myself kiran solanki and 1 month ago i have applied for purchase of new micromax x222 battery at micromax service centre, krishna mobile located at 221- saffron complex, fategunj, baroda , Ph[protected] and service centre executive told me that your micromax battery will be come in between 10 days n when it come i just call u and recieved 150 rs half payment in advance from me and not given any reciept for cash payment .but its fradulant. after 15 days i was called in ser. centre for batery arrive or not n again they ask me it will be come in 1 or 2 weeks n after 1 month of applicatin i visited at service centre n tell about battery n that time withour any information service executive directly take my application reciept (jobsheet) from me and cut it n throw in dust bin n when i tell him about jobsheet i says me if you want to for recieving battery earlier so u need to give new application for battery again.then after i have given new application for battery but same as before i dont get battery yet. so please give me any respose for this mantaly harresment and cheating by service centre n micromax company because from 6 april 2013 my moble is swich off due to service center poor n fradulent service my another mobile no. is[protected] so pls help me to make justice for me and many other people who suffer from this type of harrasement.

Mobile Phones — battery issues

I HAVE BEEN PURCHASED MY XPERIA ARC MOBILE PHONE FROM 1 MONTH BACK.

BATTERY BACK UP IS NOT STANDBY EVEN 1 DAY.IS THERE ANY OTHER WAY TO IMPROVING THE BACK UP.

its a Ford company i took a mobile touchscreen it is not working and only 3 months has gone i took it service center is also closed everyday i visit so what can i do know pls sir i request you pls see in to this matter as fast as you can and contact m e

Micromax Mobile — Battery performance

I purches a micromax A52 mobile on 01.07.2012, mobile company claim that the battery standby time 182 hrs, but it is seems that the battery goes down in 40 hrs standby time, and on working time 4 hrs but it is going low about 1 and half hour

    Micromax Mobile — non response of service center

    I have purchased Micromax q50 handset on jan-12-2011.The problem with it is that the product is not working well with BSNL & TATA DOCOMO sim cards.The authorised servicestation of the company have no solution about this defect.They told that they have been not provided a solution software from the company.They are giving dates on dates but no solution.Please provide me solution for this matter.

    i was buy micromax pike on 01-02-11. but due to some reasone hand free is not working propely .i was complaine on 02-02-11.but sevice centre (varanasi sigra) he told me within one week you got new hand free. but till now i am not got any responce . please provide me salution . its very very poor sevice center.

      i contacted 15-20 times to aayushi electronics through telephonic medium but still i have not received any proper reply and response..

      I want my New Handset back and provide me compensation for waiting too much time

        Delay in repairing my new MICROMAX A57 moblie.
        Sir,
        I bought a micromax mobile on 11/11/12 - model superfone A57 and its get repaired & h/over to micromax service center on 20/03/13( JOB CARD NO-R1303FKTR3244682).
        they have checked and said that touch screen is not working, this will get replaced within one month time. I went to ask my status when i am going to get back my handset and i still have not got any confirmed answer as how much moredays will it take. Its been 47 days completed and really dont know when ther are going to repair & handing over my handset . so that i can concentrate on my work.

          Hello Sir/Madam,

          I am really disappoint with "Dev Enterprise" services which is located in Ahmedabad & registered as Micromax service station. I had given my Micromax Tab for repairing on 29th April Noon.

          Job Sheet No - W[protected]

          I got message on 4th May that "Job sheet has been processed & request to collect device between 10 Am to 6:30 PM on any working day".

          After that i got another message on 4th May that "Job sheet is closed & Provide feedback".

          When i visited "Dev Enterprise" on 6th May then they said that still device is not ready & it will take 3 more days.

          My Concern that if device is not ready then how they send message to collect device & job sheet is close? This is really big issue which i faced & even other customer are also facing same issue when i visited. "Dev Enterprise" saying that we are not closing any job sheet, it is closed by Head office from delhi. Is it So? then how i got the message when i visited 1st time at "Dev Enterprise".

          If device is not ready then why they closed the Job sheet? what is reason? Still i haven't received the device.

          The "Dev Enterprise" head said that they will deliver my device till 7th Evening & i had also given the address, But he is not picking my call & not giving any response. His mobile no. is ([protected]).

          I would suggest to other customer to do not purchase Micromax Product onwards as they are not providing good services.

                Micromax Fun book P275 Model no. SERMOB 0212/[protected]A6CA has not been working since it was purchased on dated .01.04.2013. Current job sheet no.[protected] of dated 03.05.2013

                I have to bring to your kind notice that I purchased Funbook P275

                on dated 01.04.2013 after 5 days of purchasing I could not get it opened.

