Dear Sir,

I have purchased Micromax X510 PIKE on 4th March 2011. Now the Problem is Touch pad is not working. Due to touch pad problem Mobile can not be Unlocked once it's locked automatically. The problem was found on the next day of the purchase of the mobile. I went to shop and trying to get solution, they said that contact service centre. I went to Service centre @ Kodambakkam in Chennai. Without checking my mobile the simply said that need to the Touch pad it will take 1 month time. I got confused why should I change the Touch pad without checking mobile and for new Mobile. There is no proper response to get solution for my problem. Please assist me to my problem.

Dear Sir,

I have purchased Micro max X510 . Now the Problem is Touch pad is not working. i visited the nearest service center divya communications, Vijayawada, Adhara pradesh, south India and handed over the handset for repair on 19 Th October, 2011, still date it is pending. There is no proper response to get solution for my problem. Please assist me to my problem.

      I have purchased a MICROMAX X505 handset in MARCH 2011. After 3 days, I found the touch screen not working complitly.I have complaint that to the side office the same. He said, "I have sent the handset to MICROMAX CARE but new touch screen plat not avaliable. When new touch screen came, the MICROMAX CARE will be replaced with the old."

      The MICROMAX policy that if NEW handset faulty we replace fully headset to NEW but this policy not applying here.

      I SAY TO ALL INDIAN-DON'T TAKE ANY HENDSET OF MICROMAX MOBILE. HIS WARRANTY/GUARANTEE ARE THIRD CLASS.
      I totally agree with you the same problem i faced, it's totally unprofessional organisation, there is no proper technology and only motto is to sale cheap set with maximum features by be fooling the customers.
      DON"T take any set of MICROMAX, it's disgusting [censored]

        I had given my Micromax Q55 (Twincle Hand Set) vide Order No.PRN/PA/EP/09020110 to your Service centre PRINTRONIX, S-529, School Block,Luxmi Nagar, Shakerpur, Delhi-91 on 9.2.11. The problem in hand Set is MIC not working. Several times i walk into the servioce centre, but they told me that MIC is not available at Co., Now from last week when i go to the service centre, i found that the service centre is closed.

        Kindly suggest me to where i collect my hand set. i also contact to your Luxmi Nagar Service Centre they also told me that to contact Customer Care. My Compalint No. is MMX[protected]

          I ahve purchased mobile q-75 in jan-11 but the vibrating is not working properly and i contact service center as mentiond in service book address at gandhinagar.

          But at this location i know this service center is closed before two months and no service center in gandhinagar and then i contact to bhavnagar(My netive Place) service center whica alredy closed before 6 months.

          In two city there is no single service center of micromax.

          I have purchase Micromax Mobile X600 form M/s Redial – Ahmedabad vide Invoice no 104 dated 9-9-2010, In Nov 2010 mobile was not charged due to some problem in mobile socket , I have given mobile to Micromax Service center at Mangalore , till date they are not repaired it , I do not get proper reply from them.
          Now I don’t have any cell phone, due to which I am suffering lot

          I have a canvas 4 model no A210. Which recently had a touch problem so I had submitted to nearest service center ( V care mobitron ) add: 105 1st floor rupa plaza abv idbi bank opp ghatkopar station east Mumbai 77. On 19 march 2015 I had submitted my mobile phone and got job sheet no 4380 and it was told to me mobile would be repaired in 7 working days. Their after I visited on 30th march to collect my phone and was surprised to find mobile was still not repaired again it was told to me it will take one more week. I was also assured by Mr nitesh who seems to be the senior that my mobile will be ready by 4 April. I instead on written confirmation which nobody was ready to give and I was told that they don't give written confirmation. Till date I have not got my phone back.

          I have never seen such poor service and irresponsible behaviour by big branded company. Horrible service !!!

          I gave a mobile "canvas gold" 1month ago whose 1 sim slot was not workin, charging problem and front camra problem. They called us after two day saying that problems are solved but only chraging problem was solve.. Other two was same.then they told that they will change the motherboard which will take a few days.. Now 1 month has passed but everyday ther are saying that yet part i.e motherboard is in order and it will take time. They are not talking properly.

