Micromax Q55 Display not working

I have purchased Micromax Q55 model mobile from Planet M shop from 7sis at vadodara.
With in second day of purchasing its display is nt working so i make complaint to micromax customer service point (Ideal mobile service station) in vadodara but still from one week the service center man is not even responding to my complaint and even not pick up the call when i tried to call him lot of times.
Kindly suggest what...

Sir I was purchase one Micromax Q 5 model from Planet Showroom from Tollygunge area in Kolkata City on 06/05/2010 with Guarantee card but my hand set properly not working. i was approach to Customer service center Maniktala and Behala but they reply they are being not provided customer service due to poor response and low category manufacture of software. pl solicit instruction for onward submission to consumer court

    i have purchased micromax mobile on 31st oct 2009 model no Micromax X250,on june 18th 2010 handset was sudeenly switched off im unable to restart so i gave to it to
    Service center :Sai Mobiles(Ap)
    Jp Raju ,Shop No31,Charmas Opp Hardy Complex,Mg Road,Secunderabad.with complaint no : 392507.after calling many timings they have returned my handset on july 7th ,after 3 hours it facing the same problem.so i given service center on 8th july with complaint no : 404723.they returned to me on 10th july.but after using few hours i was facing same problem.i given handset on1 2th to service center,they are making temporary solution and returning.they are not giving clearing problem and service is aslo so worst.please help in this regard

    s/n - x250b7901942 and it creating problem from last 5 months and three time i hv diposit it 4 servise but every time i got problm after frw hours and i am not satisfied with the customer service of company please take sutable action ,

      i have pureched micromax mob.q6 from Ganpati Mobile Hazratganj, Lucknow on dated[protected] after 1 month handfree problem in my handset. 1 here not working and i am visted nearest service center Trust Associates, Akbarnagar, Lucknow he told me that he will repaired hand free within 2 day. Today is 07-10-10 and he does not repair my handset.

        Hi,

        Before one month I have purchased a Micromax X360 dual sim mobile.

        But after one month there is a big problem in the earphone mode in the phone, now I could not able to talk with out ear phone and the phone is always in headset mode(user profile is not also changed in this mode).

        I have contacted for this issue to the micromax service station (Shiv Electronics) Old Faridabad, and they are also not able to repire it.

        Could you kindly know me that, is this problem is repairable or not and where is the authorized service center in South Delhi .

        If not then how can I claim for this as it is in the warranty period.

        My cellphone screen display glass has broken.i searched whole market of aligarh. but i did not get display glass. company is rsposible to available its accessories of cellphone in the market.

        i regularly contacting them the only reply iam getting from them is it will take more time its been more than one month. the service is iam getting from them is pathetic and i dont see that they are taking any sufficient resolution

        Just go the Media OPtion in Menu and then click on FM Radio Option, here is posibility of changing the user profile to the default General Profile.

        May be long pressing the * button will help in this regards.

        Hi,Can you please provide me with the setting of the phone because it happened like there is a ear phone sign on the screen and because of that I cannot speak on the phone without ear phone.Everytime I have to talk on speaker or using the ear phone..So please guide me to get rid of the ear phone sign on screen.

          Let me share with you the Bad Experience with me while purchasing Micromax Mobile

          Phone ,I have purchased 1 Micromax Mobile Phone from Near By Dealer MONGA

          MOBILE PLANET and very same day its st oped working ,after that I contacted Dealer he

          has refuse and send ed me to Service Center.
          Service Center has refuse to check my New Handset due to closing of their month after Lot

          Of Pressure they had checked and Declared Dead Hand Set and given me some DOA for

          Replacement of My handset ,I again went to the dealer for Replacement .Dealer had took

          Mobile Phone with Box and DO given by Micromax Service Center and ask me to come

          next day as he will disscuss to the Distributer (as Customer Is Fool).
          Till now after 10 Days there is nobody bother for replacement ,customer is fool paid

          money and running here to there and till now there is no solution.
          My suggestion to all of you is that please spread this mail as much you can and try to save

          people from Mentally & Financially Trauma & Harassment.

