Dear sir,
Respectfully I Akshaya Kumar Parida a R/O 20, D K Mukherjee Road, Kolkata -700035 beg to state the following few lines for your kind consideration and favorable action please .
That I had purchased a micromax smart phone on line in Nov 2014 costing to Rs.27999/-. Since the very beginning the smart phone started to giving trouble . At first I took it casual and thought service centre will correct it . I deposited it in your service centre M/S Support media, 108/1, B T Road Kol -108 on 14/1/2015 first time vide job E[protected] and again on 17/01/2015 job E[protected] .
Since then i.e since last 18 months this set is with service centre for 15 months and with me for 03 months . My only work was to collect the set on every 02 month from service centre and again deposit it to service centre after two days . Since last 18 months this is my routine work . All these process was continuing as per the instruction of your customer care centre Delhi. Since last 18 months I have given more than 150 Msgs( pse check all mails whether true or false)and talked to your customer care more than 100 times. Always I receive the set after repair after 02 months I see the problem as it was after receiving . Perhaps No body attempting for repair and sending it back to pass time only.
The most import was the job sheet was always closed without repair/verifying the set . when ever asked your rep always repeat the same the set is repaired and you collect it, job sheet is closed before one month . After collecting the set I see the same problem and again deposit it. I have become harassed on th e behave of your customer care personnel, they have always pressurized me to collect the faulty set. Among them the prominent names are Ms monika, Sudha, Ankur, Anand, Lalit, Hemanta, Shruti and Seema. Nobody has never tried/showed any interest to solve my problem.
The record has broken since Nov 30 as the set is deposited with your service centre . In the mean the service Centre was closed and the same service centre was opened in a New Name M/S Ensure Service, 121 BT Road, K0l- 108.Any how after many workouts and effort by self and your customer care and I reached on service centre on 20/05/2016 at 1430 hrs. This time Mr Soumen the prop . of service centre checked the Phone and found many problems, that is the same problem in the set as it was earlier . Pse tell me should I collect the Set? Your rep are pressurizing me to collect the set and give once again in work order because they have closed the job sheet . Every time I have been facing such same problem since last 18 months. I had written to your concerned authority giving all supporting documents for extended warranty and I had discussed with many times with your authority .But till now I have not got any response. It is only soumen Sir the owner of service centre is extending all help to me personally.
It is therefore requested your kind honor taking into view the all above matter thoroughly justice may be done with me by doing suitable replacement of my set and giving proper warranty as the set supplied to me is a FARM faulty set of which the problem cannot be solved. If the set is giving so much troubles in its initial time what would be its performance consequently. If the problem solved it will not last for 4/5 days also. Hence I pray the “Father of Micromax “ for award of justice for such act of kindness I shall remain grateful to your good self forever .
