Dear sir,

I have a Micromax X115 handset, bought on 18th of October, 2009. It started showing keypad problems from the months of July 2010. Then from the month of September 20 my handset had numerous trips to the Micromax Care, but they were not really able to repair my mobile well. It was having the same problem at an interval of same day after getting repaired. But still my keypad problem exists.
In view of above, I request you to take note of my online complain and please advise to OM TELECOM centre Manesar Gurgaon for not care in repairing mobile.

I have purchse MICROMAX mobile at manali mobile. But after few days its not working so i have gone its service station Sai Services at vastrapur Ahmedabad 15/09/10 and after 1 month when i pick up my cell They are says to me cell is not ready.     purchased Micromax Q75 2 days back, but had an issue with it, the issue was once you search a name and try to call it, it didn't call using the call button also option were not flashed, i was made to wait for 2 days with no proper explanation to get my phone replaced. my phone was replaced but again i am facing the same problem, not happy with either the product or the service. there is no complaint no. the service centers are non responsive. very very disappointed with the company.

      I have purchased a cell (micromax x360) on 06/09/2010 from M/s. Shree Balaji Mobile, B-15, Basement Shri Ram Tower, Ashok Marg, Lucknow bearing IMEI No. [protected] and No. [protected]. The cell has an ear place heating problem, when I start to talk. I have approached to Micro Max Customer care centre M/s. Trust Associates, Modular Service Centre, Kukrail Bridge, Akbar Nagar, Faizabad Road, Lucknow and the Job order No. is 6115 dated 25.9.2010. They have told me that the heating is due to some internal electronic plate and the said plate is not available with them. They told me that they have approached to the Company, but the item is not providing by the Company. Sir I am very disappointed as Micromax Company is unable to provide the item.

      In view of above, I request you that kindly instruct the Company for providing the said item / replace my Mobile other wise take necessary action against micromax company at the earliest.

        I have purchased a Q7 Micfromax Handset from Saravana Stores, T. Nagar ten days back. On charging it I found it took more than 10 to 12 hours. When I dialled the customer care number, there was totally no response and the IVRS was just looping to pre-recorded voices adding fuel to the fire. The way they advertise in media and fool the ignorant public makes me think like filing a consumer complaint against the company, for replacement and for mental agony.

        A mobile company of this statures needs to address the customers appropriately and be responsive through their customer care. It is a pity that we are getting carried away by the advertisements in media and getting our pockets emptied sans return.

        I terribly feel sorry having bought Micromax Qy and would advise all against such proposal.

        I had purchase Micromax Q7 befor three months, I m face some problam regarding phon charging last one month & bettery problam, i m not satisfied with micromax Q7 phon and your company service, your service center they have not recive phon i m not satisfied them, please short out my problam If you can't satisfied me I 'll be go to cansumer Court.             I have purchase the micromax Q3 mobile on 16 May 2010 from kalyan(mumbai), but after some month the mobile not accepting any sim card(insert sim showing), due to problem this i submitted this mobile to micromax kalyan service center on 12/08/2010 my job card no. 303490 , i visited that service center more than 10 time they always said the same answer "mobile delhi repairing ko bheja hai aa jayega" that mean mobile sent to delhi for repairing; and nearly 2 months completed still you are giving the same reason, your service center's mobile no. dont have any use, it is always switch off, i m very disappointed by the quality of your product and your service Please short out my problem early to earliest as possible. If, I got negative response. I have last solution to solve my problem, to go consumer court for file my problem.

              Hello,I am Sumedh Raibole , the user of Micromax X260 mobile which i think MICROMAX is the maddest company in the whole world,i mean that this company really don't know which device will be good for people.I buy an Micromax mobile X260 and after some days it get damage then i go to service center and told them the problem and they says "Sir we will have to send this mobile to Nashik to repair" , i said how many days it will take , he says one month, i said OK , Then after one month when i ask for my mobile he said that "sir your mobile will take more than 10 days AGAIN , After 10 days when i go there he again says your mobile didn't come from Nashik , And this is going from so many days and till now i don't have my mobile in my hand ,this is my 2nd month for which i am waiting for my mobile . i give my mobile to service center on 07/08/2010 and todays date is 04/10/2010

