My name is Govindu Srinivas and Iam working as Deputy Manager in a large Corporate Company.
I bought a Micromax Mobile set Q7 on 20.05.10 from a Mobile shop (M/S Rajiv Telecom,C-37,LG SHOP NO-1,2,I.P.Extension,Patpar Ganj,Delhi-92, Phone no-[protected]) near my residence.
On 18/06/10, when I was talking to one of my clients, It switched off suddenly , after that I am not able to switch it on for full day. I went to one of the Service Centre M/S Gadget Galaxy,P-6, Main Road,Bihari colony , Shahadra,Delhi) on 19/06/10, one of the Service engineers Mr Shaved told me that due to sweat inrush, it became dead, so it is under warranty no more, even if one month has not passed since its purchase date .I advised him to check my Handset and received a report from the Service Station that it is waterlogged and it is under warranty no more. They further told me that it may not be functional any more now. My Handset set is with the service center now. My job order no is 5294 dt.19/06/10.
Iam using Nokia phones for last ten years, it never happened that handset has become dead due to sweat problem.
This is a matter of serious concern and I lost my precious time ,my energy and suffered lot of mental strain due to this Problem.
I should get new phone as sweat is a common thing and I cannot take that sweat has caused so much Problem to my new handset.
As per supreme court orders in[protected], Sweat cannot be considered as a water logged problem, This I know and want you to know now.
I have the original bill and the service report from service station with me.
Now I request you now to provide me a new mobile handset of same Catalogue No. very soon ,
