    sir, i had given my handset in the naraina service center on 8th january for changing of charging jack but i got the set after more than one month and when i got it that time also it was not working they said now pcb is dead but actually they had changed it with someone and placed the same sr. no. steaker and i am suffering from last mote that one and a half month even what i complaint in the company service centre they said me you can go and collect your set its ok but after reaching the service centre i found even they had not touched the set and again said it will take more than 15 days.

    please resolve the matter

    i was giving my phone in the date of 25 june, 2011 but long time has gone but i does not receive my mobile for kalyan east micromax service center, he said that the mobile did send to the company for repairing mothereboard problem. so i request to you please send mi my mobile earlier

      I purchased Micromax Q1 mobile, on 16/03/2010, Invoice no: 11232, but after three months, Auto Switch Off Problem occurred in my mobile set. I complained and submitted my mobile to the Micromax Service Center, after 24 days, I received my mobile set, I took the mobile and returned home, problem occurred again. I thought, it was due to battery problem, I recharged and again used, but Auto Switch Off Problem persisted and after some day of observation, I once again resubmitted my mobile, but this time, the service person told, we will send it to the company, it will take around 15 to 20 days, I agreed, I received my mobile after 27 days, after one to two days, the same problem occurred again. I once again resubmitted and after 28 days, I received my mobile. Again after few days, I returned and I used the mobile, and the same problem occurred again. Now, the service center was closed. Then, after one month I came to know about one service center, I went there, they told, they are not free, I was asked to go to “The Mobile Care, I went there, I had a talk with the person over there, I resubmitted and I was asked to come after 15 days, I received my mobile after 21 days. Again I returned and after few days, the same problem was there, they told me now again my mobile set will be send to the company. Again, I went and received the mobile, the center person convinced that it was software problem, we have updated, now its okay, but again after few days, the same problem occurred. I even talked with Mr. Nishu, mobile no: [protected] of Micromax. He told me that my problem will be resolved soon. I was asked in the month of January to submit the mobile, but due to the hectic schedule of your service center, they told me to bring the mobile next month, I once again took my mobile to “The Mobile Care”, on 16/02/2011, they issued a Job Card #1176047, dated 16/01/2011.
      Now, the biggest problem is that by submitting and observing only, the time has passed and on 16/03/2011, my warranty will expire, then what ??????????????. Did I buy the phone only to submit and wait. I request you to extend the warranty or if possible replace my mobile because I think I should get value of my money.

        Micromax x360 — Worst phone

        Hi Readers,

        This is the worst phone any one can have micromax is cheating people ..
        I[censored] readers are Smart please please check the after sales service ...as this company does not have any after sales service they will keep your phone for 3weeks and coe up with no solutions...
        I sincerely suggest the readers check out the after saels service as this is the most pathertic company i have dealt with so far..

              Sir/Mam,

              First time, i had submitted my micromax Q7 handset in Patel Nagar, Delhi service center for repairing hanging problem. At that time my M_IMEI Code was

              After few days, this Patel Nagar service center was closed and informed me that your handset has repaired & collect from Kirti Nagar Service center(Branch). But here, my handset was replaced with another handset & its M_IMEI Code was

              S_IMEI Code:-[protected]

              But this handset have biggest problem. This is AUTO-OFF problem.

              Second Time, I submitted this handset in JANAK PURI Service center & here, my Job Card No. was 2222. Now, Mr. M.K. Jha & many employee's gave me assurance for repair this handset completely But all are failed.

              Now Third Time, Again i had submitted this handset in JANAK PURI Service center & here, my Job Card No. was 8438. Now, again all working persons gave me assurance for repair this handset completely But third time all are failed.

              At that time, i am suffering with this handset many problems. that is:-

              1. AUTO-OFF
              2. TRACK BALL IS NOT WORKING PROPERLY
              3. LOCK & UNLOCK KEY IS NOT WORKING PROPERLY

                  Hi I bought a Micromax Q55 Bling handset 5 months back. I had persistent problems related to voice quality and then started getting display problems also. So I gave the mobile for repairing (took one hour as there was huge rush to give faulty mobiles for servicing) to Srinivasa Mobile Care who are the authorized service partners for Micromax in Bangalore on 18th Jan. Initially I was told that it will take 10 days for repairing this, after 10 days it became another 12 days and then 1 more week extra. Now they are asking for 10 days more - reason is Micromax doesn't send parts on time and there is a huge scarcity of spares. This clearly shows how poor the quality of Micromax moblies are and what a hassle service is.

                  To make things worse, these guys don't even pick calls and do not respond properly, so will have to go there personally to get an update. Nobody's sure when this will be resolved.

                    I have purchased Micromax Q7 cell from sangeetha Mobiles on 26th June 2010.

                    From that time i am having continuous problem with the cell. When i am on call the other person on other side hears a kind of irritating sound always.

                    When i checked with the people at sangeetha mobile center, i got a very weird statement "Docomo SIM is not supported in Micromax" by Rajesh manager at Jayanagar 4th bl;ock branch.

                    Why this was not told to me when i was purchasing cell????

