    I have purchase this mobile from ebay.in on 29/01/13.

    And submitted on 08/02/13 to service center till today the mobile is not repaired by the service center. And the customer care number[protected] is always getting busy tone.

    The service is really very poor. So please don't buy any micromax android mobiles, as it has two different service center[for smart phones the service center is very bad].

      mene nya MICROMAX A57 Nya liya tha kuch din k baad hee ye hang ho gya tha ...mene ise care center bhej diya through dealer ...2 din k baad aaya jab use kiya to fir se wohi problem na network theek aa rha tha or na hee internet sahi chal rha tha or hang bhi hone lga mene dealer se kha aap mujhe cell ko replace kra do abhi kujh din to hue hai liye ko but wo keh rha hai care center se theek ho jayega but nya cell or 2 baar to khull jayega to nya kahan se raha fir aage ka kya chale ya na chale ...pls help me regarding this problem

        hi, I am rahmath ali i got my micromax mobile a110 through online on 29 jan 2013 from univercell mobile store first of all i received this mobile after 7 days on 4 feb 2013 and i was happy to see my product but as soon as i opened the parcel and to my surprise it was defective piece my external memory card was not detecting after trying to contact two to three days finally i got ans from micromax support service to submit the mobile at authorised center at mobitech service hyderabad ,and i did the same and they told me i will get my mobile with in two days but by now its 10 days and they keep on saying it will take two more days my job sheet no is SALAP007R3838 and my complaint number is MMX[protected] SO I REQUEST the consumer forum to please help me getting my problem solve thanking you

          I BOUGHT MICROMAX A110 CANVAS PHONE IN JANUARY 2013.THE PHONE HAD A DEFECTIVE TOUCH SCREEN.ITOOK IT TO MICROMAX SERVICE AT HAMIRPUR.THEY SENT MY PHONE TO CHANDIGARH.I AM WAITING FOR MY PHONE TO BE REPAIRED AND SENT BACK TO ME SINCE LAST ONE AND A HALF MONTH.
          NO PROPER RESPONSE OR ANY COMMUNICATION HAS BEEN DONE BY THE MICROMAX COMPANY.

          I AM REALLY FRUSTATED BY THE FACT THAT THEY CLAIM TO BE AT PAR WITH OTHER GOOD COMPANIES LIKE SAMSUNG AND NOKIA WITH SUCH POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

          IT WOULD HAVE BEEN HUNDRED TIMES BETTER IF I HAD BOUGHT A SAMSUNG OR NOKIA PHONE.....

          micro max mobile phones — defective part

          I purchased micro max Q5 on 14the Feb. 2010. After Few days hands free supplied with this mobile is not working properly. And it is with service center for replacement but they are delaying the replacement for the same from last 2 months. As per m/s micro max warranty terms and conditions it is to replaced as soon as possible.

          Micromax — Defective Mobile

          Hi,

          I purchased a Micromax Q5 mobile in March 2010. It worked fine for 3-4 months and had some problem with speaker. I repaired it from the nearby service centre and again used it for 2 months.

          Since last 6 months, i haven't used this phone for a single day. All credit goes to this brand and their stupid service centers. In October 2010, i had a problem with this mobile. Initially, it seems to be a bad battery connection and thus i got a new battery. I tried using new battery and same problem persists. When we insert a fully recharged battery in a mobile, it automatically drains battery in 20-30 minutes and the mobile shuts down due to low battery power. I informed about this problem to service centre and these guys kept my mobile for repairing with them. You won't agree they kept this mobile for 2 months and did nothing. Issue still unresolved.

          I tried to show this mobile with different service centre and they did the same thing. They returned my mobile in 15 days without any issue resolution.

          Finally, i explained this issue to the service centre guys and he said that this phone needs to be sent back to the company. They mentioned that it would require a time slot of 40 days. I got this phone after 3 months after the completion of warranty period and that too with the problem being resolved.

