Hi. I recently Purchased Micromax X600 IMEI no.-[protected] , [protected]. In it a preloaded Software multimessenger NIMBUZZ is not working now whenever I tried to Call the Customer Care from the Following number there is no response from them ,
1.Toll Free No. [protected]
2.Helpline.[protected]
Every time the computer speaks that "Our Customer Care Executive is busy assiting other customers"
3.Customer Relations.[protected]
I also tried to Contact via Customer Relation but there also I got no assistence.
Please Resolve my Complaint as soon as you can.

I am also suffering with This nonsence company .I have recently purchased Micromax Q75 but the signals are getting dropped frequently and I have mailed on the mail ID given on BOX but not getting any reply...This is a cheater company selling chinese mobile on the name of Micromax.

    I purchased Micromax Mobile Q1 on 29 Sept 2010 from Pune India.
    In a month its Some buttons stop working , I happened to visit your service centre in Pune (Pasalkar Bhavan, Court Rd, Shivaji Nagar, Pune, India). and conveyed the problem , I was getting late to reach to my office even though they asked me 2 photocopies of original Bill . I roam around for about 20 mins to search the xerox shop and could manage take the photocopies , Now when I returned to give it at service centre, They refused to take the complaint stating this is Lunch time and they cannot take it. This is really surprising thing for a customer who bought the mobile and expected to avail the services as well.

    I have first complaint of the mobile phone itself since in a month it starts malfuctioning.
    Secondly regarding the services to customer , who does not talk in polite manner with customer.

    Micromax — misbehaviour with customers

    Dealers are giving the wrong commitements towards repairing of mobiles and they are also not dsclosing correct technical problems and also misbehaviour with coustmers while communicating by using bad langauge
    yes, sales executives behave with customer rudely.

    I bought a micromax mobile phone which I took to Manimajra service station for repairs.
    The staff members did not entertain properly . The reception boy talked harshly and abused as a result of which I slapped him upon which the whole staff gathered and started beating me for which DDR was lodged at Police Station and the matter was compromised after the erring person and manager felt sorry in writing..
    Who will tolerate if people like this treat you in this way?
    No respect of customer rather abusing him...What a nuisance
    As a result of their misbehaviour, It did not get it repaired from them and got it repaired from a private shop in Chandigarh and spent Rs 400/-

    i am sunil pattanaik purchase X290 mobile from bhubaneswar on 18/02/2011 after using one month the mobile showing faulty like it was hang when any call receive or dail and my data card also not support . then i reach your service station situated at bapujinagar bbsr, they told me there are some software problem and they take my phone for 2days for software installation after getting it from service station it will work from one days then same problem found due to i am on job for that am not able to reach the service station daily for that i go to your service station after 10 days the also do the same work as before and the phone working for 2 days ten same problem found.

    there fore i requested you to kindly go through the mater if possible please change my phone otherwise i make consumer case

    On last dec 28th 2010 I purchased micromax q66 set from SAMVAD mobile store near to stadium building calicut.But within 10 days its charger got damaged and replaced by shop dealers.Now within this short period of 4 months, it got troubled many times and ots main problem is with its charging. Charger got some loose contact . I have given cel to micromax service centre KARBON at Darusalem complex 2 times.But Im not satisfied with their service.Still it has the same problem. What shall I do further?

    dear sir,

    i purchased Q75 from Micromax on 25th Mar 2011, in June itself the handset started giving issues.

    1. I visited the service centre in Jun and they simply re-loaded the software and gave it back to me, issue still persist.
    2. I visited again and they said that they will not accept the Bill as it is drawn from Micromax warehouse and not from a dealer.
    3. I logged a complaint on your email id and call center, you advised to visit the service centre again and call from there.
    4. I visited again on 23rd Jul 11, when I presented them the handset and the bill, service centre denied again to work on the job, I made them have a word with your representative on [protected] and then the lady who attended the call had a word with the service centre. Then the service centre excuse was that due to technical upgrade at their centre it could not be done and I should come on Monday.
    5. I again visited them on 25th Jul 11 (Monday) and then made me wait for an hour & half after which they simply accepted the handset and issued me a job sheet which is attached and asked me to come on 26th Jul 11 morning to collect the handset. In case there is some issue we will call you to inform when to come.
    6. I tried calling them on 25th evening as well as on 26th Morning on the number mentioned by them in their rubber stamp which they confirmed is the contact number also but no one cares to answer the phone.
    7. I had no option left but to drive 17 Kms and visit them again, when I went this morning, the simple casual attitude was "PLEASE WAIT!", after waiting for 20 minutes the simple response is "we tested your handset and we have noticed some hardware issue due to which we have to move this to L3 which we have not yet done"]
    8. I requested them to please give me the phone number which works and the delivery time in writing and the response was really amazing "we cannot give you the delivery time in writing, please come after two days to check what is the update"
    9. When I insisted, I have got the cell number which is given in the attached picture on top, this belongs to Sahil and I am asked to give him a call to check after two days but no delivery date can be promised.
    10. after a week the handset was returned to me stating that the L3 has fixed the issue however the issue remains same, when i call the area co-ordinator he says deposit again and i will get it repaired and no response comes from their call center.

