Hi,
i bought a micromax A100 on 15th October 2012. It started getting hanged within a few months, they formatted the phone, and updated the software saying, this problem wont happen again. But same problem started again, plus in addition to this, the earpiece stopped working properly and the phone also started heating a lot. I went to the customer center on 9th Feb 2013, who said that please submit your phone and within a week or 10 days your phone will be serviced and your problem will be solved. I called them up in 7 days to ask about my phone, i was said that it will take take another 7 days, so i waited another 7 days and called them up again. This time also they only said another 7 days as parts had not come. And told me maximum 7 more days. I called them up in 7 days again, and again they are saying the same thing, 7 more days. I have been constantly been harassed by them every week. And in addition that when i asked will my warranty of my phone be increased because it has been now 1 month, there answer was no your warranty wont be increased. Now i don't want that phone. I have been harassed enough. Please do something.

    i have purchased Micromax canvas2 smartphone from timtara.com on 29 jan 2013 by giving full payment of 9189 on the same day.( - Order #[protected]
    But uptill now 9 March 2013 product is not delivered yet and the customer care no of the company are abusing me and saying you will never get the product or wait for 1 year.
    Plz help me ASAP.

      i have purchased a mmx androi phone ninja A87
      after two months suddenly it sttopped working..
      i visited nearest service centre Vasu mobile repaire
      jain plaza bilaspur..

      i have given a jobsheet no.

      date was 06/12/12

      first they were telling my headset to headoffice i have to wait for a month...i waited ...nothing happened...
      after 45 days dey told me my headset is not going to be repired company will provide me a same new phone ...they told
      i have to wait some more time
      .
      .
      yesterday a call from centre...

      i visited vasu mobile but my phone didnt started

      also dat is not a new one....
      that is old one in same condition



      i talked a incharge Niraj ji...but he didnt helped..

      i have losted my patience..plz take some action
      i am waiting for my phone more than 3 and half months..

          I had purchase Micromax Mobile Model No.X490 on Dt.24/02/2012 from a Registered vendor at Aurangabad. IMEI No.[protected] alongwith 1 year Warranty. Since July 2012 i found some problem regarding Incoming Call voice, But at that time i assume that this is an network issue. hence ignored but from Oct 2012 & onwards the problem is growing day by day. due to this i can't use my mobile completely. so i have approched to Micromax Service center namely SMART MOBILE SERVICES, AURANGABAD & submitted invoice copy & handset. Service center has kept my handset for 15 days & thereafter says that the related part is not available with us. The same should be ordered to company. I said ok no problem. Ater some days service center says that It is not possible to solve the issue at our end for this purpose we are sending handset to Pune company office. So the handset is sent on Dt.03/11/2012 to company office. In between i have visited many times to S. C. but they say that we don't know the status of your mobile, whenever it is ok you will be informed by SMS. The Company has also kept my handset for 1 & half month for repairs purpose & again sent to SC at Aurangabad. Thereafter SC called me to collect my handset & the same is received. The Handset is used by for 3-4 days thereafter again i found that there is no INCOMING CALL VOICE. Again i go to SC and shows the problem in Jan Month, they kept also 20 days again. Then again i have received my mobile on 06/03/2013 & check it but SAME ISSUE. NOW MY WARRANTY PERIOD IS OVER. NOW WHAT TO DO ? SC SAYS THAT IF WARRANTY PERIOD IS EXPIRED WE CAN'T DO ANYTHING. PLEASE HELP

            I have gave my mobile to repairing on 23 Jan'13 at Micromax Service center at Nasik(The only Service Center in the city). My cell has got problem in couple of days after purchase. It's been more than 40 days so far and still they are not deliver it back. Despite of calling at the service center every single day they do not even bother to reply with a firm delivery date. Many times nobody respond to calls, sometimes we get answers wrong number, sometimes we get answer concern person is not here. This is very frustrating and disappointing experience by a emerging Brand like Micromax. If they really want to establish as good brand in market, they should give equal importance to post sale service as Marketing.

              Dear Sir,
              I had purchased Micromax A50 last year in may month. After purchasing mobile it works 3 months properly . After that I put my mobile on my back pocket . Screen goes blank and damaged. I repaired it at local sservice center . again after 4 months my screen damaged and i gave at service center so that I can get rid of this problem. Its has been only 2 week time again due to just at simple knock my mobile is damaged. Now they are not taking any kind of responsibility and telling me its physical damaged . But I think my peice is faulty from begining . Please suggest me and still 2 month is left in my warranty period. I am from Vadodara.