                    My cell is still in warranty periiod.

                    Also i haven't got any proper rectification from Micromax center.

                      Respected sir/madam,
                      I purchased a micromax q5fb mobile on 23/5/2010 at Swapna mobiles, Hyderabad. Recently, on 09/01/2011 my ear phones stopped working and I registered a complaint at Divya Communications, Vijayawada (Authorized micromax service center) on 10/01/2011. They assured me that the replacement will be done in 10 to 15 days. So I left the place with satisfaction and they gave a phone number for contact. As time passed by, I started calling that number numerous times and it says that the user is busy. So I myself went to the shop on 8/2/2011 and came to know that they intentionally kept the phone receiver off to avoid customer calls. I argued with them for this and inquired about my ear phones, for which they said that the product will come on 11/2/2011(friday). With disappointment I came back and went again on 12/02/2011 (saturday). For my surprise, they didn't even opened the shop. As I live in Bapatla (70kms from vijayawada), I face many problems to go ther and inquire about my ear phones everytime. Their number says the same (user busy) everytime. Their number is[protected]. So kindly solve my problem takng the hardships I faced due to their call avoidance. To the matter of fact, I missed 2 full days of my precious time which was allotted for GATE exam preparation held on 13/02/2011. Thanking you.

                      I am central govt. officer working in guajrat.i purchased a x 250 set o[censored]r co. on 21.11.09.on 10.9.10 i gave it for service to micromax service center in bapu nagar,then they refund the set after 6 days(job card no.627037). within one month automatic switch off problem is going on. so i gave it to same on 9.10.10.every day i am asking to [protected] but they says ask after two days,ur set is in observation (job card no.842574).

                      I had purchased Micromax A34 and after some time it shows some issue in screen. So I bring that handset to Microimax certified service center( M/S Om Infotech, Muzaffarnagar) on february 2014.
                      They said it has some typical issue and they have to send handset to Micromax Noida center. They deposited my handset. We have given 30 -45 days time to get that handset back. But when I called them after 2 months, they replied Set is still in head office and we mostprobably it will take 1 more week. I called them again after ten days and still same answer. I am calling them each week but now more than 4 months over.

                      How bad Micromax is doing with service :( . I will never buy any product from Micromax.

                      I have purchase canvas 4 A210. I was getting problem in Touch and also facing network issue. I had submitted my mobile phone at Micromax care centre at sector 41 Chandigarh 30days ago for repair. My job sheet id no:-n[protected]. After 30 days still not received my phone and also not getting any proper response from Micromax care centre executive. I am still without phone from 45 days but still dont know when i will get my phone after repair. Micromax service centre employees are harassing me & are not solving my problem & also they refuse to gave me replacement. I have purchased this phone on 03/09/2013. But I was getting problem in my handset after month one month from the date of purchase. I have already repaired my set from micromax service center 4 time. In total one year my set was with micromax center for 4 month out of one year. Now after this time my warrenty will also expire and if I will face any problem after this I will not be able to repair it again.

                      I brought Micromax Nitro 2 months before and due to some disply issue it was submitted for Service in one of the Centers, but it has passed more than 10 days and the phone is not been worked upon. Aslo when asked about the status of the new ETA the representative doens't have any answer.

                      I am sure that some one is not doing there job as the timeline has already passed. I am facing serious problem without my phone, so would appreciate if someone can work on my phone and fix my phone on priority.

After 20 days when I have contacted they have given some lame excuse stating that the mobile has to be sent to your unit for attending the problem and it cannot be done at their point and it would take another 10 to 15 days.

                      I am not very happy with their approach and simply prolonging this matter without giving any valid reason. Being a reputed and fast growing company, Customer satisfaction should be your Priority . Since I am in urgent need of the mobile, please look into this matter ON TOP PRIORITY and advice your service centre to attend to this problem immediately without further delay. Alternately, in the event o[censored]nable to rectify the problem, please arrange to replace with a New Mobile in lieu of this set.

                          i purchase micromax Q5 set from Delhi dated 14.05.2010.Last 4 & 5 months the mobile track ball not working. I am going to micromax authorised service center in allambagh & indra nagar Lucknow. both service center said that we take charges for service we can't do free service.But my mobile have warranty.

                            they launched the mobile phones but they don't test and finally customer get the headache...
                            goverment should ban the micromax...

                            i bought micromax q5 fb in august from moradabad and i got two times repair and now it again need repair so that i send it to service center and they said they send the phone to delhi.. and it takes 15days.
                            i give my handset on 28-dec2010 and still it doesn't comes in my hand.
                            you know aaj comlete 1.5 month ho chuka h. bt cellphone doesn't comes back.

                            so i have a humble request that please micromax walo itne besharm mt bano..

                              I purchase a Micromax mobile x600 serial number ([protected]) bill no 0782385 with oriental insurance bill no 21658 policy number 431300/48/2010/1131 from Big C dilsuknagar on 05-nov-2010 and the touch screen in functioning and mobile is not in use from January 2011 and went to micromax service center at konark street dilsuknagar Hyderabad and servicing guy responded as the touch screen will not be repaired and we need to buy a new touch screen panel and it costs around rs.1200.

