I bought a product from micromax on Nov 2014 with one year warranty. But still they charging 1.50 rupees monthly 10 times as warranty registration eventhough which is out of warranty period. I dont know why they are charging.Approximately i lost 360 rupees due to this problem.

    sir mere pass micromax ke custmer call ki recordings he but me aapko kese send karu or company ne mere koi bhi mail ka jwab nahi diya he 4 baar me apna mobile micromax ke service center par jama kara chuka hu but meri problem unhone solve nahi ki mene custmer care ko call kiya to wo bolte he ki 5 baar bhi aap apna mobile service center par jama karao mene mera mobile khud ke chalane ke liye kharida na ki micromax company ke liye. 80 day inhone mera mobile use kiya or repair bhi nahi kiya . mujhe is company se apne paise wapas chahiye please help me. jo company 4 baar or 80 day me mobile repair nahi kar payee mujhe ab is company par bilkul bhi bharosa nahi hai.micromax se mene mobile purches kiya to mera paisa company ko gaya or service ke naam par company ne 4 baar 80 day tak mera naya mobile apne pass rakha to mere to paise or mobile dono company ne hi use kiye or mujhe abhi bhi mere handset me problem to face karna hi pad raha hai. company meri complait bhi note nahi kar rahi. mere pass custmer care ki call recordings he wo me aapko kese send kar sakta hu aap bata de to me aapko wo bhi send kar dunga ya aapko mere mobile se releted jo bhi call mene company ko kiye he unke pass bhi saara data available hai abhi mujhe mobile purches kare 150 din bhi nahi huwe 4thi baar me mera mobile 40 day wo bhi mene is company ke compaint consumer complaint par ki to mila. please help me.

    micromax ne mujhe mera handset repair kiye bina hi lota diya 75 days mobile micromax company ne use kiya or warranty bhi extend nahi kar rahe or repairing ke naam par fir se mujhse mera mobile maang rahe he ye company 75 days me repaire nahi kar payee to ab kya karegi mujhe mobile purches kiye 4.5 month huwe he jisme se 2.5 month se jyada ye mobile company me raha company ne meri kisi baat ka thik se jwab bhi nahi diya or mujhe mere mobile ki actual problem bhi nahi bata paye

    मेने माइक्रोमैक्स कंपनी का मोबाइल 15/04/16 को 9200 / - मुझे सिमरन मोबाइल[protected] मंदसौर (एम.पी.) से क्रय किया । मोबाइल में शुरू से ही प्रॉब्लम आ रहे थे. मुझे लगा वायरस का प्रॉब्लम हे.मेने प्रॉब्लम को नज़र अंदाज कर दिया.पर मुझे इस मोबाइल में कालिंग का ज्यादा प्रॉब्लम आने लगा जब भी में किसी को कॉल करता तो कॉल स्क्रीन ऑफ हो जाता २०-३० बार किसी एक नंबर पर टच करता तो कॉल सरीन पर कनेक्ट होता नहीं तो हर बार क्रीन ऑफ हो जाता इस कारन में अपने दोस्तों और सभी लोगो के बिच एम्बरेसिंग फिल करता .इसकी शिकायत मेने मिक्रोमक्स के कस्टमर केयर में की उन्होंने मुझे हैंडसेट को सर्विस सेण्टर में जमा करने को कहा पर प्रॉब्लम सोल्वे नहीं हुआ मेने कंपनी में इसकी शिकायत की उन्होंने मेरी कंप्लेंट लिखने से भी मना कर दिया और पुनः मुझे मेरा हैंडसेट सर्विस सेण्टर पर जमा करने को कहा गया मेने फिर जमा किया अपना हैंडसेट २० दिनों तक मेरा हैंडसेट एनसीआर रिपेयरिंग के नाम पर भेज गया तब भी मेरा हैंडसेट रिपेयर नहीं हुआ मेने ३ री बार फिर से कस्टर केयर के कहने कर अपना हैंडसेट जमा कराया इसी तरह ४ थी बार पुनः जमा किया पर अब ४० दिनों से ज्यादा होने पर भी मुझे मेरे हैंडसेट के संभद में कोई जानकारी कस्टमर केयर ने नहीं दी तो में कसुमेर फॉर्म में मेल किया इसके १० दिन बाद मुझे मेरा हैंडसेट दे दिया गया पर प्रॉब्लम अब भी सॉल्व नहीं की मेने फिर से कस्टमर केयर कॉल किया तो वो मुझे ५ वि बार अपना हैंडसेट सर्विस सेण्टर पर जमा करने को कहा
    मेने इनसे पूछा की ८० दिनों तक जिस किसी ने मेरा हैंडसेट रिपेअर किया उससे मेरी बात कराओ या मेने मेरे हैंडसेट के बदले चलने के लिए कोई पुराण हैंडसेट दे दे तो इस बार में हैंडसेट जमा करूँगा क्योकि मेरा हैंडसेट भी आप सर्विस के नाम पर रख लोगो और मेरे पैसे भी ९२०० आपने ले लिए और में बिना हैंडसेट के रहू पैसे देने के बाद भी
    मिक्रोमक्स कंपनी सर्विस के नाम पर बार बार बेवकूफ बना रही हे मेने कितनी बार कंपनी को मेल और कॉल किये पर कोई जवाब नहीं आया