                Dear Manager,

                On 8 July, 2010 , I bought a mobile of your company, MICROMAX X116 with IMEI no. - [protected], [protected] from FONE ZONE, E-15/121, sector-8/ Rohini, Delhi. Bill no. -554
                I am disappointed because this phone has not working just after 6-7 days from date when I bought it. It is continuously showing some problem regarding Software it has. And finally on 18 July it has stopped working , whenever I use it for 4-5 minutes it auto switch off and switch on.
                To resolve the problem I contacted one of your Service centre on 20th July, 2010, Micro technology, west Patel nagar, Delhi, contact no.- [protected] for help they have said that the problem is with software , they have taken the phone for repair against the Customer job card no.- 373823 dated 20th July, 2010.
                After this date I have visited the service centre for more than 5 time, whenever I contact them on phone no. they have given they said that the phone is repaired but when I reach service centre the problem is not resolved it always shown the same problem.
                On 5th august, 2010, he person contact me and told that take back your phone as he is closing down the service centre forever. And I have given back my phone without repair due to closing of service centre.
                On the same day 5th august, 2010, I have given it to one of your other service centre, I.P ELECTRONICS, GURU ARJUN NAGAR, SHADIPUR EXTN., New Delhi Contact no.- [protected], JOB order no- 252, they said that phone will be repaired in 3-4 days , 10th august, 2010 they contacted me and said that the phone is repaired so I need to come to collect it, but when I reached there the problem is still the same. He told me now the phone will again be sent to company for repairing/ change of Mother Board. And he told me to contact on phone no. he has given for further inquiry about the phone but now he is not picking up the phone calls as his phone is switched off for last few days.
                Now as per yours policies it is already 30 days the phone is with service centres but not repaired yet for the problem it has. So I want you to refund back my Money that I have invested on the product for buying it. Also we have spent more than Rs 500 for visting service centre for nothing as after so many visits the phone is still not repaired.
                I look forward to hearing from you and to a resolution of this problem. I will wait for 5 more days before seeking help Consumer Court, New Delhi. Please contact me at the above address or by phone no. given below

                Micromax mobile X116 — Features absent

                I purchased a micromax mobile set X116. on its box, user guide it has clearly written the set has GPRS,MMS,WAP facility even on website it was clear mentioned before my complaint to them.
                in reality the set has no such facility.
                I informed the matter to the company, after some quary they informed it was a printingmistake. they have nothing to do it. The company has no responsebility for the set. So they will not take any step. or replace my set. (Here to inform HOW THE MISTAKE CAN BE EVERY WHERE EVEN THE USER GUIDE HAS DETAIL DESCRIPTION HOW THOSE FEATURES HAS TO BE USE)
                I was also ill behaved by the company officials.
                I too cheated with the manual and printing. Can I make any legal move against the company?

                  MicroMax mobile company cheating with peoples, the qualities of mobilephones are very very poor. i have purchased Micromamax Q5 but i regularly facing problems like battery backup very low & user profile.
                  i have purchased the micromax q5. i was listening some songs for about an hours, when i took the headset jack out of it, the profile did not change back from headset to general. i tried to restart it and took out the battery, removed the memory card and also changed the sim many times but it didn’t work.
                  The maicromax released the handsets to the market without checking the quality standard parameters of handsets. I have had Nokia and Sony phones for the past 7 years and never had to go to a service center.
                  The advertisements of company are very attractive but none of this matters if the phone is not working.
                  The company should spend money to improve their product quality & customer satisfaction neither for useless advertisements.
                  i advise to everyone avoid MicroMax phones, there is no quality standard in these mobilephones, especially in Micromax Q5.

                    Dear Sir,
                    I bought a Micromax Q55 mobile on last July 07, 2010 and initially it had low volume problem as well as speaker phone was also not working. However i was ok with that but ultimately within a month automatically went to DEAD.I gave my mobile to service centre on 07/08/2010 for repairing and Service centre person told me that it would get repaired soon as it was in warranty. I called them up several times. they said that your phone has been sent to company (delhi) and they have not send us ur mobile till now. Even I had called to company customer care (Delhi) but they did not receive the call. However, It’s been more than two months already and no progress at all.

                    After facing this situation, it is not advisable to others to get micromax mobile.

                    Kindly make it fast so that being a customer we should have trust on this micromax company products. You are not supposed to hurt your customers feeling and to have unsatisfactory response.

                    Otherwise we are forced to file a complaint against this issue in consumer forum.

