I have purchased a Micromax Funbook Pro Tablet from Ezone Mumbai (powai branch) post which I have faced 3 major issues, Micromax has given me a horrifying a experience -

Kindly consider for the damages on bad customer experience and my refund:-
-Defective Product not replaced
-Company Authorized Service center is not having basic spares for 1 month of a newly lunched product
-Company call center is refusing to refund the money and process any replacement

My Product Details are -

Call center number[protected] is completely choked and not availed .Was able to get through after 200+ attempts

I had dropped my Micromax Funbook Pro Tablet – which is a authorized service center but have no spares to even repair the defective product and rights for a replacement -

      Complaint- Bill No. 09-GE08-12SICD 514-

      My daughter got a Micromax tab Funbook P300 as a gift from her uncle for her birthdaythey bought it from Vijay Sales- Goregaon Hub. From the day 1 its camera is non functional & it also has lot of problems.

      I work for a communications agency & travel a lot, that's why I could not come to Vijay sales to address the issue immediately within that month.

      On Saturday 29th I went to request Vijay sales to replace the tab (which is not even used and is in perfect condition physically). They plainly refused to help me. I even went to store in-charge & asked for his help. He offered me to get the piece repaired, which I declined as I am expecting a replacement. He was not ready to give me Micromax's Manager's number nor e mail id.

      I am surprised to find such sub-standard products from the esteemed organization & such a pathetic service from the trader.



      I am expecting my grievance to be addressed ASAP. Trust you will help me.

        sir,
        I had purchased a micromax funbook P350 tablet from mukesh s.t.d durg i have a problem i want to replace it but the shop owner not replacing when i open the box of the tab the charger is not working and when i asked the shop owner he replace the charger but 2nd day the battery backup not so good i have called micromax customer care they told that they have a 7 days replacement policy of the product they told that just go to the shop from where you purchase he will replace it but he wants the D.O.A but D.O.A. policy is not applicable in our state this information about the D.O.A. is provided by the micromax customer care. the customer care executive told me that the shop owner will replace it without the D.O.A. Then also he is not replacing I too went to the micromax service center of durg he check out the tablet and cant do any thing right inspite that he increases the problem of my tab. after that my tab is hanged and switching off when i remove the charger pin from the tab.

        Micromax P350 — after service center phone is not working

        i am buy a micro max handset purchased on DEC 2012 from fridabad the handset is not working and hanging and many times shut down if we open any social networking sites and produce more heat.then went 6 time service center but problem is not gone.after ... may request please give solution.....

          it is in a very good condition till last week,but when we are working with it suddenly switched off.but when it is turned on first shown micromax logo then fun book and it loads for several minutes and not displaying main screen. it just display a white screen and it hang out with that white screen........:(

              mobile price - 4900/-INR. i am a simple person and getting mental harassment because of this issue. and i had spent 3200/-INR on my medical treatment.

              automatically totally dead after that i have contacted to micro-max customer care number[protected], some one pick the call and said sir please contact our micro-max android customer care [protected] after that I have contact on particulars no[protected] some one picked the call and he has given west Delhi service center details that is Inder Info-care UG -17 vishwadeep towers janakpuri district center new delhi - 110058 phone number[protected].

              I have visited service center Inder info-care he said please bring complete mobile box set photo copy of mobile bill with original bill next day i have again visited service centers with complete mobile box set and original bill . after that service center provided me one certificate
              (certificate no. DN[protected] regarding replacement on 15/09/2012 and said please submitted your handset and certificate our dealer madhu communication and with in seven working days your handset will be replaced from madhu communication dealer side i said OK and i have submitted complete mobile box set with certificate or bill on 15/09/2012 and i follow all the procedure as per Inder infocare service center now its 21 october 1 month and 1 weak gone but my handset is not yet replaced from dealer or micro-max side and today.

