Hi,
This is Krishna Chalapathi Kolagotla (Working as a Test lead in Mahindra Satyam), bought a new micromax Q5 mobile in Sangeetha with the advice of you people on June 13/06/2010 and it worked well one month later I suffered from lots of problems like hanging, disconnected while talking, Track ball movement, battery back up etc.. its all leads to severe frustration when I was in client calls/onsite calls. Hope you understand the painful things that I faced with the above problems while talking to higher officials as a lead.

Due to the above problems I went to Ammerpet service centre 3 times and the mobile is almost at servicing centre only. Each and every time they are updating the software and keep on telling that we will give you the new mobile in next time if it not work in the next time but this time (4th time) I asked for the DO letter to get a replacement and came to know that DO letter will be issued from the shop only and they have shown me corresponding order and it is not at all fair that roaming to shop and servicing centre everytime.

As per the above discussion, would request you to consider the above and replace the Q5 mobile handset.

For the wittness that I have went to servicing center 4 times - please refer the attached document - letter from servicing centre with signature and stamp

Attachment3- Shop owner is responsible to get a DO letter and at the same time servicing centre is not responsible.

Finally my sincere advice to all Sangeetha shops is as a renowned shop please dont sell any of micormax and dont encourse Micromax mobiles and this is not only my word as lots of people suffering from this consider this as a high priority.

Once again I request you to consider the above and do the needful. Hope this resolves asap.

Micromax q5 Mobile — not working

SIR This is Anurag i have purchased a new micromax q5 mobile on february 2010. but it is not working properly and service centre holder of ALIGARH is not concern on my appeal so Plz concern my appeal.

Micromax Mobile — Micromax Q5 not working properly

I had brought a Micromax Q5 mobile in April 2010. Ever since i had brought the mobile, i am facing problems. The phone always goes to 'Headset" profile even though the earphone is plugged out. This results in mine always using head set. Further, the company had promise that the phone is having '1000 sms storage'. However, in reality the phone can only store about 370 SMS. I think the company has cheated me by wrong advertisement and supplying phones with inbuilt deficiencies. I am planning to approach a Consumer court if the Micromax doesn't rectify the problem.

      I had a bought a Micromax moblie Q55 on its very first launching day at Mani Square Mall at Kolkata on 19/06/2010.Just after usage of 4 months one fine day my cell went dead all by itself. It was not switching on and was completely blank. I called up the so called Insta- Help nos but most of them refused to guide me with any service centres new address. The address given in the service centre booklet is a fake one.In the month of October i got a service centre address from one of the nos given in the booklet as Technic Services 84A Chitaranjan Avenue, Kolk- 12. On reaching the place i was informed that they no longer deal with micromax services i was directed to Durga Infotech CIT Road service centre.On reaching this service centre they first refused to accept my cell for repair since they had loads in hand then after much persuasion they accepted my cell for repair on 11/11/2010 and they provided me with a job sheet no 975.They said that it would take 1 month to repair and asked me to collect the same in December. On Dec 10 when i reached to collect the same they directed me to come on 20th Dec since it has gone to Noida for repair. On 21st Dec when i visited again to collect they said it would take another month for the same & i should collect it on January. I managed to obtain the nos of the Regional Officer of micromax in Kolkata Mr. Pranath [protected] and i spoke to him for the same. He confirmed that i would get the delivery on the next day.on 22nd when i went to the service centre i was delivered the same. It is surprising that my cell which was in Noida reached within 24 hrs duly repaired and delivered to me. On receiving the same i found that the vanity mirror was broken,the S.IMIE no was badly scratched and illegible and there were phone nos of some other person stored in it and some obscene pics of someone else stored in the cell.I immediately contacted Mr. Pranath & informed him the same but he only gave me false assurances that he would call me back & address my concern. But till date i have not received any calls &when i try to call him his cell is switched off.

      Q55 — WORST SERVICE PROVIDER

      Sir,
      This is to inform you that I (Renu chanana) have purchased Q55 from lucknow dated 2/8/10 after using for sometime its screen gets white.I went to your service centre and deposited the set on 27/9/10 at TRUST ASSOCIATES-akber nagar near kukrail bridge,faizabad road-lucknow vide jobcard no-6168 to your authorised centre.
      First of all there fixed line number is not working,secondly their cell no. whenever they feel like they switchoff/switchon.My set is withthem and no positive reply is received from their site today is 8/10/10 and their mobile is switchoff.
      How can you give service to a firm who is non responsive and irregular in their work and did not honour their words.
      Kindly take action sothat i get my mobile in running condition.Kindly do the needful

