1. while connectig usb cable of micromax x600 to my computer, mt computer is not accepting its support even after being installing its drivers from micromax website.
2. how to configure my yahoo mail account.
3. nimbuzz software is not working, asking connecion failed
even i purchased micromax x600 4days im carrying same problem wth usb and access with my laptop. i approached service center regarding this but it is very bad to hear from them that they dont have knowledge of this. i contacted their customer care [protected] but no response, and also contacted their head office but nobdy lifted the phone, is anybody there in micromax or it is running with only one sales man i.e akshay i doubt, i suggest being a coustomer to micromax dont do this kind of behavior with your coustomer, remember gandhiji words YOU ARE THERE IN THE BUISINESS BECAUSE COUSTOMER, CUSTOMER IS NOT THERE BECAUSE YOU.

    I am an unsatisfied customer of Micromax Q5.
    I bought a phone Micromax Q5 3 months ago. In three months this is the fourth time I am submitting my phone in a service centre.
    On the very second day the trackball of the mobile phone stopped working. It took around one week get to get repaired. There after it worked well for next 20 days after that the display of the same phone started flickering according to the service centre it was because of humidity.
    it again took them 5 days to repair the same. After that when it came back from the service centre the mouth piece was not working they took the phone and within three days I received my phone back. Now it has stopped charging according to them the battery is not working and it needs to be replaced. I have given them my battery on Thursday of last week i.e. 10 days ago they are still saying that it would take around two more weeks for the battery to come from head office in Gurgaon.

    Please let me know whom should i speak to incase i need a better service.

    I just want to know how much time it takes for a battery to get replaced from Gurgaon. It has been more than 10 days still I didn’t hear anything from them.
    Would be great if I could get a mail or a call in order to clarify the same.

    Micromax q5 — Service Regarding

    I had purchased Q5 and after 4-5 days the handset was hanged in headphone mode and i had visited Shiv telecom, authorized Micromax services center at faridabad on 06.03.2010 one month has been passed but my phone is still there and not repaired yet.

    Kindly advice me how can i file a case in consumer court and get refund my money back.

      I Ramesh Naidu has bought a hand set of macro max Q7 on 27/07/2010, and henceforth using the handset, got a problem with the hands free.

      I visited your Nagpur service center Unique mobile and was attended by your executive
      After checking the instrument I came to know that the instrument was ok, but the problem was with the hands free. As I am working person I am need of hands free very much, through your executive i came know that the hans free is not available with them and they will be providing the same after 25 days , kindly give me the explanation, why the same is been delayed

        Dear Concern i had bought mobile from Malik Record Centre,Jalandhar on 17th July and i found problem in speaker and mic and after repair the problem was not solved and i got D.O certificate now the shopkeeper is not resdy to replace the handset kindly guide me what to with the handset MICROMAX-X330 as the handset is of no use to anyone infact i would say its Micromax sets are fraud sets,pls do not buy these sets as they are not quality sets and similarly wastage of money.

          Bought Q7 Mobile on 4.8.10. Under stand mobile was faulty from begining, started showing signs of trouble from day one. It's wi-fi is useless,, automatically switches off, etc.etc. A Complaint was filed at Company's site & Company's Delhi region Office at Noida within 10 days of purchase , was contacted. Mr. Rai & Mr. Manish- does't know how to handle this case.. They are buying time. Sometime they insist would replace, if we have the box container (which we did't possessed, as we have disposed the box after first day use, believing Micromax being providing trouble free set) else insist repairing the set.

          How can a Company take customer for ride,,A newly launched Q7 mobile have turned faulty, & company adamant handling complaint. SHAME.

          Lodged Complaint at Consumer Redressal Forum for reclaiming new phone along with costs for sufferings caused due to company's fault??

          This matter is to make all aware, Cheap Company like MICROAX purchasing cheap chinese stuff & befooling consumer in India???? BEWARE ALL
          i lost my valuable time and money after purchasing the micro max mobile q7

            I have purchased a Micromax q5fb but now i am facing many problems like trackball is not working properly etc. I think this micromax mobiles are waste and not providing service to the customers. They want to earn money that's it. And when i buy the mobile, the related cd for pc suite is corrupted, now i am trying to get all the site for pc suite and drivers, but until till now i have not got the reply from the micromax service-rs.
            I have purchased a Micromax q5fb but now i am facing many problems like trackball is not working properly, the quality of the camera is not good at all, sound is also very poor . I think this micromax Q5fb model should be banned. The Customer care executives are not handling the problems carefully. I bought this model on 30th September, 2010, but I have already visited the customer care with track ball problem thrice & still the trackball not working properly. I am not satisfied with this model. The customer care is totally hopeless even I can't see any hope...

