I had already lodged 03 complaints through you . Since last more than one year the company personnel are playing with me . I had last deposited my hand set in the month of Nov 31st 2015 . How ever still not I have filed a consumer case against the company . However I had already sent 02 letters in the name of CEO Sh Rahul Sharma for which reaction is yet to come . From the date of purchase of the set i.e Nov 2014 the set start troubling and From the Month of Jan 2015 the phone is continuously with the service centre alternatively for more than two two months in a gap of 4/5 days . That is from the date of purchase I have used it for 1 month and it is with the service centre for last 19 months . Customercare personnel of the company pressing me for collection of the faulty set which is temporarily repaired from the service centre . I have never used the set continuously for 15 days .
I would like to say if in its initial year the set is giving so much trouble what will be in the corresponding year . The is make in faulty . It can not be OK even after repeated repair .The repair would be temporary only .
Hence before filing a consumer case I request through you to assist me 1) For replacement of the set OR 2) Replacement of a set of same category OR 3) Refund of money with 12 % interest from the date of payment .

dear Sir, still not my problem is not resolved . Only one junior staff of micromax care called to me who is neither able to solve any problem nor understand any language . They are sitting in the AC room for planning mauj masti in the evening not for solving customer problem . Even if some one will take minor interest my problem would have been solved before last 18 months. A mere phone call by someone doses not mean solved the problem . Hence i intend to talk to any only not repeat not any junior staff ., Is this called resolution? Thank you

Sub :- FAULTY MICROMAX SMART PHONE A 350 BLACK GOLD

Dear sir,
Respectfully I Akshaya Kumar Parida a R/O 20, D K Mukherjee Road, Kolkata -700035 beg to state the following few lines for your kind consideration and favorable action please .

That I had purchased a micromax smart phone on line in Nov 2014 costing to Rs.27999/-. Since the very beginning the smart phone started to giving trouble . At first I took it casual and thought service centre will correct it . I deposited it in your service centre M/S Support media, 108/1, B T Road Kol -108 on 14/1/2015 first time vide job E[protected] and again on 17/01/2015 job E[protected] .

Since then i.e since last 18 months this set is with service centre for 15 months and with me for 03 months . My only work was to collect the set on every 02 month from service centre and again deposit it to service centre after two days . Since last 18 months this is my routine work . All these process was continuing as per the instruction of your customer care centre Delhi. Since last 18 months I have given more than 150 Msgs( pse check all mails whether true or false)and talked to your customer care more than 100 times. Always I receive the set after repair after 02 months I see the problem as it was after receiving . Perhaps No body attempting for repair and sending it back to pass time only.

The most import was the job sheet was always closed without repair/verifying the set . when ever asked your rep always repeat the same the set is repaired and you collect it, job sheet is closed before one month . After collecting the set I see the same problem and again deposit it. I have become harassed on th e behave of your customer care personnel, they have always pressurized me to collect the faulty set. Among them the prominent names are Ms monika, Sudha, Ankur, Anand, Lalit, Hemanta, Shruti and Seema. Nobody has never tried/showed any interest to solve my problem.

The record has broken since Nov 30 as the set is deposited with your service centre . In the mean the service Centre was closed and the same service centre was opened in a New Name M/S Ensure Service, 121 BT Road, K0l- 108.Any how after many workouts and effort by self and your customer care and I reached on service centre on 20/05/2016 at 1430 hrs. This time Mr Soumen the prop . of service centre checked the Phone and found many problems, that is the same problem in the set as it was earlier . Pse tell me should I collect the Set? Your rep are pressurizing me to collect the set and give once again in work order because they have closed the job sheet . Every time I have been facing such same problem since last 18 months. I had written to your concerned authority giving all supporting documents for extended warranty and I had discussed with many times with your authority .But till now I have not got any response. It is only soumen Sir the owner of service centre is extending all help to me personally.

It is therefore requested your kind honor taking into view the all above matter thoroughly justice may be done with me by doing suitable replacement of my set and giving proper warranty as the set supplied to me is a FARM faulty set of which the problem cannot be solved. If the set is giving so much troubles in its initial time what would be its performance consequently. If the problem solved it will not last for 4/5 days also. Hence I pray the “Father of Micromax “ for award of justice for such act of kindness I shall remain grateful to your good self forever .