                  I had bought Micromax Ninja A87 on 23rd September 2012 from Croma store, Rajouri Garden New Delhi.
                  The phone is not performing as per the features promised by Micromax.
                  Problems in the phone (Micromax Ninja A87):-
                  • The phone does not operate at the speed of 1 GHz.
                  • The phone does not support most of the games and applications available on the internet.
                  • The touch is not such responsive.
                  • The phone exits the internet browser and all applications abruptly while using them without warning.
                  • Live wallpapers do not stay on the home screen after some time.
                  • The music playback through headphones is not clear and is shrieky.
                  • If i paste an icon on the home screen, it disappears when the phone is restarted after switching off.

                  First I visited the Croma store, who expressed their inability to help me and guided me to the customer care of Micromax.
                  I called the customer care centre and they told me to go to the service centre.
                  I went to the service centre in Kalkaji and I was told that these problems are related to the software and there was nothing that could be done about the phone as all the handsets were alike. There were several other people who had the same problems.
                  We were all told by the service engineer that no third party applications would work on these phones, which negates the very purpose of android phones.
                  They told us to again contact the customer care and talk to them regarding any third party applications. The customer care again advised me to go back to the service centre. I then requested the customer care to tell me the procedure to get a refund as the phone was not delivering the goods as per the specifications. The person on the phone said ok bye and disconnected the call.
                  Now all i want is to return the phone.
                  I purchased micromax a87 mobile on jan 3rd and after 20 days its not working properly like incoming calls voice cant here properly & automatically my mobile hanging & switching off showing battery low. im not at all happy buying this mobile. and even i checked with ovez service center also, then also the same thing is repeating now also & the following problems i am facing...


                  1. The phone does not support most of the games and applications available on the internet.
                  2. he touch is not such responsive.
                  3.The phone exits the internet browser and all applications abruptly while using them without warning.
                  4.Live wallpapers do not stay on the home screen after some time.

                    Submitted the Micromax funbook as there was a problem with the display panel of the Tablet at Ujjwal Telcom on 24th Sept 2012 model no p300/sermob0117/2300e2724611a1c request no e[protected] for replacement of PCB but till date there is no positive response . It has been nearly 22 days but the matter has not been sorted out .

                    Kindly look in the matter as I am totally fedup with the excuses of the service centre

                        Hello My name is Anjan Kumar Nayak and am living in Bhubaneswar, Odisha. I have Purchased a Mobile Phone made by MICROMAX Model No. C-115 on 6th June 2012 from Bhubaneswar. But after using the Phone for just 4-Months I felt the Battery Problem i.e the Battery didn't Provide Back Up after full Charge and finally one day the Mobile Phone got Switched Off Permanently.

                        Then I lodged a Complain against the Battery at Bhubaneswar MICROMAX Service Center on 27th Sept. 2012. They told me there is a Problem in the Battery, so they will exchange the Battery because I was in the Warranty Period. They told me it will take minimum 7-days to Provide me the new battery as they didn't have the stock in their store.

                        But yet after 15 days they are Playing with me and telling that there is a Problem in the Head Office, therefore we are unable to Provide you the battery.Sometimes they are telling me there is no Stock of the Particular Battery in the store of the Head Office and it will take another 15 Days to Provide you.
                        So my Complain is that if the Company hasn't the capacity to Provide a Battery after damage of Old one then why should they Sell the Product ? They should stop selling these kind of Mobile Phones.

I deposited it in service centre at Kalka Ji on 19-Sep-2012 and they give me 7 days time to solve the problem but it has been past more than half month no response found from your side.                             I admitted my MICROMAX h/s which of model no is X285, Which was sending for repair L3 on 03/09/2012, your authorised service center M/s MOBILE PLAZA,Gwalior.

                            To-day i received my h/s .. When check that is not completed repair. Some major fault with camera problem in the find in h/s. When i say about this problem your service center ..that one guys say to me your h/s has been out of warranty as per POP date.

                            Now that time your h/s will not be repair in under warranty .. that problem solve be chargeable.. I am ready to repair.After repairing my h/s is OK. they will charged 100/- Rs..

                            When i demand to pay amount of bill they provide normal slip it was write stamp and sign of your service center M/s MOBILE PLAZA..

                            (Note:- It is not good for MICROMAX customers.. Pls do something and revert my money it is normal amount but it is wrong way to earn extra money..)

