I have purchaged a mobile hand set no.micromax q3+ from kapoorthala Lucknow (Planet-M) dated 31st Octomer, 2010.

The said charger is not working position so that we have visited the Prince Communication Indira Nagar, Lucknow and deposited the same charger, but almost 15 days passed by we are unable to received the charger, we have daily follow up with the Prince Communication but sorry so say that we have still not received the same, my mobile number is switched off due the said reason.

customer job card no.1318485, job order no.765 dated 25th January, 2011.

Request to kindly resolve the issue.

    I have buy micromax Q7 mobile handset on 26.11.2010 of Rs 4160. But after a month it develop some cracks on front body with out any reason and I visit the service center for replacement, but they refused to do the same. It is requested to do something in my favour.

MOBILE CENTER.RECENTLY I HAVE GOT TRANSFERED FROM KHARAGPUR TO ALIPURDUAR.RECENTLY I FOUND SOME PROBLEM IN MY MOBILE ON TRACBALL THAT IS NOT WORKING OR MOVEMENT PROPERLY.THATS WHY I AM FACING PROBLEM WHEN I AM SURFFING INTERNET OR OPERATING MOBILE.I TOOK MOBILE TO SERVICE CENTER OF ALIPURDUAR.AFTER TEN MINUITES THEY RETURNED MY MOBILE AND SAID TO ME IT IS OK.AFTER ONE MONTH THERE IS SAME PROBLEM & AGAIN I WENT TO SERVICE CENTER AND THEY SAID TO ME IT IS NOT POSSIBLE TO GIVE ME WARRANTY SERVICE BECAUSE SIL IS OPENED.BUT I WAS TOTALLY CONFUSED THAT STILL NOW MY MOBILE IS DURING WARRANTY PERIOD AND I DID NOT OPENED IT ANY UNOTHORISED SERVICE CENTER.NOW I WANT TO KNOW HOW I WILL GET PROPER SERVICE.PLEASE SUGGEST ME.

        Under warrenty mobile set ko repair ke liye Ahuja Mobile Service Centre ke pass bheja tha. Ahaja ne repairing me front PCB plate & Speaker Wear Badli kiya.Mobile return me Ahuja ne Paisa manga, but mobile under warranty tha to Ahaja ne Front PCB Plate & Speaker Wear vapis nikal liya aur purane wala vapis nahi dala.
        i hav micromax x360 which in earphone mode from long time plz give any solution

          Dear Sir,

          I had brought a micromax Q1 mobile on the 11 th of october 2010. Since i had an issue with the phone, i had given it back for a service to the shop in Nagercoil, where i bought the mobile from. They informed me that the Mobile would be forwarded to the Micromax service centre in the same city. I was also given a Customer job card, dated 6th of december 2010.

          I was told that the servicing would be done with-in a week. After one week i was told that the stuff has been send through courier and i had to wait. Few more days later, when i did not receive the phone, i again called up, this time they said the courier has not been send, so call back after two days. 2 days later, called up again, this time they said the motherboard is not available and so on. theyve been following the same trend. so basically they have been lying and cheating me for almost 2 months.

          on 31st of jan, i called up the customercare and they told me that i was supposed to launch a complain to them. Now seriously, this is ridiculous. I gave a mobile to an authorized service centre, and if they are not promt, i have to contact the customer service. And the worst part is, they wont call me back; i have to.

          Im currently residing in a different city, and its not possible for me to go there every now and then. I have travelled twice (8 hours to and fro) just for this purpose, and the response i got was very very poor.

          Please take strict actions. We people shouldnt be let suffer for a brand.

            Micromax Q6 — Mobile is not working

            Dear Sir/Madam,

            I am Krishna Shankar Pandey (working as a Manager (HR) in an export Company. Last 13th November 2010 I buy a mobile handset from Shop no. - 6, 1/3 44, Raj Tower I, Alakhnanda complex, New Delhi. The model Number of the handset is Q-6 Cosmic Gery of Micromax company and The invoice no. is[protected] for Rs. 4890/-.

            But the very next day I faced a problem that the Mobile is not working properly it had a problem. It was not able to make not only incoming call but out going calls also.For this problem I went to the shop keeper and told him about the problem but he said that you should changed the sim card and try again. I did the same but not found any favourabel result. After that he told me to go to Mobile service center and I went there the service center Address is Prince Communication Govind Puri Ext. Kalkaji, New Delhi. They said that it will take two to three days to be correct. after three days I went there but did not get my mobile OK. and the shop keeper repeated the same thing. The same was happening till yesterday. But now they are saying that the mobile will not be ok you should to talk to costumer care on this no. [protected] and I did the same again but they said that whenever the mobile will be OK I will only get it. On asking any senior person's contact they totally deny and treat me with bad manner.

            Because of not having my mobile I am facing grief problems during my day to day works. Nobody can think how I am feeling without my Mobile.

            So I hereby request you to please do the needful so that I may get my Mobile or Money back. Soon.

            Recommended : Not to buy any Micromax.. phones..

            I am having experience with Q3, Q5 & Q6 (all is having problems with earphone jack). Network problem is also in these phones.

            Even You can't configure gmail account in Q6. It doesn't support many apps.
            In short.. I have wasted my money, But friends.. please you don't...

                I purchased Micromax new mobile phone Model No. Q75 on 13.11.2010 from M/s Maruti Distributors, C/o X-cel Connexions, Nadiad by paying Rs.4900/-. From day 1st facing following main problem.