                I deposited it at your service centre Ganga Plaza Meerut on dated 15.04.2013.
                It was delivered to me on dated 02.05.2013. Unfortunately it was given to me
                without testing. After reaching home when I tried to open it I could not get it opened.

                I further deposited it at the mentioned service centre on dated 03.05.2013.
                I was told at the service centre that they would make a call to me and
                it would be delivered back on 04.05.2013 but I have not received any message so far.

                Here I have to tell you that because of this funbook P275 my work has
                been hampering a lot. Your service centre is also far away from my home.
                I am also a very busy person and I am unable to go at the service centre repeatedly .

                Kindly look into the matter so that I may get it fully in working condition.
                If it is not possible to repair it kindly order to replace it.

                  I have purchased Micromax A89 Ninja mobile on 20th Feb 2013. Within 20 days it stops charging, I have submitted my mobile to Micromax Service Center in Ambala M/S Kapoor Mobile Repair on 23rd March 2013 with Job sheet No. N[protected]. He told me that the software of the mobile is corrupted and he said that he has reinstalled the software and now your mobile will work fine. Next day same problem again persist, then I have submitted my mobile to M/S Abacus Systems Manimajra with job sheet no. N[protected], they told me that there is problem in mobile charging Jack and after 1 week I got message that my mobile is repaired, they told me that they have replaced the charging jack of the mobile. Again charging problem starts after 1 day, then again I submitted my mobile to SLR-AKS Telecom on[protected] with Job Sheet No. N[protected], they told me that the problem is in my battery and after 1 week I got message that my mobile is repaired. They told me that they have replaced the battery and now the mobile will work fine. After 1 day same problem occurs. I am fed up of your services and your service centers. I have to commute from Ambala to Chandigarh for the service of my mobile. So, I want refund of my money against the faulty product. If it does not happen I will approach Consumer Court with all the above mentioned details for mental and financial harassment.

                    Micromax said me and got sms from their side. they will give me replacement with upgrade model A 89 . after i call on your customer care and talk with Mr. shahil and he told me that they will give me replacement with MMX a89 but after than i call my service canter than service centre excutive told me there is no update are their end after than i call your customer care and talk with MONICA and senior LALIT they told me there is nothing any update about my replacement. ..............plz MMX tell me true what is this? why u make phool your valuable customers. plzzzzzzzzzz tell me what is the right and true.? you dont knw i am very upset nd very disappointed...... tell me true ... ...... .........i was submit my phone 18 april 2013 . my complaint no. is [protected] and job sheet no. is N[protected]... plz help me

                      I am having "Micromax Ninja 87A" mobile whose touch screen is not working since 02/04/2013 . I have deposited the mobile to your authorised service centre in Bhopal M/s Poojya Enterprises, M.P. Nagar, Bhopal on 05/04/2013 with complaint no. NO[protected]. At that time they promised to rectify the problem within 20 days, after 20 days as the problem was not resolved I complaint it in Delhi complaint no. MMX [protected] but unfortunately even after 25 days the problem is not rectified and there is no satisfactory reply given by your service centre employees.

                      Hope you will take necessary action soon to solve the problem.

                        I purchased a USB data stick from Bright Jadavpur Kolkata on 23-04-13 and I could not unlock it. Next day when I went to that shop they changed it. After coming back I tried to access internet and I found speed is very low, it's showing 256 kbps only for 2G connection. Again I went to shop and asked them to give me some other data stick in which I will get reasonable speed. As I was using Frontech Data stick earlier and speed was ok. I lost the data card on that day when there was a sudden storm in evening and it was misplaced somewhere. The shpkeeper refused to change the data card and I went to police station. Then they change it. but I found this is also not working according to specification. I asked today to the shop keeper to take back it as I am getting difficulty to do my work due to low speed. But he refused and told me I can do whatever I want. My mobile number is [protected].

                          Hi All,

                          I bought a Micromax A100 model on September 2012. The handset has been replaced with in 1 week of my purchase by the showroom "Sangeetha Mobiles". after one month again their was a problem with the handset i submitted it in the service center Mobitech, Secunderabad. They kept the handset for almost 1 week and told be that the problems has been rectified. After 2 month again i submitted the handset again in Chikkadapally service center, they told me the some problem with the motherboard it takes 1 week time. Again i submitted my handset over there for 4 days after that they said problem is rectified now and you can pick up the handset.

                          On April 3rd again i submitted my handset at Mobitech, Secunderabad and my complaint id is S[protected] from then onwards they said motherboard is the problem and it has to be replaced and we raised the indent to the company you will get it within 10 days . That 10 days has been more than 20 days no response from the service center end they are just fooling me that it take another 10 days and so on.

                          Meanwhile i wrote a mail to micromax customer care they ask me to submit the complaint id after doing that they said some one will call me up from service department but nothing happened.