    I would like to understand how Micromax commits to the delivery and service because for a simple issue I have been made to travel 17 Kms atleast 6 times till now and the issue is still not resolved and the company service centre is not even ready to confirm the delivery time. This is really shameful for me as a customer that a company is not able to provide services to end users who are buying in bulk then what will happen to the customers, who buy one single equipment.

    I request you to please help me with the replacement for this handset as I cannot accept a faulty handset which has got hardware issue in first two months itself.

    I have recently purchased new micomax phone model no-A093. The phone battery condition is very worst condition when iam using internet the battery is getting to low. So please request to find solution to solve it.
    i purchased new yu yutopia on 10 june 2017. from the very first day, the phone was not performing well and was little hanging . after 1 month only the phone was again and again getting self rebooted and shows cyanogen. then after 2 minutes phone starts and work normally which was very very irritating. then on 14 august i submit that phone in micromax service centre who have not repired that phone till today (september 11, 2017 )and the service centre is saying me to wait for one more week .

    this shows the quality of phone . i would suggest everyone that not to buy phone of micromax . now i am going to sue micromax and compensation for all the trouble .

    although I purchased this phone because micromax is an Indian company .

      I've brought a Micromax Q75 2 days back. Just after my first call i made from the handset, i discovered the mic of the handset is not working. I went to the shop i brought it (Sangeetha); those guys refused to replace the set and directed me to the service center.
      I don't understand if there is a manufacturing defect, then why did not the dealers get it replaced?
      Micromax is cheating people with chinese phones with indian thappa just by providing warranty...I also bought q75 25 Feb. 2011 and the signals fluctuation is such that I am not able to make or receive any call during travelling or inside my hosue.
      In future I will never think of any non branded product.

        I had purchased a black Micromax mobile q3 IMEI no [protected] on 14th Feb, 2010 from Sundha Electronics Mapusa, Goa for Rs 4200. On 12th November, I went to the shop as my mobile was not charging as the charging pin on the phone seemed to be damaged. I had checked with a local mobile shop who said that they could repair it for Rs 200 and it would take a day, but to send it to the micromax service centre as it was under warranty. The shop keeper at Sundha ([protected]) said that he would send it to the company but it will not be covered by warranty as the part seemed damaged. I have not damaged the part, but it has come to this condition by regular use (charging) in a matter of 7 months itself. He promised that I will get it in 3 days time. Its been 13 days now and I have been calling them up nearly everyday to find out about my mobile as it is causing me a lot of inconvinience. I am informed everytime to call up the next day, and then after 3 days and then after a week.
        Today he tells me that the office is closed, call up tomorrow.
        Is this the kind of after sales service that Micromax offers? I have gone through a lot of inconvinience as well as wasted a lot of money on call everyday to inquire about my mobile.
        Please inquire into this matter and I expect some immediate action.

          I hv purchased Micromax mobile model no. Q3 on date 10/07/2010 from m/s ASMIT MOBILE REPAIRING Ordnance Factory Badmal (Stall No.10) ,(ORISSA) vide Bill No.229. It is not working properly since 24/09/10,so I gave it to service center on 26/09/10.After repairing by them the mobile is hanged and switch off even the keys are also not functioning. and this is going on till today.Again I took it to the M/s RISHIKA AGENCY,BALANGIR on 13/10/10.Again the mobile send by the persion of this AGENCY to Bhubaneswar and he told me to collect the mobile after 1 minth. as per his advice I collect after 1 month on 10/11/10 but there is no changes in the mobile again same problem occured. Now you suggest me wat shall I do. I 'm unable to contact anywhere so I thought it is the better way to consult you.Kindly suggest any solution otherwise I will go through Consumer Act.

            I have purchased a Micromax Q 5 mobile 6 months back the phone automaticaly goes to headset mode and there are no options to change the profile from headset to general mode. I am really fed up with this phone and would never prefer to buy any micromax product again. Its really waste of your hard earned money to invest in such product.

            Not only this but any chinese make of phones such as Maxx, and other such chinese phones. My request to all to never invest your hard earned money in such chinese products, Instead use a Nokia or any branded phone it may be cotlier at the the time of purchase, but you can enjoy its benefit for a longer duration of life.

              Name is Digvijay. Phone was purchased on 24/8/2010 and within two months it went dead while hearing the music player. I handed over that phone to service centre at Gandhinagar Gujarat pone no[protected] on date 19/10/2010 with job card no: 624186.This is within warranty period.

              Almost one month has passed since I handed over phone to service centre at Gandhinagar. On inquiry they just said that the hand set-phone is sent to Ahmedabad for replacement of part. They gave me one no [protected] of Mr. Virendra Rajput at Bapunagar Ahmedabad. I tried hard to contact him but he is not taking the call.