      mICROMAX-Q55 — Fraudulence service

      HI this is Sangeetha from chennai,I purchased 2 mobile handsets of Micromax from a local vendor in chennai,one in last july and other in last August,i started using both one mobile had touch pad issue so gave it for service and got back after a month and it stopped working in few weeks,when we took it for repair in the authorised service centre in chennai (where i was repaired earlier)they said that they will not be able to repair without the job sheet which was not given earlier,Lost a 5,000 there,they asked me to pay 1500 to get the issue fixed which i said No as it had free service for a year,The next one had sound issue gave it for repair a month later to the day i gave the first mobile for repair got back in a month,,in a month time the display was gone gave for repir in May 2011 they accepted that for repair,Job sheet number:12395,Deprosys technology,did not reciev for a month or so Launched a complint got back the mobile on August 19 th,the handset is not mine,the color and the model is the same but it has phots,videos and messsages from some other number and it has lot of confidential messages ,the mobile is damaged
      they have cheated me for almost 6 months its only a year since i purchased the products but they have been in the service station for more than 6 months,Ridiculous and now i have a handset which is not mine,

        I had purchase a Micromax Q3 mobile IMEI1 [protected], IMEI2 [protected] from Ritika mobile in Goregaon with bill no 073 on 24/8/2010, within 2 month suddenly phone is dead then i gone to service centre of micromax, Prodcon Tech Services Pvt Ltd in Andheri East on 2/11/2010 they had taken the mobile and given me a Customer Job Card no 614810 and Job Order no 447 after they told me it will take maximum 1 month but it around 2 month now and still i have not receive my mobile and service center people are telling they dont have any idea when i will get it they had Direct micromax company no when i try to call on that number no one responding my call then i had mail on [protected]@micromaxinfo.com but i have not receive any reply, please help me to get my handsets,
        i thought since micromax is an Indian company it would be a good handset but only after 3mnths of purchase the handset is totally dead or hangs.I want a service for the same

          MIcroMax Mobile Review - Worst Product support - Nobody entertains complaints
          Just read my emails to MicroMax for which I have not received any reply, before buying the micromax mobile. MicroMax support is just worst. I think my review will help you in taking buying decision.

          I am tired of calling your customer care, going again and again to Harkrishan Services Roshnara Road, Delhi, I have wasted lot of time in visiting your service center, I think if I continue like this, then the cost of mobile will be less, and my time and conveyance cost would be high. Mr. Nishu never picks up the phone, whenever you are blessed, you get an answer that I will look into it, but no result.

          Initially, I lodged my mobile on[protected] with case id RR:[protected] which was returned to me unrepaired after one and half month, saying its working fine now, then again I lodged the mobile with you in the same condition with Case ID[protected] dt.[protected], after which I again got my mobile unrepaired and then again I sent to back from your service center, now nobody picking up the phone and I donot know whether it will be repaired or its gone. Its just waste of time and money with your service center.

          Let me know, if there is anybody responsible in your company.

          one of the waste service i have ever seen,

          no micro max ear phone found in hyd, no body is concern about it, no proper service station in hyd, micromax can not be used without ear phone, facing many prob's with ear's. better stop manufacturing of micromax, better try to open service station rather than sales.

          I was purchased micromax A106 mobile at C ZONE as on 13.12.2014. Now I am facing the problem headset its not working and camera quality its not good

          I came to kanchipuram micromax service sentre on 23.07.2015 they told mobile headset connector defect that part not covered in warranty so, it will be charged i agree the charges amount of 350/-

          But still not rectified the problem when i spoke to the kanchipuram micromax service sentre, he says part is not available in our branch when i receive the part i can replace it so you will come again after 15 days kanchipuram service very very poor service

          i am also in service field mobile phone its very very must in my job. kindly arrange the part as soon as possible.

            I purchased micro max Q5 a month ago , the head set profile does not automatically changes to general, after plugging out the head set. I tried plugging in and out the head set several time, but no use...

            I am also getting same error...Just try to plugged IN-OUT multiple times...It will work atleast once...BUT 1 thing is here that no body observe that IF after removing headset, it's still showing same headset profile...at that time u can run FM without lead (headset)...Isn't it?...Also, u can make/receive call by putting on speaker...