                          Last week when i shouted on them they ask me to call call center number and shout that them. I called up the call center and take out my frustration on them and at last they told me that they will take up my complaint as a high priority basis and someone from the service department will call me up within 1 week. But it more than 1 week but no one has called me up so far.

                          I have registered my complaint at National Consumer Grievances.

                            It is stated that i have a purchased a A-57 ninja 3 on 03.02.2013 with a great reliability on company.

                            I faced a problem of auto charging (showing the charging sign even no charger is attached) on 05.02.2013 so i went to customer care center M/s AADITYA TELECOM, Shakarpur on 06.02.2013 and I asked there to issue me a DO letter for replacement of my mobile as i facing the problem within the 7 days of purchase of mobile. where i was informed by the customer care representative that no DO letter was needed and he issued me a job sheet number SALDL307R1205 and told me that my mobile would be OK.

                            I received a message on 28.02.2013 from M/s AADITYA TELECOM, Shakarpur mentioning that Problem had been resolved. I picked the my mobile on01.03.2013 from customer care center M/s AADITYA TELECOM, Shakarpur.

                            further, On 02.03.2013, I faced the same problem (Auto charging) again for which I again visited the M/s AADITYA TELECOM, Shakarpur on 04.03.2013 and told there that I am facing the same problem again and asked me to deposit the mobile for resolving the issue. Customer care representative issued me the Job sheet having the same number i.e SALDL307R1205 mentioning that my issue was reopened.

                            Mean while, I also approached the customer helpline number i.e.[protected] where i was told that the problem has been transfer to technical department and assign me a complaint number [protected] and ensuring me that i problem would be resolved completely.

                            further, I received a message from M/s AADITYA TELECOM, Shakarpur on 19.032013 that "my mobile is OK". I picked my mobile from customer care center M/s AADITYA TELECOM, Shakarpur on 20.03.2013 in the morning.

                            But in the evening, same problem(auto charging) has occurred again for which i again visited the customer care center M/s AADITYA TELECOM, Shakarpur on 21.03.2013 and asked the customer care representative that why same problem is occurring again and to resolve it permanently.

                            where the customer care representative asked me to deposit the mobile again and issued me the job sheet number SALDL307R2399.

                            After that i have contacted the Micromax Mobile through e-mail and at customer help desk but no satisfactory reply is received by me.


                            further I want to mention that i used the mobile only for 6 days only since the purchasing on 03.02.2013 and the post sale service of company make me think whether i made a worst decision to go for Micromax mobile and made me feel to be cheated.

                            It is requested to look into the matter and kindly oblige me by resolving the issue

                              I bought a Micromax p275 funbook and I broke the display by mistake. I bought it for 4,500 rs online. I went to a micormax store in Chennai T.Nagar for getting it repaired, they told it will cost 2000 rs. So i decided to contact micromax office. But there is no response from there side. I have been trying to reach them for last 3 months but nobody attend the call and i have noticed in internet that when these were given to repair they never return it. They say it is sent ti delhi and nobody knows about it.Is this the way an organization respond to its customers.I had enough of it. Please avoid micromax for your sake.

                                This is to inform each and every respective / potencial buyer for micromax that please Don't Buy Any Micromax Products as they are notjust sub standard but also come with the worst possible after sales service.
                                I had purchaced few cell phones and a touchpad (Funbook P300) for my daughter on 8/12 last year,but ever since iv bought this device it fails to work well at all !!!!
                                The touchpad hangs at times and to make the matter worse,the battery dies out after it reaches 80℅.
                                Iv made numerous complaints and calls in this regards....but no avail.
                                I had also got it daignosed from the so called Authorised service centre technicians,but they too could not rectify the issue!!
                                Infact what they did was inflicting a minor crack in the touchscreen ...and Not accepting it !


                                I hope no one suffers as i did !!!

                                Micro Max — Service & Quality

                                I vijay, i bought Micro max X330, after using 2 months the signals are not coming so i have given it in service center. they told they will give in 10 days but after 3 months also they were not giving back and not replacing it even. worst services providing by service center and even answers are also not proper what can i do for this?

                                Micromax — product and service

                                One of the worst mistake of life is to buy a Micromax phone and I am one of the victim of Buying Micromax Q-6 on 3/10/2010 for 4750/-Rs . After few days the speaker of the phone stopped working as i was not able to listen to the person who was on the other side of the phone so I went to the service station there they said everything is good there is no problem after 5 days i suffered the same problem then again i visited the service center they said the same thing as those people are very busy doing business for other mobile company also other then micromax . I gave the phone thrice to the service center but the problem still remains on the top the behavior of the executive is so good that the person will feel like throwing the phone rather waiting there for any help from them.
                                As Q6 is a slider phone the screen is filled with dust I asked them to kindly clean the dust on the contrary the replied that it cant be done keep it however it is, recently I was trying to open the slider but I found it difficult to open lately i realized that the keypad below the above screen has somehow come in collusion with the slider and whenever you will try to open the slider you hav to use a little force and the keypad is getting distorted evryday.