          Maine 6Nov 2009 ko Micromax X250 handset purchase kiya tha jisme 4 months k baad se hi hang hone ki problem shuru ho gai thi. Problem jyada badne pr SEPTEMBER 2010 ko pehli bar me SHOPING CENTER, KOTA (RAJASTHAN) wale service center pr gaya. Waha se 1week k baad jab maine handset wapas liya to usme 1 nai problem shuru ho gai. Yeh har 2-3 hours me switch hone laga. Me dubara service center gaya. Unhone phir JOB SHEET banai or 3 din baad aane ko kaha. Jab me 3 din baad gaya tab tak set thik nahi hua tha or staff bhi thik se baat nahi kar raha tha. Service center k 4-5 chakkar lagane k baad mujhe set wapas mila. Is baar set me switch ki problem or jyada bad gai thi wo har 1hour me switch ho raha tha. Jab me tisri baar service center gaya to staff ne set lene se mana kar diya or battmiji bhi karne lage. Jab maine Complain karne ki baat kahi tab unhone set to le liya lekin aaj tak handset wapas nahi diya. Call karne par call attend nahi karte or jab waha jata hu to battamizi se bolte he. Ab mera set last 6 NOV 2010 ko service ki galti se out of warrenty ho chuka he. Agar ab mera set mujhe bina thik hue milta he to me kya karu. Mera set aaj bhi service center par he or use lagbhag 1month ho gaya he.

              I have purchased Micromax Q5 handset from FAST INFORMATION CENTRE-II, Stall No.310B, Metropolis, High Land Park, Kolkata-700094 on 2/5/2010. Since 25th June my phone is shown in headset mode constantly & couldn't be changed into general mode. So my phone is being used only by headset. I have contacted respective Service Centre in kolkata for warranty service but they refused to do so & asked for pay service even after only one month lapsed for buying the same.
              same issue i faced but got the software reflashed done from the service center
              I, Mr. Avijit Choudhury have purchased Micromax Q5 on dated 30.03.2010 from 'Lokenath Xerox', Malda. IMEI No. of handset is [protected]/31.

              But after few months the handset display shows a continuous message that ''Headphone Plug in & Plug out automatically''.

              After that I contact with your Malda Service Center on 11.08.2010. They received my complain at their invoice no. 476825. But when they back the handset, the problem still remained.

              I am in great trouble with this. It is also embarrassing me with your service. Please look after the matter.

                Hi iam ziz recently i have brought Micromax q55.my moblie keypad get automatically get locked but i have not choose the function of locked system. 1week it work properly my keypad did not locked but one day my screen saver remain on for a long time than i put my mobile off than i start my mobile after this my mobile keypad getting locked .i have check the setting but it did not work pls suggest me .

                hi i am having the same problem. I purchased this Q55 phone in july and immidiately the problem of key pad and ear phone started. I registered the complaint and after so many requests got my mobile replaced. but the problem of keypad is still continued in new handset also. I showed it to service center and at different service centers they told different problems . Like one said that its software problem and one said that keypad is short. pl suggest some platform where i can get redressal

                  My set started giving problem reagarding the Message option,Opera Mini,WAP.
                  I had contacted the mobile shop regarding the problems but the properitor of the shop didnot take the responsibilty at all.
                  He ignored the entire problem and asked me to find out the Servicing station of the company.
                  I had to find the entire details through net as the booklet given had all wrong information.
                  I contacted the Area Manager Mr.Tamal Mondal phone [protected].He also ignored the entire problem.
                  I personally found out the service station by my own selfand gave my set for service on 24th June 2010 Thursday.
                  The servicing Station Details:
                  Apex Marketing
                  Micromax Authorised Service Station
                  Address:1/2/A,T.N.Chatterjee Street.Tobin Road.Kolkata-700090.

                  They had yet not given me assurance regarding the servicing of the Handset.
                  They are saying that they donot have the software .
                  I am in touch with the service station for the last couple of days.
                  I contacted them today i.e 30th June 2010 wednesday still they are not taking any kind o[censored]rgency in returing back my Handset in normal condition.
                  They are always having Excuses to give.
                  I had tried to get in touch with the Area Manager Mr.Tamal Mondal but he didnot receive my call.

                  Seeking for your intervention into this matter very seriously.
                  I am in need of this handset as it is for my official purpose.

                      i have purchase new Micromax mobile on date of 07/02/2010...nd this mobile working very good for 2 or 3 months,bt after 2 or 3 months this mobile camera had going to b hanging problem,nd i m going to this srevice center,nd they had mobile under our custody,bt service center had said this mobile camera had broken inside..nd they all claim to us,they said we hv broken our mobile camera...

                      so plz suggest me for this complaint.....
                      i m very upset for micromax mobiles....so plz solve my problem as soon as possible....rather then i hv complaint file in consumer court nd i will finaly sue u......its my request to u...plz solve my problem.......

                      I am an unsatisfied customer of Micromax Q5. I have purchased Micromax Q5 handset from Hotpot Spice retail Ltd D354 Main Vikas Marg Laxmi Nagar Delhi 110092 on 06/05/10 Bill No 766 and Book No C86/16. [Micromax Q5 IMEI [protected]]. The set is defective and having lots of problem like keypad not working battery down, I have contacted respective Service Centre in Laxmi Nagar Delhi 110092 for warranty service but they refused to do so & asked for pay service even after only

                      I am really disappointed after using you Micrcomax Q5. I ded a great mistake by buying this mobile and also referred my friends and relative not to buy any Micromax phone because your service is very very poor.

