Hello, this is Deepak Gusain I am sending you the LEGAL CUM REMINDER NOTICE. I had send you one requesting letter on[protected] to solve my concern but you did not give me any reply and I submitted again my tab on 16/05/2013 in you M/s THE MOBILE CARE DELHI B-36 GURU NANK PURA OPP. V3S MALL NEAR MAHARAJA BEQUETT MALL LAXMI NAGAR DELHI -110092 My new JOB SHEET NO. Is N[protected] but from that day I still did not get my tab I went in your service center 10 times and mailed 10 time but they always replied to me that your tab is in waiting part . So, due to not receiving right solution that is why I have to take action my intension is not to fight against you only at least provide me to good solution. I heard from my friend that Micromax service is good but I had a bad experienced.

    On 13/06/2013, I made shopping from shopping india times and made payment of Rs 1,699.00 against order no YBH400939 through CC Avenue. The amount was paid through my SBI net banking account, after payment the amount was debited from my account but in merchant's site, it was showing transaction declined. So many times i mailed to cc avenues regarding this matter but no action has been taken from their end. SBI reference no for this transaction is CCA13FKWM880IGJ2161691 and the amount has been transferred to [protected] AVENUES INDIA PRIVATE

      I had purchased Micromax A-110 Canvas 2 on[protected], but accidentally the LCD got broken on[protected].

      I placed a request for LCD at Micromax Customer Care Service Center named Sabsonic in Teghoria Kolkata on[protected]Monday) with an advance payment of Rs 1,000/-. I had requested them to get the LCD fast as i have to go to Mumbai. Till now i have not got the LCD and i have to use the Damaged Phone only.

      Please look into the matter and see to it that my LCD is replaced ASAP.

        When i call to other side, the recipient get a disturbance with my voice. And when i record a video, then i face the same problem. plz,,,do something. Its my new phone. :(

        Dear Sir/Madam, Yesterday i.e.12 July 2013, I received my order No.- [protected] Micromax Canvas Music A88 by Snapdeal.While making it operational I noticed that the back flap cover of the mobile was dirty and scratched with scratches on screen cover, which indicates that the mobile was used one.The problem didn't stopped here, further I noticed that the speaker of the phone was not working at all, which resulted into total music failure, for what actually I opted this model of Micromax (Canvas Music A88), while head phones supplied were working .The mobile phone sounds no ringing tone while a incoming call was in progress, despite several attempts.Kindly Replace this mobile phone with a new/fresh Micromax Canvas Music A88, So that I may get worth of my precious time & value of money.

          Subject: Deficiency in services
          It is with deep regret that I am writing this letter to intimate you the inconvenience caused to me and the entire family due to your deficient services.

          I purchased one Micromax Mobile model number A84 on September 17, 2012 through internet from Snapdeal. I received the product on September 20, 2012. [Attached is the copy of receipt in Annexure I]

          Soon I started facing problems with the handset and from last one month there are network and signal issues; problem during incoming and outgoing calls etc. I have already changed my mobile SIM into Vodafone services but problem seems to continue which shows that there is a serious internal defect in the handset.

          Few days back, the mobile was working only single SIM GSM and not in dual mode. I have been in regular touch with your official service centre but they are also not responding any more.

          I have visited your authorized service centre in Hem Mobile, Vadodara as well, but they are not accepting the handset because it is not displaying in your online networking system. I again visited to Gokul Distributors, Vadodara service centre and sought assistance and finally you took the handset. [Attached is the copy of job-sheet in Annexure II]

          But later I was informed that the parts required for repair was not available. I got the handset from your service centre without repair as it got closed and left the customers dissatisfied. After two months also my handset is in an unworkable condition.