                Not getting the connectivity’s ( Networks ) at my office address and also at Home. Totally Zero connectivity at my office.

                But not getting any response from Micromax company service station. Request to do the needful at the earliest.

                  I have purchased Micromax Q7 mobile handset on 23rd June 2010.After 6 month my mobile has an issue while charging (Charging Slot) & I have submitted my mobile in to the services center to resolve the same with the JOB Sheet no :1086027. I have called services center for update but they replied that it will take 15 days to resolve & this is the TAT for their company. After 15 days I have visited the services center but my handset was not ready.
                  I have escalated the same to Micromax customer care Number [protected] //[protected] they have given my reference no MMX[protected].


                  From the 23rd Dec 2010 to till dated my mobile headset is in services center and none is giving proper answer neither Micromax customer care nor services center.

                    However, it has failed to perform & it was found to be defective.The dealer was informed about the defective modem & replacement at the earliest.

                      I purchased micromax X220 mobile on 14 oct. 2010 form Bhopal.
                      But just after 3 months it shows problem in its speaker and ringer, and i went to micromax service center situated at Mansarovar complex, bhopal on 20 jan 2011.
                      The receptionist madam named Akansha and the mechanic named Anish says, the mobile parts are not available and it will be available on 5th of fab 2011. so come on that day.
                      But just on same day it shows one more problem in it's display and after one more day its display almost gone.
                      Again i went to service center they said: Its display has been gone due to it's sliding and I have to pay Rs. 720 for repairing it.
                      I said, Why I have to pay? Its fault made by you guys and my mobile is in warranty.
                      But that girl talked so much non sense and refuse to repair my mobile.

                            I bought a Micromax gc 360 model in the month of Oct10. The very next week it started giving problems. I approached the shopkeeper & he told me to visit service center near Magarpatta. I gave my handset over there & around after 15 days I got my set back. It was hardly used for another 10-15 days & again started same trouble along with charging issue. I again approaced service center & after 10 days they gave me a replacement letter. I had given all doc's along with handset & all its accessories in the month of Dec itself to the shopkeeper. That was a nightmare & I used to call the shopkeeper daily for the replacement. He used to tell handset will come in a day or two. Now even he has given me th contact numbers of Micromax dealers (Nilesh - [protected], Pankaj - [protected]). Even they used to say that set will be given in a day or two. I have lost so much of amount/fuel on this as well as mental frustation is there. Today when I called the shopkeeper on the status. I told him that I need go to consumer court on this which he replied "jo ho sakta ho kur lo". Shopkeeper is Manik mobiles, chandan nagar, Pune
                            Kindly help me in this regard.

                            I bought micromax GC360 on Nov 2011 at Madurai .
                            Within three days it is displaying the line on the screen.(the cell
                            did not fell down)
                            I contact your service center. (Mobile Gallery 1st Floor, 137-A North Veli Street, Madurai Tamil Nadu 625001 [protected] --- M.A Ahamed Sultan)
                            He changed the set and I gave me a new one after one month. I got the set the day before yesterday.
                            Now only one sim (GSM) is in function .Other two sims [GSM & CDMA (MTS)] are not functioned.
                            When I replace an another CDMA (MTS) SIM. It is functioning.
                            Again I contact your service center. He told me that the problem is my sim(CDMA)
                            (But this sim has functioned in the old set - MICROMAX GC360)
                            Then I contact MTS customer service center. They told me the problem is in your set.
                            Madurai is above 100km from our village.
                            I went to Madurai five times for complaining this cell phone.
                            I feel I am harassed and cheated.

                                on 20 th Jan 2011 its camera not work .as we have go to shop where purchased they replied that you have to go service centre.today i vistited to Service centre they refused and informed go to shop again.i called to toll free no .[protected] representive inform go to shop and take concall with custmer care service with that shop owner or saler.
                                Today is 7 th day of pieace to pieace replacement warranty .There is no out put for custmer from the company or retailer

                                  I bought a Micromax Q3 mobile on 28.06.10 and from the first day i had a problem with battery backup so i replaced the batery from one of the service center the next day i bought the mobile... then also i was facing the same problem then authorized service personnel configured that it had some motherboard issue with the mobile, so it needs 2 be sent to delhi headquarters, so i deposited the mobile and they returned it after 3 months and within 2 days this time the speaker as well as mic was not working then also i used the the mobile for 10 days and again the same batery backup problem aroused and had to deposit the mobile and it went to Delhi headquarters and it took two and a half months for them to return it back its not been 48 hours even recieving the phone it had the same speaker problem as well as a new problem that is the camera going blank and the video also...
                                  never seen such pathetic company like micromax

                                    I have got a Micromax Q55 Mobile in August 2010. The handset was so poor that the diplay went off in a month. I have to give for service to the dealer and it took 4 weeks for them to rectify. After getting that again I got the same problem in another month. Within the first 4 months I had the same problem twice , I am not sure why Micromax has to release such a faulty model to the market and mint money . People reading this atleast have a caution not to buy the set . the company has to replace in such cases for a different model atleast by paying extra cost even . I will update you on this if the company does.

                                        I have purchased a set of Micromax (Q2), but now iam having trouble with the Mother board problem in my set due to which i am not able to use my cell phone properly.

                                        I have already complaint in the service center but they are not taking the situation properly even tho my cell phone is in warrenty period.

                                        So i request you to take this complaint at your highest priority.
