I AM GIVING U THE DETAILS IN THE FORM OF MAIL SENT TO MICROMAX MOBILE COMPANY ON 21/03/2013
Dear Sir, I purchased newly launched smart mobile set of Micromex on 12/12/2012 from HARBANS SINGH & SONS, SCO 1004, SECTOR 22-B, BASEMENT, CHANDIGARH. The details of the Set is as under :

I am working with Life Insurance and have a huge list of contacts nearly 1500 in numbers, so it took me 10 -12 days to update my contacts in new set. Anyway, I started using this set from 25th DEC, 2012. But after few days it developed an audio problem while receiving any call during daytime. (Problem – I could not connect the calls and only solution to it was to complete the call on hands free mode position). In first week of Jan, 2013, I went to Abacus Systems, Micromex service centre NAC Manimajra, Chandigarh for getting the problem solved. After inspecting the set they told me that it is a newly launched set and there is some audio problem, use it for few days and if problem still persists then u have to leave this set in service centre for some replacement of audio parts,i.e., speaker etc. (so no job sheet was created). After few days the problem still persisted. I then went to Dealer Harbans Singh & Sons who advised me to go to Future Communications SCO 37, 1ST FLOOR, SECTOR 41-D, Chandigarh instead of Abacus and they will solve this problem by reloading software. I approached them and was successful on second attempt in reloading software but to no avail. The problem was not solved and said there is some problem in pc board and need to send to head office, thus prepared a Job sheet NO[protected] on 22/01/2013 and told me to collect the set within a week’s time. I could not get the set repaired till 2/2/2013, so lodged a complaint on same day on phone no[protected]. To this Micromax Customer care assured me that problem will be solved within 15 days. The problem was not solved due to non availability of some part as reported by the service centre. On 12/02/2013, I again made a call on[protected] and submitted my complaint and also told them that if some part is not available in the company then why should I suffer. I requested them to exchange the set with new one. To this they again assured me that problem will be solved within 15 days from the lodgment of complaint (i.e from 12/02/2013).
Anyway, I thought let me wait for this extended period also and during these 15 days enquired about the status of problem. I could not get the set as and when they told me to collect it. I again approached the Dealer who made some calls to some authorities namely Sh Kulwinder (M: [protected]) and Mr Kuldeep (M: [protected]). He made best efforts to get this problem solved. Ultimately, Future Communications told me to collect the set on 01/03/2013 as it has been fully repaired. By now, I had lost faith in this company so doubly checked the set while receiving it. To my surprise the problem could not be checked as new problem had developed i.e., the touch display screen did not worked. I was totally harassed, annoyed and submitted this set to my dealer for solution. The Dealer assured me not to worry and told me that you will get new set against it. Further, told me to wait for a week as they have to get some approval from the company for a new one. It is again surprising that I could not get the new set even after 12 days. Dealer, out rightly refused to exchange the set with new one and blame the Company for not giving them them approval for it. Instead of a new set, dealer handed over me a JOB Sheet N[protected] dated 11/03/2013 (AKS TELECOM, SCO 1092, SEC 22/B, 1st floor, Chandigarh) and assured that set will be handed over to you on 16th March 2013. But till date I have not received it reasons being different this time. God knows what more problems (diseases) have been developed in this set.
Now, it has been 3 months, since I gave my micromax cellphone to the customer care and I haven’t received it yet, I would like to bring to your notice that I did not use it for even 10 days.
I once again request you to kindly replace my handset with new one that too of a new model ( Canvas 2 ) as I think this model is totally defected one, otherwise, I am compelled to lodge a complaint in Consumer Forum Court for harassment, embarrassment, loss of time and money in tune of Rs. 50,000/- and refund of money.
So far I have a very bad experience with this phone
and If I do not get the solution within 12 hours I am compelled to declare Micromax is a worst company in the world and their service centre, customer care offices are more worst, they don’t respond to our calls and lie every time u go to the service center.
Distributors are even worst as they had promised me to give me new one. The company is not deserved to be in the Indian market
having such type of services, dissatisfied customers.

Micromax Tablet — Delay is repairing my device.
I have submitted my Funbook Tablet to Micromax service center on 02/11/2012 and my jobsheet number is:SALDL025R4118. TODAY IS 16/12/2012 TILL NOW I have not received my device. When I called Micromax customer care on 24/11/2012 they told me that it will take 20 day to repair your device and after 20 days they are saying it will take 10 more day to fix the problem with my my device. I understand to repair a device it take some time but it would not this much time to repair, its around 1 month and 15 day that my device is with them. This is a long time.Please look in to this issue and help me to get my device back.
