- for TV then I will and I have to expect minimum 4 years of working in good condition.

I want complete solution on this. Either charge your 20% on my amount and refund 80% and take back your so called good quality product or give a free service for 5 years from date of purchasing.

I will wait for mail and solution from your side.

This is Mohan Chaudhry, i stay in Mira Road and bought Micromax last year which is still in warranty.Since past few months i am facing issues with the Mobile where i am getting unnecessary pop ups whenever i access any application. I have been to the Mira Road service center 3 times and all the time i went there they mentioned that it is software issue and they update the software of the phone.

But to keep you informed that the issue is still not resolved, also my mobile is in warranty. Request you to assist me before i go to consumer court.

I have purchased Micromax laptop whose scree got faulty which comes under warranty period for replacement .
From Last 4 months I am chasing to service center and they are giving me fake commitments and wrong information.