                              i had bought my micromax handset one day before and now i am facing problem in its speaker.so i went to the shopkeeper to replace my handset but he is denying from refunding it,he ask me to go to the micromax service center but how can a day before bought cell can be brought to service centre.I had trying so many times for the replacement but he refuses for that,and the set has speaker problm too much

After the two month of purchasing there is problem in handset camera and charging.For this i have submit the mobile to nearest service centre after checking the handset service centre person said that it will take 15to20 days to repair the same.The concern person provide the mobile after 18 days and when i checked the mobile at home than again create the problem it's touch screen is not working than again i visit the service centre and he ensure me that he will replace the handest and provide the new one within 10 day but after 10 days he said he will provide the same handset after re paring and not giving the actual time to provide the same.I am suffering from all this from two month and not gettig satisfactory answer till now.Please do the needul and provide me the new handset as committed by the service centre person.

                                4} so at last i have register a complaint in police station regarding your service partner and your company and also in consumer court .
                                Dear sir,


                                I bought a micromax mobile handset A -250 Blue. Which has stopped working. Now when i showed to Micromax service centre.they said it can not be repaired unde warranty and i have to pay Rs. 7200/- When i asked the reason of set is not getting switch on. They said that it happened due to water. When i told them that this set never came to contact of water. Then replied it could happend due to fog and moist. If it happened due to moist and fog it could be coverd under warranty.


                                Please help to get my set repaired or replaced with new one as it seems some malfunctioning of equipment.

                                  I purchased funbook on 14 july'12. Within 8 days the charger went off. I purchased from Vijay Sales-Ghodbunder. But they were not in position to give service center details. I ran from Pillar to Post for getting the service center details. Once I got a person who said he is dealer of Micromax. He said the charger needs to be replaced & the funbook to be formatted. He kept the funbook for 8 hrs to format the funbook. After he formatted my funbook is not starting. In the span of 2 and half months I didn't use the funbook. Pls reply what should be done.

                                    Sir , i purchased a mobile MICROMAX S222 from CITY MOBILE CENTER , SATNA , ON 10 OCT 2011 with One Year warranty.                                       i have purchased micromax x271 on 14/05/202 from mobile store, after five days of purchased its ringer stopped working, but i was busy so i was using phone on vibration mode, after sometime one of its softkey stopped working and than it started showing earphone plug in and out, so i called on their customer care number i.e [protected] and asked for service centre address she gave me add of a center in lalbagh i visited there, and told all these things on 22/09/2012(Saturday)job sheet no.N[protected] . they told me that they will give me handset on Monday as sure. i visited ser. centre on tuesday but they said your handset motherboard is damaged and we have sended it to our H.O. without informing me they did everything. than the said we will give you your handset on 05/10/2012. So i visited today but the handset was not working properly and when i said its not working, they started dominating me that it is working good. as the ringer is still not working and its very hard to press * and left soft key.

                                        we have ordered a set of MicromaxQ-22 Instruments from Home Shop-18 by the name of Yogini Kharche, Indore according to offer they were supposed to send me the yellow and green instruments. but by default i got both yellow models. when i have complaint at Homeshop18 customer care they said to send us back the instruments but they were not providing any return receipt we were expecting the return shipment from their side first after one month we decided to keep that yellow colours only and opened the box pack. after 2days one of my instrument IMEI no. [protected]/[protected] suddenly stopped working there were no displays and only white screen was there. again we called at homeshop18, they suggested to send the instrument at their local service centre Akhil Traders,33/2 Choti Gwaltoli, indore theit CST/TIN no. is [protected]. we have submitted the instrument to them on 29th of Aug after one month they messaged us to collect the instrument but they are providing Micromax Q3 instrument in place of my faulty instrument.

                                        The matter is that we have submitted the brand New piece of Q22 yellow to them but they are returning me the old Used Q-3 instrument to me.

                                        is this justified . the concern Person at Akhil Traders and the company people trying to cheat us. we have paid in July and still we cant use the instrument.

                                        i have also enclosed the invoice copies for your reference.

                                        I need your help i m really getting so disappointed with this things. even the people not replying politely to us.
