Dear Sir/Mam,
I am a resident of Barabanki. I had purchased a mobile in the month of october 2010 from micromax outlet"Ganpati Mobiles " sriram tower Lucknow . The model of that mobile was Micromax X600. . after 20 days of purchased the mobile there is problem has persist in the mobile regarding the screen touch feature . I did the complan at the authorized service center of micromax That is " Shan Communication" but he was not ready to recieve the mobile, after the contact with Customer care executive of Company he took my mobile for reapair on 3rd November 2010. till date he has not returned my mobile & giving the excuse that it is under the repairing.
so please the show me the way & help me.

i am aalok singh frm varanasi.hamne 10/08/2010 ko micromax X600 imei-[protected] purches kiya tha jo ki thik 20 days ke bad uska sckrin tourch kam karna band ho gaya to ham ne usko service center Vishal Communication S21/112 A-1 Englishiya Line,Varanasi,me leke gaye to wo mere handset ko le liya phir bola ki kal aaye to hum agle din gaye to to bola ki aapke mobile me pani chala gaya hai apko usko banvane ke liye one thousend rupess dena padega to hamne bola ki sir kal jab mai mobile leke aaya to pani nahi tha aaj pani kaise chala gaya to bola ki hum juth thode hi bolege jabki ,mai us phone ko apne jaan se bhi jayada sambhal ke lrakhate the to us me pani kaise ja sakta hai.aap hi bataye agar mere sath aisa hoga to hum kya kar.

Micromax Mobiles — micromax x600

micromax gravity x600 has very little or poor battery backup about 2-3 hours. it is very difficult to find a replacement battery in the market. can somebody post authorized center to complain for new batteries and service enhancements. thanks

Micromax - X600 mobile handset — regarding extending guarantee period

I have purchased X-600 Gravity model of Micromax mobile handset vide Bill no.2339 dt. 20/10/2010 and immediately after one month period software problem noticed. Subsequently, handset has been deposited in chembur service center on 16/11/2010. It is understood that handset will be received after 40 to 50 days.
In this regard my request is to pl. extend my guarantee period accordingly and send me new guarantee card.

Micromax - X600 mobile handset — Regarding delay in repair service

My X-600 micromax mobile handset deposited with service center at Dynamic Center, chembur mumbai on 16/11/2010 against job card No 973532 dt. 16/11/2010. This handset is in guarantee period. It is learn that still it will take more than one month period. In this view it is requested to direct concern dealer to deliver the handset with in seven days period otherwise I will have to compel to proceed in consumer forum may pl. be noted. Thanx!!!

Micromax Mobile X-600 — repairing delay

i have purchased mobile of Micromax model no.X 600.due to some problem in
handset i have given for repairing to service centre viz 'Shree Ram Mobile'
Rajkot on 25th July,2011 still it is not repaired and service centre is
giving different dates for repairing still date i doesnt get my mobile. today it has been three months complete. i talked with its representitive to take the help from 'CONSUMER COMPLAINT', though they do not do anything regarding these complain. i have expensed more than 1000 rupees for query about my phone. i have no other phone to maintain my business social duties. so i have to suffer so many loss in terms of relation and money. kindly do needful as soon as possible.

    I had brought a Micromax Mobile Q3 in September 2010 from Social mobile Stores in Fort, Mumbai.The mobile costed me Rs. 3500. I was facing technical issues with the handset following which i gave the phone in Micromax Service Centre for scrutiny. The Service centre personnel has acknowledged the instrument as faulty and had issued a DOA for replacement. Now the production is stalled for Q3 and the company is issuing Q3 plus instead. But the shopkeeper has charged me extra for replacement. HE said that the company is charging it. however when i demanded for company's bill he straight away declined to show it. I feel that i had been cheated. I should not have been charged additional for replacement. Request you to please look into the matter.

      Worst phone ever… people making these micromax phones are surely dumb and sure must have flushed their brains in toilet. worst after after sales service. People getting away after selling these phones to people with worst quality and service. this can happen only in INDIA. people are the sufferers.. Even i got one, micromax q5 worst phone ever had… the headphone symbol always appear even after removing the head phone and due to which i cant talk with out head phone plugged in.. craaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaap

      to people concerned - please take action against these robbers who rob peoples money...

        hi i am yogesh i purchased micromax mobile Q5 on 30/jun/2010.
        after one month my phone was started troubling like key pad not working and sometime scroll and when i get a call from outside the outsider cannt licen my voice so every month i have to go micromax service center and give the phone for service but iam geting fedup with these and no micromax call senter people is lifting the phone and putting on callwiting,so with in 6mnths i have given my moble for 5 time for repair,So i request you to please do the need full for me and please change my handset and give me a new one with good condition