      We bought micromax laptab on 23 february 2016, serial no.-v[protected] for rs 14, 500 and after few months the product started showing problems in touch so we gave it to the micromax customer service centre in uttam nagar to get it repaired.
      It has been 4 months now and there has been no reply given from the service centre or the company. We called several times at the centre but no satisfactory replies were given.
      We are highly humiliated by the company and we seek justice from the consumer complaints forum so i request an amount of 5 lakh from the company so that we could buy a new laptop.
      Photographs of the job sheet and bill are attached with this complaint.
      Kindly look into the matter.

        This is for your kind information that i purchased q412 with imei no [protected] as on date 27/01/16 but after 2 days i found that the set is defective & i contacted your service center & they changed the set through doa but after this again i was unable to use the set because it was also defective piece, when i again contacted your service center they told that there this model is defective & they deposited the set & after one month they provided me another q392 model with imei no [protected] & [protected] used set. after some months there was again some problem in battery again they deposited the set for 15 days & after this they handed over the set..

        Now before two days the set was again not working & again when i visited the service centre they told that the set is dead & deposited the set for one month... now sir kindly guide me that why i have purchased the set i. e for regularly visiting service centre or for my use..

        But i founded that really there was some mistake while purchasing micromax set..

        But now i am just bringing your attention for this that now i am helpless..

        Really the experience was very bad...

          Sir, i did n"t get back my phone from last one month from mohali service center phase 2, punjab.
          i have submitted my mobile fourth time in last 5 months, every time they will take 25 days for repairing. but the overheat problem is not resolved. the behavior of service center employs is also not good.

              I have purchased a mobile (
              Micromax juice 2 aq5001 (8gb, silver) on march 2016 from snapdeal. Three month after its not working. So, i went to micromax service center in lajpatnagar, delhi, they take time after 2 hours they returned my mobile and said your mobile is ok. But after one day same things happened. Totally off, then i contact snapdeal customer care and complained, they said it not possibe to back my money, if service center they write something they can do this. I went service center they said they cannot write anything and behavior is too bad. They said they sent my mobile micromax production house, after 25 days they will return. Before 4 days have received but after 12 hours its same problem, nothing is open totally off its like a toy mobile.
              I have emailed two times in snapdeal and one time ceo of snapdeal. Unfortunately they have no relied till now.

              Please give me solution? What can i do? They cant change my mobile

                I have given my mobile phone at service center they kept it for about 1 month and after that they told me that it will go to company and will definetly cone in 45 days but now it is more than 55 days. I am calling to company but they are not helping me i have wasted more than rs500 for that phone and much more money in work which i can easilt do with my phone.

                Purchased micromax tv L43Y8100MHDI 109cmas per order ID[protected]through Amazon dt.17.02.2016 .tv is not working now.on 3.9.2016 complained to micromax KER.[protected].inspite of repeted calls to Maxicare, kollam, kerala they have not attended so far.

