Hi Team,
This is to inform you that i had purchased a mobile of Micromax about two months before and and just after the purchased i found an error of memory low with the handset, i went to service center for the same but instead of giving me the resolution they said the handset will give you the same error as its an fault with the handset itself, when i requested them to give a look at it and try to resolve it then they denied to submit the same.

With this channel i would request the concerned person to look into the same matter as if i will not get the responce from a brand like micromax then unfortunatelly i will be going to consumer court.

    My name is Debdas Mandal, The Micromax mobile phone was problem after three months after bought the handset. so it gave to Micromax Service center ( It was one year warranty ) and the set replace to me after one month But the problem was still. So again the set gave them till now they don't giving the Handset until , i went to them to gating the set minimum five or seven time but they always neglect me.

    So, please sir do some thing for me .

      I had given the above phone to Micromax service centre in Ludhiana
      on 25/3/13 where in it was given to us on 21/3/13 after repair .Last time the set was given it took almost
      15 days(given on 5/3/13) and now again it has not been repaired as yet where as when they took the set ,they gave time of 12 days.

      We have called the service centre so many times and written to their official mail address but always they say that they have forwarded my complaint to the escalation team but there is no official reply from the escalation team.

      We are without mobile phone and without mobile our business is suffering a lot.

      We have told them to replace the phone but they say that the phone can be replaced only within 7 days of purchase.

      Please advise what should be done as the total time the set is with them is now almost 42 days today (from 5/3/13 to 21/3/13 and now 25/3/13 to 20/4/13)and still counting .

      The set is in warranty period of one year.

              This is rasmiranjan,kindly go through it,Actually on[protected] i bought a Micromax MMX 353G,Order ID:OD[protected] data card on your side.But there is a problem i.e when i call on that data card on call option that time call is going but my voice is not audible to destiny person and also his sound i don't listen to me.But other feature are working properly thats why i want to replace this data card.For this problem i complained 2 time on [protected] but still there was no respond.For this problem your costumer care executive told me to uninstall your S/W and again connect but still that option is not working so, plz kindly replace this data card..There for i ll be grateful to you.

                I am Manan Patel from Gujarat. I ordered Micromax Canvas HD on 2nd April 2013. Which i received on 4th April 2013. After unboxing and turning on the product. i discovered 5-6 dead pixels on the screen which usually appears when display image is dark or black. Clearly, it's a manufacturing defect which cannot be accepted any way. I called customer service of snapdeal and as per the talk and information provided to me, i contacted Micromax helpline numbers which did not worked. i got call from snapdeal representative and they provided me contact number of service center in Ahmadabad named Bhagwati mobile communication (mobile no- [protected]) on which nobody answered even after 3-4 calls. My snapdeal complain number is 1905078

                Kindly note that it is very clear that the device is faulty and it has manufacturing defect. And as its a brand new product, i just want 100% refund as soon as possible. My order details are mentioned below.


                Kindly look into problem explanation of your product which i ordered from snapdeal. I received a faulty device with dead pixels on screen. Snapdeal is not taking any responsibility on product return or product support which is completely unsupported for customers. They just tell to go on micromax check point near by. And micromax check point are not customer friendly. Your check point timings, your person and infrastructure are very poor and irresponsible. How can one go to your check point between 11 am to 6 pm? We have a work to do. And when a person goes to your check point by skipping lunch hours and he gets a negative approach saying that "It's a lunch hour!" And those checking and DOA thing must be taken care by your side as we have purchased brand new product of your company. its failure in maintaining customer's comfort and facility. Even Micromax check point center denied to give DOA as the invoice date is passed due 7 day notification.. That's not my problem. If i got the device after 2 days of ordering and i discovered defects which are hard to find and takes 2-3 days. This company policies are made just to cheat the customer. I

                All i want is 100% refund as soon as possible. Let me know the procedure.

                  i am buy a micro max handset on October 2012 from Ludhiana.the handset is not working and hanging and many times shut down if we open any social networking sites and produce more heat.then i am go to service center and he changes the motherboard of the mobile but problem is not gone.after buying set my set is not working and problems comes many times,
                  now i am give my handset to S.G.S comm on 12 march 2013 having jobset no. N[protected].but till now he not give any right answer. when i am calling him then he ask me handset is not repaired.

                    www.kaunsa.com is a fake company at all once i ordered a Tab amt rs 3899/- they have delivered the broken one ...then after long time they refund me by cash Voucher so I was bound to buy new product . So i ordered micromax A89 as when i have ordered mobile from their website it was in stock ...and now they are saying that it is out of stock how it could be????? why they are harassing your customer after 18 days long wait now they are saying it is "OUT OF STOCK"... if it is so this is their responsibility to inform customer about it prior to delivery time or not....I want my money back from them. but I am not sure that they will do ...this kind of online companies should be banned in INDIA and their license must be cancelled.