              Micromax 310g USB Modem — slow speed

              Hey guys actually i have the ultimate solution for this problem...actually the problem/defect is not in your mmx 310g usb modem neither in the sim you use...okay so lets get to the solution.
              NOTE:THIS SOLUTION WILL ONLY WORK FOR THOSE PEOPLE WHO GET A ERROR MESSAGE LIKE THIS "Generic host process for win32 server has encountered a problem and needs to close" before their internet connection gets disconnected .
              So we have to disable this error message, so that we can get connected with mmx 310g for a long while

              Solution:
              (1)You have to just go to the following link and download the application and run it .
              link : http://www.filehosting.org/file/details/215241/GenericHostErrorProblem.bat
              (2) After you run it it will show you a message like :Generic Host Error Problem has been fixed.
              (3)You have to restart your pc/laptop and see if the message has gone or not ...If it hasn't then do not worry ...

              NOTE :IF YOUR PROBLEM IS SOLVED AFTER THE RESTART .PLEASE DO NOT ATTEMPT THE 4TH STEP.THE 4TH STEP IS ONLY FOR THOSE PEOPLE WHO STILL GET THE ERROR MESSAGE AFTER THEIR FIRST RESTART.

              (4)After you have restarted your pc/laptop and have seen that the message hasn't vanished just run the application(which you have downloaded from the above site)
              again and restart your pc/laptop.

              And believe me If you follow the steps correctly the whole message will be gone :D

              I purchased mmx 310g on 27th March'11 and when I noticed that every time the error message appeared, my internet connection was disconnected . But after solving the problem I continuously surfed Internet through my mmx 310g for 3 hours 38 minutes and 48 seconds ... isn't that great .? ;)

              Another request for you guys :
              PLEASE TRY TO SOLVE THESE KIND OF SMALL PROBLEMS BY YOUR SELF .PLEASE DO NOT PUT UNNECESSARY COMPLAINS .THIS WOULD NOT ONLY GIVE MICROMAX A BAD NAME ...EVEN THE PEOPLE WHO WERE GOING TO BUY MICROMAX PRODUCTS, WONT BUY THEM AFTER READING THESE SILLY COMPLAINS

                Mobile handset provides facility of Password for security of data in mobile.

                but other option of restore factory setting, unable the password setup by consumer, without asking for password.

                In userguide it is mentioned that beforre restore factory setup, mobile will ask for password, but mobile which i bought, is not asking password.

                Even authorised service centre is unable to solve my problem.

                Company's phonebanking / customer care representatives are also not able to solve this problem.

                Kindly do the needful, so that I can get new handset replaced, or company should refund mobile cost to me.

                we bought the above handset from shree mobile BILL NO.2657 dated 10/10/10
                MEID:A[protected]CEE9 in the name of sangeeta ruia.....
                once we got it repaired from bhagvati telecom the authorised service centre in warranty. still the handset is in warranty period but the above service centre is now not cooperating in geting it fixed again by saying that the handset is open but we have not get it done anywhere else.......

                Micromax Q5C — mobile handset not working properly

                I have purchased micromax mobile phone on 10-10-10 from M/s Shree Mobile malad mumbai.It is not working properly. I have gone to service centre i.e bhagvati telecom and they are not cooperating at all by saying it is opened but i have only shown it to them only earlier for that job he have not gven any job sheet.
                Now i don't have any cell phone due to which i am suffering a lot.Kindly arrange a service provider immediately / a new set.Otherwise i will go to consumer court.

                micromax Q5C — After Sales Service

                I have purchased one Mobile from your Hot Spot Maxus Mall Bhayender (W) on 13/03/2011 under invoice no.26365 .After use the same mobile I found that there is some problem in handset of Voice break , Hang .After one week I contact your sope .The told me now they can not do any thing go to service centre.I contact to service centre they keep my mobile and after one week they replied me in hand set PCB problem and should be change.I taken back the mobile from service centre and return the same to your sope for replacement on 2nd april .Now I am awaiting my mobile .There is no proper reply from your store.

                Micromax Q5C — faulty handset

                I purchased a micromax Q5C phone on 09/05/12.There is continously problems occuring in the phone from day one.It's IMEI no. is A[protected]E8D5.It has gone for repair works 6 times(4 officially+2 unofficially(where i was not provide job sheet no.)) in just 6 months.
                I wrote mail to company several times but no response.Attitude of service centre is like"kal aana. parso aana.". Now my phone is sent to Ahmedabad and they say that it might take even upto 6 months to repair.I am very much disappointed with service I am offered and insensitive behavior of micromax personnel. Through this forum I request company to look into this matter and replace my faulty handset or atleast give me a permanent and fast solution

                  i have purchased one MICROMAX C350 CDMA OMH mobile for rs. 3600/- my reliance RUIM on 10.12.10 at karur. The frequent problem what i am facing is the handset is switched off while in belt handset pouch. whene ever i lifting my set from pouch i find the set is in swtiched off condition. (the switch off button in right sidres are over embossed over keypad that pressed with pouched and went off even the keypad is locked.) And another problem is set hanging frequently on audio/video player in on condtion (while incoming call coming).

                  i feel very bad about my decision of this purchase on suggestion of mobile store sales boy of poorvika, karur.