        MICROMAX Q5 — Defective Product

        Deart Sir ,I bought the Micromax Q5 on date 21/3/10 but cell phone having a problem of track boll,,java function, handfree and some keys are not working properly.So i have given it to the customer center -New Tirupati Cellular's,khralwadi,Pune-18 on date 25/08/2010,but they have not given handset or any positive respons from them still date.
        Now i dont have any handset to which i am suffering a lot,
        Plz arrange a new set,
        Otherwise i will go to consumer court

        i have purchases micromax q5 handset in march 2010,which's i ball started creating problem within a month and finally stop working in july and its hands free was also showing always on i had visited to your gallery of manish market mumbai and given mobile to them for service they asked for a week but after one week it get worst again they asked for a week but not solved the problem now they are saying its mother board got problem it will take 1 month now ple say me sir how long i can wait how much time i can spent in roming to your gallary,i get frustrated ple. Help me,

        Micromax q5 Mobile — no servicing of the set

        To lnform u that i gave my mobile on 17th of jan for servicing. The service centre returned it on 3rd feb after servicing but the problem remained. I gave it back on 4th of feb. Again they called me on 1st march, i checked it & found that the problem still was there. It is almost 2 months & the mobile is not repaired.Iam facing problemsbcoz of this.

        Micromax q5 Mobile — DEFECTIVE PRODUCT

        I am Jagdeep Singh, R/o J- 339 Rishi Nagar, Rani Bagh. I had purchased a Micromax Q5 mobile from M/s. Sahib Telecom , Rani Bagh on 23/04/2010. I was going to purchase a Nokia Made Mobile because I have been using Nokia Mobile for a long time without having any problem. But unfortunately some of my friends recommended me to purchase Micromax Q5 & so I did. But right from that day when I purchased this a third class poor quality mobile & as well as your pathetic service to me , I have been suffering a lot. Right from begining , I am complaining that (1.)Its speaker does not work (the otherside person can’t hear my voice), (2.)It gets off automatically & even gets on automatically. (3.) Its curser ball doesn’t work properly.
        I have visited four time for the same complaints at your Micromax service center that was situated in Shiva Market, Pitam Pura & Each time they kept my mobile for minimum seven or eight days. And then after repairing ,the same problems occurred after five or six days. Now on Monday I visited your Micromax service center that has been shifted to Patel Nagar. There I found a Genius Customer Service Executive Mr. NITIN hired by you. Now read carefully what he said. I told him the problems then he said to me that the speaker in this mobile is LOCAL & outside fitted . I was shocked to hear him & then I explained my whole experience with Micromax service center right from the day I purchased it to till now. Then he instantly changed his words that the speaker is not local but tere is some water has been spilled in it . What he thought , I am ,who is complaining for the same problems from the beginning. Every time I wasted my time. The person you have hired for giving a satisfactory service to customer & spread the business, doesn’t has even a little sense that how to talk or behave with a customer. Now neither I will visit at your center nor recommend any person to purchase MICROMAX products.
        Now I am going to share all my experience what I have suffered with THE CONSUMER CELL & I ll claim for its replacement & as well as the whole cost what I have to pay.

          i have given my micromax q3 mobile for servicing in sept after 15 days they gave me my product saying now its ok and ready for use than next day only my q3 started giing same problem again i gave the product to service centre they told it will go to nagpur for 30 days than you will get a D-O so that you can get a new micromax q3+ if the product q3 is not available in the market because it cannot be repaired.till date i havent got my damaged product nor D-O.

          if you can do any needful thing than please help.

          i have bought a new canvas 4 handset before 2 months and after it i got a problem regarding camera protecting glass removed automatically.
          i went to service center 2-3 times but executive refuse to replace or repair it he said u have to do it urself.
          still my problem is as it is and no solution from Micromax .
          Dear Sir/Madam,

          I put my phone at micromax service center situated at Jamnagar, Gujarat on 16.06.2014 ( Scan copy is attached herewith). It has touch problem and touch pad have to be replaced as said by service center guy.

          Now its 06.08.2014, 51 days passed ( Is it fair?), 15 - 20 time calls, 6 - 7 time visits, Complain through e mail also, still I am not having my phone get repaired yet...

          Its embarrassing moment when they say that not getting support from upper level.

          It is their responsibility to provide parts and accessories on timely basis.

          Customer is not here to tolerate this kind of irresponsibility.

          They just sell phone but not providing appropriate service.

          I am student of CA and has no single minute to spent on fighting with company on this matter.

          I am very much frustrated from after sales service provided by micromax.

          I am very much disappointed by their replies.


