Dear Sir,

I (K. Srinivasulu) have purchased Micromax X360 mobile with IMEI No. [protected] from M/s Mobile Gallery, Tenali (Mobile #[protected] on 13 April 2010. Due to mal-functioning, I have approached Service Centre, M/s Divya Communications, Vijayawada for repairing and they have issued DOA Certificate No. 70126 dated 10 August 2010 for replacement of new mobile set.

According to the instructions of Vijayawada Service Centre, I approached Mobile Gallery, Tenali for replacement under warranty. But, to my surprise, on constant pursuance, the distributor, Mr. Nazeer of Vijayawada (Mobile No.[protected] had collected the documents from M/s Mobile Gallery, Tenali on 22nd September 2010, i.e.; after around 1½ months from the date of DOA Certificate. Till now, i.e.; on 26th October 2010, even after 2 ½ months, the distributor has not been replaced the Mobile in place of damaged one.

In view of the above, I would request your good offices to kindly cause instructions to the concerned to issue the new mobile under warranty at the earliest, for which I shall be thankful to you.

The service of micromax customer care is very bad. I am chasing since last 2 months but I still did not get resolved my issue. I have bought 2 piece of Micromax A57 Mobiles in Sep 2012, and both are not working properly within 3 months.

Micro max having too worst service Centres and customer care.. They Cheating people..
8 months ago I bought canvas Knight after 6 months it got possessor issue. I gave it for service center, after one & half month I got a call from Micro max that they replacing my canvas Knight to gold, I said ok and I asked u replace new hand set or old one. They said box piece only, u ll get it with in 4 days. After 4 days I visited service Centre they said not yet came sir and I keep on visiting frequently. After 15 days they gave me old canvas gold with damaged panel and speakers. Customer care is also not responding properly.

Purchase karne k 9-10 din baad se hi charging ki problem aa rahi thi, fir maine Service Centre par dikhaya to unhone socket badal diya. ab wo jis cable se check karwa rahe hai usase charging ho raha haI BUT mere charger se nahi ho raha hai ... then unke paas cabel extra available nahi thi to maine dusre service centre par dikhaya unhone naye cable lekar charge kiya to usese bhi charge nahi ho raha hai

      I am Jaspreet Singh, I have bought Micro max Q55, after few days it started giving problem. When i visited the Service center M/s Mobile Care Center at Ludhiana the authorized dealer speaks very rough without even checking my mobile. He said to me i will not repair your phone do what you do. I know company know these things what happening in the service centers. I just want to say Making Customers are very easy then retaining them. Worst experience with Micro Max. Nokia is the best and rest all companies are just playing with the customers and making them fool. IF Micromax really want to become Good company. LOOK AFTER AFTER SALE SERVICE.

      The co-founder and director of mobile company Micromax has been sent
      into custody for seven days after he was caught while allegedly paying a
      30-lakh bribe to have an illegally-constructed building owned by him be
      recognized as legitimate.Rajesh Agarwal of Micromax
      Technologies Pvt Ltd was found by the Central Bureau of Investigation at
      a Municipal Corporation of Delhi official's home on Wednesday night,
      right after the bribe had allegedly been handed over. Six people have been arrested with him. A
      statement from Micromax said, "Rajesh Agarwal, co-founder, Micromax
      Informatics Limited has stepped down from his duties and recused himself
      from the responsibilities. He will focus on the legal proceedings to
      clear his name of the alleged charges." The CBI has said that Mr
      Agarwal negotiated the amount of the kickback down to 30 lakhs from 50.
      The agency said it had received a tip-off, after having kept Mr Agarwal
      as well as some MCD officials under surveillance for some time.Mr Agarwal started Micromax as an IT software company with Manish Tuli in 2000.
      its very cheap company don't purchase any products from Micromax.

          I've Micromax Q2 mobile for last 6 months. Its speaker n mic both are having problems since i bought. But, i was too busy to give it to repair. Now, since last month

          No online feedback/ complaints possible.
          Customer care number- all lines busy.
          Service center in my town (Bhilwara) changed.

          unable to get any response from the company. What to do?
          plz don't waste your money on Micromax mobiles. Like me :(

I had sent my mobile to the shop & they told me about servicee center. So i had sent my mobile to Micromax Service center Mansarover Complex M.P. Nagar Bhopal.                 I bought micromax cell phone (model Q3) on 16/6/2010 from vaibhav electronics,s.d road,secunderabad. Right after 5 days it got repairs and have sent it to micromax head office in madras but still unable to solve the problem.service center has given DOA certificate for replacement but the vaibhav electronics ignoring. i have all the accessories except the box which was lost .the cell phone has got IMEI number perfectly but what makes him not to exchange i cant find it out . so i need solution to this.

                    MICROMAX MOBILE Q3+ — DEFAULT HANDSET

                    I had purchased micromax q3+ handset on 30/10/10 from Mobile store limited, H-10/A ground floor, main market road kalkaji, delhi-110019 .Purchased from sales associate suraj sharma , my IMEI NO [protected] & invoice no 1356/2105. my order no 01206043. I had 3300 Rs (2600 cash and 700 hdfc swipe machine). Landline no of mobile store limited [protected] . My mobile handset had not working properly. In Kalkaji service centre taken 25 days in november 2010. but my mobile not working properly. In december2010 again kalkaji service centre had taken 20 days but problem not solve. In january2011 again govind service centre had taken 25 days but problem not solve. In 17 feb2011 Lajpat nagar-2 service centre techno care had taken my set and battery but they had refund me only my unrepairset on 23 march2011 but battery not replace. I was working in sales . my job was gone in jan2011 by cause of mobile .i was 2 months without job jan& feb2011. two people had died by the shortage of money. i had bear financial and mental loss.I want please refund my money otherwise i am going to consumer court