                  In my phone i haven't loaded any details of my bank accounts, credit card accounts or any such information. But i have a number of photos and messages and whats-app videos and snaps which were not yet transferred into my pc. But i did one thing, before using my new phone i have registered it with gmail account. My gmail id is gnprasad. [protected]@gmail.com. And my phone number is [protected]. Now i am going to apply for a new sim card from bsnl. Please help me blocking the entire phone system so that the fellow who stole it can not use it at all.                     Dear sir, i have a micromax hue a316 model which i am purchased dt 13/06/[protected]@ rs.12, 200. After 8 months it has bord problem which is told by bhubaneswar (Odisha), bapujinagar authorised branch. Passed 25 dayes it changed and after receiving repair mobile another once it have board problem. Then it take more 22 days for once more board change. My first mobile have 2gb ram. But now i came to know that second bord model is canvas4 a315 which is 1 gb ram. Sir is not it a ford bcoz customer have no idea about this. Why i compromise with my product which is less value. I have lots of proof for company change this product. So why i can, t take any consumer legal action o[censored]. My mobile no is [protected]/[protected]

                      My micromax handset display has changed once and I got my phone after two months. And within one week my phone's touch is not working and they serviced and handover it to me. And after few days of servicing again the same complaint has occurred and I went to the service center and asked officials in the service center why the same complaint is taking place again and again and they told me that if you have any complaints you can directly go to the Court, and as a last option I again gave my phone for repairing. And after 4 days of servicing again the same complaint has occurred.

                        Micromax mobile model No Canvas Fire 4 (IMEI NO [protected]) purchased from Anjali Communication, Patna vide Bill No 1751 on 15 Mar 2016. Now Display on the mob is blurring / shaking. Service Centre at Patna denied to repair it against warranty and demanding Rs 1500/- (Rupees fifteen hundred only) for repairing. It is not understood as to why any charged to be paid for the fault occured within the warranty period. The Mob was safely handled by us. Therefore, please intervene in the matter and give diretions to the service centre at Patna to carry out necessary repair in order to keep the name of Company and Product in high spirit (Photocopy of bill is attached).                             I m buying one micromax phone from homeshop182/7/16 but unfortunately I used only 2 weeks its become dead.homeshop 18 give me adress of service centre I reached to according to there adress but the centre changed they have no information service centre of micromax at behala there staff too bad towards customer.i called the homeshop but they didn't suggest anything upto 1 week then they told bring doa m again to go there but they as usual refused already 3 weks gone .i want refund from homeshop18 and band this company micromax.

                                Dear sir, before few i recieved an update for my canvas 5 handset.
                                After updating my phone i am getting lots of problems like- worst battery backup, hanging, software issue.
                                Battery is giving 3 hours backup by using internet.
                                Phone is hanging many times then i resart my phone after 1 hour same hang problem.
                                Many contact has been deleted.
                                Even sometimes wifi is connecting.
                                All these issue came after updating new software arrived at my phone.

                                  When I checked the same issue and not resolved my problem.

                                    On 10/8/2016 in which my power key & volume key they written-ed me by saying your mobile is ok and i paid money 900/- but after few minutes mobile had same problem. I have given again my mobile on 17/8/2016 and they promised me to give it back within a week but they have not given it back till date.
                                    And the i have been to the shop many times always he used to tell some or other things and its already two months i have not received my phone. And now he is also not responding my calls. Its too tough to me to go to raipur again and again to collect my mobile. I have also noticed that this service center is not working good every alternate consumer come and have this type of problem. Please look into the matter other wise i have to speak legally to the shop owner and your company. This type of behavior and work is not good. Even i am writing to you. This for the second time. Please provide me my mobile as soon as possible.

                                      I had given my hand set micromax E313 for repairs there was no network for both the sims I had given my hand set for repairs to unique services shop no.LG-31 osia mall building near KTC bus stand margao goa on 8th August 2016 job sheet no. WO[protected]. and till today my hand set is not returned to me every day I give a call to a company every day they say more 21 days from today .but till today their 21 days are not getting over the service center people say that the phone is with them and the company says the phone is with them the service center people are not bothered they say they have odered the parts and when the parts will come they dont know I dnt know wen the parts will come. please solve my problem as soon as possible other wise I will file a case becase I have all the proofs against the service center and against the company I have all the recordings spoken to them this is last and final warning .
