I AM GIVING U THE DETAILS IN THE FORM OF MAIL SENT TO MICROMAX MOBILE COMPANY ON 21/03/2013

Dear Sir, I purchased newly launched smart mobile set of Micromex on 12/12/2012 from HARBANS SINGH & SONS, SCO 1004, SECTOR 22-B, BASEMENT, CHANDIGARH. The details of the Set is as under :

I am working with Life Insurance and have a huge list of contacts nearly 1500 in numbers, so it took me 10 -12 days to update my contacts in new set. Anyway, I started using this set from 25th DEC, 2012. But after few days it developed an audio problem while receiving any call during daytime. (Problem – I could not connect the calls and only solution to it was to complete the call on hands free mode position). In first week of Jan, 2013, I went to Abacus Systems, Micromex service centre NAC Manimajra, Chandigarh for getting the problem solved. After inspecting the set they told me that it is a newly launched set and there is some audio problem, use it for few days and if problem still persists then u have to leave this set in service centre for some replacement of audio parts,i.e., speaker etc. (so no job sheet was created). After few days the problem still persisted. I then went to Dealer Harbans Singh & Sons who advised me to go to Future Communications SCO 37, 1ST FLOOR, SECTOR 41-D, Chandigarh instead of Abacus and they will solve this problem by reloading software. I approached them and was successful on second attempt in reloading software but to no avail. The problem was not solved and said there is some problem in pc board and need to send to head office, thus prepared a Job sheet NO[protected] on 22/01/2013 and told me to collect the set within a week’s time. I could not get the set repaired till 2/2/2013, so lodged a complaint on same day on phone no[protected]. To this Micromax Customer care assured me that problem will be solved within 15 days. The problem was not solved due to non availability of some part as reported by the service centre. On 12/02/2013, I again made a call on[protected] and submitted my complaint and also told them that if some part is not available in the company then why should I suffer. I requested them to exchange the set with new one. To this they again assured me that problem will be solved within 15 days from the lodgment of complaint (i.e from 12/02/2013).
Anyway, I thought let me wait for this extended period also and during these 15 days enquired about the status of problem. I could not get the set as and when they told me to collect it. I again approached the Dealer who made some calls to some authorities namely Sh Kulwinder (M: [protected]) and Mr Kuldeep (M: [protected]). He made best efforts to get this problem solved. Ultimately, Future Communications told me to collect the set on 01/03/2013 as it has been fully repaired. By now, I had lost faith in this company so doubly checked the set while receiving it. To my surprise the problem could not be checked as new problem had developed i.e., the touch display screen did not worked. I was totally harassed, annoyed and submitted this set to my dealer for solution. The Dealer assured me not to worry and told me that you will get new set against it. Further, told me to wait for a week as they have to get some approval from the company for a new one. It is again surprising that I could not get the new set even after 12 days. Dealer, out rightly refused to exchange the set with new one and blame the Company for not giving them them approval for it. Instead of a new set, dealer handed over me a JOB Sheet N[protected] dated 11/03/2013 (AKS TELECOM, SCO 1092, SEC 22/B, 1st floor, Chandigarh) and assured that set will be handed over to you on 16th March 2013. But till date I have not received it reasons being different this time. God knows what more problems (diseases) have been developed in this set.
Now, it has been 3 months, since I gave my micromax cellphone to the customer care and I haven’t received it yet, I would like to bring to your notice that I did not use it for even 10 days.
I once again request you to kindly replace my handset with new one that too of a new model ( Canvas 2 ) as I think this model is totally defected one, otherwise, I am compelled to lodge a complaint in Consumer Forum Court for harassment, embarrassment, loss of time and money in tune of Rs. 50,000/- and refund of money.

So far I have a very bad experience with this phone
and If I do not get the solution within 12 hours I am compelled to declare Micromax is a worst company in the world and their service centre, customer care offices are more worst, they don’t respond to our calls and lie every time u go to the service center.
Distributors are even worst as they had promised me to give me new one. The company is not deserved to be in the Indian market
having such type of services, dissatisfied customers.

    i have purchased micromax tablet in november 2012. got it repaired from mahavir electronics in feb 2013 for screen
    problem by paying rs 1900 =00. same problems occurs on 18th march and again they ask me to pay rs 1900 =00.

    Cost of new tablet model no p275 is rs 4500 =00

    Micromax service providers just cheat the public by giving false promises.

    Micromax Tablet — Delay is repairing my device.

    I have submitted my Funbook Tablet to Micromax service center on 02/11/2012 and my jobsheet number is:SALDL025R4118. TODAY IS 16/12/2012 TILL NOW I have not received my device. When I called Micromax customer care on 24/11/2012 they told me that it will take 20 day to repair your device and after 20 days they are saying it will take 10 more day to fix the problem with my my device. I understand to repair a device it take some time but it would not this much time to repair, its around 1 month and 15 day that my device is with them. This is a long time.Please look in to this issue and help me to get my device back.