                      Please let me know whom should i speak to incase i need a better service.

                        Dear sir/madam.

                        This is with regard to the purchase of micromax mobile(H-360) in chennai in the month of feb. I had frequent network disconnectivity problem and had given to service at V connect solutions chennai.(29/05/2010- Customer jobcard no:284415). I was told that i will be called once the mobile is ready, but never called me even once. furthermore i had to follow up with them for the readiness,Finally they told me that the spare parts are not available i need to wait till monday. Till tuesday i did not receive any response and i had to call them up again. they ordered me to come with the system cable, i refused them as i am staying 50kms away from the city. when i went to their shop (after 20days) i was shocked to see the mobile not being repaired and returned back to me (now the mobile is not even switching on) stating that i did not give the cable. It was really humiliating the way they treated me. I strongly feel that some of the micromax original parts are replaced with duplicate parts in my mobile. the reason being my mobile harware was not good (network connectivity, 3MP camera does not even have mimimum clarity, sound clarity is absurd, loud speaker did not function properly, wrong world timings shown.This is my last experiance i shared with you, i had even more frustrating experiance with Deprosys 'Technologies before going to V-connect. ( I donot want to explain here).

                        Kindly ask your best customer support executive to call me as i feel totally frustrated and humiliated. I never had such an experiance with any of my product i had purchased so far. Also please dont tell me to go to V-connect solutions once more.

                          My name is Govindu Srinivas and Iam working as Deputy Manager in a large Corporate Company.
                          I bought a Micromax Mobile set Q7 on 20.05.10 from a Mobile shop (M/S Rajiv Telecom,C-37,LG SHOP NO-1,2,I.P.Extension,Patpar Ganj,Delhi-92, Phone no-[protected]) near my residence.


                          On 18/06/10, when I was talking to one of my clients, It switched off suddenly , after that I am not able to switch it on for full day. I went to one of the Service Centre M/S Gadget Galaxy,P-6, Main Road,Bihari colony , Shahadra,Delhi) on 19/06/10, one of the Service engineers Mr Shaved told me that due to sweat inrush, it became dead, so it is under warranty no more, even if one month has not passed since its purchase date .I advised him to check my Handset and received a report from the Service Station that it is waterlogged and it is under warranty no more. They further told me that it may not be functional any more now. My Handset set is with the service center now. My job order no is 5294 dt.19/06/10.


                          Iam using Nokia phones for last ten years, it never happened that handset has become dead due to sweat problem.
                          This is a matter of serious concern and I lost my precious time ,my energy and suffered lot of mental strain due to this Problem.
                          I should get new phone as sweat is a common thing and I cannot take that sweat has caused so much Problem to my new handset.


                          As per supreme court orders in[protected], Sweat cannot be considered as a water logged problem, This I know and want you to know now.


                          I have the original bill and the service report from service station with me.




                          Now I request you now to provide me a new mobile handset of same Catalogue No. very soon ,

                          My name is M.Arif, Teacher and has purchesed a new Q7 Micromax mobile with Bill No. 4271,on 20 june 2010 at night but it started giving problem on the very day, its battery back up was only three hrs within four days i contacted the authorised deler, Retail shop "Range Teleservices, K-17, Lajpat Ngr - II, New Delhi-82. He misguided me by saying you have not charged it Whole night . I tried Three more days , but useless. again i approched to him he said we can't change the handset., even he denies to tell me the service center nearby address, after four days effort he told me the address, i reached the Techno Care - I- 11,lajpat ngr -II, They've taken my Battery and charger said come after 15 days, i requested a lot but no effect even to the customer care ,( the No. has been provided by the service center),the also denies to help even the guided me to go to the ConsumerCourt., if you want .
                          now , I'm suffering a lot , as i am a teacher and a Trainer all of my classes are depended on the mobile.

                          Micromax Q7 — Bad and irr responsive customer service

                          I have purchased Micromax Q7 mobile on 13 Aug 2010. For no reason the mobile got switched off on 15 September 2010. Tried switching on again with no luck. Reached out the service center and lodged a request with job code number 604845. The service executive gave a verbal commitment of a one week time for delivery of repaired or a new piece (In case repair is not possible). One week passed and even a month passed, till now we do not have a reply from service executive. Tried reaching them on phone and personally as well, but the response is very rude and not acceptable. Today is 30 Nov 2010 and the response today as well is same. Hence, lodging a complaint, can someone advise on how to go about this.

