I have purchased a set of Micromax (Q2), but now iam having trouble with the Mother board problem in my set due to which i am not able to use my cell phone properly.

I have already complaint in the service center but they are not taking the situation properly even tho my cell phone is in warrenty period.

So i request you to take this complaint at your highest priority.

    Dear Sir,
    I have make a complain to your customer care on 05/01/2011 vide above complain no. regarding after submitting of DOA at Hotspot (Mukherjee Nagar, Delhi) with handset and box pack but after 15 days(approx), i can't receive my handset from hotspot they told me that we are unable to provide you handset. so please contact customer care.
    But customer care told me that you will receive your handset but when i got my handset, now i am fade up from this thing my problem is not solved since 4 month.

    So, please help me out from this problem.

      Dear Team,

      Please note that a dualism Mixcromax mobile handset was bought from Sriram Towers Lucknow model X550. It became non function within 2 days ; it could not be charged and so by our continuous persuasion it was changed.

      However as our luck which was Bad on purchasing/choosing micromax as a brand the phone again became dysfunctional after about a month o[censored]sage again the problem being “not being able to charge”

      The details are as:

      Model X550

      S IMEI [protected]

      Month of production is October 10

      Purchased in the name of Naila.

      When I spoke to the customer care number all they could do is provide me the landline number of Lucknow service center. If this is what customer care is then please enhance the same.They also provided a wrong service center number through email.

          Hi,

          This is Amit. i had a problem in my micromax Q7 phone, when i
          recharged the phone after 1 or 2 mins it displayed the message
          "Warning Bad Contact Of Charger".
          I went to Service Center and let them know about the problem, they
          opened the phone and said there is mother board problem and they
          submited the phone at[protected].

          Then I called to Service Center at[protected] and get the message that
          "your phone is OK Please collect it".

          I reached Service Center and waited there around one and half hour and
          get the phone but my phone body was changed from Black to Silver.

          I said that this is not my phone body, my phone body was black and I
          tested the phone but the problem was existing.

          Then they guy abuse me, did behave badly with me and tried to give me
          forcefully saying this is your phone body get it and go.

          My Job Card Number is : 1172824

            I have purchased Micromax Mobile handset model No Q7 on date 10/07/2010.
            Mobile was getting completely dead and not starting. This problem happened three times within span of 5 months. I have given my mobile to service center two times, even though the problem was not solved. And third time I have submitted on 03/01/11 to service center. Now they are not telling how much time it will take to repair. They are saying that the phone is send to company for repairing.
            I want replacement of this mobile, I think there is some design problem in this model as one of my relative is also facing same problem in this model.
            Please help me in getting replacement of my mobile

              dear sir.

              i ankit gupta had made a e-ticket, PNR No. [protected], transaction id [protected] from new delhi to howrah, train no. 12324 dep time at 7.10 am, dt.[protected]. i had not found any status regarding reservation confirmation till 7:45, suddenly after 5 min on internet i found my ticket status is RAC. and i had no dep information of this train. Till 7:45 on internet it was showing chart is not prepare. suddenly after 5 min it was showing chart is prepared and at 139 train was on time. i had dialed 139 many times, eventhen i couldnot get any correct information. it is also not cancelling. now i want to cancel my e-ticket. plz cancel my ticket and refund me as soon as possible.

                Actually my Friend Referred me to Purchase Micro Max Mobile so I purchased. I am totally disappointed for this service. So I decide to Give an Complaint in Commissioner of Police in Chennai on Coming Monday ( 10.01.2011). I have purchased bill Copy & Also Customer Job Card Receipt in Service Centre.                   I have Purchased Micromax Mobile Modle: GC275(IMEI No [protected]) in jan 29 2010. I have visited two service centers in hyderabad( Ammerpet & Pardise Center) they have asked me bill for warranty but i have lost my bill, i asked them do it under non warranty also but they told that its is 50-50 chances, if not mobile will dead.

                  one more mobile Micromax Q1 i have purchased in Nov 2010 this mobile having problem with space button. i am having bill for this mobile and then i visted the Service Center in Ameerpet for solution, the service person told me that it will take 5 days to solve the problem, what wrost company and worst service center i never seen.

                  So Sir i want registered a compliant on micromax mobile service as not the only person iam facing the problem but whole cosumers r facing this same problem.

                  I am vipin kumar from Ghaziabad UP. I purchase a micromax Gravity mobile in September month From meerut. But after 2 month Mobile had a Charging Problem so, I went to my nearby Service Center Which Situated at Bazaria in Ghaziabad. Two time he(service Center Ghaziabad) Keep the mobile for service. But could not find any solution of charging problem. Last time 5 December he told me this mobile have to send to service center at Noida for 25 days. I was agree for this but after 1 month and 10 days there is no response from service center. Therefor request to You plz resolved My problem

                  micromax mobile model GC275 — Delay in warranty claim

                  I have given my handset for service claim which is under warranty on 02/06/2011.