        My Micromax A 87 Ninja 4 mobile was suddenly stopped working. After that I went Micromax Superphone service centre Salora International Ltd., Jaipur and submitted my phone on 2 March, 2013 for repairing. They provide me Jobsheet No. SALRJ00SR5893 and promise to call me after 7 days. After passed scheduled time . they can not call me or contact me. Before 7 days back I registered my complaint to Micromax Customer Care in New Delhi. They again gave me a complaint No. [protected] and promised to solve my problem in 7 days. I also registered my complain by Email at service.[protected]@micromaxinfo.com at same day. they provide me complain no. MMX[protected]. but all efforts is failed. They does not solve my complain.               I had given my mobile micromax a73 for repair at the service centre at SLR Salora International Ltd, FF-107, Ansal Fortune arcade building Sec -18, Noida on march 4, 2013 and they was suppose to give it back to me with in 2 days now almost 15 days have been passed but there is no response from the service centre, even they are not picking my calls.

[protected] IMEI No.[protected]/[protected] MODEL No. MICROMAC A110 i had given my phone at 15 feb 2013 problem was hang on logo, i go to service centre salora in dadar west cco given me jobsheet paper and said the problem with main pcb part not available it will take 25 day's i had wait 25 day's after that i had call to micromax service centre he given me another date and said it will take more 2 days after 2 days i again call to service centre now he is saying it will take more 5 days may be more, when i say i am going to complaint against you he said you can complaint i don't care tell me in very rude beheviour Now i am really aggresive what type of beheviour do service center person with me he is talking in very rude language also he take my brand new handset with very bad material and i know i have to wait and wait and wait now handset is not repaired yet and even in future i don't think my phone will be proper repaired please HELP ME i am really and sometime i am cry in alone please please please help me otherwise give me a solution can i complaint and register the FIR we should file the FIR against micromax service section-17 fraud and cheating and micromax helpline number is not working also service center not attending my call helpline numbe is [protected] service center number is [protected] my contact number is [protected] my email id harshkarla.[protected]@gmail.com PLEASE HELP ME

                  Hi,

                  I booked myself a Micromax A116 phone on the 15th of February, 2013, just a day after it was officially launched, my order number is[protected]. I did it from the 'Micromax website' itself which further redirected me to Snapdeal.com. Micromax website quoted a wait of 20 days for the delivery of the newly launched phone and so be it. Tracking my order always showed me the estimated delivery date as 15th March, 2013 which was another problem cause 20 days from 15th February is not 15th March, not using any form of Mathematics!! Anyways, I didn't bother to contact the company until on the 15th of March, when the online delivery status remained unchanged and read, 'Estimated delivery date is 15th of March'! That was for the very first time that I contacted on the helpline number provided on the purchase receipt and got to speak to Mr. Raj Tripathi on the number +[protected], who to my surprise gave me a new story. He mentioned that:

                  'The proposed Finance Bill announced by the hon’ble Finance Minister of India on 28th Feb 2013 has made certain changes in the customs duty structure on all Mobile Phones with MRP greater than Rs. 2000/-. Because of this and other procedural issues, the shipment of your Canvas HD has been delayed by 10 working days. Along with the delay, the price of Canvas HD has also been revised to Rs. 14,499. We at Micromax, value your patience and trust. Therefore we have decided to ship your Canvas HD at the original price you paid, without any extra cost being charged to you. And we are offering you a free Carry Case for your Canvas HD worth Rs 700 along with your purchase as a token of gratitude! *However, if you decide against waiting for delivery, we also promise to refund the entire booking amount at the earliest. '

                  Does Micromax think they are so smart a company to get away with such a big blunder or do they assume that their customers are all fools?? If the company had issues meeting with the heavy demand of the product in the market, they should have planned it prior the launch of the product. They should have informed the customers a lot earlier so we would not have waited for so long. What is the point of sending apology letters to customers after the customer contacts the company? And regarding the price hike, we as customers booked the phone way before 28th of February when the Finance bill was passed, paid the money online (13999 which was what they asked at checkout). Now, it is the company's look out if additional prices are being incurred and it is insulting the customers in a way by saying that they are offering the product to us at the same old price tagged along with a free bee worth Rs. 700!! Where did the customer go wrong? In choosing Micromax over other competitive brands available in the market?? Also, when I contacted on the Micromax helpline number [protected], they simply tried and got thier hands off by saying that they have nothing to do with it, it is a deal between Snapdeal and us! Didn't they redirect us to Snapdeal from the official Micromax Website??? I am terribly annoyed now and am waiting again for another 10 days for the product to get delivered but I am writing here in order to get further justice as a patient consumer who has been and is being harrowed!!! The company must pay for the damage they have done!!