                      I HAD PURCHAGED A MICROMAX Q5 MOBILE SET ON 15/05/2010 FROM YPUR AUTHORISED DEALER "GAYATRI SELECTION" MORVI DISTICT RAJKOTGUJRAT.THE INVOICE NO OF THAT SHOP IS 02182 DATED 15/05/2010. THE IMEI NO OF MOBILE IS [protected]. ITS ALL KEYS BECAME HANGED ON 12/11/2010. I HAVE CONTACTED ITS SERVICE CENTRE RAJKOTON 17/11/2010. THEY TOOK THE MOBILE AND CAALED AFTER TWO DAYS. WHEN I WENT THERE THEY SAID, THIS MOBILE CANNOT REPAIRED AT THIS SERVICE CENTRE AND IT WILL BE REPAIRED AT OUR COMPANY. THEY SENT IT TO THEIR AHMEDABAD SERVICE CENTRE. THE INVOICE NO OF THAT SERVICE CENTRE IS 850250.. THEY AGAIN CALLED BACK AFTER ONE MONTHS. I AGAIN WENT ON 17/12/2010. THEY SAID THAT, MOBILE HAS BEEN COME. WHEN I SAW THE MOBILE, THAT PROBLEM HAD NOT BE REPAIRED. NOW U SAY ME WHAT MAY BE DONE.

                      DEAR SIR THIS TYPE OF COMPLAIN WILL EFFECT YOUR REPUTATION. SO YOU ARE REQUESTED DO NEEDFULL AS EARLY AS POSSIBLE.

                      IF THIS PROBLEM WILL NOT SOLVED WITHIN ONE WEAK, IWILL HAVE NO ANY OPTION TO GO TO CONSUMER COURT.

                      Yours service centre could not solve some problems and not giving satisfied answer for every problems pl. you trained them or you make a perfect mobiles which will not destroyed within atleast 1 year.

                      My problem is bellow

                      I have taken micromax mobile in Dec-2010 month and it's service stoped at 10.01.2011 then i have submited my micromax mobile at 14.01.201Tirupati cellular kharalwadi pimpri Pune-411018, His tel no. is[protected] and they have given me a job card no.1376933 and told me within 5 days they will Repairs my mobile then i have been taking follow up to till date but they are not repaired it and told me we are not tell when yours mobile repaires so i decide pick my mobile from them and srap it and next time i will not taking micromax mobile with the presence of mind and after that You can confirm with Them.

                      Pl. take a needfull action on it.

                      I hope you will taking a best dicision on it.

                        I ( D.Sadhu) have purchased Micromax mobile Q2 with IMEI no [protected] from SUN ELECTRONICS, Laxmiganj Bazar , Chandannagar, West Bengal on 5.6.2010. Due to malfunctioning I approached nearby service centre. Since the set could not be repaired they issued DOA certificate no. 715008 dt. 20.11.2010 for replacement of new mobile set.
                        I approached M/S Sun electronics as per instruction and deposited the documents. They told me to come after three weeks. However to my surprise when I visited the shop after one month I was told that the set could not be replaced and they offered me token money for that Which was refused by me for obvious reason.

                        In this situation may I request you to give necessary instruction to me so that I can get the replacement.

                          I hv purchased new micromax handset on 14 July 10. last one month i m facing lots of problem in this handset, eg: internet not working, track ball not working, automatically hanged .. i called many of times service centre, they r not give any quick response.. always said we dont know anything u directly speak to mircromax call centre.. i regularly tried that bloody call centre.. [protected], but it says wrong numbr.. I requested kindly seal this companies product, and nobody purchase micromax handsets.. this is totally chutia company who provides bakhwassh handsets...

