MICROMAX MOBILES’ CUSTOMER CARE SERVICE IS WORST, LACKS ACCOUNTABILITY & ACCESSIBILITY.SCREEN OF MY HANDSET MODEL Q5 DEVELOPED TROUBLE AND THE ONLY SERVICE CENTER AT LUCKNOW TRUST ASSOCIATES NEITHER REPAIRED IT NOR EXPLAINED THE REASON FOR NOT REPAIRING IT, EVEN RETAINING THE DEFECTIVE HAND SET FOR SEVEN DAYS. MICROMAX MOBILE PORTAL THOUGH ACKNOWLEDGES MY ONLINE SERVICE REQUESTS BUT DO NOT INITIATE ANY FOLLOW UP ACTION. TOLL FREE NUMBER; ALWAYS REMAIN DEFUNCT. TOLLED NUMBERS; DO NOT REGISTER MY COMPLAINT. CONCERNED EXECUTIVE IS NOT READY TO TAKE MY CALL, OPERATER ASSURES THAT I WILL GET A CALL BACK, BUT DO NOT GET IT EVER. My new micromax phone model pike's charging jack is not working after buy of a month only. I sent it to micromax service center and i go after 10 days of submission of mobile but it is not repair. Staff of their not taking phones of customers. I f you do anything about this plz tell me on my mail id [protected]@gmail.com

I purchases New Micromax Q75 mobile handset, on the very 3rd day of purchased the handset is switched off and never switched again. Checked with service centre in Delhi, they said take the replacement with new handset from the place it is purchased, i approched them, they are saying from the last 3 weeks not in stock. I am in Delhi on official project, trying hard to get the replacement in delhi, but all efforts are useless.
Everytime a new excuse is given along with a time of 5-7 days . its almost a month now. I am facing lot of problem.
Can i get the refund.

I had micromax X330 model mobile purchase at[protected] from Nashik I got problem that my mobile is not going to start at 1-9-2010 so I contact to my nearest micomax service center is name swami samarth mobile , vakil wadi, Nashik I gave my mobile to service center at 2-9-2010 but no responses from his side and also no quotation and no exact period required for to repair my product so please help me

i have a micromax bling q55 and i am unable to switch the user profile ,it shows only headset profile even if the headphone is connected or not,i am unable to talk without headphone.please give me solution for this problem.

i hv purchased micromax c2i mobile handset on 14th sept 2009,on 1st sept 2010 while charging within 5 minutes the set became heat and the set automatically switched off,after that several times i tried switch on but it was not working.Then i gave my set to service centre which is located at Jayanagar,Bangalore.
After 2 days they informed that ''PC board has damaged and have to replace it'.

But the problem is till date they are telling that not received PC board from related company yet.
Hence, i request u to please solve the problem as soon as possible, it is becoming very difficult,because i am having post paid network,i am simply paying rent for that.

Myself Amit Rajbhar I have purchased Micromax X 360 mobile from the shop of MOBILE SHOP in Alipur duar Court (West Bengal)in feb,2010. In 10/09/2010 it had some issue with its user profile like it became head set & not change to general mode, the phone was functioning fine (calls) but nothing was without head phone. Then I took it to nearest Service center of Micromax (SUMEDHA CARE in Alipurduar). I have given the mobile in the custody of SUMEDHA CARE on 10-SEP-2010 and since no reply in phone Next day I did the same, they as usual asked me to come after two days. Again happen the same . After that I visited there every day and got the no answer then Today I again the service centre was closed and in one person of service centre was dealing with the complaints. rude and misbehaved I went there & told them when You provide my Hand set , but the result was the same that I will try soon. His result was same day by day He was very rude & rough behavior. I have received my mobile back today on (date, 21-Sep-10). Without repairing & incomplete.
Now I am dipressed and frusted with the dealing. It has taken more than two and three weeks. Still I am wandering.

It is my humble request that kindly take necessary action at the earliest against the service centre( SUMEDHA CARE) as soon as possible. My details of Job sheet are given below.