                I had bought Micromax Handset Canvas-2 on 25th Nov' 12 and on 24th Feb' 13, suddenly the speaker of the handset stopped working. I went to the Service Center located in Noida- Sec-18 (SLR-Salora International Limited, FF107, Ansal Fortune Arcade Building, Sec-18, Noida (Tel[protected] But the same is not yet rectified as its been more than 2 weeks. The service center people are still saying the same thing that it will take more than 1 month as parts have not yet recieved. They are not able to provide proper timeline for the same. Kindly acknowledge and get the problem rectified.

                Problem:- There was automatic on/off and speaker problem in this mobile .
                I have complained in service center (Maa vaishnav communication, Patna) on 28.10.2009 and this service center called me after one month (29/11/2009). I went there many time in this service center but this mobile could not prepared and speak you come after one week & this problem is till now 21/12/2009.

                Problem:- Set Dead : no wokring problem in this mobile .
                I have complained in service center Pushpak Enterprises, Opp. Kartar Motors, Red Road, Kurukshetra on 04.01.2010 and this service center called me after 15 days (19/01/2010). I went there many time in this service center but this mobile could not prepared and speak you come after one week & this problem is till now 01/02/2010.

                hi I'm Gaurav Malik, customer of micro max mobile company. I'm purchase the mobile micromax-x118 in may month which are dead in 15 days. I'm going to service centre of micro max in noida sec-22. where he say you come after 15 days. but when i going to service center his extend time period again 15 days and this process his delay 7 month and give my mobile in 29 december but my mobile not properly work first complaint are not solve and other problem are created and my mobile's iemi no are also changed. when i going once again in same service center he say your mobile open in local shop so his not take my complaint when i getback written about this term his not agree.

                My handset is under warranty, but the service centre is not giving any proper answer to me even after 40 days from my complaint.I called to the Micromax Customer care many a times during time, but everytime they give me a date after 7 days, saying your device is still under process, it will get repaired in 7 days. but after 50 days service centre gave my phn with swap condition new set (DIDNT TRUST SERVICE CENTER ) becouse i use only 2 days suddenly stop that working and this time problem on touch screen that not working.

                Again i deposied my device to the micromax service centre in kanpur ( SP - MOBILE SERVICE POINT 63/2, C(9), BALA JI COMPLEX, THE MALL, KANPUR A -208001, TEL :[protected], [protected] ) under the job sheet no - N[protected], again with the same i also made a complaint on the Micromax customer care about my device under complaint no.-[protected] .

                i dint got my handset repaired yet the company is just giving false hopes and keep on committing useless dates to me, about my device getting repaired. and the service centre rarely answers the call. Please help me out with this problem.

                What a big mistake I made of purchasing this company hand set. I should have listened the friends.

                Your services are very poor standing at Zero level.

                    When I operate Canvas 2 mobile I had the following problems:-
                    (1) Wi- Fi of set does not work
                    (2) Camera generates Bad Quality Images
                    (3) Dual Core Processor of internet slowly browse webpages.
                    When I went to Paragon Mobile Store for resolving problem, I was directed to went to Micromax Service Centre, Anand Plaza, Udaipur where I came to notice that the same mobile handset was sold earlier also to another consumer name Mr. Hozifa. Sir I want my money back or replacement of new handset otherwise I will file Court case against the dealer or Micromax Company.

                      I buy a micromax X455 touch Phone from homeshop 18. The touch of that is not working properly. when i call someone the phone get hanged. then i not cut or do anything in the phone. i mean to say ki kuch hota hi nahi hai phone me na toh cut hota hai.
                      I went to so many service centres of micromax. but no one get any sufficient responce to me...

                        I have submitted my handset at service center at Mobile Point-Shop No.-06, Chimteemani Apts., Opp. Dagdi School, St. John the Baptist High School Road, Nr Taloo Pali, Behind Amrapali Hotel, Charai Thane (W)- on 1st feb. 2013.