          I haven't seen such a cheap mobile and their services in past.

            I have purchased the A87/Micromex mobile as on 04 Nov 2011 from Aditya Mobile Shopee - Maharashtra Pune (Cash Memo no - 192).

            I am facing lots of problems while using this mobile. (Eg. Heat Up, Force Close, Hang etc.)

            After facing such problems, I have visited 3 times to your service station (Kavya Enterprises, Shop no-51, Patil Plaza, Mandal Chowk, Swargate,Pune),

            still the problems is not resolved, & I have also registered the complaint on your Micromax Superfone Helpline no[protected]

            & the Complaint Number is :- [protected]

            Due to this I want the replacement of my Handset ASAP, or else I will go to Consumer Court.

                i had perchase micromax A75 mobile on 23/09/2012 from ahmedabad but after using this mobile in very short time problem occur like speker not work after that i had given to service centre situated at FF-109 sayona centre naroda road memko cross road ahmedabad after resolve problem again its working properly but after some times over new problem occure which was same speaker problem with one new problem like damage sd card so again i had given to service centre on 22/11/2012 again they resolve problem and its working .after some days same problem come then again i had given to service centre on 05/01/2013 .as service person told it will take time minimum 15 days. after complete this duration and contact with service person he told that you can collect mobile so i went to service centre to collect mobile on 19/1/2013, but when i check mobile so that was not repair and new problem came like screen touch not working so he was told that you can use this mobile we have not part so it will take time .so still my mobile not working properly.

                in that case my request to you that please change with another same mobile because in this mobile this much problem and i am suffering to much please take on this priority base and do needful for that, you can understand how i am suffering with this mobile , please resolve it

                    I didnt download anything since i do not have the Internet in my phone . I got the message "Thankss for downloading MBIZ game fromBSNL You have been charged Rs 50." . I have the trial version game of it previously, now when i try to access the trial version it is requesting for unlock code. I didnt get the unlock code at all.                       Sub – ( regarding about my new purchase fun book of micromax)

                      Sir ,
                      I purchased a micromax funbook on 07/02/2013 . but when I connected to the dongle with that funbook , it is not supported & the error is occurred .
                      Error - USB STORAGE DAMAGED.
                      When I go to dealer to replace that, he send me to service centre..& when I go to SERIVCE CENTRE they says your FUNBOOK has no problem…
                      my dongle is supported to other device also… problem is in my MICROMAX FUNBOOK… but the dealer & service centre send me to each other… they make me fool.

                        I ordered 2 Micromax A110 Canvas 2 (white) phones worth 17578/-. After 3 weeks also the status shows "Awaiting Shipment" and they informed me that they cannot commit on color. Before placing the order their Executive Shivali Rawat told me that they have White color and then only I placed the order because I wanted phones in White color only. Then after their this email I created request for cancellation of order. They said they have raised the complaint and they will cancel it in 2-3 days but after 3 days also the compliant is not yet cancelled, status shows "Awaiting Shipment". Now they are no picking up the phone and if they pickup the phone they put me on hold or mute for long time and then suddenly they disconnect the call.Please help me in getting my refund back. Your help will really be appreciated.

                            This is to inform you that on 22.01.2013 i order Micromax Canvas 2 White with mirchimart.com and after so many excuse finally they dispatch my mobile on 06.02.2013 when i order that time they told me that the mobile is IN Stock but as soon as i place my order next day when i ask them about the status they inform me that the product is out of stock,after so many excuses finally i received my mobile on 08.02.2013 and that one also wrong colour.                               I am having Micromax Tab p350 which is only 4 months old am having issues with the battery, i have to charge it many times a day i visited one of micromax authosrized service center but it was very disappointing to know that they just bluff with the customers, they refused to change the battery by giving some illogical excuses. Please do help!