          Most useless service centre. I gave my Micromax Canvas A1 cell to service center for repairing on 12/9/2015. Still not received it. Also tried contacting them mailing them but poor response. My cell is in warranty but they have just ignored it. Worst service centre. My jobsheet no. is W[protected] . Please look into the matter.

              Myself vivek kumar purchased micromax mobile model X360 dated 18.07.10 from Bokaro(Jharkhand)
              Since 21.03.11 a problem is occurring (Bad contact of charger).
              When I switch on mobile, possible to talk as many hours as I can. But as I put mobile after talking,low battery shut down signal comes & switched off.
              I went to service centre but those people told me that they don’t have battery of this model,so they can not check the problem. since last one month I am suffering due to your service centre people.
              At last they changed my charging connector but problem is as usual.
              Even I talked to Noida service centre but nothing happened.
              Why such service centre is there who are unable to help anyone.
              Why don’t you people provide the necessary accessories of complaint model

              Now tell me whether I should throw my mobile or fire it.

                I have purchased micromax mobile phone on 15.6.10 from , G.T.B.Nagar. It isnot working properly since 10.10.10. then i went to service centre in laxmi nagar . in this service centre i donot know what happens to mobile . it is almost dead. by your service centre my mobile is not working. now what to i do? I told the dealer about the same and he said that i will talk to company.
                Now i don't have any cell phone due to which i am suffering a lot.Kindly arrange a service provider immediately / a new set.Otherwise i will go to consumer court

                  hi, myself mukesh shriwastava r/o. yavatmal. my complaint is that i had purchased mobile phone MICROMAX CUBE X550 (imei no. [protected], [protected]) in rs. 4100/- on dtd 28th feb 2011 from Balaji Electronics & Mobile Accessories, Datta Chowk Yavatmal. Afetr used it 2 to 3 days i came to know that the mobile has no battery backup more than half day, thats why i told this problem to the shopkeeper on dtd. 6th March 2011 and shopkeeper told me to go in MICROMAX SERVICE CENTRE (MEERA COMMUNICATION). When i went at this service centre the owner told me give mobile phone in his possesion for one day for checking, thats why i had given it to him on dtd. 8th march 2011 when i asked him for receipt he told me that we will issue u D.O. for replacement thats why i will not giving u job card. and after one day on 9th march 2011 when i go there (in service centre) he told me to submit all the mobile accesories for checking thats why i submitted all accesories to them on same day. then after two days when i go there he told me that thare is a strike of micromax company so u have to wait whenever it closed. so he taken mobile phone in his possesion 9 to 10 days and on dated 19 th march he given me mobile phone and said that go to the shopkeeper he will issuing u D.O for replacemnet. then on dtd. 20th march i will go there to the shopkeeper about the replacement said by service centre owner, then he taken mobile phone in his possesion and said that come after 10 days we will replace it. and after 10 when i go there he given me same mobile phone and told that there is no need to replace it i solve the problem. so i take the mobile phone from shopkeeper on dtd. 31 march. but after that day when i used it i came to know that he does not done anything just giving me mobile phone in same condition thaen i contacted micromax customer care and customer care person given me complaint no. mmx20419123 and told me that go to the shopkeeper and call us from there then same day i will go there then the shopkeeper told me to go to the service centre he will replace the battery i will talk to him. same day i had gone there and then the service centre owner told me that there is no need to change the battery because the some plate of mobile phone has damege of that mobile and he also talk to the shopkeepr and said that D.O. APPLICABLE to this mobile phone so plz replace it. and the again on dtd. 7th march i give this mobile phone for replacement to the shopkeeprand he also assure me that we will replace it, but still last day he has not replace it, and when today i go there he said that we will not replace it but we will changing the plate so come next week. here i m suffering from last one month for that mobile phone. so plese help me to solve that problem. for that always be thankfull to you. plz take some necessary action that shopkeeper and micromax company. plz.

                  micromax qube x550 — replacement of set

                  i had purchased my micromax mobile on 13/02/2011 and it had been creating problem since then.initially it had charging problem and the service center person replaced the jack.still the problem was not solved.i visited the same service centre in shalimar garden extn-2 thrice for the same problem but gradually the jack broke n now they say the phone cannot be repaired.now it also hangs automatically while operating and the battery backup is also not good.

