I have given my Micromax Tab to Micromax Service center in Mathura on January 20, 2017.The time given by representative of service center to repair the TAB was 5-6 Days but unfortunately till now I didnt get my repaired TAB back.I am very disappointed by the service.So I request you to kindly look into the matter.My complaint no. is N[protected].

    Sir, I bought a micromax XO90 in November 2016. it was in warranty period when I was unable to delete messages in the phone and the storage was full to receive any new incoming message. i found it clearly a spftware issue and took it to micromax care cenre located at gurunanak pura in Laxminagar on[protected]. They said that the phone was affected by mositure and asked to submit the phone and took charges inspite of it being in warranty period. i gave it. but even after ten days I am unable to get my phone. kindly see to it

      Dear team,
      Greetings. My name is Vinay khilwani, I had given the micromax Canvas Xpress 2 to repair at one of your service centre in Nagpur.
      viz. Nova Service Centre In dharampheth
      Addressed Near yashwant stadium.
      The date on which I had given for repair was 30th June 2016.
      I went to collect it after the confirmation by one of the executive call from the centre saying it's been repaired and can collect it.
      The reason being I had submitted for repairing was just for the mic. not working i.e the other person cant hear me what I talk over the call.
      and then when I went to collect the cell phone on 20 August with the job sheet they had provided all they could come up with is the whole phone destroyed and not even the screen was on.
      Then I had spoke to one the guy Namely Mr.Amit Nakashe who promised me to get it swapped without the job sheet and anything and doesn't even revert over the calls and messages .
      Whenever I call doesn't pick up and neither calls back.
      I had a word with him last on 29 September when he said it will be swapped by 10'th though October which is already gone.
      I tried calling him today he didn't pick up while he was online and then gave a reason for holiday and then blocked me on WhatsApp.
      Since then there have been regular follow ups with this guy namely Amit Nakashe who these Nagpur service centre team calls him the Head of that service centre to which he never reverts my calls our my Dad tries to reach him when ever he calls.
      Some of the repeated reasons he has been giving since last three months are :
      1.Oh yes sir, your phone has been repaired it will be giving to you tomorrow you can come and collect it: to which the next day he wont be available neither at the centre or on the phone either switched off or won't answer.
      2.I am out of city, I am in goa once I come back I will confirm and revert. This was on 3rd Jan to which he has not reverted yet anything positive.
      My sister has been following up & so are my dad but number every time he doesn't pick up or disconnects and drops message saying he is busy, everytime same.
      Every time some other reason o[censored]tterly no sense at all comes up.
      Now they have come up with saying company swaps the phone but give a low end version & all they could come up with a low version this is Micromax E313 to which they are giving me A106 which is way much cheap configuration phone as compared to my submitted phone i.e E313.
      I mean really, this is the service representative you guys hire who doesn't know the value of the brand who they are representing and get down the value of the brand.
      Sick this kind of people who don't even take responsibility.
      I once got a message saying my phone request has been approved for swap from micromax but haven't got any update, sadly I don't have the message with me now.
      You can check with request from that fellow Amit Nakashe or service centre in Nagpur .
      It's been four months and I haven't seen my phone since then.
      Every time I get call saying the phone has been repaired which isn't.
      I am sadly registering a complaint against that guy and the service centre too and taking this on social media.
      This is not what micromax was few years back when it had started.
      I didn't expect this from micromax.
      The companies get big and then suddenly stop caring about the customers.

        I Milin Raval purchased Micromax Canvas gold A300 a year ago. After 1.2 years better experience i suddenly faced a difficulty in charging till date the mobile was in running.

        On service center after a month they identify a motherboard error and i agreed to change the new mother board on the phone at coast of 3000 rs.
        From last 4 months continuous follow up they are not my mobile giving back and giving excuses like parts are not available from company or its a not our advice to buy this brand.

        I have to buy a new phone due to such a late responce and i am feeling exhausted by such type of non preofessional behaviour.