                                my name is vishal sharma and i belong to jalandhar, punjab. I purchased a mobile phone named MICROMAX NINJA SUPERFONE (Model A87, M_IMEI-[protected], S_IMEI-[protected]) from local store Mobile House (address-phagwara gate , near bhagat singh chowk jalandhar)on date 19/09/2012 (warranty from 19/09/2012 to 18/09/2013). After 3 months my mobile phone got heated up automatically and gives low battery charging symbol ven its charged for hours and start getting heat up. I complaint about this to GOPAL SERVICE CENTRE SHOP NO.36, SILVER PLAZA COMPLEX, OPP.SANJOG PALACE,SODAL ROAD,JALANDHAR -144041 on 20/12/2013.They told me that there is IC HEAT UP Problem and Some BATTERY problem so they send my handset to the chandigarh Micromax repair branch for repair.They told me to wait for 10 days.After 10 days i went there to get my mobile phone back they told me to wait again for more 10 days.After 10 days i make a call to chandigarh branch for the progress of repair they said that there is no status available of your mobile phone yet and please wait for more 7 days. Then i make a call to Gopal service centre for the mobile phone they said that company have not send your mobile phone back.please wait for 10 more days.ANd today on 6/02/2013 i again called the Chandigarh service centre to get the status of my mobile they again telling me to wait for more 7 days and told me that your phone is not here, your mobile phone is in Gopal service centre and again i called the Gopal service centre too for my mobile phone the madam sitting there told me that your phone is not here and wait for 7 days. i warned them that i am going to register my compaint on consumer court forum. She told me rudely to get my complaint registered.Please sir help me to get my phone back.I am very Thankful to you.

                                  I'm Chander Parkash from faridabad.
                                  I have submitted MMX A52 mobile to sec 29, faridabad service center on 22 Jan 2013 they said that you will get this phone within 15 days, but when I called to the CCE of micromax on 1 or 2 feb then they said it will take 15 days more and today(06/02/2013) again called the CCE then they said that we cannot say how much time it will take.

                                  So tell me about this type of worst service..

                                  I need my phone back within 2 days or replace that phone..

                                    I ordered a Micromax A110 Canvas 2 mobile phone on 19th january with order number MVP0018531 from the website www.myvirtualplaza.com.The site showed that they have the product in stock but when I placed the order.They have promised to deliver the product within 3 to 7 days.Now 17 days have passed since I ordered the phone.There is no response to emails and phone calls.The phones are either switched off or busy all the time.This is outright cheating .If they dont have the product in stock they should inform the customers and refund their money immediately .They have no right to keep our money with them without delivering the product.If any one has received the product please inform us .I would be thankful if any one in Hyderabad help us in this matter

                                      We bought a mobile Micromax Full Touch Dual Sim Phone - X331 - White Colour through Homeshop18.com vide order no.[protected] dt.17oct,2012 for Rs1999.The product has one year warranty.but phone's touch screen stopped working within a month of receiving the product.we wrote the complaint to Homeshop18 customer care on 29th November,2012 vide submit ticket no. 76830565.On their advice we gave the phone in manufacturer's service center at Panchkula for repair on 5th Dec,2012.After many visits,on 9th Jan,2013 the service center people said they cannot repair the phone and we are free to take the product as it is. We phoned the Homeshop18 customer care centre, they told us to wait till 31st Jan,2013.But nothing has been done till date that is 6th Feb,2013.Now we cannot put up more with the harassment,we want our money back. We made three written complaints to Homeshop18.com vide ticket no 76830565,29Nov,2012;76980485,4thDec,2012;78118637,10Jan,2013 and numerous phone calls
                                      It seems the company wants us to take the defective mobile as they called us to deliver the phone on 7th Feb, 2013 but we asked them to deliver at our home as had been promised by them.We wanted to check the mobile with sim.They promised to deliver it at home but never turned up.
                                      received the repaired phone on 16th Feb, 2013, delivered at home.Thanks a lot.