          I request you to please do something and help me, Literally I am begging you.

            i submitted my fone to kalka ji service center, they returned after having 12 days., but problem is not solved. service centre persons also done harrasement me.they done waste my more time.i want to change my phone to company , want to new one.

              This is to inform you that i have purchaced Micromax Q7 mobile from Clasic Mobile Center dated on[protected]. I am facing Hang and Key Pad problem in my phone from last two months and i have submitted my phone five times to Ujjwal Telecom for service but it works only for one day after that same problem persist.

              Now i am realy fadup with my phone, please suggest what to do?

                I purchased a micro max mobile model no Mmx-x600 [protected],IEMI [protected]ondated 5-9-2010.The charger of this mobile became unstable in charging.sometime it make connection sometime it was unable to make contact.It needed manipulation then it became nonworking.the mobile was shown to authorized service center at Bijnor.The owner of this service center shown reluctance to repair it.andgiven your email adress for contact.I want to emphasize that it was purchased only two month back and it became nonworking during routine use.Therefore i request you to getit repaired without delay. I hope you will act according to reputation of company.
                Above complaint was sent to Mr Sudama Rawat an authorized official of Micromax India Ltd looking customer interest in west UP& Uttarakhand. But person is not responding in any way.and i could not find any customer care cell in micro max site on line. I am felling helpless and embarrassed.where to go for my grievances.

                  Micromax — Charging port not working

                  Charging port is not working. have change the charger but its not working. finally we came to know that charging port is faulty.

                  Yes.. Micromax is providing worst service to the customers.
                  They will provide the local service contact numbers which are not working and also if it is working they will not provide the service.


                  They don't know when they will get the spare parts to the service center. They don;t have the date specified. we need to wait..wait... wait till they give the spare parts.

                  Don't go for Micromax products.
                  I have Purchased a micromax Canvas, and it was working properly for 1 week and after that it was not working properly, and i have given the mobile to service centre, of micromax but they are saying the parts are not available, so i request u, to get me new replacement of the mobile ...
                  I had purchased Micromax A1through on line. after 15 days ti is nto functioning properly I contact micromax servise centre Mangalore, Mangalore gate Building kankanady manglore on 03.11.2014. They send the mobile to Bangalore for further process Till date I have not received any response

                    Maine 6 Nov2009 ko micromax company ka modal no. X250 ka handset Kota se purchase kiya tha. 3-4 months k baad hi handset me slow processing ki problem or battery back up ki problem aane lagi. Problem jyada badne par me first bar Shopping Centre, Kota(Raj.) wale sevice centre par gaya. Waha SHAILESH naam k excutive ne handset check karne k baad kaha k "Software ki problem he. Service ki to guarntee nahi he, me ghar pe set service karta hu 2 din me apka set complete karke de dunga 200 Rs. charge lagega. Maine guarntee period hone k karan rupee dene se mana kar diya or job sheet banwa kar set company me de diya. Batai gai date k baad kai chakkar lagane k baad mujhe mera set diya gaya. Set me slow processing ki problem khatm nahi hui balki 1 nai problem shuru ho gai. Set har 1-2 hour me switch hone laga. Me dubara service centre gaya or problem batai. Unhone phir job sheet banai or 3-4 din baad aane ko kaha. Jab me fix date ke baad set lene pahuncha to unhone mujhe kaha set thik hone jaipur jayega 4-5 din baad me aane. Is tarah unhone mujhe 6-7 chakkar lagawaye. Kai chakkar lagane k baad mujhe mera set mila lekin is baar bhi purani problem thik hone k bajaye nai problem ho gai. Hanaset har 30-40min me switch hone laga. Me 3rd baar [protected] service centre gaya or problem k bare me bataya or set repair karne ko dene laga to MANOJ naam k excutive ne kaam jyada hone ki baat kehkar set lene se hi mana kar diya. Jab maine CONSUMER COURT me complain karne ko kaha tab unhone set liya lekin aaj 1 mahine se bhi jyada samay beet jane k baad bhi mera handset mujhe nahi lota rahe he. Har bar kehte he ki handset Jaipur jayega ya phir software mangvaya he jab aayega tab thik karenge. Kuch puchhta hu to thik se baat nahi karte or Battamizi se baat karte he. Phone karta hu to kai baar Switch Off/ Out of Range batata he or jab phone lagta he to uthate nahi he. Job sheet par office ka contact no. bhi uplabdh nahi he.

                    Even i brough a mobile from mumbai dadar area, its a G4 model, i am also not satisfied with the set, but ifeel if company wants to make a good market with good business then they must give a best servose after sales, i am also fasing battery charging problem n also more, but if compay wants to get more business they must keep good relations with custmers, my no.is [protected]

                        Hi,

                        One month back I purchased a Micromax X360 dual sim mobile.