    Worst and most ridiculous service i have seen in my life. Till now five job sheets and 4 months waiting, still this person company not repairing or replacing my handset. I have submitted my handset E471 to Hyderabad service center in June 2016.
    Customer care and service centres are as ridiculous as their products. Mi-care portal http://micare.micromaxinfo.com. is just for time pass and those people won’t do anything. Up-till now I have registered 20-30 complaints on http://micare.micromaxinfo.com. No results yet.
    When job sheet is active they will say to wait for specified days we have escalated your complaint. After specified days, they will close the job sheet without customer consent and they will ask you to raise one more job sheet and Cycle continues...
    Initially, service center said that handset cannot be repaired in Hyderabad and need to send it to Delhi and will take one month. After several follow up and waiting for one month, i got my handset back. But surprisingly it was not repaired and was in same condition. Customer care and service center asked me to raise one more job sheet and wait for one month. They assured me that, this won’t be repeated and they are sorry for inconvenience. I have given so many complaints on portal http://micare.micromaxinfo.com. After raising second job sheet and waiting one more months I got my handset back. Again it was in same faulty condition. I have registered complaints on http://micare.micromaxinfo.com. So many time again. Customer care will say only to raise one more job sheet and they won’t do anything. Service center says, it not getting repaired at their end. Delhi service center is just sending mobile back without checking for correctness. Mi-care again requested me to raise one more job sheet and assured this won’t be repeated. So I have raised third job sheet and waited for 2025 days. But as usual with Micromax reputation and behaviour, third time also they have given me faulty device. I contacted service center, no surprise they asked me to raise one more job sheet. Now i have five active job sheet.

      I have given to Repair my Micromax canvas spark IMEI [protected], Job Sheet No.W[protected]- to Micromax Service Center In Ahmednagar (Maharastra) on 28 May 2016 and asked me to collect it after 25 days. When I went to collect after 25 days to meet Service center Manger. he told to me come back after 10days, again I gone after 10 days at the service center, same feedback got from them also i.e. will take 21 more days. Now its almost 4 month Passed ever visit at service center They ask me to come after 2 days. For the Same I had made complain to M/s. Micromax Costumer Care Help Center same feedback got from them also i.e. will take 21 more days
      From last 4 month I have mentally got harassed, even so many expenses for travelling and calls. And no proper feedback from the service center. I have seen so many cases at your service center in Ahmednagar (Maharastra) service center. If such things happen people will loss faith in Micromax mobile which will affect the reputation of the company.

      1) WHERE IS MY MOBILE?????????? 2) WHAT HAPPEN TO MY MOBILE??????? 3) WHEN I WILL RECEIVE MY MOBILE????

      Its my personal request please look into this matter and do the needful

        I have purchased micromax q301 on 29th july and within a week the phone was accidentally switch off and phone was completely dead. I had visit customer care. They turned on my phone. But after some days same problem was occurred. I went there second time. And they had replace my phone's battery. And again phone was turned on. But after few days the same problem was occurred. And now finally they told me it has manufacturing default in phone. And it will take approximately 20 days to resolve problem.
        Never ever purchase any product ot micromax because they had fraudulent policies and worst after sales service.

          I purchased Canvas LapTab LT666W on 17th May 2016 from Snapdeal. It was not working properly for several days and ultimately malfunctioned completely.
          It was given for repair to the Authorised Service Centre(ASC) in Haridwar on 21st June 2016, which was returned to me as repaired on 4th August 2016. On 5th August evening it again malfunctioned and was given back to ASC on 6th August. However, new jobsheet(document regarding receipt of device with problem) was given to me on 19th August only. Today it is 10th September and till now I have not received my device back. I got a call from Micromax on 7th September that it may take another 10 days or so for the device to be repaired.
          I wrote a complaint to CEO, at Gurgaon, but did not receive any reply.