              Microxmax 500 is the worst phone in comparsion to any Chinese phone aslo. I bought the phone from Cyber Green - DLF Phase -3 Gurgaon. Vendor told me that it has excellent services. Within in one Year it Touch screen is behaving in wierd manner. When I contacted the Mobile Shopkeeper with whom I brought the phone, they adviced me to visit the Services center because they will not be able to send the phone to Micromax services centre. Its very strange that within one year its Touch is behaving in wierd manner. Also standby time is just for 12- 14 hour. I had migrated from Nokia to Micromax just getting blown away by viewing the Advertisement of Mircomax. But regret to say that I totally disagree with what they display in the advertisement.- Vimal

                i have purchased new micromax X600 ,Gravity from Kanpur on 03Aug10,with 01 year warranty. On 05 Aug 10 phone was dead,at that time i was in Jodhpur,i contacted to service center (CARE ZONE,near Sona Lassi Olampyc road) at jodhpur.After an unsuccessful attemt of repair they told me you can collect new phone after one weak.Since then their one week is not completed.I have to go back to Kanpur..they are not telling me the exact date when i can get back my phone.when i contact them they reply,"HAMARI BOSS SE BAT NAHI HO PA RAHI HAI,AAP KAL CALL KARNA".Sir please help me.

                Sir, I had purchased Micromax Mobile No. AQ4501on October, 4 2014 there is the problem with the camera it is not working. The hand set is under warranty of 12 months what should i do please suggest a remedy. I am in Ajmer Rajasthan and my contact no. is [protected].

                I have Purchased Micromax LED Full HD from flipkart in the month of 03Aug’15 holding warranty of 1 year.
                Find the Purchase receipt attached all documents.
                For the first time I faced issue in 28October’15 in unit that was related to power supply. Even when power cable was plugged then no light in power button on panel and of course no display.
                Thereafter few days later on 2nd-November I registered complain in to Micromax Customer Care and complaint was registered by Mobile Number# [protected].After call was logged then I was informed that an engineer will make visit to on site to inspect the unit.
                Exact after two days, on 2th-November person claimed to be Micromax engineer visited on site & inspected the unit.He confirmed that issue is minor but to fix the same, unit needs to be taken in Nearest Service center by next Micromax person. Even I insisted repeatedly to fix the unit at site only but he denied for the same.
                On 5th-Nov’15 person has visited on site & carried unit with him for taking to service center. On the same day in evening I received call from Micromax Service Center that “There is Cockroach inside unit & cleaning such things will be chargeable & Customer has to pay Rs500for this”.Therefore on call I confirmed that if this is the case then I am ready to pay chargeable amt. Rs500.Later on 8th-Nov’15 Unit was again delivered at site (On My home) and Unit was tested in front of me by plugging in to power & by switching on the Unit.
                After Unit was switched on & displayed, then I found that there was thick black border on both side up & down vertical and middle display portion contains multiple lining and speakers are also not working. Now this was additional fault that I found & at the same time Micromax Engineer was standing before me speechless.
                When I asked for this issue then he started convincing me by saying “Display may have got damaged in transportation made from Service Centre to Site. But just you make us previous Rs500(Charges for Cockroach cleaning) and to rectify this fault I will bring spare part (Display & Board) in next 2 days.” And after engineer went from my home.
                After four days, when I had no call from Micromax, then myself I called Micromax LED Customer Care & then asked for update then they gave me contact number of Service Center (Ajay-).When I called Ajay then he made another story that “your display was already broken from before & I have operation video recording”.But when I asked ajay to send me those video clips then he confirmed that he will send video file on my email.But again after one when I received no mail from Micromax side then I called again to Ajay & he replied that Video is now deleted & disconnected my phone. Thereafter Ajay stopped receiving my call.
                Later I again called Micromax LED Customer Care then they apologized for this incident & gave me Email id & asked me to mail complete incident detail on the same.
                Unfortunately I was on home town & with no internet access so now I am mailing you the complete content.
                I know Micromax is one of the trusted Indian brand that has built Image in the mind of Indian Customer and so far even on globe.
                Request you to understand the artifact of the incident & do needful.

                    i have purchased q3 mobile on october 30 2010. Mobile set was defected. Nov2010 to feb 2011 .your service centre submit my handset in 20 days every but no any response. Last time i have submit 17 feb2011 but up to 3 apr2011 no any response. i am working in sales. two job has gone. i am only earner of my family. two people have died by the shortage of money. i got economical, physical, mental loss. i want to refund my money 3300. otherwise i am going in consumer court.