          As a consequence of your deficient service and the repeated incompetency displayed by your employees, I have suffered undue hardship and mental frustration.
          I would like to emphasize that:
          • You have been grossly negligent and unprofessional in your approach.
          • I have undergone extreme stress and mental agony because of your deficient service.
          Given the above sequence of events, I request you to repair the handset immediately.
          Additionally, we request you to compensate us with an amount of Rs. 10,000/- for the extreme stress and mental agony you have caused to us.
          In case you fail to look into the matter within 15 days from the date of this letter, I would be forced to:
          • Ask my lawyers to file a consumer complaint against you for gross negligence, and deficient service, as well as additional compensation for mental agony and legal costs;
          • Ask my lawyers to consider the filing of a civil suit against your organization;
          • Start a sustained online campaign spreading the word about the appalling level of service that we have received from you; and
          • Issue press releases online and in the print media.
          I hope that I do not have to take these steps and look forward to an amicable resolution of this issue.

          Micromax — Denial of service under warranty

          I purchased Micromax handset bling Q55 with IMIEI :[protected] 0n 15th june 2010. But suddenly the display isnt coming clearly and is coiming half .On contacting your customer service centers , they tell me that that micromax display doesnt come under warranty and you will be charged rs 900 and it will take 10 days.Inspite of having my handset under warranty , I am being exploited and misguided continously

            i have purchase mobile on 25th december 2012,uptill now the mobile is Repaired 7 time and keep it to CAre for 1 month for replacement.when i ask him for replacement they told me it is not possible..uptil now all mobile Parts are replaced n my mobile is defective...the day before yesterday the message came from micromax that mobile given on 1st june was repaired and take bake it any time.yesterday when i went to Ankleshwer CAre.they told me it will still take5 days more to repair...then why should they message me of collect mobile???same thing happened when i was at anand.but i receive mobile as soon as message from Company came.so why don't it happened this time???i think they are doing misuse of my mobile.

              Today[protected], I've visited one Micromax Mobile store in Delhi( Address: Matrix
              R-52 Main Shakarpur Road Vikas Marg New Delhi-92 Ashutosh/[protected]
              matrix.[protected]@gmail.com) for purchasing one mobile, while selecting one handset I was asked to pay, when I was about to pay via my HDFC Bank debit card(Master Card), they asked me tah additional 2% charges will be extra on the total bill amount when I asked them for what than on that they replied that it's their charges for my convenient of cashless payment on which I asked them to show me any such charged from their acquiring bank (i.e EDC machine provider), whic was Axis Bank EDC machine they said there is nothing such thing like that is available & we are charging this 2% additional payment on our own will.
              On that I conveyed them it is totally unfair as I am paying via my Debit card & I will complaint it to Axis Bank officials & Master card on that they said "we have very nice connections & sitting with some high rank officials & I can't do anything about it".
              I simply refused to pay such charges & walked out of the store & purchased it from "The Mobile Store', without paying any extra %, which is as per standards.
              This is really very disgusting as we are moving towards cashless nation with cashless transactions but there frauds are really very big hassle in that forward move.
              I really wan't their EDC to be cancelled & wan't them to be blacklisted for lifetime for the use of EDC or any other swipe machines as they are not only cheating but cheating darily & this is simply a case of money laundering & fraud with end customers like me.
              Now I feel that my debit card can be used only for withdrawing money from ATM & that's it nothing more nothing less, if it is so than why the hell we are encouraged to use plastic money so aggressively by different Bank's & card associations (Master/Visa, Dinners etc.).
              I request all Bank's to please stop issuing debit card instead they should only issues ATM cards (which can only be used to withdraw money from ATM's or their own ATM's).
              Please stop forcing to go cashless if it means nothing to them.

                i am mukesh Verna. i purchased a micro max canvas 2 on 6 may 2013 against cash memo S2B1314889 on amount of 10790/--. after only 17 days it stopped working the pattern of this mobile stopped. i surprised that how it could possible as i have all expensive devices and phone i know very well how to maintain nad keep in good condition all the smart and device .
                it was such a harassment for me because that time its touch stopped working i was with my some friends .. i feel very shameless when my new mobile stopped working... i went to nearest service center of micro max that is available in janakpuri deistic center add is UG-8, JYOTI SHIKHAR DISTRIC CENTER , JANAKPURI, NEW DELHI 110058. , there are very low educated employee who don't have proper technical knowledge about. the product. they sad it will be change on amount of 600/- and reference no. of that service ( r1305f3867677)i was surprised but i sad OK do it repair . but after a long time that Day did not come when i could get my phone ..... whenever i wnet to service station they sad come after one day or two day.
                i just surprised like this useless service center .. how could seniur of micro max do work and operate service center when thay cant provide good service as well as service center. please do some favor if you would like to continue your company in india... such a fraud company i totally fed up now by your service

