I have bought micromax q5 in dt- 23.07.10 . its a nice phone i was satisfied with this set that time . it is very good for batrrey back up and mp3 player but last 2 days this set was automatic on /off then after I told for this problem to shopkeeper he hold us hope the softway was out.       i have a micromax x225.previously i have brought the same,but headset was not working.they changed the set with doa and give me another set of same model no.but recently i am facing same problem.voice quality is also poor.
      problems are listed below
      1)headset not working
      2)poor voice quality
      3)dial button not working properly
      4)sim detection problem

      i suggest that please do not buy micromax,it is waste of money.

      Dealers are giving the wrong commitements towards repairing of mobiles and they are also not dsclosing correct technical problems

      I had given it on 20th of may n till now there is no response. Its been one month. My job sheet no. is 187218.
      A person there, Mr. Chandramohan whose no. is [protected] never picks up my call. I dont know what is being done to my cell. So please look into the matter.
      i bought a micromaxQ5 mobile handset and within a week it showed display problem.i gave it to the dealer for repairing and after a month also i am not getting it repaired back.sometimes they say that they have sent it to Kolkata sometimes they say that they send it to Hydrabad and so many absurd answers.

      Worst service
      Every time they say your mobile will get repaired in 3-4 days, this excuse is given after 7-10 days being passed. Also, if you want some relevant reason then they say talk to customer care not us. Moreover, you have to stand queue because there are lot of people facing problem in their Micromax phone. However, I'm still waiting for my mobile to get it repaired even after two weeks, I hope I'll get it soon

      Device Problem:
      Mobile restarts automatically. However, I'm not one who is facing this kind of problem, do Google. You cannot run multiple task at a time, like listening music and playing games. Poor touch quality.

      I purchased a micromax unite 2 from mobile store shop bangalore, .
      After using it for 2-3 mnths, .i faced issues with it, . all of a sudden the phone didnt powered on, .nether from the battery nor from the adapter, ..
      I gone to the Micromax Service Center in Marathalli, Bangalore, MOBILE SEVA.
      They said it will be sent to gurgaon for repairment, .they told me it will take around 10-15 days, .now when i tried contacting
      them they are saying tht it can take more than 1 month, . also they are not sure about it, ..
      Another major concern is tht, . they are asking for Rs 2000 for servicing as my phone is already in warranty .
      And when i try calling them, . they neither pick up the call, ..When i visit to the service center, they just talk rude with me, . also with the

I followed up with them on 10th Dec 2014 to check the status, they informed me that company has still not sent the part and I will receive phone in 1 week time, today again I called up to check the status, I get to hear same reason that company has not sent the part.       I am a citizen of Kurukshetra and i want to submit a complaint against micromax service. 4 months ago i gave my micromax a 47 phone for repair(IMEI NO.911343550417465927463)to micromax service center(aditya communication) and i haven't got it yet. This is simply consumer harassment. it is simply disgusting. Every time visited there for query they always have a new excuse for delay.PLEASE LOOK INTO THIS.I am tagging the job sheet as proof.

        I have purchase a Micromax Q5fb in January, 2010, Mobile is not working properly its tracking ball function, mobile lead was also very bad quality. its not to good like nokia headphone.Sometimes Ok key is pressing automiticaly when i pressed that key is not working.

        Regarding above problem i went to Pachim Vihar Service Centre there saw a notice service centre is closed by order of Micromax.

        Then the service is not near my residential area and no more time to go there anothe service centre in delhi which so far like laxmi ngr.

        I tried to call micromax call centre there no any body pick to call only listen to welcome tune 15 to 30 minutes.

        Can anybody give any idea that solve my mobile phone problem.

          I have bought a micromax Q3 mobile few months ago. its camera and bluetooth had stopped working. so I have submitted the mobile to Micromax service center in Ferozepur , on 1 st June,10 to repair. They have sent the mobile to chandigarh center to repair. its been 2 + months now, i have not got my mobile back. I have contacted them many a times, but they dont know the status. Even I have contacted the Micromax Corporate office in Gurgaon, they promised me to get back to me, regarding the status of my mobile ,but they never contacted me.
          i am facing the same problem, i also don't know what to do !!