                  The complaint is out of dual sim one CDMA SIMis not operating.

                  Still I hasnt got any feedback.
                  I heard from other customers that it will take minimum 4months for repairing.

                    On 28august2010 i purchesed one micromax Q7 mobile phone of rupees 4700/- it is an dual-sim phone from R-WORLD MOBILE SHOP,MODI NO3 SITABUILDI NAGPUR,MAHARASHTRA.But after few days my set gives me lots of problem like HANGING,BOTH SIM ARE NOT WORKING PROPERLY,IT GET HANG.
                    At that time i concerned to service center of micromax UNIQUE MOBILE they says we will repair your mobile very soon but when i again received from them its still not working prorerly again i concerned to servicecenter now that was my 4th time i m going to service center.i came to the shop where i purchesed my phone he said that u take one DIO LETTER from unique service center i will exchange that set.but the service center owner Mr. SAGAR are not giving me that dio letter.so please kindly help me for exchange of my mobile.last month my set is send to the micromax company.they give my set after one month but still its not working.
                    please help me and give me solution or do any leagal action against micromax ltd.

                    I have purchased Micromax Q7 mobile around 9 months ago. My mobile worked fine for around 4 months and after that it started giving me problems. Actually my mobile gets switched off again and again.
                    I have given my mobile to service center one in Thane and another in Jaipur to repair but of no use. They take mobile for 2-3 days and give it back to me but same complaint get started in few days.
                    I am fed up with the response I have received from Micromax customer service center and also from my mobile.

                    I have decided to complaint against Micromax in Consumer court which will surely affect the image of the company.

                      after over 2.5 months, L4 team change the PCB and close the call, but its create a new problem (screen touch not working)

                      as update on 2-1-11 they repaired my handset, but there is an issue with a camera ( its not working)

I submitted the mobile to the customer care, they kept the mobile for 3 days, then returned it to me saying that I have to take it to the dealer for replacement. I took it to the dealer, he has kept till now and is not returning the set till now.

                          I bought micromax cdma handset (model-c2i) on[protected]. with in 3 months it started to have display blinking & quick battery discharge. took it to micromax service centre at sambalpur, on 13-oct-10. job order no-3239. they kept it for few days, when i asked they returned it saying motherboard problem & it has to be sent to bhubaneswar, that will take about 20 days. i gave the set on 4-11-10 at sambalpur. since then i have repeatedly called both sambalpur and bhubaneswar service centre & everytime they say it will take 25 more days. as on today (5-1-11) they have kept the handset already for 2 months. this is the worst servicing support i have seen. i have no idea when i will get the handset repaired

                            I bought a Micromax Q7 model 2months back and it went automatically to DEAD.I have submitted my mobile to service centre on 04/12/2010 for repairing and Service. and the mobile is in warranty. I Called them up several times, even had called to customer care (Delhi) again & again but could not get repaired till date. It’s been more than a month already and no progress at all.

                            Now I am forced to complain in cosumer forum against micromax services.

                            I bought a micromax X-360 from " My Mobile[protected] ORIGI, Maharaj Bada, Opp SBI, Lashkar, Gwalior[protected] E-mail : [protected]@rediffmail.com.Dated-16 May 2010 and it got DEAD automatically. I have deposited my mobile to service centre ( Ahuja Mobile, Nai Sarak, Gwalior) on 10 Oct 2010 for repairing and service as my mobile is in warranty period. Service Centre changed the Front PCB Plate and demanded Rs- 600/-to me.When I refused to him for Rupees because of my mobile is in warrenty period then he withdrawl Front PCB Plate and give me my mobile without Front PCB Plate and Speaker Wire also broken. After two days I went to other micromax service centre (Daru Labi Complex, Roxy, Gwalior) then he told me about the mobile set is without Front PCB Plate & Speaker Wire.

                            Now I am forced to complain in cosumer form against micromax services.
                            Kindly resolve the issue as soon as possible.

                            Ahuja Mobile, Nai Sadak, Gwalior ne apna saman to vapis nikal liya lekin purana saman vapis nahi dala. Yeh uski magruri aur coustumar ko dhokha dena wali harkat hai. Customar saman ko khol ke to nahi dekhta. coustomar ke sath viswasghat kiya aur 3500/- rupees ki ashi-teshi kar dali.Ahuja Mobile service centre ke khilaph sakth se sakth karvahi honi chahiya.
                            It is requested to change my mobile Set otherwise I will be forced to move my complain against the"Macromax mobile" in the Consumer Court as I have been cheated by the irresponsible employes of the company.
                            Hope you will resolve my problem at the earliest and keep the BIG name of the company as customer friendly.