                              Hence I requested that guy that this phone covers under insurance and that guy refuses and asks us to pay rs.1200 to repair the mobile phone.

                              Please do not cheat the consumers and give unpractical ads of mobile services and advice your service centers to respond in polite way with accurate information with good customer service.

                                we bought micromax GC400 at saravana stores on[protected] they gave us1year manufacturer warrenty and 6months for accesories .but my mobile was not charging and we went to service centre they gave us new charger and charged 500rs but it was also not charging properly we went to service centre again they were not responding properly by changing words that your mobile has problem .then i told to repair it then they were telling your battery was problem and we dont have battery.what can we do plz suggest us.we dont need that mobile.it was over heating also.

                                  i bought 3g datacard from afsana enterprise malda (w.b), appointed selling agent in feb,2010 at cost rs,4100=00 .this data card became non-functional in month august.
                                  since then i have been harassed by company service centre continuously from differnt outlet.first i was asked to deposit at siliguri centre (250 km away)but service at that point was refused on ground of lack of skilled person.thereafter asked to report in malda centre where the company is said to have equipped well,again same fate i had to suffer after keeping me wait more than a month on pretext of varied shotcommings.finally i contacted company who gave me docket no. of complain(mmx-[protected]) and asked me to contact one mr.Arup das on cell -[protected])in kolkata who they claimed te head of servicing sector of company.
                                  i linked my contact finallyafter continuous effort who told me to solve problem by rerplacement since datacard is in warranty period.but my tragedy started from day of assurance as most of time phone remained off or when found he used to reply his business somewhere outside of west bengal after harassing me in 20 occasions.finally he told his leaving the company.,even compny phone is not responding.i have sent complain attaching all documnt.requesting u taking up my case to proper forum to prevent fraud company againgst trapping innocense customer-m.i.khan 3 kuttitola.malda-732101.(w.b) [protected]@yahoo.com

                                      Since i have experienced its my sincere request to all my friends think thousand times before you buy any micromax product. There service is horrible - whether it be the service centre or customer care.

                                      They don't know which software should be loaded in which product and just throw the same in market. That's what i heard from their own staff first time when i went to show my problem to their service centre in Mani Majra, Chandigarh. My handset which my wife insisted for buying because of its looks proved to be a nighmare for me. Within one month it developed a problem of backlight continuously on. I was given promised time of 2 days but the same was extended as the complete conrol unit was to be replaced. I specifically told the guys to check the set for memory card not working since day of purchase but when i reached the centre for collecting my handset after repair i was astonished to see that nobody checked the handset for same.

                                      Now this time again the problem of backligh continuously on appeared after 5 months from date of purchase and the service centre got an excuse to save their life and they said since the mirror (specially provided in this handset) is crack so the same problem will not be attended under warranty this time. when i desired that they shall give the same thing to me in writing and then i will get the repair done on payment basis but they denied for giving the same thing in writing. Then i contacted their gurgaon customer care and they said that they have sent the mail to concerned office and i would get a revert shortly but nobody contacted me for 3 days. Again i contacted their gurgaon helpline and this time they said that i shall visit the service centre and from there ishould again call at customer care and make them to speak with the concerned service centre people - . I said what is this can't you directly call the service centre and know the exact issue, but they said i will have to visit the service centre. Meantime i received a call from the service centre that my handset has been reaired (It was not repaired on promised time).When i asked them that whether they have received any mail from gurgaon they said no. I don't know whether service centre has its own e mail ID or not. Anyway this time i spoke to a seemingly gentle lady and explained her the whole issue but as soon as she came to know that i was asking for warranty her behaviour changed. She said her system is not working and she can not check any previous record of my handset. Then i spoke to their owner but for no use. Nobody is even listening what i m saying. I am simply demanding warranty refusal with a reason that the mirror breake has caused the backlight on problem but everybody in the service centre from receptionist to the franchise owner is so afraid of giving this thing in writing as if they will be hung as soon as they write it.

                                      I request the company official or any other agency to spend few minutes on any given day and see how innocent customers are being harrassed by the service centre. Apart from this there are following issues with this service centre:

                                      - No commintment of promised time

                                      - Repeat problems are not mentioned as repeat as happened in my case

                                      - Service centre opening time is 10 am but people reach by 10.20 am which adds to the frustation of office going customers

                                      - Hourly rates decided for payment jobs are not being adhered

                                      My reuest to the esteem agency is that the service operation of micromax must be reviewed at any random day and some strict measures be taken.

                                      Needless to mention that the company has very cleverly made its policy that if the handset is not collected within 45 days same may be auctioned. This is good strategy to harrass a customer first and then get hold of his asset
                                      i am very irritate with the service of Micromax service center Manimajra Chandigarh.My micromax A70 handset has Some software problem and it is in warrenty period. I submitted my phone 3, Oct, 2011, I have gone there 5-6 times but they are not providing any kind of solution against it.plz make attention towards it, They have to understand the problems i'm facing in this situation.I'm suffering with mentally harassment, so plz sir take an action towards them.