        As a indian i had given the preference to my own countries made phone but i am seriously feeling regret for my decision and i am thinking about to issue a notice through a Consumer forum for such a nonresponsiveness.

        Kindly take a Quick Action and please do as possible by companies end to keep trust intact on Micromax.

          I dropped my smat phone, micromax juice 3 canvas at your authorised service center, sopore under warranty[m/s friends communication] on[protected]..as you see it is been two and half month now and i am yet to receive it...For this i have contact the service center as well and they told that they have sent it outside kashmir or some where else.i want to know what is the fun micromax is playing with its customers and the service they are providing...

            Hi Sir / Madam,

            I have Canvas A120. Its battery got swollen and it damaged phone. The battery is Orginal Micromax Battery.

            I called the customer care and send the company mail. They are not responding.

            Battery Swelling / Expansion even after the warranty period is also not acceptable. It may lead to death of costumer.

              Hi,

              I have purchased Micromax canvas tube A118R on July 2016, through amazon. From the day 1 the product is having problem. When we judge the handset is having problem it crossed 10 days. We didnot get replacement product for that.

              We have serviced that set twice in 6 month. Again it caused problem now. Motherboard itself need to replace. Vellore service center asked us to wait for one month to replace the mother board. We have not get spare mobile to use during the one month waiting. One more handset which is purchased during 2013 March. Micromax canvas. That is also having problem now. Customer service telling that handset parts are no more available to replace which is not in production.

              We are all purchasing Micromax products only. But we are having very bitter experience now a days. We about to switch to any other good company like lenova/oppo/vivo because of your worst customer service.

              We expect mobile replacement for the 6 month old phone which is under warranty.
              The other handset which we spend 20, 000 for purchase. In 2 years the product parts not available mean we not able to use at all. We dont have guarantee now if we spend 40, 000 also for one mobile, it may be useless in one year if its mircromax.

              We suppose to approach consumer court for the duplicate products you sending in online market. Final try is this complaint and next one is approaching consumer court for your online fraud and amazon linked with you in selling duplicate/faulty products

                I bought my Lapbook via Amazon in November, 2016. The seller is Mega Computers (Tab Tree) located in Mathura Road, New Delhi. Within a month, its mousepad stopped working. I submitted my Lapbook in Customer Care M/S Shree Jee Communication in Meerut in December 2016. Mid-January 2016, the customer care in Meerut called us and tried to give us an old lapbook in lieu of my brand new one. My Lapbook's serial number is 3980A5892FFA75D. The substitution of a brand new lapbook with an old used one is highly unacceptable.
                Now, there are two possible resolutions to this problem. One, replace my lapbook with a new one, or two, repair the technical difficulty with the mousepad in the lapbook that I purchased.
                I require the lapbook as soon as possible for my projects in law school, and if immediate relief is not given, I will be forced to take action unappealing to both sides.

                    I had purchased a Micromax Canvas P480 Tablet through Amazon with the following details - Items Ordered
                    1 of: Micromax Canvas P480 Tablet (8GB, WiFi, 3G, Voice Calling), Blue

                    Serial Number: IMEI - [protected] Price - Rs 6, 799.00

                    The Charging point of the tablet has been giving loose contact issues and so the tab cant be charged. I took it to Authorised service centre at Kannur . They did temporarary repair 3 times . Also the 3rd time the technician showed me the damaged Mother Board and asked me to plug in plug out the charger pin very delicately or else the jumper soldering done on 3rd repair will again come off - I told him to replace Mother Board to which the answer was to use the tab for a few days and see the performance - The tab gave the same problem within 2 weeks - within 10 months o[censored]se the tab went service centre 5 times and was in usable condition not more than 75 days -I want a full refund of the money spent on the tab plus expenses of visits to the service centre
                    The product has been repeatedly giving the same complaint 4 times -