                  I am FAing the similar issue, delivery of product due for next 10 more days. Micromax not just ruined its image but snapdeal.com as well.. we should not allow such companies to cheat on customers and coordinate companies like that.
                  it's horrible to wait for such a long time & getting nothing in hand, only we got the news just waittttttttttttttttttttttttttttttt
                  then Micromax announced that the delivery will start again from 22nd Mar'13 for those who booked the phone prior & the phone will be available in the market since last week of march'13, but today is 22nd Mar'13 & no news for delivery till yet.

                  They are just making fool of the customers who want to trust the Indian brand not the foreign brands.

                  Micromax want to be the no. 1 company in India, is this the way they will become no.1.

                  Hard luck Micromax for your Dream.

                    Micromax Smart mobile is useless cheating brand. On off switch comes under Warranty. but service centre is not taking care
                    worst backup,hanging problem because worst brand micromax cheating company

                    Very slow and battery is not supporting if Interner is in use.
                    Performance of baterry is extremly poor.

                    This is the worst phone in Smartphone category with lowest processor.
                    Looks are good & camera is also OK but when it comes to speed, this is the worst phone I have ever seen.
                    Eve if you weant to access any contacts, it will take 1-2 minutes..
                    So you may imagine how slow is it

                    Better company can start some other useless business

                      I bought Micromax Canvas 2 on Jan 11, 2013. The phone which worked for 15 days stopped charging. I gave the phone to their service center Cell Tech, Egmore, Chennai on 11-Feb-2013 after driving for a long distance (this is the only service center of Micromax for smart phones). I was told that the hardware in the phone would be replaced and returned back in two weeks. It is more than a month (today: 16-Mar-2013) and nothing happened.

                      The service center phone numbers:[protected]/2 are busy most of the time, and usually no body picks up when your hear the ring. After repeatedly trying for more than 50 times, I was able to speak to their service rep who told he could not get replacement hardware from Micromax and gave no commitment on the delivery date. I have been trying to reach Micromax on their customer relationship number mentioned on their website, which unfortunately is not working.

                      It is really frustrating to pay more than Rs. 10,000 for the phone and finding it not working within 15 days. On top of that, neither the company or service center taking responsibility to fix the phone in time.

                      I request Micromax to attend the issue and respond back to me, failing which I may need to approach consumer forum.

                      fly relation center — defective service

                      I HAVE PURCHASED A FLY SL-600 ON 17-07-07.AS IT BECOME DEAD ON 08-05-08. I HAVE SUBMITTED THIS HANDSET AT YOUR SERVICE CENTER AT A-33, VIKAS PURI ON 10-05-08 FOR REPAIR, BUT SET WAS RETURNED UNREPAIRED ON 21-05-08 SAYING THAT SPARE PARTS ARE NOT AVAILABLE TILL NOW.

                        I have purchased micromax funbook infinity P275 on 8the March 2013 from Sangeetha Mobiles Private Limited, Vijayanagar, Bangalore. With that i got reliance data card free. Card is activated but, i am unable to connect to internet at micromax. I tried calling micromax funbook call center number which is provided at the user manual- [protected]. This number is not working. They cannot give false numbers to the customers. My concern is how come they give invalid numbers to the customers. We cant keep on calling. More over my fubook is just lying idel since the time of purchase.

                          Today 16/03/2013 i want to micromax service center to update the android version as they released the new update. service center guys ask me to wait for 15 min. After that they said by mistaken your phone got dead. So now you have to wait for 15 days. They make dead to a running phone. Its really difficult to service without phone these days and they even don't have additional phone. Details are as below

                            Dear Sir,
                            I have two sets of Micromax Model Q-5, Due to its manufacturing defect, battery COVER does not last long in this model as it does does not have proper grip with set it drops.
                            Just because of Battery Cover you have NO option other than drooping the use of This mobile set.
                            Kindly let me know from where I can get Battery covers.or else I will have to go to consumer forum. Treat it as Notice.

                              i deposit my mobile micromax Q7 i in MICROMAX OTHORIZED SERVICE CENTER VISION COMMUNICATION A-5 chirag diamond opp-hirohonda show room,nr.D-mart LBS road,bapunagar,AHMEDABAD FOR REPARING ON DATED -12 JULY 2012..BUT service center not given my mobile set due to he lost my mobile .going to last 8 month at service center in amonth 4 to 5 time.so in present i am very tired.

                                I recently bought Micromax A 54 and it has not been functioning properly. After buying it, I realised that the company has been lying about the specifications. The company claims that the RAM is 256 MB but the app manager shows that it is 128 MB.