                  I recently bought Micromax Canvas 2 Smartphone (Model A110) and it started giving problems in first week itself and stopped taking charging starting second week. After hundereds of hit and tries I realised that its taking only a small charging only in switched off condition and can be used for maximum an hour with that charging. When I took it to service center they opened my phone and said it could have been water logging due to sweat and refused to serve me! Moreover when they accidently broke some connection wires when they opened my phone and refused to repair it! Now I am left with a dead and waste phone and my 10000 bucks are soiled! Help me!

                      I have purchased micromax A89 on 25/3/2013. which is in warranty period . On 7/6/2013 I have faced charging problem in my mobile and so I submitted it to Micromax service center ( Unique solutions , Nagpur) on 8/6/2013 .I got call from Miceromax on 12/6/2013 that i will have to pay Rs. 1110/- to repair motherboard of mobile .
                      As my mobile is in warranty period and also there is no physical damage to the mobile. I expect it to be repaired free of cost according to company policy .
                      So please look into the matter and do the needful as early as possible.

                      1.what is the soluation of x360 and Q5 handsfree mode symbol showing in handset for which call no dial.



                      2. what is the soluation of x114 charge not storare means charging showing when we charge it but after 1 hour when we remove the charger the charge not store in mobile for which mobile switch off after remove the charger.


                      3. what is the soluation of Q3 bad contact of charger shown when we conect the charger.
                      I have the same problem in my a89. They didnt ask me for money but i have not received my phone back. I had given my phone on30t april for repairs.

                        I have bought Micromax A51 on 19-May-2013. on this phone i have occured problem in its motherboard. So i contact to micromax service center on 07-June-2013. On 10-June-2013 from Micromax Service Center I got msg on my this phone no. to collect the phone. i went there On that date and i check my phone my mother board was changed their was other problem occur and they said take on 12-june-2013. when i went there problem was not sout out they said take ur phone in evening. in evening they take tommorrow. I m Feedup of going their please sir help me because my house in very far away from that service center. from ur this site i want some help.

                          I Purchased a micromax canvas (A100) from homeshop 18 and after using it for about a month i found the display flickering. since i didnt have time i went to the authorised service center in the month of may 2013. The phone is still in warranty period. I submitted my handset on 11th may 2013 and the technicians present there told me that it will be repaired within 10-15 days. After 15 days when i called them they told me that the company has not sent them the parts so it is still unrepaired. I Called the all india customer service number of micromax[protected] and they told that within next 7 days you will get your handset. After 7 days i called them again and they said that it will take 7 more days. I shouted on them and asked them to call me back since i wanted to talk to a senior person but he was unavailable. I also told them that i literally want a call back and i also told them that i mailed you several times but didnt get a reply. I like a fool had to tell them that reply me and they didnt even ask ke about my email id. I told them that [protected]@gmail.com is my id and then did they pay attention to it. I was promised to get a call back within next 24 hours but didnt get any. so i called them once again and asked them that why didnt i get a call and as usual they just said sorry for the inconvenience. I was in great anger and told the representative that i want to talk to a senior person. Initially he denied by saying that the senior person is in a meeting. I yelled and then he called a person who said that he was a senior supervisor. I explained the whole situation to him and he also said we understand your problem i am sorry for the inconvenience and he said that he will forward my problem in the priority list. I also warned them that i might move to the consumer court if within 2 daya i didbt get a call back and feedback about my problem. He said that within 5 days they will call me and then give me feedback about how much more time they will be taking to repair my handaset but still i didnt get any call back and yesterday i called the authorised service center to ask them what the company has told them. The man at the service center (whose phone no. is [protected]) told me that the service center will remain closed for 3-4 days i asked him the reason for that but he didnt answer then he transferred the call to another man who said the same thing i again asked the reason but he also didnt answer then he in turn transferred to another person who said that the center will b closed for 2 days i asked him the reason angrily he said some work is going on. I said i dont know about that i just want my handset back he said call me after 4 days and then i will b able to tell you about the status of the handset. I scolded him because whenever i used to ask him about the status he used to say you yourself call the company on[protected] and get your query solved but this time i asked him that why the hell is he running that centre if he cant give the answers and he shouted on me and said whosoever are you,you dont have the status and position and right to talk to me like that. I asked him to keep his voice low because he doesnt have the right to shout back even when the customer is shouting and then i disconnected the call because he didnt stop shouting and yelling. I called the customer care again and told them that yesterday i was put on hold for 12 minutes and then the call got disconnected without even informing me anything. The girl on the other side like other representative said the same thing " we are sorry" . I even told her about the behaviour of the man at the service center and once again i got to hear sorry rather than anything else. I told her that i want to speak to your senior and she said that they dont have the authority to transfer the calls to senior so i asked her that whom did i talk to then when i had previously called so she said may be the senior was on call. what is this how can a senior sit on inbound/outbound dialling. Then she had no answer for me.