                            I bought a Micromax Q7 model 6months back and the batter charger point is not working properly .So I remove the battery from the phone and charge separately.I have submitted my mobile to service centre they asked to check and replace the pin in 10 working days what can i do for 10 days without my phone why your service people asking to much time for this replacement of pin.                                 We have purchased a Micromax mobile ,model x550 cube on[protected] from A to Z Enterprises bathinda for Rs.4600...Now there is a problem in its display.I went to the service center M/s Unitech Goldy Verma/Sachin Verma 6383/2481, Bangi House Street, Mehna Marg, Near Old Bus Stand, Bathinda in first week of december 2010 and asked them to repair it but they said they will put a new display which they said is currently out of stock and will be available within one week.But i went on 28 december and they said that it is still out of stock and they don't know when it will be available and they said that if you are not satisfied with us then go to another service center and get it repaired from there.We cannot repair it.So i request to either give me a new mobile handset or refund my whole of my money i.e. Rs.4600.We shall be very thankful to you.....

[protected] in 16/11/2010 at Agrawal electronics katrasgarh , but 10 days later my touch screen is not working properly, so i am unable to do any call hence i am unable to see any message, i had gone your service centre which is located in kapuria Dhanbad , he had replied me LCD will come after 20 days later. after 20 days later later he told me still i could not get still the LCD.

                                  so i am requested you pls arrange the LCD for me in kapuria (dhanbad) service centre. when you will arrange the LCD pls call me in below given no.

                                  X600 GRAVITY — Touch not proper working

                                  i have purchased a Micromax Mobile model X600 from one of your retail dealer M/s MOBILE WORLD on dated 20/2/2011 against Bill No 100. Its a very good looking mobile .But Tuesday its touch was not working properly ( Half Working condition). Today i visited your Company's authorized service center M/s Gopal Service center along with bill .At Ur Service center Mr.Prince told me there is a problem of liquid and that is chargeable. I showed him touch is in working but Menu and other applications are not working if there is a liquid problem then how its working but he told me mat be there are 3 or 4 other reason of liquid. i have request u please solve my mobile on priority,because my business is effected.

                                  X600 GRAVITY — Battery issue

                                  Hi, Sir/Mam.
                                  My name is Anshuman Bhardwaj. I purchased a Micromax X600, after 5-6 months the touch screen and the USB port stopped working, service senter replaced the motherboard of the mobile. Now just after a month the battery was not charging, cervicenter had found that the battery has gone bad, so I purchased the new battery from service center which was not charging from the adapter which had come with the phone, but I had to take out the battery from the phone and had to charge that from an external charger.
                                  I went to the service center again and replaced the battery, but the issue was not resolved, now its third time that the battery has been replaced, but the issue has not been resolved, after complete charge from an external adapter, the battery last for 4-5 hours, even if I use the phone or not, I am very upset with the issue, it has been more then 15 days that I could not use my phone. Please do the needfull.

                                  My mobile model no X600 Gravity given to the service center on 23.06.2011 having touch screen problem & switch not working properly. Till now it has not been repaired & no one is responding when it will be repaired & handed over to me. In this regard, I have lodged a complain having no MMX[protected] with costumer care. please instruct the concerned service center named 3S Enterprises 54 B/C Ashook Nagar, Bhubaneswar, Odisha.                                     I have purchased two handset of micromax Q5 imei number [protected] Bill No.-3457 & micromax X360 imei No.- [protected] Bill No.-19742 in Micromax Q5 Charging Point is not working, when i switch on my camera handset will hang and sometimes handset will in handsfree mode without the hands free attached when i will go service point of micromax they told me your circuit is damaged because your body sweat goes inside it is natural and why company make such dedicated sets and in micromax x 360 Charging Point is not working, sometimes handset will in handsfree mode without the hands free attached and mobile display is not working the handset will be service station for more then thirty day but not yet solve the complaints this thing will not expected from such big company i m very disappointed first time i have purchased micromax handsets will get that response we are using mobile from 1997 we use nokia, samsung, motorola etc not such complaint will happen.                                     i am nitin last year i purchase a micromax handset x550. in last 3 days my handset is many problem & the company service is to bed poor response & bad talking sense. in future i have never go for micromax. i would like to give a advise for all person plz don"t go for micromax. i m totlay disatisfied.

                                      We have given our micromax Q3 in service centre for its keypad problem.
                                      After one month they replied that it will bring a cost of 3,500 Rs. but its real price is 3,590 Rs. We used that mobile for only 2 months and its keypad stoped working due to some IC problem.

                                      Now we want to replace that piece or retain this one...

                                        i had brought a new micromax Q55 mobile phone from a electronix show room in front of Kalyan station from Satellite Electronix shop.
                                        the mobiles display went off on the very third day. i went to the shop to get the mobile changed,because i had the warranty. Forget about changing the piece, the shop person even refused to attend my problem. After one hour of verbal fight he gave a address of micromax services thats all.
                                        Then i went to micromax service centre.There they said they will attend the problem and took away the mobile. They kept the mobile for two months without repairing it and made me run to the shop every two days wasting my time energy and money.Then finally now they are asking for more money about one third the original price to replace the piece.

                                        can any body tell me solution for this harassment caused towards me by Micromax company for no fault of mine.