                                They also claim that the phone has 512 ROM but the internal memory is only 180 MB. I wonder if there is any regulation which can prevent such open frauds by companies like micromax. Because of Low specifications, I can't use functions like GPS or even play videos due to extremely low RAM.

                                Their helpline number[protected] is always busy. I have not been able to talk to anyone for over three weeks. their store can't explain why specifications are showing as so low and they can't to anything about the pathetic performance of the stupid (it's definitely not smart) phone. I have written 6 e-mails but they have failed to even acknowledge my compaint. They do not even have an automated acknowledgement.

                                I hope that I can get a good explanation from the company or they should refund my money and take their money back.

                                  I want to replacement my handset from micromax cell phone company, you seen the following e mail:

                                  inform to you that i was purchase this cell phone on dated 24-dec.-2012

                                  when i was purchase this mobile then after i faced after same day hitting problem in this handset and aprox 7-8 jan 2013 i was visit at your micromax service center, Yashwant plaza in INDORE (m.p.) that time my handset is completely died and battery is damage by hitting problem next day i was received my handset and they r replace my battery and give me a new battery but i was faced same problem again then after again i visit at same place and submit again my handset that service center same day.

                                  after that i received my handset next day but that service center person give me old battery with this handset, then after always my handset battery not charging properly and i faced same problem again in this handset like hitting handset when i charge this handset to original charger, speaker problem, low voice received, auto on off handset n etc.

                                  when i was faced this problem then again i visit micromax service center , m/s scom technologies,anand plaza, university road at udaipur (Raj.) date of 19-jan-2013. then i was received this handset after one month from this center on date of 19-feb-2013.

                                  but right now i m again faced same problem like battery not charging properly ,hanging and hitting problem.

                                  So request to that please you take urgent action about this handset, i dont want this handset and repairing again n again so please you completely replace this handset on urgent basis. i was visit many time at your service center and i cant satisfied with this handset because when i purchase this handset then after same day i faced this problem regularly.

                                  you take action on urgent basis and reply me urgently, i am in trouble about it.

                                  hello sir ,
                                  i have bought a mobail from a snap deal the online shoping site. but when i recived my mobail that's a faulty product. so i send a mobail for a replasement. there are already 37 day but they can't send my mobail back.
                                  I am sending this mail to micromax comapny, please take a action about my handset replacement because this micromax service center contact person cant give me satisfied answer from last few days...

                                    Last month that is the 15th of feb 2013 had given my micromax mobile to (ASP : Cell Tech Shop 8, CISION COMPLEX FIRST FLOOR MONTIETH ROAD
                                    EGMORE CITY CHENNAI 600008)... they had accepted and this was the given Complaint No : SALKR003R4515 the warranty still exists for my micromax mobile A85. every time i go and enquire with them they say Micromax side the spare parts aren't supplied... so would like to know which side the mistake lies... kindly look into this and do the needful action....

                                      Hello Sir/Madam,

                                      My name is Deepak. I am getting a problem with 'TheMobileStore'. I bought two Micromax Fun-book Tablet P300 One month ago. The order no is[protected]. After product delivery i found one tablet is faulted. Then i contact to the customer care of 'TheMobileStore' and they registered a complaint against my issue. The complaint no is 'MSCO10012201' and said to me that you have to go our MobileStore shop in GIP Mall Noida, Sec 38. After their suggestion i visited there shop. But the store keeper of the shop refuse to help me and with a misbehave the treated me very badly and said me please do not waste our time we can't do nothing. Our shop price and product is totally different from the site so we can't do nothing. But they declare that the tablet is really faulted and they discuss it with the customer care representative that change it yourself at your basis this is a manufacturer fault.

                                      After that i again contact to customer care and told all the misbehavior of store keeper but after a big call conversation they said to me right now please go to your home and with in 1-2 days we arrange a reverse pickup from your address. but after 2 days they again said please visit our Store again ant this time Don't worry. And before going please make a call and we call to our Store keeper that Mr. Goyal is coming and this time they defiantly will help you. So i do as per their instructions. But again the result was same. And this time one of the employee at their store shouted on me and behave very badly.

                                      And again i contact to customer care at their store but this time customer care representative aging said to me please go your home they
                                      (Store employee) couldn't do anything and we arrange a reverse pickup ASAP.

                                      And now from that day to till now they are making excuses and excuses and do nothing. I call them daily in this regards. But they daily said wait 1 day, wait 2 days, wait 4 days. Now i am totally disappointed with their service and excuses.

                                      I discussed my problem with lot of their customer care representative like Tahir, Aniket, Prashant, Namita, Altaf and many more. But no one is not doing nothing.

                                      Please help me in this regards. i will be very thankful to you.