                                So i kindly request to every one who is about to buy a phone go for anything other then Micromax as these phones are filled with bad quality materials and technical error which will make your life hell and above all there service center at Ranchi has matched with the product BAD quality executive as they dont know how to talk to people only thing they want is to somehow throw the customer out of there gate whether his problem is resolved or not.
                                Interestingly my phone still has all the defects mentioned above even after visiting the service center several times as there they do work for Multi-brand phones which results in bad service to all the brand they are working for.
                                Any one who is planning to buy a new phone can go for any Hanset except Micromax because the amount of defective phone they built can be visited by just visiting there service center at Mainroad, Ranchi as you will find it always full and congested and people coming like flood there for service and a very efficient groups of employees who does everything other then work.

                                1st i say sorry to u bcoz i also using MICROMAX q5 for past 5 months i have no complaints with that micromax is not a bad company as u told...

                                  I SUBMITTED MY MOBILE PHONE FOR REARING (FOR DISPLAY PROBLEM AND POWER SUPPLY) TO M/S KHEMANI ENTERPRISE ( ADDRESS : F-15, CITY CENTER, SOSYO CIRCLE, UDHANA MAGDALA ROAD, SURAT ) ON 03/04/2013 AND I WAS TOLD THAT MY MOBILE WILL BE REPAIRED WITHIN 10 DAYS AND PROVIDED ME THE JOB SHEET WITH JOB SHEET NUMBER W[protected] BUT WHEN I VISITED SERVICE CENTER MY MOBILE WAS NOT REPAIRED AND WHEN I ASKED THEM WHY ITS NOT REPAIRED THEY SAID THAT PART IS NOT SEND BY COMPANY AND SO NOT REPAIRED
                                  THAN I CALLED COMPANY CUSTOMER CARE SO THE EXECUTIVE WHO ATTENDED CALL SAID THAT WE WILL SOLVE YOUR PROBLEM WITHIN 7 DAYS AND GAVE ME COMPLAIN NUMBER - MMX[protected] ON 15/04/2013, BUT SIR TILL TODAY MY PHONE IS NOT REPAIRED. I AGAIN CALLED SERVICE CENTER ON 22/04/2013 SO THEY SAID THAT YOUR PHONE IS ALMOST REPAIRED AND WE WILL CALL YOU BY EVENING BUT NO SUCH CALL RECIVED FROM LAST 3 DAYS.
                                  SO PLEASE TAKE SO0ME ACTION AND HELP ME OUT.

                                  I have submitted my A25 micro-max mobile 5 times to service center for repair and then also they are not able to solve the problem of white screen.

                                      I bought a MICROMAX CANVAS 2 A110 from punjab and after three days i came to bangalore. After coming I realised that its mic is not working.
                                      Then according to rules it should be replaced within seven days and for that I went to OVEZ COMMUNICATIONS in Bangalore. There they told me that it cannot be replaced here u have to go there from where u bought it. Then i asked them to service it. But when i call them they never picked my call even once so then i again visited there to take my cell and they gave it me saying that i is ready now. But after coming back I realized that its mic is not working till now and also cell is having alot of more problems... VERY BAD SERVICE OF OVEZ COMMUNICATIONS....

                                        My name is Mangesh Maslekar & I bought micromax make mobile mobile model A75 on 11/8/2012 .

                                        After two month o[censored]sage I found difficulty in switching ON the screen ,

                                        frequent failure of memory card & mobile heating & at last it became non functional.



                                        I surrendered my mobile to your authorize service center 'Bhagawati Mobile Communication',Vijay Char rasta,Ahmedabad,on 22/3/2013,Job Sheet No:SALGT304R2678.

                                        Owner of service center assured me for resolving of all problems with in one week.But till today my mobile is not repaired nor substitute mobile is given to me.

                                        After contineous follow up with service center M/s Bhagawati for 2 weeks & not getting any positive reply,I have finally registered complain on Micromax Superfone Help Line,complain No[protected] & also sned mail to their service department.This all my efforts proved inadequate because till today my mobile is not repaired.

                                        I am writing to you complaining about this problem and requesting you to address this issue urgently.

                                        I was submitted my micro max A70 mobile to kanchan traders for repair on 6-11-12 but after more than one month the company didnt return my mobile after repeated phone call to service center the behave rudly and unabe to say the position of my mobile