              I even tried to call Mr Vishal-[protected] but he is also not taking call. Then I contacted[protected] of pricless from where in the lady refused to talk about the status or even refused to give me the no t whom should I contact or when shall be this ise resolved.

              I am frustrated and hence I sent this mail to sort out the issue.

              What a big mistake I made of purchasing this company hand set. I should have listened the friends.

              same case with me..

              i had bought Q7 and within 4 months the cell got dead.

              I gave my cell at IMI mobile centre at miraroad and they informed me to come after 2 days.. after 2 days they said that the cell has been sent to delhi for repair.

              It has been 1 month but i havent recvd my cell. I tried to contach [protected]@[protected] as he is Maharashtra sales manager, but he avoids my call and doesnot reply.

              This was the biggest mistake i made by purchasing Micromaax.

                I have submitted my micromax mobile at SHREE BALAJI TELECOM, B-30-A, Basement Dashmesh Chowk, Kalkaji, New Delhi-110019, on dated 10th Nov 2010. Company commited me to deliver my mobile on after 3 to 4 days but still my mobile is not repaired by the Service Centre.
                The nature of complaint was "Handsfree mode active always"

                I called today on 18th Nov 2010 but company replied the same like the part is not available.

                  I have purchase Q5 mobile in which there is a display problem after 3 months, i have submitted the mobile in peera garhi center (micro max check point) on 4th of this month, till now i haven/t received the infomation when i'll be able to get phone, they are just creating confusion by saying "take headoffice no."
                  or "you have to go to janak puri" or "hame patta nahi hai to kab display the part ayega"

                  Sir, this teatment is very frustating, kindly help.

                      my micromax handset has charging problem, the set was in warranty period and I give the set to the service center at near kukrail pul. After more than 3 month passed my handset couldnot repaired or replace by the company. Everytime when I went to the center they said "come after few days, your mobile's PCB willbe replace by the company".

                        Last week, I bought a MICROMAX X235 Mobile................I have inserted Micro SD 2GB.                             Dear nodal officer/managing director
                            I am die hard supporter of micromax mobiles and presently also using q5
                            But dishearting to say that support and response of your service center is very poor and overall creating very bad name to company.
                            To give brief about my problem is that i bought x600 in sept10 and in only few days i started facing problem in mobile.
                            I submitted the mobile to service center in manimajra on 26/10/10 but even after following up long they say they dont have the part required to repair the mobile.
                            I am writting this mail considering that my issue will get resolved otherwise i will quit as customer and also raise this issue to your md.
                            Pls cooperate

                              Hi, I bought Micromax Q-75 one month ago and i've been facing this headset profile problem for last 15 days.
                              Problem: The user profile from headset does not change to general while unplugging the headphone. I've tried several ways to remove the profile but none of them work. Please suggest me with some reasonable solution to this problem.

                                Indian brands like Micromax , Karbonn , Videocon are selling mobile phones with SAR values above 1.8
                                This is beyond the safe level for human usage and is a health hazard.

                                Check :

                                Also these companies dont mention the SAR values on their website or user manual.

                                In countries like USA the maximum allowed SAR is 1.5 and its illegal to sell mobile phones without the SAR values mentioned.

                                We need similar laws in India to protect the health of the consumers.

                                    i purchased a Micromax mobile Model number-GC 400 on october 2nd from Madhuram
                                    infotech bhopal Madhypradesh.after two day`s of purchase the display of my mobile was damaged.

                                    i asked the retailer to change my display & he guided me to a service centre of Micromax which is at mansarovar complex at bhopal.where i gave my mobile for repair
                                    but after keeping my my for two weeks nothing happened.

                                    than this service provider ask me to see another Micromax service provider which is in old bhopal.now it is almost a month gone & i`am still waiting to get my mobiles display repaired.

                                    I have purchase micro max X600 on 18th Feb.'11 touch screen. Date on 28th Feb.'11 tocuh is not woriking when i went to the service center district center shop name MPS Electronics. He says touch is not working so i sent to handset company to change the screen and you will get to 10-15 days. I have purchase newly use only 10 days touch not working and service center said to touch is not avaivale so your given 10-15 days. Very bad service. I said to change the mobile but he said no options to change the mobile. Pls provide the service mobile ASAP.

                                      micromax/ mobile handset g4 — service centre not responding

                                      I have purchased a micromax g4 mobile handset at my home town which after few days o[censored]se started facing problems regarding network failure, voice clarity. My mobile is still in warranty period so I took my phone to the service centre in my city "NAGPUR" for further assistance on 05/02/2011. They took my phone and registered my complaint and gave me the complaint number which is "8938". But now it is almost two months since I have given my phone to the company's service centre but till now I have not got my phone. Everytime when I visit the service center, they say that the handset has been sent to the company for repairing. So requesting you to do the needful ASAP otherwise I will have to go to the consumer forum.