I purchase a mobile phone micromax c2i, The become dead after few month, Phone has automatic vibration start continuous which is not stop after than the phone not working. Then i gave the phone at service center shree shyam telecom, 59/18, Frind colony , jharsa road, voda phone basement, Gurgaon on 03-08-10, a phone not service 2day become 21-09-10. my job no is 1588 give me by the service center. And maid A[protected], Taken so much time , I promise u I will not again micromax phone and also tell 2 all my frnd be alert do not Purchase maicomax phone becoz the service of micromax so poor so much poor. I'm Hemant, I had purchased Micromax W900 handset at given date(present in the excel sheet herewith) , It started giving me trouble after a week causing me to give it to the registered service center at thane named "Max com"( Pachpakhadi, Thane) for servicing, But since then, it's been more than one & half month I have not received any positive reply either from "Max com" or "Micromax" (mobile company). I have got lot o[censored]nnecessary headache due to unprofessional management from micromax mobile company, Micromax Helpline also does not answer by anyone for long time, It keeps you waiting for infinite time. Due to ignorance & this unprofessional working from Micromax I have faced a big unexceptional loss of approximately Rs.50,00000 for the current month of August 2010 (I have been told to get the phone repaired after 20 days from the date of submitting it to the service center mentioned above) , I have already sent Micromax the legal notice from the Mumbai court mentioning above copy. Please take appropriate action & let me know anything related to this through email or written letter or If you can please take the assistance of any high court lawyer for further disputes.

My Mobile Set Micromax X250 was stolen from sector 71, Mohali. I ahi have enclosed the copy of FIR/DDR warranty card and Mobile bill...plz help if there is any possibility to block or track the above said handset.

I have taken a micromax mobile before 1 month .After some days the touch screen was not working, the service centre person told that there is water inside the cell. He ask me to left the handset & he will get back to me within sime days.Thia happened before 10 days now when I call service centre they told me that the part required was not yet received from the company & it will take 4-5 days more.Pl help me in getting the part as I dont have another mobile.

I purchased a micromax Q5 and within a week there was a problem in the audio jack of the ph.
I showed it to the service centre who registered my case whose Id is 480979. It has been 4 months now and still they say part has not come from Micromax head office. More over now the
joystick of the phone is also not working. I beleive it was my pathetic choice to go for Micromax
its better to use brands that are there in market for a long time as they have better service centers.All i will say is stay away from Micromax or any other chineese brands

i received phone on date[protected] and checked on the counter that weather the problems i have in phone has been corrected or not. i found that my problems was as it is. So i spontaneously returned it back WHERE HEAD AND EMPLOYEES MISBEHAVIED WITH ME however finally they give me new customer job card no- 638595 date[protected] delivery date not given.
Then a call from no [protected] came to me on my mobile no [protected]. He told me that he calling from Lucknow and enquired about problem of my mobile. Later i found that the number belongs to milan mobile care, Sonia road, sigra, Varanasi Stamped back on customer job card.

Again their was same mistake

Coming to main problem i purchased my mobile on date[protected] as gift for my son.
(1) Within one week of purchase charger become dead.
(2) Within two week of purchase display problem has been started. Auto on /off screen.
(3) Within third week of purchase earphone mode show and not change.
(4) After two month of purchase track ball stop working downward.

During my problem period your service centre was changing. And i did not have information about your new service centre.

You can understand how much problem you have in your mobiles.

West U.P. but the shop keeper says me that it will take 30 days with Rs. 1000- to change the handset. that is why I want to reason of money & delay the service of the company. after to ask the reason, this shopkeeper misbahaved to me.My handset is dual sim IMEI No. [protected] & [protected]. Hi Micromax Team,

I have recently purchase Micromax X600 Mobile phone on 01 Aug 2010.

The thing is dat touch pad didnt worked on Sunday and what the Micromax service center is saying that the touch pad has got water inside.

Even though i have never put in any water not carried the cell phone during rainy season. As I was playing carrom in my building premises and suddenly when i removed cell phone from my pocket it developed some particle and the touch got stopped in between.

Micromax service center is ready to charge 1250 rs. for the touch pad even though i haven't put in water not carried during rainy season.

Please assist urgenly.

Sir I have purchase Micromax X-360 on 06/05/2010 from vadodara. after 2 and half month battery problem start and my phone became dead. After 1 week I got it repaired but on same day it stared with heating problem. So I return on same date with job card no. 552476. Till date its not resolved and no one is ready to answer me when will I get it back. Even Gujarat regional office also not picking the phone. So kindly look in to the matter and please get it repaired. More over if possible either change my instrument.