                        But now there is a big problem in the earphone mode in the phone, now I could not able to talk with out ear phone and the phone is always in headset mode(user profile is not also changed in this mode).

                        I haven't contacted for this issue to the any micromax service station.
                        Could you kindly know me that, is this problem repairable or not and where is the authorized service center in Mysore.

                        If not then how can I claim for this as it is in the warranty period.

                          dear sir,
                          i have a centre key problem in my micromax q55 mobile. i have deposited it to the micromax service centre( simran communication, shop no.-53, ground floor neelam flyover, neelam chowk, NIT faridabad) because it is in warranty period. The service centre person instead of repairing my mobile, they have also broken my mobile back mirror. but even after 15 days they have not repaired my mobile. when i call them they ignored me. and even when i demanded for the bill slip for the repairment or the repairment slip, they also refused to give the mobile repairment slip. kindly help me in repairment of my mobile and service method of the service centre. i shall be thankful to you for this act of kindness.

                            Sir, I had purchased a hand set Micromax Q5 from Mobile N More, Ambala Cantt vide Bill No 418 dated 05 May 2010. Since then handset had lots of complaints which were told to their customer care centre through telephone and emails. As advised by their rep, battery was handed over to Sai Services, Judges Bunglow Road, Vastarpur, Ahmedabad-15 vide Job Card No 929442 on 28 Oct 10. Battey is yet to be replaced by the firm despite the telecalls and emails to the customer care centre. Kindly ask the company to replace the battery at the earliest. Further, company may be penalised for the delay.
                            I shall be grateful for this act of kindness.

                            sahi baat ye hai ke mai bahut preshan hu, inhone mujhse 50000 security li thi but inhone ab tak wapas nahi ki hai, inhone mujhe cheque diya tha usme bhi balance nahi tha, , , mujhe ab tak inhone paise nahi diye hai wapas roj phone karta hu kaat dete hai uske manager hai aur malik hai mr, dev usne mujhe preshan kar diya hai bahut mujhe kisi tarah ka solution de do please mujhe mera paisa chaiye mai 4% ka byaj de rha hu is paise ka

                              Before 1 month i purchase a black MicromaxQ55(bling)
                              in diwali i lost my handsfree. last 2 weeks i call 2 all gallery for Q55 new black handsfree , But everytime they said sorry sir no stock available,you call after 1 week.
                              i try to call micromax cust care lot of times but every time their all cust executive are buzy .plz help i cnt listen fm without hansfree.

                                The track ball of my micromax q5 is not working so i thought of getting it repaired. I checked at 2 centers one at old faridabad and the other at neelam. They replied to me that the track ball for my handset will be available within 15 days so they will repair it then but when i checked it after 15 days i recieved the same comments.
                                i am really fed up with this product.

X510, IMEI No. [protected] from Shree Balajee Agencies, Bata Road, Chakradharpur, Dist.- West Singhbhum, Jharkhand on 20.11.2010, but this mobile set is not working properly from 23.11.2010 i.e. (Network prob., Auto restart, Hand, Display blinking), which is certified by Customer care agency (Micromax) JMV Enterprises, Shop NO. 17 Tin Shed, Bistupur, Jamshedpur.
                                  I approached to the Shree Balajee Agencies, Bata Road, Chakradharpur on to replace the same, but the agency directly refuse to change the same & told whatever you want to do, do no body can harm me.
                                  Therefore, I approach to your kind hour & request you, kindly take appropriate action to replace the same & take necessary action against the Agency & let me know taken action accordingly. I shall remain oblige to you for the act of kindness.

                                      I bought an Micromax mobile Q5 on 03 Aug 2010 from Alfa, Vile Parle. Two months after the purchase mobile developed a problem. Hence i took it to the micromax service centre at Crawford market on 13 Oct 2010 for repair. Now i am been told that the mobile cannot be repaired and is been at the service centre for over one and half month. The problem is that my mobile is not charging and this damage is not a physical damage hence it should have been rectified at the service centre. But they are insisting to take the mobile back and contact micromax head office. When i tried to call the concerned person (Alpesh-[protected]
                                      ) at micromax headoffice he is not taking my call.
                                      It is more than a month now that my mobile is not repaired nor exchanged which is under warranty.
                                      Please help me to take it up with Micromax authorities for their bad services.

                                      You should talk with the Micromax customer care (although they are useless)... Or you can write a mail to micromaxinfo.[protected]@gmail.com with your contact number...

                                      You can also try to give your mobile to some other service centre...