                              I AM ABHISHEK HAVE PURCHASED QI HANDSET OF MICROMAX MOBILE COMPANY ON 17 AUGUST 2010, BUT AFTER SOME DAYS THE KEYPAD AND THE EARPHONE OF THE HANDSET HAVE SHOWN SOME DEFECTS ,FOR WHICH I HAVE GONE TO ONE OF THE SERVICE CENTER HAVING ADDRESS: (A/3/93,BASEMENT JANAKPURI,NEW DELHI).
                              THE SERVICE CENTER OFFICIALS HAVE TOLD ME THAT THEY DO NOT HAVE ANY SPARE PARTS FOR MICROMAX MOBILE PHONES AS THE COMPANY IS NOT SENDING THEM SO WE CANNOT RECTIFY YOUR HANDSET PROBLEM.

                              ALMOST 4 MONTHS HAVE PASSED AND MY WARRANTY PERIOD IS ALSO GETTING OVER .
                              I HAVE MAILED MY COMPLAINT TO MICROMAX OFFICIAL CUSTOMER SUPPORT ID BUT STILL NO RESPONSE FROM THAT SIDE.
                              SO KINDLY HELP ME OUT IN THIS REGARD AS I AM FACING LOTS OF DIFFICULTY WITH MY PHONE .

                                  I had purchased a Mobile Handset X-600 FROM Micromax on 8/10/2010. It is regrett to say that since then I have deposited the said mobile handset in authorised service centre of micromax but the problem of hanging and not searching of network is remain the same. I request to the incharge o[censored]P(E) Mr. Abhishek who assure to check and replace the set. On 11/12/2010 he returned the set saying that PCB of said handset has been changed but problem remain same. I contacted the Head office Gurgaon on their insturction the handset has been again collected on 13/12/2010 by Mr. Abhishek the Branch Head o[censored]P(E). Now I wish to say by this complaint that My handset may be replaced insteat of repairing because I could not use the same due to handset trouble. the Purchased receipt and the last deposit receipt of Handset is attached herewith.                                     I Have Purchased Micromax Mobile On 18/8/2010. There is some issue with the phone that the memory card is not working hence i gave the phone to one of your service which is at chembur which is in the name of Dynamic Enterprises on 22/11/2010 .He told me he will be giving the phone in 15 days but its more than 20 days i have not got the phone .He told that the phone is still lying in nasik .i am not able to understand when they have committed of 15 days then why are they taking some many days .
                                    I kindly request you to look into this matter and help me out to get out of this problem .
                                    I had purchased micromax ao91 phone on 13/6/14 from vidhi communication . on 27/6/14 i had broken my mobile lcd from that day i am trying to submitt my mobile in service center at aminabad service center they have submitt my mobile for 18 days and after 18 days they are telling that yet we have not screen after ONE MONTH submitt it. then after one month i went to lalbag service center and they are telling that ITS NOT MY MOBILE PHOME its EMI is not registered in my pc . plz help me and resolve my problem .

The model of that mobile was Micromax X600. . after 20 days of purchased the mobile there is problem has persist in the mobile regarding the screen touch feature . I did the complan at the authorized service center of micromax That is " Shan Communication" but he was not ready to recieve the mobile, after the contact with Customer care executive of Company he took my mobile for reapair on 3rd November 2010. till date he has not returned my mobile & giving the excuse that it is under the repairing.

                                      Micromax - X600 mobile handset — regarding extending guarantee period

                                      I have purchased X-600 Gravity model of Micromax mobile handset vide Bill no.2339 dt. 20/10/2010 and immediately after one month period software problem noticed. Subsequently, handset has been deposited in chembur service center on 16/11/2010. It is understood that handset will be received after 40 to 50 days.
                                      In this regard my request is to pl. extend my guarantee period accordingly and send me new guarantee card.

                                      Micromax - X600 mobile handset — Regarding delay in repair service

                                      My X-600 micromax mobile handset deposited with service center at Dynamic Center, chembur mumbai on 16/11/2010 against job card No 973532 dt. 16/11/2010. This handset is in guarantee period. It is learn that still it will take more than one month period. In this view it is requested to direct concern dealer to deliver the handset with in seven days period otherwise I will have to compel to proceed in consumer forum may pl. be noted. Thanx!!!

                                      i have purchased mobile of Micromax model no.X 600.due to some problem in
                                      handset i have given for repairing to service centre viz 'Shree Ram Mobile'
                                      Rajkot on 25th July,2011 still it is not repaired and service centre is
                                      giving different dates for repairing still date i doesnt get my mobile. today it has been three months complete. i talked with its representitive to take the help from 'CONSUMER COMPLAINT', though they do not do anything regarding these complain. i have expensed more than 1000 rupees for query about my phone. i have no other phone to maintain my business social duties. so i have to suffer so many loss in terms of relation and money. kindly do needful as soon as possible.