                    I purchased a mobile handset make of micromax model x - 550 from "Prntronix micromax exclusive " A - 117 vikas marg laxmi nagar delhi 110092 bill no. 5696 dated 25 /01/2011an amount of Rs. 4300/- but after 20 days handset charger jack was not working so i traced out thier service book which was provided by the company with handset but the mansion phone numbers & address denied for its service then i got thier service center address & phone no. from just dial services then it repaired by them but after few days same problem i faced , so i show my handset again to the service center they told me its jack is tamppered so you have to bearer of rs . 250 /- for it i accepted for it but now they are saying to me after its service it will be out of warranty because when the time of changing jack its TRACK plate will be tampered so that also i have to bearer which cost is Rs. 2850 /- now i am feeling at the end of costumer that i am cheated by them and company area manager discasued with me about the problem his name is " AKSHY " which mobile no. is [protected] but now he is not pick up my phone i am very disappointed with the company satisfaction please give me a suitable suggestion what i do ?

                      hello sir,
                      i submitted my micromax x600 gravity mobile phone in its service center name printronix laxmi nagar on 27 February 2011& i purchased it on 12 Dec 2010. when i go there & ask for my mobile then they said it is not with us. i waste around 500 on petrol & 200 on calls. i also talk to Mr. Vivek Tiwari area service manager of micromax the he tell me to go to its showroom name mozo at laxmi nagar & take your mobile from there but when i go there i ask for my mobile then they said we have no mobile then they pull my hand & said get out of here & dont come here again. their service center is also closed from since last 1 month when i call (MR. Sandeep Aggarwal) them they talk very rudely & cut the phone. this is the last way for me to go in consumer court.

                        I just wanted to tell you that the service from your micromax service centre ,priceless service station is really bad.
                        It was a very bad experience with the employees.

                        My mobile condition... in my phone Micromax X 510 mobile there's some unwanted problem like phone is hanging and its display starts blinking and not a single function can be opened and also the phone is not working properly. After only 25 day of purchase i have found this problem and suffer
                        with it. So i have visited the service centre on near about 10 January 2011 for your micromax service center from Kota (Rajasthan) priceless service center and they are not able for complete my problem and not even listen to me and just don't gave any reliable answer . The shopkeeper from whom i purchased the handset is also misguiding me and just carry forwarding the problem and till today 13 th April 2011he is consistently misleading me and he is not finalizing some DOA certificate which is useful for
                        my mobile* changes* .But the problem persists when the mobile dealer where i purchased my micromax mobile the dealer of that store is not providing me the DOA cetificate for exchange of my mobile and not giving me any sufficient answer.

                        I just want my phone to be replaced nothing else i[censored] can help then help me out . Or if i have to take another path i'll manage that also . By hook or by crook i need my phone back in perfect condition or replace it soon.

I contacted customer care for resolution of issue and handed over the mobile to them thrice (3 times) in two month (Jul to Aug) and they have send the mobile to their upper department but the issue has not been resolved till date. It is still not working. I am requesting the honor of consumer court to please provide new handset to me, so that faith of consumer will remain in consumer court.                               I purchased a Micromax Q55 mobile from Sangeetha mobile on 16 june 2010,last year since then i have been facing lots of problems with my handset .Earlier the voice was very low i could not hear the voice of the other end .Later charging problem started .The charger given to us proved fatal after a month .It shows mobile charging point as very low and cannot be charged .I got it to the service center but of no use .That day it worked since then it is not working at all .I do not know what to do.I feel i am been cheated by the company by providing a fake charger.Or the compant is sheer waste.no one should believe in micromax mobile handsets.Please never take this company handsets.