                      Hi,
                      I bought Micromax A100 phone from Croma retail 3 months back.
                      From starting the phone has many issues, it hangs many time specially if any conversation is continued for more than 30 mins.
                      Secondly the camera is of very much inferior quality. Before A 100; I was using LG GT 540 (optimus) and was satisfied with the camera. I used to take photos of news in paper, visiting cards, ads and used to store it for later working. It can't be done with Micromax A100. Camera is of very cheap quality and performance is bad. A100 can't take photo in macro mode, so it can't take any photo of text.
                      I contacted service center and checked multiple phones and realized that its the manufacturing defact with A100. Now I either want correction (which I don't think will be possible) or money back (preferred) or replacement with any other model matching A 100 specification (less preferred).

                      I hope Micromax will take this complain seriously and will take some action.

                        I purchased micromax x60 mobile through snapdeal online store on 20 october 2012.
                        From day one the baterry was defective and it was not even standing for few hours.So i gave it to micromax authourised service center for service
                        They were not able to service the set so they returned back the set after 3 months and they asked me return the mobile set to the vendor -snapdeal and get an replacement for the set
                        So i have returned the set to snapdeal for replacement- It was sent through there personalised Blue dart courier for replacement purpose.
                        Snapdeal have also tried for servicing the set through micromax but in vain so they have send set back to to me again and they-Snapdeal have lost the memory card and camera attachments
                        And now there is no response from snapdeal

                        Pl do help me to resolve the problem.

                        I am trying to call the Micromax Service center for the past one day but the it is linking my call to the prerecorder service and it specifies that -" The office hour is between 10 am to 6 pm, so please call in this time'.
                        i am calling tis number from the past 2 hours today i.e from 10 am but still the same problem is occuring.

                        I had purchased Micromax Psych X 505 and of one day touch was gone, I submitted my phone at Micromax Service Center G 336, Upper Ground Floor, Dreams Mall LBS Marg Bhandup(W) mumbai
                        on 28/5/2011 and was been told that it will be ok in 14 days and know when i am tracking it back they are saying that my mobile is pending for part. they didnt even provided me the spare mobile as it was a duel sim i ahd two sims and both were switched off. I got a cell from my friend which i am currently using but i have to return it to him as it has been a long time. The executive over there who recieves the call does not give a proper feed back and today(16/6/2011) morning was heights she just hand up my phone and still saying that it would take 10 more day's.She says that she would come back to me and never gives a return call about the mobile status.

                        Please guide me what to do next as i am facing lots of issues.

                        I bought an android smart phone of micro max .The model number is A73 .It had some problem in the motherboard . so i just submitted my handset to the micro max service centre in thane, mumbai, Maharashtra.I submitted my handset on 3/4/13.they ensured me that I will get handset in 10 to 15 days .On 15/4/13, I called the call centre, they told that it will be ready in max 7 days . So on 23 I called them, they launched a service complaint . They told me that a complaint has been launched and handset will be available in 7 days .I also told them that if they are not capable of repairing my handset, please replace it .they said that they have a committee, that committee will check my handset and if its not repairable, they will replace it .So on 29/4/13 i made them a call . on 29/4/13 also, I got the same reply i.e. your handset will be ready in 7 days . I asked them to transfer the call to such an individual who can replace my mobile right now, so they told me that they cant replace my handset and the call cannot be transferred .this same problem happened to my device for 3 times in a year i.e. motherboard issues.Please do something so that I can get my handset as soon as possible or please replace my handset, I am ready to pay the extra amount.