                            I purchased Micromax A57 hand set few months ago. From the very beginning, it had problem of hearing voice call as the sound was not loud and clear. In crowded place, it became difficult to listen to others' voices. Thereafter, I identified several other factors the phone was coming across like, getting hot during on-call and charging, sudden power off of mobile, network issue, software issue and latest addition being the touch screen not working which means the phone is dead as one can not use a touch phone without touch screen.

                            I tried to talk to the Micromax customer care person where nobody takes up the call after trying for several times. Being seemingly fed up, I tried to search Micromax service centre nearby to my locality and found a single service centre for smart phones service in entire Kolkata which was around 40 km away from my home. Anyhow I took the phone to the particular service centre. The service centre had two persons, one was physically handicapped and other probably mentally. I was provided treatment like I have committed a mistake by taking the phone to the service centre. They could not identify any problem with the phone and updated software which worsened the scenario further.

                            Now, the gravity of the problem has magnified as I can not simply use the phone. It has become useless with loss of most of the functions. Tried to contact Micromax customer service over mail who, in the trailing mails, advised me to again take the phone to the same service centre. Abiding by their instruction though not enough convinced, I took the phone to the service centre again and handed it over day before yesterday. The service centre was over crowded with flooding people who are sheerly dissatisfied by Miromax products as well as service. I was amazed to behold and wonder that I have committed a big mistake buying a micromax phone rather a lower variety of reputed brand at the same cost would have been a better choice. They have now taken the phone and could not commit me a delivery time frame which may range from one month to six months, as per their opinion.

                            Sir, it is truly absurd that how Micromax will survive in future. They may have sold lakhs of phone sets owing to cheap price which is the only catch line of Micromax, but experiencing their pathetic product and service quality, I have no dint of doubt that this kind of company can not sustain in the longer run if not changed structure and culture drastically.

                            I do not expect Micromax to be changed for my mail, I should not either. What I can expect is that they should behave properly with the customer, replace a faulty product so that the overall experience of the customer remains good. Selling poor quality products superfluously demonstrating as good quality products at cheap prices is nothing but openly cheating the customer.

                            I intend your office to look into the matter very seriously as the matter may be of grave concern in near future with numerous complaints of similar nature might keep pouring at your office. Please act so that those days do not come up. I fervently request you to give a proper justice to one of the the loyal buyers in this great country.

                            Not known — defective phone set

                            My telephone no. is[protected]. I have just made a complaint indicating that the manufacturer is Britel. I like to add that the phone may not be manufactured by the company as I indicated. I forgot the name of the manufacturer. Actually the telephone set was supplied by the Calcutta Telephones and I did not purchase the same from market.