                                I am facing problem with my Micromax Q5..as its been repaired too many times in Micromax service centre ..i am tired of it as ..I have Xperia X10 mini pro also and it's Awesome believe me ...but this Q5 sucks... and I am having problem with GPRS too...as is saying like" PPP link has been terminated" and i have tried everything... secondly that trackball create a too much problems ...sometimes left navigation,or right ,or down...etc ..Always a problem and motto if Micromax is"NOTHING LIKE ANYTHING" and from my side it's "Like Nothing" in front of other brands..I am too much disappointed with the service center and they don't know how to handle the customers and think themselves as if they are the owner...Growling on the customers...
                                If something can be done as for this just let me know...and if in case need to send some of my phone details so please email me ...I Hope someone would listen to me

                                  sir,
                                  i purchased q3 phone in july 10 from univercell dabagardens(visakhapatnam) and since then it was hardly operational. First defect came in Aug 10 and the defect is keypad not operational, i submitted my cellphone in your sevice centre and they returned me after 20 days approximately. Hardly after 7 days same problem occured and again i contacted the service centre and it took more than a month to solve the defect and same problem occuring is again and again.as of now my cell ph. is non operational with the same problem and the service centre is not able to solve the problem.
                                  If any defective product was sold by the firm than its responsibilty to replace with new one since it was hardly operational for two months and iam really frustated by the services of the service centre

                                  The record of the job order is as follows :
                                  8795, 9016, 11186 of aruncell care(micromax service point) of visakhapatnam

                                  the service centre doesn't know what to do if any defective product was sold by your firm what should be done.

                                  it is my humble request to look in this matter since i have been running around the service centre nearly 6 months to get my cell operational

                                    My name is Manish Nailwal , i am a resident of Najafgarh. I bought this micromax handset Q7 in the month of October 2010. The problem for which i have to lodging this complaint is that my mobile is under warranty period and i have submited it for the repairing i was told that i will get my mobile back within 1 week but now its almost a month now every time i call them on the numbers provided on the job card either the numbers are switched off or they simply don't pick it up rt all.I have to go there myself and i have been going there for once or twice in every week and every time i get the same answer.Earlier they said the problem is with battery and the phone will start working with new battery. The battery never came in there stock so i had to bought it on my own from outside with by paying double even then phone didn't worked .I sent my brother to Shadipur service center people there without even checking the phone properly told me that the new battery is also not working which was not the case as wen i tested it with somebody else's phone it worked fine.Then i went to district center and the phone is under there custody since then.Sometimes they say the company don't supply them the parts on time and all.Before also(2 months ago) i had to submit my hand-free there then also i got it back after two months,that time also i had face similar kind of situations i had to go there so many times and used to get the same excuses.Now the service center at District center is shifting ( i don't know where) and i am scared that i will ever get my phone back ever like this.
                                    Micro max is spending so much on its marketing by endorsing big stars and all making nice TV commercial but its all in vein if they can't provide a better service to there customer who believe in but they show and feel cheated afterwards.

                                    I had purchased a Micromax HandSet (MODEL:Q7) from CROMA-Saket on 20/11/2011.My was all of sudden not working from 28/01/2011. I handed my mobile to authorised service center at SHAHIIL ASSOSIATES, 836 MCSC SIOGH COLONY, GURGAON ROAD, KAPASHERA ON 28/01/2011. From 28th Jan to till date, I am clueless about my mobile.                                       I have submitted my Micromax Mobile in IMI Mobile service-Miraroad on 2nd March as it was in Guarantee period and the cell was having some issue.

                                      The people in IMI said that it will take 2 days to repair the mobile.

                                      After 2 days they said that they have forwarded my cell to Delhi office ant it will be back in 12 days.

                                      Ispite of complaining 6 – 7 times in delhi office at [protected], the executive says that they don’t have the status of my complain.

                                      How can a company like Micromax manage the business without giving the status for 30 days.. This is purely a case of harassment.

I need my mobile very urgently. Because of this issue i am in so much of mental irritation. I am totally unhappy with ur customer service. Kindly do the needful, and handover my mobile to me as soon as possible.
                                      I submitted my A350 for repair on dt 02.03.2015 vide job sheet no . N[protected] when I received on dt. 25.03.2015. I surprised the problem still stand. I resubmitted it same day but they submit it by a new job sheet no. N[protected] but no output come till date ie. 20.04.2015. I am very sad with this behave.                                         I have purchased micromax Q7 mobile phone on 07-07-10 from M/s Mobile Junction,Amritsar. It is not working properly. I am regularly going to service centre but this is not get repaired properly,everytime some new problem comes with this handset.I want to know why companies made this type of sets which are sub-standard
                                        Now i don't have any cell phone due to which i am suffering a lot.Kindly arrange a new set.Otherwise i'ii go to consumer court for the further process,that will down your brand image.
