Sir, I am Mahesh Kandpal, I purchased a Micromax MMX 310G USB data card from INFO SELLER, 45/4, Sangam Plaza, 34 Lalbagh, Lucknow on 24/12/2010 via bill no CM/4676/10-11 with IMEI [protected]. In the month of march it stopped working. On contacting the seller I was directed to contact the service centre located in Ahluwalia Building, Lalbagh. On Complaining to the service center on[protected], I was told that the data card has a hardware problem and would be sent to the Company, which would take upto TEN days. I was also directed that after TEN days, I would have to confirm the solution to the problem on TELEPHONE NUMBER [protected]. To make an enquiry I have been trying this TELEPHONE NUMBER [protected] for last 4 days at different times of the day, but each time I found it switched off. I can't understand how can I enquire whether the problem has been solved or how much more time would it take.
Sir, I want that any service provider, who provides service number for enquiry or complaints and switches it off, should be severly punished including forefeiting of his licence.

mera sim card se outgoing call nhi jata...acm exceeded ...aise aata hai..mera sim card dusre ke cell me dala to outgoing call jata hai....mai sim card ke gallery mai jake bhi aaya sim card mai problem nhi hey.....plz plz solve my problem