            I have recently bought a micromax Q55 bling handset.Its only 15days old.While I am trying to charge the mobile now,after 2-3 mins of charging its displaying a message, "Bad contact of Charger".I am not able to find out the solution for this.I removed the charging point several times then tried to charge but the same problem is persisting.

            i have brought micromax q55 before 20 days...and its charging point is not working at all...please please help me out

            micro max Q55 — charger not working

            I bought a micromax Q55(bling) for my sister, after 3 months of the purchasing date the charger started giving trouble. When i went to a service center at balkampet they said the charges are out of stock for many days and all want to do is wait for a week or a two. After a week when i visited the store the response was the same. I repeated this for 4 times in a period of 2 months and still the availability of charger is nil in service centres. Not only at balkampet I also searched at ameerpet and kukatpally and they still didn't get a single charger. If this is the case then what is the need of giving a 6 months warranty period. Shame on micromax mobile. They have max only in their brand name whereas the service provided by them is nil.
            Try changing the charger ...maybe the charger has corrupted.
            Or try changing the circuit or fuse because sometimes the power of fuse or circuit may have low power and we do not come to know it.

              I would like to bring to your notice that recently I had bought a Micromax Q1 Mobile Handset which it boost of Dual SIM compatibility.However,it actually does not work and they are just making a fool of all the people.When I did complain to their Customer Service department via Email , they replied in the usual format " Sorry for the inconvience " and they did not even ask as to what the problem is with the Mobile handset.

              For example : If you are talking on 1 SIM and if someone calls on the other SIM , he gets a message " Unavailable / Unreachable ".You do not even get an intimation regarding the people who is calling you.

              I would say that they are just cheating people when their Dual SIM actually does not work.They are just making a fool of people and selling Handsets.

              I would advise people not to go for MICROMAX as it is a waste of money rather try a different Handset.

              I would advise everyone not to go for MICROMAX Mobile Handsets.

                I have bought micromax Q-5 mobile in Poorvika mobile world but i could not use that mobile for my browsing purpose as it is not working as a modem to connect with my PC. the salesmans and the manager in the poorvika can't solve it and when ever i go to the service center i cant solve my problem, service is very very bad.

                my self ram shukla, iam from allahabad, sir/mam i buyed a micromax handset from my nearer market that is INDRA BHAVAN , after a month later it had some problem in his Track Ball , so i take my handset to the service center that is in Uptech Building, Civil Lines, allahabad. sir i was really frustrated about ,how your service men deal's with me , sir i was, reached at 9'oclock morning but they, anounced my name at 8'oclock in evening , after all this when i got my phone back ,they changed my camera , and now it has hanging problem whenever i opend it, sir/mam , win i buyed this phone that was the most feachered phone you have, but i am

                  I have purchase Q7 mobile in which there is a network problem after 3 months, i have submitted the mobile in orissa enterprise, berhampur, orissa (micro max check point) on 29th december2010, till now i haven/t received the infomation when i'll be able to get phone, they are just creating confusion by saying "take headoffice no."
                  or "you have to call our area manager" or "hame patta nahi hai to kab mother board part ayega"

                  Sir, this teatment is very frustating, kindly help.

                        My Micromax Q5 is automaticly changing profile from General to Headset frequently
                        Ohhh, wat da hell is with Q5 !!!, I bought da handset 3 months back and was working quite well until recently when I was getting PROBLEM with the USERPORFILE CHANGES that the ProFile is getting stuck to HeadSet, not been able to get BACK (retracted) into its GENERAL Profile Stting, so I's in constant agiTaTion with this mobile and even slammed it to the ground. Basically, This MOB IS A LOW COST MADE FROM CHINA with PooR Engineering, CERTAINLY IT IS, as the machige lacks genuine and proper functional in its hardware machine itself to last even a bit longer..

                          I have purched a mobel model Q5, on 20th June 2010. and my cell became Idle on 29 June 2010, I have sent this mobile into your service centre Noida, Sector-18, on 30 June 2010.
                          After several telephonic converseason and personely ontect with your service centre, I hae not got any responce yet.
                          So i request you to please give me new one set or refund my money with in seven days.
                          Further pls note that if i will not get my claim then i will lodge a complain in consumer court and all the expences goes and it with born by you.