                        This is 1month, I have not received my handset. It is very difficult to stay without mobile phone as I am using 2 sim cards with 2 different nos. Keeping good faith on the Micromax Company I have purchased the handset.
                        Requesting you to please look into the matter and do necessary positive action to get my mobile hand set back in proper condition or provide with me another Handset.

                          I purchased a Micromax A25 on 31st Dec 2012 but within a month the phone stated giving display problem[WHITE LCD] So on 13th Feb 2013 I take it to the Service Center Address of Service Center is JMV ENTERPRISES LINE NO-11 HOME NO-270 2ND FLOOR BHALUBASA JAMSHEDPUR. At the service center they checked my phone and got the problems and asked me handover the phone to them.I submitted it to them with BATTERY & with out accessories i got a receipt from service center few detail is printed on it. Jobsheet no-E[protected]. I also got a Message from them on My mobile [protected] that they will inform me when my mobile is repaired.
                          the service center people told me it will take 1 day for Minor problem & maximum 15 days for Major problem but its been More than 15 days My Mobile is still not repaired. Every time i call them they they give same lame excuse that i have to wait for some more days because of this or that.Now i want complete return of my money from company if they do this type of after sales service soon the hype of this company is going to end.                             i buyed a handset form a retailer of micromax mobile Rs. 2100/- 5 month back. but within a 2 month the handset switch off. when i taken the phone to the micromax care in our locality near by me they put the phone with them for 2 month after retunning the handset than also the same problem was running. when ever i go to the care they only tell me that they dint have the solution for the phone.
                            please sir i will be very thank full. please solve my problem.

                              I am salman shaikh, just a month ago i buy the micromax ninja a57 mobile it was working well for a month,afterword it start hanged
                              and there is no voice when someone call to mee. I went to micromax care centre in vashi named as SAI TELECOM the person told
                              me that it will take 10days for a problem to resolve so i had no choice i deposited my mobile on 16feb 2013, 10days had gone but still
                              the person is not interested in my problem they constantly replying some or the another reasons but they are'nt bother to solve my problem
                              and submit my mobile....i got message as well as call from the care center that the problem has resolved but how come i din't got my
                              mobile to mee till now....MICROMAX is just fooling to their customer.

                              Note: I have the original bill of the authorize center.

                              I have bought canvas 4 on 1st of october from flipkart. it doesn, t have a multiwindow option, no call reject or add to reject list option appears in it, system shows only 12.5gb internal memory but the company says 16gb, poor camera quality inspite of 13 mp rere camera, poor battery backup. I went to service center at lalpur they says they have no idea regarding this phone, I went to authorised micromax showroom at hari om tower, ranchi they say that it might be a manufacturing defect... now what should I do... please suggest

                              I bought Micromax Canvas Knight A350 Black on 1/11/2014 at
                              Balaji Mobiles, Valasaravakkam, Chennai. Bill No.6394. model code:SERMOB0431.
                              not even a month from purchase the mobile stopped woking. I gave it for repair
                              at micromax point at kodambakkam. Job sheet date 27/11/2014, & complaint
                              no. S[protected]. Ist day Pushparaj the one at the front desk told me
                              that battery was to be replaced & asked me to come after 2 day. He after 3
                              days called me & said its motherboard problem which needs replacement &
                              will be done in a week. For past 2 weeks he says that motherboard is yet to
                              come! I was completely dependanat on the smart phone based on which I was doing
                              accessing my company emails & vital documents, but now i feel handicapped
                              with negligent response from micromax that least cares for its consumers. I can
                              also be reached at [protected](spouse's cell). pls do the needful so, i can get
                              my mobile fixed or replaced with new one since It's hardly a month where
                              micromax took a toll at my office routine!!

                              I have been using my Micromax Knight A290 mobile for under 3 months. There was a problem with the charging port less than a month and I went to the service center in Richmond town, Bangalore.

                              They said it would take a week, but apparently 'fixed' it after a month. About 3 weeks after giving it back, my phone still isn't charging properly. The port is faulty and doesn't charge at times. I am very upset with the service and specially the fact that the phone I got is a faulty one. This phone is pretty new and these problems aren't meant to occur at this point. I want to lodge a service complaint and would like to be assisted at the earliest.
                              I bought new Macromax A-290 model on 26/09/2014.
                              from New mobile city, kondhwa. Invoice no- 675.

