It is stated that i have a purchased a A-57 ninja 3 on 03.02.2013 with a great reliability on company.
I faced a problem of auto charging (showing the charging sign even no charger is attached) on 05.02.2013 so i went to customer care center M/s AADITYA TELECOM, Shakarpur on 06.02.2013 and I asked there to issue me a DO letter for replacement of my mobile as i facing the problem within the 7 days of purchase of mobile. where i was informed by the customer care representative that no DO letter was needed and he issued me a job sheet number SALDL307R1205 and told me that my mobile would be OK.
I received a message on 28.02.2013 from M/s AADITYA TELECOM, Shakarpur mentioning that Problem had been resolved. I picked the my mobile on01.03.2013 from customer care center M/s AADITYA TELECOM, Shakarpur.
further, On 02.03.2013, I faced the same problem (Auto charging) again for which I again visited the M/s AADITYA TELECOM, Shakarpur on 04.03.2013 and told there that I am facing the same problem again and asked me to deposit the mobile for resolving the issue. Customer care representative issued me the Job sheet having the same number i.e SALDL307R1205 mentioning that my issue was reopened.
Mean while, I also approached the customer helpline number i.e.[protected] where i was told that the problem has been transfer to technical department and assign me a complaint number [protected] and ensuring me that i problem would be resolved completely.
further, I received a message from M/s AADITYA TELECOM, Shakarpur on 19.032013 that "my mobile is OK". I picked my mobile from customer care center M/s AADITYA TELECOM, Shakarpur on 20.03.2013 in the morning.
But in the evening, same problem(auto charging) has occurred again for which i again visited the customer care center M/s AADITYA TELECOM, Shakarpur on 21.03.2013 and asked the customer care representative that why same problem is occurring again and to resolve it permanently.
where the customer care representative asked me to deposit the mobile again and issued me the job sheet number SALDL307R2399.
After that i have contacted the Micromax Mobile through e-mail and at customer help desk but no satisfactory reply is received by me.
further I want to mention that i used the mobile only for 6 days only since the purchasing on 03.02.2013 and the post sale service of company make me think whether i made a worst decision to go for Micromax mobile and made me feel to be cheated.
It is requested to look into the matter and kindly oblige me by resolving the issue

Mobile Phones — battery issues
I HAVE BEEN PURCHASED MY XPERIA ARC MOBILE PHONE FROM 1 MONTH BACK.BATTERY BACK UP IS NOT STANDBY EVEN 1 DAY.IS THERE ANY OTHER WAY TO IMPROVING THE BACK UP.