                            Micromax — Repairing of Mobile Set

                            I have purchased micromax mobile phone on 12-8-09 from M/s Ajay Sky Communication, NIT Faridabad. It's SIM2 is not working for 10-15 days. I have given the mobile set for repairing on dated[protected] to service centre 'Shiv Telecomminication Old Faridabad' since then I am running in the Morning & Evening and day after day till date 14/04/2010. Their reply is ' you may come on Evening/Moring Tomarrow. This has been going on since the day.

                            Now I don't have any cell phone due to which i am suffering a lot. Kindly arrange to repair at your earliest possible. Detail of Handset are following-

                            micromax is a mobile manufacturing company in India. I purchased a micromax handset Q-35. The company claims that this model has a backup of 360 hours even it has been printed on its packing.
                            when i started using it i found out it has a backup of only half day even if i don't use it at all. Then i found out that the charger,headphone,audio jack of the cell is also defected.I went to the nearest micromax service station for its repair and i found out that they will only repair one thing at a time.
                            I had to wait for almost two months for it repair.
                            Still it shows no improvements. I want to file a case in the consumer court and want a compensation for problems i have been facing.
                            I bought i for Rs3450 and i feel that i have been deceived by the company.
                            Tell me how to file a case against the company Plz....

                              Hi,

                              I purchased micromax A89 smartphone in March 2013. A week after the purchase the phone had some problem with the charging slot and had to be repaired, so i went ahead and submitted the phone in the Micromax Kalkaji service centre.

                              It's been two and half months since I submitted the phone for repair and it's still not been repaired yet. The service returned the phone once but they replaced the phone mother board with some other phones mother board and it had to be returned since it contained someone else's private information and was not my phone at all.

                              Every time I go to the service centre (Kalkaji) the receptionist there tells me she can't do anything about this and all i can do is wait for it to come back, saying that it'll be back in a week but that doesn't seem to happen.

                              Would sincerely appreciate if there is an immediate response to this.

                              I had the same problem in my a89. I had given my phone on 30th April for repairs. I have not yet received my phone back. I am getting same answers from the service center here as well. They tell me that company does not have the required parts for repair. I had heard about bad service of micromax but did'nt expect it to be so bad.

                              Call up their customer helpline and tell them that you will be filing a lawsuit in the consumer court. That's the only way they respond to you.

                              I got mine within a week when i called them up and told them that a legal action is the only option i have remaining. Also spread the word on facebook and twitter and ask your friends to share it as much as they can. It's a power tool, social media, and we must know how to use it!

                              Hope you get your phone back soon. :)

                                I have given my Micromax A116 phone (under warranty) to service center on 12th may 2013 for problem related to WiFi and display. But it has not been repaired even after approx 1 month.

                                When I call to service center, they says, we don’t have parts, I should call to customer care for the support.
                                Then I called to your customer care on 28th may (complaint no- [protected]), he said it will be done within 7 days, but on 3rd june I called at service center and still it has not been repaired.
                                Every time i call micromax customer care, they say it will take another 1 week. when i asked for true commitment, they say we can say 1 week only, you can got to consumer court etc..

                                  I had purchased micromax a116 on 29th March 2013 but after 2 months i.e. May 21 2013 handset got dead. I was thinking it should be a softer issue or something like that but when i go to service center they told me it is and hardware problem and i have to wait for 6 days. I was ready for that and wait for 8 days instead of 6 days. i was contacted them on 8th day i.e. May 29 2013 but they told me it will take more time and not given me a time line. I called them so many times after that. Now they given me mmx customer care no for contact "[protected]" and I had contacted them as well on May 7 2013, they gave me complaint# [protected] and promise me to resolve this issue within 7 days that means almost a month after? I am very unsatisfied withe this service they should know that 1 month for service is not good. I am still waiting for my handset. It around 20 days already passed.

                                  Please do thee needful if you can, Also they should give costumer 1 month additional warranty for this.