                          Hi, This is PRERNA. I purchase Micromax Mobile A57 on 12-12-12 at Rs 4999 I am from middle class family. I am too much disappointed and frustrated now from this mobile. When I started using it, mobile got many problems like application hang, battery back up problem, error force close in every application, etc. Then I went to service centre (name: S.C.C Computer, Memco),they told will have to change some internal parts(PCP).I gave it to service centre and got mobile after 7 days of repairing. Then within few days again more problem started, so again gave it to service centre and got Job Sheet no. on 23-2-13 SALGT305R1860. After continuous followup I got mobile on 25-3-13 repaired. When checked it was not starting, when tried a lot and after charging at last it got started. After charging, battery getting draining very fast after unplugging and there problem started of speaker.Again went to service centre on 30-3-13 they told there might be again problem of PCP so may be again have to give to head office. I don’t understand what hell is this. I am too much irrated now and dont want this piece any more. In 3 months of purchase I had hardly use my mobile for 1 month and have given mobile atleast 3-4 times. Please take action immediately. I am too much unhappy and request you to replace my handset.                           I have not taken mobile for service centre. Every time have to waste time at service centre and have to leave job early due to this. Still since 29 March my handset is with service centre only. Every day they say will try,etc...

                          I dont understand if mobile is getting repaired from H.O. then why problem is increasing instead of resolving.

                            Hi Friends, Please dont believe TIMTARA, Its a Fraud company. I ordered Micromax A110I on DECEMBER 12, 2012..They promised to send it in 3 weeks. But till now i havent recieved i.e ( 03/04/2013). I paid money through my HDFC credit card on 12/12/12 of Rs. 9400 including taxes. Till February the customer care people were telling that there is no stock and they will deliver in 1 week. but afterwards when i am trying to call the call will be on hold and no one answers the call. there is no use of sending mails , because we wont get reply from them. Its 100% fraud company. PLEASE FRIENDS DONT BELIEVE TIMTARA. . on March 30, Official have arrested Arindam Bose, Director and Harish Ahluwalia, COO with three cases registered against Bose with the EOW and Janakpuri police stations under IPC sections 406 (criminal breach of trust) and 420 (cheating)..

                              I've purchased Micromax A100 (IMEI No : [protected]) on[protected], the mobile got hung after 5 days of purchase. I went to the shop where I purchased the mobile (A-Z mobiles, Tirunelveli, TamilNadu) and asked for replacement but the they said it would be possible only at Micromax service centers.

                              I traveled to chennai and I checked your website, but no service centers were not properly mentioned. So it took 2-3 days to find the store and that too was not for smartphones, and they gave another address, where i deposited the mobile (job id - SALTN313R135). I called them several times and on march 6th, they said the mobile is ready.

                              I went for collection and they said there is a powercut that day and the battery down, so they are not in a position to check it and deliver, but (false) promised me that it is good, but on coming back home, i found that the phone did not work again. (this the mobile did not get switched on).

                              I went back today to the same service center and today they say that the mobile's mother board is not good. I've now deposited the mobile with them now Jobsheet No : R1303FTN3186118.

                              Kindly note that I did not use the mobile even for 4-5 days fully. Till today (april 3rd) the phone is not ready and they are not answering me properly with any good answer.

                              So if any one reads this please be aware that MICROMAX GIVES THE WORST PRODUCT...

                              Worst mobiles with worst services..... Produt cost is just equal to ZERO.... Its an Suggestion to all.... AVOID MICROMAX AT EVERY STAGE OF YOUR LIFE....

                                actually i had enquired about the phone i phone 4s and i found a name of a dealer called Frank Brown ... He told me his offer and i had accepted it . In the offer it was mentioned that i had to make a advance payment of rs. 12000 and on delivery the balance which was 28,000 . In which he agreed to give me 2 phones . I had made the advance payment in his bank account which was a account of some other name . later when it came to the part of delivery , he asked for rs. 18500 more to get the good cleared from customs as he said it was being imported from usa . it was not written about the customs which he had asked me and without knowing him properly i could not make the payment . so he said he would not deliver the goods. When i asked for refund he says that he wont give .. please do look into it ...

                                  I bought a Micromax mobile model no. A73 from
                                  POORVIKA MOBILE PVT LTD
                                  B.O.#872/374,THIRUVOTTRIYUR HIGHWAY,THIRUVTRIYUR
                                  CHENNAI 600019
                                  vide invoice No. 006951 and IMEI NO.[protected] DT 21/7/2012.
                                  The mobile started touch problem. I went to authorized service center,CELL TECH,Shop no.8,CISION Complex,1st floor,montiat road,Egmore,Chennai 600008 on 16/2/2013 and they took my moble with two photocopies of invoices for servicing and asked me to come after a 20 days Customer Job Card No. SALKR003R4553 dated 16/2/2013. After a twenty days,I contacted them, they flately informed that they had not received parts, come after 10 days.i also contacted MICROMAX DELHI OFFICE,via contact no[protected],those executive told me that I will get the mobile with in 10 working days and they have put a complaint,vide no [protected].After 10 days again I have contacted both, they assured me to deliver the same but still not recieved. Every occation they are used to tell come after 10 to 15 days
                                  Now I am dipressed and frusted with the dealing. It has taken more than one and half months. Still I am wandering.