                      Since i have bought the micromax mobile i am facing many troubles, Instead of being in warranty micromax mobile earphone is not working, i tried in two service centers

THEN HE SAID TO ME IT WILL TAKE MINIMUM ONE TO TWO MONTH ITS YOUR HEADACHE THAT WHAT TO DO LEAVE IT OR PLEASE GO AWAY FROM HERE TILL I DOESNT LOOSE MY PATIENCE.
                        AND SIR SERVICE CENTER RECEPTION LADY ALSO WRITTEN ON PAPERS THAT YOU WILL GET MINIMUM AFTERWARDS OF 20 DAYS.

                        Micromax Q3 — application is not working properly

                        the application like nimbus,msn, e-mail setup is not working properly and also third party application is also not working.
                        the application nimbuz never works
                        I am purchase micromax Q3 handset be hap of this handset supported GPRS but I am wrong due to my service provider (Airtel Delhi) not provided the GPRS setting pl suggest me ?
                        my gprs (wap) connection was automatically disconnected & customer care not give clearlly response to my problem.

                        Micromax Q3 — mobile not working

                        I had purchsed one micromax Q3 model on 12/12/09 at HUbli, i was unable to take images right from first day & from last 3 days i.e. from 2/2/10 the phone is not being on.
                        Since I am working in bangalore please send me the detailes about to whom to be contacted or which service station to be given nor were to be replaced.

                            I HAVE PURCHASED A MICROMAX Q2 MOBILE ON 10/8/2010 IN GANESH MARKET , SHOP NO-32. BERHAMPUR. THIS MOBILE COST TO ME RS. 2500/-. THIS MOBILE HAS DUALSIM FUNCTION. BUT THE FUNCTION IS NOT WORKING PROPERLY. WHEN I ACTIVE THE DUAL SIM FUNCTION AUTOMATICALLY THE MOBILE GOES HANG OR SWITCH OFF. EVEN THIS MOBILE HAS COMES WITH 1YEAR WARRANTY. THE SERVICING CENTER IS TELL TO ME THAT THE MOBILE IS NOT REPAIR IN OUR SERVICING CENTER.AND THEY SAID THAT I HAVE TO USE THE SINGLE SIM FUNCTION. THIS MICROMAX COMPANY IS CHEATED TO ME. I WANT MY MONEY BACK AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.

                            Micromax — Inefficient function of mobile

                            As per the guaratuee period for mobile model MicroMax Q3,M_IMEI [protected] the mobile was not working within two months. The headset was not functional just after the day of purchase. The mobile hangs after camera is on. The call can only be recieved on speaker phone. Each and every function of mobile is defected. I have given for repair or exchange, but of no use. The Shop kept it for two months and returned in the same way.

                              It is my painful duty as a customer to inform you regarding the quality of services being provided by your Lucknow service station

                              1. I had purchased one Micro Max 372 G data card on 30rd March, 2010 from Chhotey Lal Radhey Shyam BNSL shoppe Hazrat Ganj Lucknow.

                              2. Bill no of this device is S.No.5130 and IMEI No. is [protected].

                              2. That data card is not working properly from the date of purchasing.

                              3 I approached in same on BSNL shoppe. They made checked the device from their technical person and confirm that device is faulty.

                              4 They suggest me to talk with Mr. Anil [[protected]] local MMX representative in this regards.

                              5 I talked with Mr. Anil over phone about this issue. He asked me to logged complain about it on call center. He give me the number of call center which is [protected].

                              6 I tried several time to connect with person on call center but I always I got an computerized voice “Our Technical representative is not available at this time please try later”.

                              7 Finally on 30th April 2010 I was able to connect with a real person on call center. I told him the entire issue. He logged a complain and ask me to wait for 5 to 7 days for response. My complain details is .

                              7. According to your service station 5 to 7 days means 5th or 7th of May so my complain will be attended in 7th may.

                              8. On 8th May, 2010 I once again contacted to your service station, they requested to give them some more time and assured that my complain will be attended sooner or later.

                              9. On 20th May, 2010 I once again contacted your local support engineer Mr. Anil [[protected]] and received a surprisingly a good reply from your station. I was informed that the person attending my area is left the job so please wait for two or three days more to get your data card replace.

                              8 On 27th may 2010 I got a call from Mr. Kamal [[protected]] MMX representative. He asked me to come at his home.

                              9. Mr. Kamal live in OCR building on 6th flour hardly 500 meter away from the parliament house Lucknow. In this location the signal quality of any network is very good. To give edge he live on 6th flour.

                              10. He checked the device with his BSNL 3G sim and said its working. He even did not bother to listen my actual problem. Location where I live does not have BSNL 3G signal. But have good quality signal of other network like airtel , aircel, tata docomo, bsnl 2g. I requested him to connect the device with other network. But he refused to do so. He replied that he don’t know the setting of other network, so he can’t do anything in this matter.