                      Sair my self sushankar bain i have a micromax e455 device the problem is that in this devive firmware is weak and worst, vpn not works properly, a dialoge appear but after giving permission vpn does not work or it has network connectuon isse, it can not connect to internet through upar dialog hence i have to connect imternet from setting, data service, sair this offent all the micromax e455 device, pls make a upgrade with mashmellow with solving all the problem i will be so pleaser if you dp that pls sair i am begging you to do that pls do for fan

                          Imei no[protected] after using mobile in three mobile can not chargeable so i am going to micromax care, bapuji nagar bbsr, they have receive my mobile and send to head office delhi, after repair mobile they give me but this time mobile found battery dead, again micromax care receive my mobile for battery, battery has come after 6 days and micromax care have call me but this new battery again dead. I am going to micromax care 6 to 7 time but till time my mobile is not repair.

I have not received proper response from the your care center. They said they will solve the problem in 10 days, but after10days they are telling me to come again after 10 days.                               I bought this phone in DEC. 16 and have 4g idea sim and jio sim placed in it.But when I browse its like I am browsing on 2g network.I am not able to play video on YouTube and hotstar.It is of note that my sim are working fine on other devices.Hence I doubt the quality of processor and OS of the device as other devices of same processor and OS are working fine.Also there is issue of hanging and stopping which should not happen in a new phone.

                                Sir, I have handed over my Micromax Tab to the Planet Cell, Shop No. 4, Next to Inorbit Mall, Pune-Nagar Road, Pune (Mobile No. [protected]) on 03/12/2016. Till date I have not received any response from the Planet Cell. I have dialed various times but the Tab is still not repaired by the Service Centre. You are requested to look in the matter personally.

                                  I have brought my TV thru Amazon and it started flickering in less than 6 months and after raising complaint and followup they have changed the board. And again in another 5 months it started again flickering and they have changed the board again since my TV is in warranty.

                                  But now it started to change the channels automatically...

                                  We are sick of this TV. Even after many escalations, no proper service in chennai

                                    On14.4.15 we have brought a micromax 124cm tv . last month on 4.12.16 due to internal light defeat the video is not working. we have informed in service center service person came and asked us to take to service center in ayanavaram chennai .there is no transport facility to carry the tv . after 1 month they asked to take back the tv we have paid the amount for the service .but the tv returned with same defeat . after three days of continue calling we got the help of the service person they asked us to return the tv to service center. we request to look in to the matter and solve

                                        1. Refer my complaint about micromax A 74 dated 13 Jan 2017.
                                        2. My Micromax mobile A 74 model code: SERMOM0321 is not detecting SIM 1 slot
                                        (Problem reported: 5201 SIM INSERT SIM CARD).
                                        3. For repair, I gave it to M/S MAX WORLD[protected] COURT VIEW ARCADE,
                                        OPP DISTRICT COURT, CHEROOTI ROAD, CALICUT on 06 Jan 2017,
                                        they checked and informed me that they will charge Rs 450/- and I agreed with them.
                                        4. On 12 Jan 2017 they called me on my mob [protected] and said that they cannot ensure
                                        that the mob will work or not after repair (the mobile will be dead after repair)
                                        and asking me to process the repair or not. I cannot understand why they did not told
                                        me at the time of job sheet made on 06 Jan 2017.
                                        5. On 13 Jan I informed you regarding this matter and you ensure me that the mobile
                                        will be repaired within 10 days. Today i got msm from IM-MicrMx that "Dear customer,
                                        Your Job sheet No.[protected]-27249144 is repaired & ready to be collected from
                                        our service center.Team Micromax".
                                        6. Accordingly I called service center M/S MAX WORLD[protected]
                                        COURT VIEW ARCADE, OPP DISTRICT COURT, CHEROOTI ROAD, CALICUT. They said the mobile
                                        is not repaired and it is held with them wef 06 jan 2017.
                                        7. What the fun is going on with your customer care center ?.
                                        8. I am attaching the copy of job sheet for your ready reference.
                                        9. I request you to solve my problem as early as possible.Otherwise I will be compel to
                                        register this case with consumer court.