                                  It is my humble request that kindly take necessary action at the earliest

                                  I have send an e mail regarding the service of my mobile micromaxA73 atyour authorized service center,CELL TECH.egmore,Chennai 600 008.still I am not received the mobile. I have contacted micromax authorized service center,cell tech,Chennai.but they have not given any information or response.i have waited since 16/2/2013.i have contacted to their delhi office at[protected] too, 4 t0 5 times I spoke to their executive 4 weeks consequently. They used to tell call after 10 days,and also registered the complaint ,wide no [protected].even though nobody response my complaint still date.
                                  Hence I requested them that I don’t want that mobile and kindly arrange to replace the mobile within 5 days or at the earliest, i told them otherwise I am going to file a suit in consumer court against your firm and service center. This information i have send them.

                                  I was parches micromax mobile a73 in july .when I was given for service he is take more time one month.now i was given mibile 16/02/2013 now allso not send retaren .job sheet no. S[protected] three times given for service then allso not solve my problem.

                                    My name is Sanjay Verma. I was using Micromax mobile having model no. A110 white colour since last 4months . My mobile IMEI code is [protected].I lost my cell at morning 7am on Dated 26.03.13 from nearby my home area.I given police complain also in my nearest police station. What next step to be taken ? Pls help what can i do??

                                    hi sanjay, i lost my micromax a110 15days used.But i have insurance for it. then i asked to the poorvika shop. they said give a police complain and also the sim card provider.then take the insurance to the insurance provider.within 20 days they provide 80% amount as check from the new one.

                                      I have bought a Micromax Superfone Ninja 4 A87 on 24/11/2012. In few months this phone got dead and I gave this to service center " Universal Care Point" Kothiwal Nagar, Moradabad (UP) on 07th March-13 vide Jobsheet no SALUP040R460. He asked me to give back the same after service within 3 days. After passing 7 days I asked him for the same but Service center had denied to give the same and asked for 3-5 days more again I asked him on 19th March-13 but this time also he denied to give and asked to one week more. This time I raised a complaint on customer care no[protected] on 19th march-13 vide complaint no [protected] and customer care executive promised me to resolve my problem within 7 days. Today I called to service center and this time also his reply was same. Now I called to customer care no and want to check my phone complaint status, there was Miss Meekaskhi, she checked the status that was still pending/open and one more important information she gave me that the parts of this phone are not available and you will wait for 20 days more. That is fully third class after sale service.

                                        sub: complaint against Micromax mobile service centre

                                        I suffered some technical problems in my A75 micromax mobile &represented it to their authorized service centre in Faridabad i.e COSMOS COMMUNICATION/SEC29 in January with job sheet noSALHR015R1487,again in Jan end with job sheet no SALHR015R1720 and finally on[protected] with job sheet no SALHR015R1959.

                                        Since 20 feb 2013 my phone is with micromax company for rectification of technical problems (like hang/display blank/charging drains fast / wifi not connect etc). It’s been more than one month that jan2013 onwards MICROMAX COMPANY is unable to fix problems in my set rather they generate some new technical problems every time.

                                        Micromax company/its personal are unable to update me regarding status either via email/telephonically till date despite calling/emailing them so many times. Every time I call them they have a fix answer that we are looking into your complaint/parts are not available/call 10 days later/our executive will call you within 3 days. Mine telephone complaint no against this job sheet no SALHR015R1959 dated 6march 2013 is [protected].

                                        Sir what should I do now/whom to approach as I have been fed up with such attitude of micromax company since January 2013 onwards?

                                        Micromax / Mobile — Unable to repair the phone in 20 times

                                        I have purchased a Micromax phone in September 2011 since then it has been a pain in my . I have got it repaired 20 times from the service center but it is still not working properly. It has been repaired three times from the company itself but it is till not working. I am calling them and mailing them but they are not replying on it. I am really very depressed from the company and the way they treating their customers. I have been mentally harassed by this company. I really want to file a case on this company but looking do not how should I do that.
                                        I will really appreciate if someone can help me on this.