                          I had purchase one MICROMAX Q7 MOBILE from M/s. Baoji Mobile Shop, Kaladhungi Road, Haldwani on dated . 15.11.2010.after six month of purchase , it's create charging problem then I was submitted to M/s. Mobile House , Sahukara Line, Patel Chowk, Choudharu Complex, Haldwani. on 27.06.2011 through Job Card No. 2255415, Which is authorized service center for Micromax mobile on dated. 27.06.2011. Today two month passed still I did not received my mobile . After discussion with service engineer, he reply that your set is in Micromax Factory. When we call Micromax customer care for the handset they reply it will take 15 days more to rectify it.

                              I have purchased anew Micromax W900 mobile set, dated 14th June 2010. But It was a defective set. 15th June they said "it is software problem, you please come next day. Next day day ( Evening) They said microphone is out of order and You should come after 11 am and before 6 pm.
                              17th may I met there and they said they will repair my moble hand set. After severel request they are not listening anything.

                                i just wanted to tell you that the service from your micromax service centre ,ghumar mandi,ludhiana is really bad.
                                It was a very bad experience with the employees.
                                my mobile condition... as my mobile phone's handfree and charger is not properly working. i went to the service centre on near about 1st june. they told me that you will get that within 10-15 days. When i came back on 13th of june they now telling me that your handfree and charger will take more 10-15 days. now when i am using the phone, whats the solution that i can charge my mobile. if they committ that you will get within 10-15 days , then they should stick to it. now i don't know what to do with them.
                                I just went their near about 8-9 times then after they repaired the jack of the mobile. and they are telling me that you can buy a new charger in the mean time. now if i have to buy a new charger only then why i should go to service centre. then a big question mark is there...WHY SERVICE CENTRES ARE MADE FOR...???
                                i just want that you should take strict action . Hope you will understand .

                                  Im from tirunelveli . ibought micromax q2 mobile in Univercell, sripuram, Tirunelveli, Tamilnadu on march 13, 2010 .In which i faced lot and lot of problem.
                                  1.when Im trying to send group message it shows that group is empty, even though there are 6 members added in every groups.
                                  2.when im using msn or yahoo msngr the mbl gets restarted auttomatically for every 15 minutes

                                  when i gave complaint about my mobile in the shoroom they kept the mobile with themselves for 2 weeks and later they gave it to me by saiying that the os has reinstalled .and now there will b no prblm in it.But when i check the mobile i came to know that they r lying.Because my user defined templates will not b chngd in tat and reminders in tat will remains there . Then how it is possible that they reinstall os .??? they try to cheat me bloddies. so i argue with them and replace tat mobile with the new one on april 10 2010 .

Thay said that "plzz upgrade to q5 mobile, since q2 has low memory, it does not suits u for browsing or using messengers. then for group message, they asked me to save the message initially in drafts and then send using caller group.But there is no drafts in q2 model.
                                  Even all china mobiles will b perfect, But the micromax is very very worst in service and product quality

                                  So i request each and every guyz to prefer any other standard mobile rather than choosing the standard less product like this . Im heavily worrying for buying this micromax q2.plz be aware about this

                                  Hello Respected Sir,

                                  I have brought new micor maxx mobile Q2 from the pune location.but due to some circumtance mobile and its charger was faulty.so i went to service center for resolve my problem. and i raised request to service center and also to Micromaxx company regarding my problem before 1 month. i sent a many times mail to them regarding my problem.but still i am not getting any response from the company or service center.

                                  so i request you please help me to resolve my problem.

                                      I purchase micromax q5 and after few days its USB not working...I visit to the authorised service center but they refused to repair the mobile. They simply say that company is not providins materials for replacement and so we cannot solve the problem. I tried to another service center but everywhere same Problem. They even didn't touch my mobile for checking that what is the problem.
                                      So where to go for our Problem....????
                                      I purchased a micromax x500 mobile. its touch screen hanged & stop working which is within warranty period. I gave the mobile to service centre at Gopal pura bye pass Jaipur vide job card no.100879 on dated[protected]. I have visited two time and called many time but all time they have only one reply that the part required for your mobile not had with us & Company is not sending the part. Please look after the matter & if part required pl send the same as early as possible.

                                      Micromax mobile X500 — repair under service centre

                                      I have handed over my X500 vide Job card no. 100879 dated[protected] for rpair as the touch screen was not working. The mobile is in warranty period. I have contacted many time personally & by phone but all time we have not received the parts from company ,it will take 3-4 days . One day I contactd they said your phone has repaired & take it & When I recieved the phone but it was inthe same position as I have handed over then they asked it will take about 10 days. But till date it was not repaired . I have already submitted the complaint, Now I Submiting 2nd time. Please look after the issue.