                    Micromax Q3 — Audio is very weak, hazy picture quality and finally the mobile is not switching ON during humid conditions

                    Dear Micromax / Consumer Forum,
                    I am pained to finally make this complaint after a long and agonising treatment I have gone through. I've purchased a Micromax Q3 mobile on 02 Aug 10 from Sanal mobile communication, UG-26-A, Somdutt Chamber-I, Bhikaji Cama Place, New Delhi- 66. ( Tel: 41658400 & [protected]). From the begining the quality of audio & voice was very poor and the set used to behave very erratically during high humidity time. The quality of picture was also too hazy. I could not approach the shop, since I was away from delhi for a long time and being in military, I could not use the phone in the restricted area and I could not come back to Delhi. Finally I've come down to Delhi in the last week of May and approached the shop. I was promptly directed to a service centre which in the other corner of Delhi. I've taken all the pain to search and locate the service centre in a basement in Lajpat Nagar. The attitude of the centre was really bad and I did not want to use any pungent words for that. Even though I've spent almost Rs 3300 for the unit 10 months back and ran around in auto and wasted entire day and to the tune of Rs 400 for the service ecntre, the out come is zero and I am thoroughly exhausted and pushed to the wall with no kind words / favourable solution. Therefore, I am forced to contact you for a speedy solution / replacement of my unit. Details are as under.

                        Micromax has poor aftersales service.. Their after sales service at Patel Nagar (Shadipur Depo) are crooks..Micromax Q5 phones mostly have trackball problems. I[censored] visit micromax service centre in Patel nagar they charge heavily saying many parts needs replacement.. For rates of parts they dont show any price list nor do they have any fixed rates. It depends from person to person. They repair your old parts and charge in the name of new parts for warranty sets on grounds of damage (physical or liquid). the phone is cheap but service is doubly costly.. so once it is repair then u can only go for another new set..

                          I had bought MicorMax Q5fb handset on 18/09/2010 at the Poorvika Mobiles shop.

                          Issue 1:
                          Everything except 'Nimbuzz' app was working good. Poorvika guys have no clue about why the 'Nimbuzz' is not working at all.

                          Issue 2:
                          Just after 25 days of the purchase, the LCD display also went wrong. (i.e) Showing up a blank white screen and I could not view any menus on screen.

                          The very next day, I visited the MicroMax service centre, JayaNager, B'lore. I gave my MicroMax Q5fb handset on 11th Oct 2010 at MicroMax Service Centre, in JayaNager, B'lore. And I was informed to check with them for the status after two days. I tried to call them from the 3rd day to till now the problem is not got resolved. I being informed to call them every next day to enquire about this. Was very much frustrated with the service centre.

                          I need to sort out this issue and should get the compensation for the delay.

                            This is to just inform you that I had purchased a Micromax Q5 from Ganpati Mobiles Lucknow on 12/04/2010,
                            I had submitted my mobile to service Centre which is in Indira Nagar on 11/10/2010 , my Head set button , Track ball is not working and battery is also weak I had inform that to the Customer Care Ex. she was talking very rudely and saying we cant change headset bcoz its a common problem in the sets and she says we cant change the battery even its weak . So pls train to your CC exe. how to behave with customers.
                            PLs do the needfull and change my handset battery My Job order No. is 6535 .

                            MicroMax, Q5 Mobile Phone — Defect in Mobile Phone

                            My Name is Amit I recently ( 3 months back) bought a new Q5 Mobile phone but right after 2 months it started having lots of trouble. The main function keys of the mobile do not work, the charger slots also have deficiency. When I addressed it to local services centre, They demands the service fee for its repair although it is in warranty period.                               I purchased Micromax Q7 Model as on 30May2010. After about 2 months it starts giving problem i.e it gets automatically siwtched off after 10-15 minutes. I given to service center for reparing.They format the software and said now you will not face this problem. From next day onwards same proble starts.Then again i gave to same service center then they said now i will sent to comany for changing of mother board.It takes about two months to change the mother board.And now from next day the full battry get discahrge within 4-5 hrs without much use.Earlier there were not problem of battery but now I am facing this problem after servicing.

                                why is the company not paying attention towards the quality and customer satisfaction.if they want to work and succeed they need to have both the qualities

                                  hi!! this is harsh thakur. i have micromax q5, there was some problem in that few months ago i have given it to the service center( SAMEER TELECOM CENTER) IN BHAJANPURA DELHI . the service is very bad,,not only wid me but most of the people i have seen there u please take some action against it and try to give me ma cell as early as possible

Wide Job Card No. 553142 dt 11.08.10 he handed over the mobile to customer care (New Mobile World, 117 CHOTI BAZARIA RAILWAY ROAD Near Old Railway Road Ghaziabad) . but till now I have not received the repaired/ replaced mobile first they told mobile will be come after 10.09.10, then they told it will come after 25.09.10 and till today(11.10.2010) I have not received my mobile. Since more then 2 month they harassing me. Kindly help.

                                      I used mobile for 2 days only and it is with customer care since one month. If Mobile started making trouble within 2 days there will always be chance of making trouble after getting repaired So it should be replaced instead of repairing and should be given to customer within 7 days of complaint.
                                      Kindly arrange to replace the mobile.

                                        I am very much unhappy with the hearing speaker, Actually I had been to the Authorised service guy & replaced it under warrenty ,But thier is no diffrence at all.So I need to tell the new buyrs that please dont buy MICROMAX mobiles as they never worry of after sales & no numbers of the mannual are working.
