I purchased Micromax Q1 mobile, on 16/03/2010, Invoice no: 11232, but after three months, Auto Switch Off Problem occurred in my mobile set. I complained and submitted my mobile to the Micromax Service Center, after 24 days, I received my mobile set, I took the mobile and returned home, problem occurred again. I thought, it was due to battery problem, I recharged and again used, but Auto Switch Off Problem persisted and after some day of observation, I once again resubmitted my mobile, but this time, the service person told, we will send it to the company, it will take around 15 to 20 days, I agreed, I received my mobile after 27 days, after one to two days, the same problem occurred again. I once again resubmitted and after 28 days, I received my mobile. Again after few days, I returned and I used the mobile, and the same problem occurred again. Now, the service center was closed. Then, after one month I came to know about one service center, I went there, they told, they are not free, I was asked to go to “The Mobile Care, I went there, I had a talk with the person over there, I resubmitted and I was asked to come after 15 days, I received my mobile after 21 days. Again I returned and after few days, the same problem was there, they told me now again my mobile set will be send to the company. Again, I went and received the mobile, the center person convinced that it was software problem, we have updated, now its okay, but again after few days, the same problem occurred. I even talked with Mr. Nishu, mobile no: [protected] of Micromax. He told me that my problem will be resolved soon. I was asked in the month of January to submit the mobile, but due to the hectic schedule of your service center, they told me to bring the mobile next month, I once again took my mobile to “The Mobile Care”, on 16/02/2011, they issued a Job Card #1176047, dated 16/01/2011.
Now, the biggest problem is that by submitting and observing only, the time has passed and on 16/03/2011, my warranty will expire, then what ??????????????. Did I buy the phone only to submit and wait. I request you to extend the warranty or if possible replace my mobile because I think I should get value of my money.

I have some network issue with My phone(Micro max A65). I have submitted my phone in the care for this issue and there is no solution provided and they are chairing to repair the phone even it is under warranty. kindly look into the matter and take any appropriate action on the same. below is the required detail for your refernce and let us know in case of any information required from my end