                    Micromax Mobile — mobile not being repaired under warranty

                    Sir micromax is the worst mobile company i have ever experienced. I had submitted my mobile in micromaxcare center on[protected]. And till now it has not been repaired , what should i do? I will not suggest any one to buy micromax mobile. I live in jammu. Micromax is the third class mobile company.                     Micromax Mobiles — not mentioned list for warranty covered

                    I S. Anil Prasad Gupta, resident of Tenali at Guntur(Dist),A.P state. I purchased Micromax mobile model : X265 in the month of September'2011 at Lilli Planet Showroom in Tenali. At the time of purchasing they could not give any list of warrenty(guarantee) cover in handset (i.e.parts also). My handset problem occured in October month. I am contacting service centre for repair , they trace out charging connector damged in handset. So, they told " that problem not coverd in warrenty, pay the 250ruepees ( two hundered and fifty rupees (approx) ). I stone and ask them, how we know what parts are liability of warrenty in handset.Next,I contact mixromax customercare , same answere. please Justice to my Problem and provide correct information to customers at the time purchasing items/ products.

                    Back key was not working due to which have submitted the mobile to service center on 18-June-2013 at M/s Aastha Enetrprises, Shop No. 10, Crystal Plaza C.H.S. Ltd, Near Mira Road Railway Station, Mira Road East, Thane - 401107. Phn No.:[protected].

                    Initially, I was informed that there is a problem in software and will receive in a weeks time. Post follow up with the service center after a week were told that there is a problem in hardware and requirement has been raised with company for new key panel and will receive next week and after continuous follow up for about 3 weeks. We were informed that set has been sent to Company.

                    It has been almost a month a half still there is no update and even after continuous follow ups. We are just given follow up day and still not received any fixed day. We have also tried contacting customer care of Micromax but there is no response on that number. We have also escalated through email @ info(at)micromaxinfo.com and till date there is no response on the query.

                    Hoping this complaint will help us out in getting our mobile problem resolved and receive the same at earliest.

                      I have been trying to get a Micromax Q7 mobile panel. I Have been calling your Chennai service center regularly. I dropped the phone just once from my chair to the floor and the screen broke into pieces. The quality of your phone is extremely bad and pathetic. Their can be no such word as durability be associated with your Q7 Micromax mobile phone. IT is an absolute waste of money for the customer. Your service centre is even worst as the only answer I get is we have ordered the stock and it has not come in yet. Can you guys at least give the customer some customer service? Where can I find the panel for Q7 Micromax mobile in Chennai and when can I get it is there a way you can send it to me and I shall pay for it. Please get in touch with me at [protected]@hotmail.com

                      Same thing here in Ahmedabad with me, and the funny part is Micromax customer care Delhi Head quarters's Phones are just ringing and ringing, then it starts recorded speech, " "Wait for our executives.. will come soon..." and you will never get any reply.

                      In ahmedabad, I am just waiting for pannel since 2 months...wow 60 days over...!

                      this is sravan kumar i purchased micromax q7 from a big mobile store in hyderabad, now i had problem that is my micromax q7 mobile panel is broken after that i ordered a new pannel in micromax service center they said sir u have wait for 20 days i said ok but i call 'd nearly 10 times they said you have to wait for 1 month like that for 4 times totally 4month gone till now i didnt get any proper response from your mobile service station, now am ready to complain on you in consumer forum

                      please reply me something which is measurable answer ok i ll wait for ur rply then only i ll proceed to further actions nearly we are 80 people having problem in micromax phones we are planning to go to court for this actions in this 18 people are lawyers so be prepare for that, but these all are reacted after your rply only,
                      so kindly rply my problem with proper answer, after that i mail you 80 problems one bu one to you khali.

                        I have purchased a cell (micromax x225) on 10/05/2010 from Lucky Comunication madangir New Delhi-62 bearing IMEI No. [protected] and No. [protected]. The cell has various problems and I have approached to above dealer to repair it. They says that they have no responsibility regarding any manufacturing default. They advised me to visit your authorized service center. I have given my hand set to Technocare (Delhi)
                        I-11 Lgf Central Market Lajpat Nagar Opp Dewan Bajaj Show Room New Delhi and they gave me a Job Order No. 60249 dated 28/08/2010. After it, I visited many times. They don't pink up the phone i.e.. [protected],[protected]. My hand set has not been repaired from 28/08/2010 to till date. They said that my phone not repaired due to shortage of parts. Sir I am very disappointed to purchase this hand set. service of micromax company is very poor. Each time when I visit their service centre, I have to spent above Rs. 50/-.

                        In view of above, Kindly take necessary action against micromax company at the earliest.