                              11 I purchased this device so I can connect with any network form any where without losing connectivity form internet. But this device work on only with BSNL 3G service which I don’t have in my location.

                              12 No body is providing me the right information. Both BSNL shoppe and MMX local representative is rolling me form one to other. BSNL Shoppe person are saying that its not their responsibility. They have provided you legal bill now its MMX’s duty to assist you. While you representative is saying that he is unable to check this device with other network as he don’t know the setting of other network.

                              12 Finally I wish to inform you that I am a web developer engaged with online business. I am loosing my business due to faulty device.

                              13. Now I am totally exhausted and not in a position to bear it for more than 7 days.

                              14. I request you kindly get my data card unlock of other network within 7 days otherwise I will have no option but to refer this matter to District Consumer Forum claiming compensation for lack of services by your company.

                              15. At the time of purchasing data card I preferred Micro Max data card because of good reputation in my mind. I paid no attention to so many lucrative gift offers of other companies like Huwai. but now I feel totally disappointed by purchasing the data card of Micro Max.

                                  To whom so ever it may concern,

                                  I bought Micromax Q5 in March and had some problem with it since July. So I found out the service center and went there on 11th August, 2010 at 06:15 PM to repair my phone. It is located at Shop No31,Charmas Opp Hardy Complex,Mg Road, Secunderabad - 500003. I showed the phone was the only person left as the shop closes at 07:00 PM so the person opened the phone in front of me and took out the battery and SIM card but didn't take out the memory card and repaired it in front of me. I had a software missing in my phone so told him to install it so the person told me that will do that. All of sudden my colleague came and took out my memory card from the phone and told that will need it to do that. Then I had to wait for 15 mins for the repair to complete and then the person came and handed over my phone and went inside. I found out that my memory card was missing so told him about it. He said that it was given to me when took out the battery and SIM card. I argued with him that the other person came and took out in front of me but he told that it was his memory card. How can his memory card be in my phone and they just kept telling lies after lies and showed me the memory card of his phone which had his personal files. In the span of 15 mins, anyone can format/copy and upload files in a memory card. I had my personal banking details and photos which can be misused by them. I didn't except that this will happen with me and Micromax and hired such people who don't repair but steal. I asked for a bill for the service and was not given that. i even asked for their name but they denied to give it but the name of the manager there is Raju. It may be a small memory card but it values a lot to me and more over my data can be misused. I had to request to stop all my bank and credit cards transactions. I want this issue to be take up very seriously because this is a theft and will lead to hackening my bank and credit cards and misusing them.

                                  I hope that this is the right place where I can get justice. Hoping for a positive result.

                                  The service centre which you had referred is the worst of its kind.i had a problem in charging my MICROMAX Q5. i went to the local service centre in secunderabad. i was told the pin is damaged and they will rectify it in the mobile, and i had paid Rs.400 for it, since the warranty is over. Later on they claimed the charger is faulty and they are asking me to pay Rs.500 for another charger. IS IT NOT DAYLIGHT ROBBERY.when i want to talk to the incharge, they person at the counter informed that there are not incharges for the service centre.I had put a complaint at the MICROMAX WEBSITE.As usual no reply.

                                  I also bought micromax Q5. After three months its camera stops working. I showed it to Micromax Service Centre at Kamla Nagar. They simply said that we dont cover electronic parts under guarantee but still my phone was under guarantee. I talked to micromax customer support but he refused to help me. So I have decided not to buy any micromax products or to suggest them to anybody else to buy. Micromax sucks!! Its truly nothing like anything..

                                      I bought a Micromax Q55 mobile on last July 07, 2010 and initially it had low volume problem as well as speaker phone was also not working. However i was ok with that but ultimately within a month automatically went to DEAD.I gave my mobile to service centre on 07/08/2010 for repairing and Service centre person told me that it would get repaired soon as it was in warranty. I called them up several times. they said that your phone has been sent to company (delhi) and they have not send us ur mobile till now. Even I had called to company customer care (Delhi) but they did not receive the call. However, It’s been more than two months already and no progress at all.

                                      After facing this situation, it is not advisable to others to get micromax mobile.

                                      Kindly make it fast so that being a customer we should have trust on this micromax company products. You are not supposed to hurt your customers feeling and to have unsatisfactory response.

                                      Otherwise we are forced to file a complaint against this issue in consumer forum.

                                        This complaint is about Rude behaviour of Employees at Micromax Service Centre located in Shahadra(Bihari Colony) Named as "Gadget Galaxy". The Lady receptionist Behaves so rudely to every customer as no one really would want to visit again that service centre. She treates customers like they are really fool. I think before outsourcing a service centre company should take care about customers and set some rules and regulations that are very clear to counter people.