                              I had problem in mobile so submitted it to macromax service centre M/s S4 Telecom patil plaza, pune

                              also talked with Mr Bharat Sarmaji (m)[protected] delhi head office but in vain.

                              I had submitted this phone 3 times for this problem to service centre at pune and they are asking me to wait more 30 days from today.

                              1st complaint reference no MMX [protected] W[protected] on 4/12/2014 they give me back my phone on 22/12/2014

                              2nd complaint no MMX [protected] W[protected]-15262627 on 26/02/2015 they give me back my phone on 28/02/2015

                              3rd complaint no MMX [protected] W[protected] on 25/03/2015 and phone is still with them currently.

                                when the set become dead and not functioning we give it to the micromax service center of moradabad at 24/01/2013 and even after 1 month they didn't repair it and not responding to our complaints and increasing the time of repairing of it.

                                  I am herewith lodging this complaint against an Indian mobile Company by name MICROMAX MOBILES.
                                  Sir, I purchased a mobile handset of Model Micromax A57 Ninja-3 handset on[protected] @ Rs.4800/- from a local dealer at Hyderabad city.(purchase receipt & warranty card is held with me, if needed I can send its scan copies to you)

                                  The summary of complaint is : On third day o[censored]sage I found that the handset is hanging up almost three or four times a day, and when I drag out the battery and again re insert it, then it starts as usual, due to time shortage I could not visit the service centre but after that I went to the service centre (on[protected] and demand for replacement of it but the employees of the centre told me that if I was approach with in a week then it was replaced, I agreed with them and deposited handset ( scan copy of service centre receipts is herewith attached) for repairing they told me that the handset will be returned in next day but they did not return it till 15 days(mentioning the reason that the motherboard is not in stock and we have to wait till its receive from the company). but when I warned them to approach before consumer forum they returned it in two days (after 15 days) AS IT IS (they did not repair it).

                                  Also I was in contact with micromax mobile company concerned team on emails they also replied me that very soon my problem will be solved.but they failed to solve my problem in time... I have their emails replies, if needed I will send it to you also...

                                  I am facing the same problem as it was before deposited. Again I called them mentioning that they did not replace its motherboard and returned " AS IT IS", then they again advised me to deposited the handset for some days.Sir, I purchased this phone for my use and not to kept with the serive centre all the time.

                                  Sir, I observed at the service centre that daily, 5 to 7 customers are complaining the same defect of handset and I asked them they are telling that since 2 months the service centre employees saying that the handset is not ready.( Your team can inspect the service centre and observe how many customers are facing problems.

                                  Hence I want my amount(Rs.4800/-)back with compensation from the company as this model is not proper manufactured that's why every handset of same model occurs the hangup problem as well the battery backup problem.In fact, the company is cheating with the people and it should be published in every newspapers, so that other people will be aware with this handsets.....

                                  Looking forward with a hope from your side... please take necessary action against the company and needed I can approach to your court anywhere in hyderabad city.

                                    I have bought the Micromax phone about 45 days ago. Touch pad is not working so I went to Service Center of Micromax. Twice mobile is repaired by Service Center Still Touch Pad is not working. I requested to change Touch Pad . He replied very rudely that "You do what you can. Touch Pad neither repaired or changed" and this type of talking with Ladies which is not acceptable at all.

                                    I would like to mention that I have original bill and Mobile is under warranty.If you needed that i able to provide it.

                                      I have purchased Micromax A100 Handset from Croma retail .com. After using for one month I notice that Handset having issue with Network. It is dual sim phone. When I use 1st SIM as internet connection & not brousing anything 2nd SIM gets off ( totally off & showing that SIM id OFF on screen). I visited to Micromax service center in Pune & they taken 2-3 days for repair the handset ( they updated software & also motherboard) but problem not get solved. After visiting for 7-8 times at last they said that handset has problem & could not be repair. Pls ask help to Micromax call center. But customer service representative told me that this model is like that only ..I convinced him that second sim can be out of covrage while using 1st sim as internet connection on ( not brousing) ... but he not convinced & not given any solution as well. I have taken this handset to use both sim but I always swithed off with 2nd sim ....
                                      Micromax service center persons convinced that this handset has problem of network as he used this handset for 2-3 days ...

                                      Need your help to get me hard earned money back or replace this faulty handset with new one ( without issue ) ...