                        I have bought a Micromax Q55 mobile on last July 07, 2010 and initially it had low volume problem as well as speaker phone was also not working. However i was ok with that but ultimately within a month automatically went to DEAD.I gave my mobile to authorized service centre on 07/08/2010 for repairing and Service centre person told me that it would get repaired soon as it was in warranty. I called them up several times. they said that your phone has been sent to company (delhi) and they have not send us ur mobile till now. Even I had called to company customer care (Delhi) but they did not receive the call. However, It’s been more than two months already and no progress at all.

                        Since, service of micromax company is very poor so I am very disappointed to purchase this.
                        After facing this situation, it is not advisable to others to get micromax mobile.

                        Kindly make it fast so that being a customer we should have trust on this micromax company products. You are not supposed to hurt your customers feeling and to have unsatisfactory response.

                        Otherwise we are forced to file a complaint against this issue in consumer forum.

                            Micromax q5 — NOT WORKING PROPERLY

                            during the call, the other side people cannot listen my voice clearly, so didsturbing during call, i purchase phone before 1 month, so thats a problem

                            Micromax q5 — HANDSET IS NOT WORKING

                            I HAVE PURCHASED THE MICROMAX Q5 HANDSET LAST YEAR IN MAY-2010. WITHIN 2 MONTHS ITS WHOLE MOTHER CHIP WAS REPLACED. IN BETWEEN THE MOBILE GETS SWICHOFF AUTOMATICALLY. CHARGER IS NOT WORKING WITHIN ONE YEAR OF PURCHASE. ITS TRACK BALL IS NOT WORKING. IT TAKES MORE THAN 3 HOURS TO CHARGE THE HANDSET. BATTERY GETS DOWN IN JUST 1 HR OF TALKTIME.

                            PRECISELY HERE I WANT TO SAY THOUGH THE HANDSET IS CHEAP ITS QUALITY IS ALSO CHEAP.SAYINGS ARE VERY BIG BUT DELIVERY & COMMITMENT IS ZERO. CALL CENTRE IS USELESS.

                            THIS HAS HAPPENED WITH MY FRIENDS TOO. I HAVE BEEN USING NOKIA 3310i WHICH I PURCHASED IN JAN-2005 AND STILL I HAVE NEVER SPEND ANY MONEY TO MAINTAIN IT.

                            WILL ANYBODY IN MICROMAX WILL LISTEN TO THIS. I FEEL I HAVE BEEN CHEATED OF MY HARD EARNED MONEY.

                              I bought new handset of Micromax Q5 on 21/3/10.i am faceing a problem of Trackboll and some key are not working properly.so submitted my hand set to the service center to repair under wrranty on 25/08/2010.
                              But they have not given my handset till date. I visited at the service center two times.Every time they show me the another old handset ,whose IMEI no.Colore and batterry S./no. not matching with my company IMEI no.
                              What can I do now?
                              I want my original handset after reparing .
                              Or if company or service center have changed my handset under warranty,then why not given me the new handset with new document?

                                I bought Micromax Q5 in July and after 1 month noticed that its blue tooth is not working, later the phone stuck to the headphone mode and the general profile couldnt be activated, later its USB charging port came off. Now when I took the phone to their service center they said since the USB port is damaged it is charageable for all the above problems and asked me to pay Rs 700. However I did mention to them that the USB port has come out on its own and got stuck in charger provided by them and hence it is not a manual damage, however they have resorted to saying that if you need it to be repaied you will need to pay. Kindly help.

                                    I would like to register a complaint that the most advertised model of Micromax i.e. Q55 also known as BLING is just a problematic handset.
                                    I purchased that handset for my wife on 2nd of july,2010 and it white in color. On its 1st day itself its screen went white completely and we could not see anything.i took the handset to the dealer and he exchanged it for me for another white handset.Later black color came in market and we exchange for black handset paying 1500 bucks extra.
                                    After about 15 days again this new black Q55 started having display issues.The display used to go blank white and at times used to show lines on it.I took it to authorised service center and saw that about 5-6 Q55 with same display issues.

                                    It seems this model has major display issues as when i got my handset checked the service center in THANE named MAXCOM info me that there is wait time of 3-4 weeks for this handset to be repaired as they are awaiting part to replace within handset.The service center said to me clearly that they have about 50-60 handsets of Q55 waiting for this replacement.

                                    I think it is absolutely unfair to advertise a faulty handset and also sell it in huge quantity when you know u cant replace parts of the handset
                                    I am waiting now for almost 15-18 days and still no update about the part and now even service center is not answering calls What to do? Please help