                            I am using a Micromax W900 its been 4 months and The service centres in Mumbai still dont have the display for the handset.                               I bought Micromax X1i 15 days back, so far good. i like this cell as battery stand by is good. talk time is comparatively less as expected but over all nice to have it. Cons : FM quality is poor. while running vehicle voice shatter.

                              Pros: it cost me just 2300 rupees where Mini SD was free. look & feel is nice. Dual sim support is a blessing.

                                I have purchase my micromax phone from Bhagwati telecom[protected]In gurgaon sector 22 market).after 15 days my phone stop working I went to the Authorised service centre of micromax (Sahil associates in kapasehra border) he gave me the DOA certificate (the certificate for phone replacement on[protected]. I submit all the items to the dealer for mobile replacement. He told me that you will get your new handset on Monday or tuesday[protected]. Till now they have not give me the handset . I have call to their head office also but they didnt solve the problem just wasting my time .Sir, I am facing too much difficulty please help me out as soon as possible.

                                  this is inform u that my self gaurav jain belongs from Mainpuri UP and right now residencing in Gurgaon for job , sir i had purchased micromax mobile model no.Q3 on dated 18/3/2010 from local mobile outlet named as Spice communication sec 14 gurgaon and problem is that i m facing the problem since few days in my handset like not support charging, attrandumly hanging problem for its solution we have to go its service centre located in Gurgaon jharsa road named shree sai Telecom friends colony ,gurgaon ph no. [protected], [protected] and they treated with me very badily attitude and said to me this will not be repair under the warranty period for its repairing you will have to pay around 300/ rupee while Gurrantee & Warranty period under date so i m requesting u plz solved out this issue If i do not get any suiatble response by then, please visit the local police station and consumer forum seek their assistance to legitimate ground for the issue which have raised by company with me , as he might be in some sort of problems. Given issued bill copy on which mobile had been purchased and booklet in which all term & conditions are mentioned .

                                    I have been victimized myself by wrongly purchasing MICROMAX on 14th April, 2010 wide Bill No:1160 of CELL WORLD, NAGERCOIL, KANYAKUMARI DISTRICT, TAMILNADU. which hardly worked for less than two weaks only. Immediately approached the Certified service center and given for service. Till date, after three months time it was not repaired and my weekly visit to them made me to become mad as they are answering very politely that it will take more time. To great surprise, the product in web site also is not having any E-MAIL ID to complaint about it. Such a kind of service and sales will definetly spoil our Indian products amoung the global market.                                       I Bought Micromax X118 from Sangeetha Mobiles,I was working fine for 1 st week except the battery back UP,Since full charge leads the phone for 5 to 6 hours only,But we need to put full charge for atleast 2 to 3 hours.After a week the problem starts the phone switching off automatically and dialing the wrong number when i try to dial the received calls from sim 1 through sim 2,its dialing wrong number the problem starts and always problematic,When I asked sangeetha mobiles,since they said free replacement for 6 months...they didnt even bother to hear the complaint,Poor response from sangeetha Mobiles and Micromax service center.Please dont buy Micromax Mobiles.

                                        Sir, I am writing this mail with great agony. I had purchesed a micromax Q3 from M/s, Alfa, Vile Parle (W), invoice no. [protected]V on 7/12/2009. it was working fine, but last month after one day after charging, it phone was frequently hanging and later on not responding, I took to phone to the nearest Micromax service centre, M/s IMImobile Care, Mira Road, he told me this is due moisture accumulation and you have to pay Rs. 250 to get it repair. sir my phone is within the warrently period still he is charging me and now for more than a week, still it did not get repaired.                                         Micromax — NOT ABLE TO CHARGE PHONE

                                        I purchased a Q7 dual sim phone from Mumbai. The charging is not happening as everytime the message charger removed comes .
                                        It is a loose contact and evertime one has to move the charger when connected to phone for it to charge.
                                        Now whatever you do nothing happens
                                        Please let me know where to give the phone for replacement. It is only 2 months since I have purchased this phone.