            I have given to repair my micro max model a093 - imei [protected]., job sheet no. W[protected]-, work order no: 0449) to micro max service center in santacruz (W) on 17 march 2016 and asked me to collect it after 25 days. Half payment of rs. 500/- also done total estimate cost was rs. 900/- (Receipt no. 0449) dated 17/03/2016. When i went to collect after 25 days to meet mr. Rameswar (Service center manger) he told to me come back after 10 days, again i gone after 10 days at the service center and meet mr. Rameshwar & pranita madam, same feedback got from them also i. E. Will take 21 more days. Now its almost 6 month passed ever visit at service center they ask me to come after 2 days. For the same i had made complain to m/s. Micromax costumer care help center (Talk with nidhi, pranesh, rishab, vinay, sunita, and head of the dept mr. Manoj & mr. Ankur they also not giving proper service. They given complaint no1) mmx[protected] dated 3/8/16 2) mmx[protected] dated 8/8/16 3) mmx[protected] dated 19/8/16 4) mmx[protected] dated 31/08/2016 also email complaint made refer ticket id 367837 (Ser[protected], ser[protected]
            From last 6 month i have mentally got harassed, even so many expenses for travelling and calls. And no proper feedback from the service center. I have seen so many cases at your service center in santacruz (W) microtech service center. If such things happen people will loss faith in micromax mobile which will effect the reputation of the company.
            Today also i made complaint and recorded all the conversation regarding my grievances even your customer representative has assured that with in 7 working days they will provide the mobile my. Complaint no -[protected].
            Sir / madam, as per micromax code of conduct public :- i. E excellent customer service and outstanding value in mobile phone and accessories & to better serve will effect.
            On 26th aug 2016 microtech service center santacruz (W) has offered me other mobile phone in exchange, but same was not in proper working condition, from this anyone can understand that something is cooking on the ground. First question raise 1) where is my mobile??? 2) what happen to my mobile??? 3) when i will receive my mobile???
            Its my personal request please look into this matter and do the needful

                Hello Sir/ Mam,

                My micromax mobile "juice q382" touch had been broken in 9th august. I had been submitting my mobile to micromax service center hisar 10th august. They told me your mobile would give within 10 days. I called them 21 august, They said till now parts is not available, We would handover next 7-10 days, on 31 August i would be call again, same answer back “till now parts is not available, We would handover next 7-10 days" But till today 10 September, they did not handover my mobile. They said " abi thik ni hua" I would be call on toll free number. A lady who attend my call also said "abi 21 days or lgenge".

                Sir/Mam, I also inform you when i was purchased mobile "April 2016" till after 2 or 3 days, a touch problem came. I would give him to service center. They would hand our mobile after resolve my problem around 30 days. Till two days would use to go same touch problem rise again. Then i again submit in service center, this time they would hand our mobile after resolve my problem around 40 days and now this problem. I think, i had done a big mistake of purchased micromax mobile. Please guide me what i do.

                  I have got worst service center ever seen
                  My Micromax unite 2 handset gave at service center his told me phones motherboard damaged u will receive your phone after 15 day's. But 1 months goes about this... My phone is unmade.when I call the service center his told me your handset will got in 2 or 3 days but after 3 days I call then his say your phone got in again 2 or more day

                    From : m/s lot mobiles pvt. Ltd. Shop no. 3-6-369/1, liberty talkies road, santana ecstaxy complex, himayatnagar, hyderabad.
                    Invoice details : invoice no. Si/hmnr/2916 dt. 27.06.2016 at 21:29:57 hours.
                    Product : q461 micromax canvas juice 4g ([protected])
                    Price : rs. 8300/-
                    I feel cheated after buying this mobile as everywhere its mentioning internal memory as 8gb but the actual in mobile its only 4gb, the sales person too mentioned the same.
                    Even many online website too showing as 8gb internal memory
                    I want the company to refund the whole amount paid and take back the mobile set.
                    Whom to believe or not???

                      I purchased P680 Canvas Tab at Poorvika Mobiles Pvt Ltd, Trichy vide invoice number SI/SCHA/6381 dated 6th July 2016. In a month's time, we had a problem with the display and took the tab to authorized service center Sri Balaji Electronics, Thillai Nagar on 9th August 2016-bar code S[protected]
                      Service center told us that they will send this to Micromax directly as it has to be rectified by you. 2 weeks back we got an SMS that our tab is ready and can be collected from the service center Balaji Electronics
                      To our surprise, Balaji Electronics told us that it is a normal SMS that comes to everyone and we should ignore this and the tab is still with them and have not sent for repairs. Shocking!!!
                      After another week, Balaji Electronics said that they are expecting a replacement Tab for us and once it is received, it will be given to us
                      When we checked today, they are still awaiting replacement and there cannot be any date given for getting a replacement

                      I am clueless as this is not going anywhere and whether i will get my replacement tab or not

                        I have got the worst service ever from micromax service center. I gave my handset at service center for a gerneral service which was under warrenty, and they gave my phone back after50 days. and there was no repairing work in my phone.they just restore it gave it to me.and after 50days it was out of warrenty so i cant claim the warrenty now. this is the weakness of micromax.i've registered my complain many times bt no action taken by the company.the company cheated me very badly. my phone is totally dead now.i bought it for 16, 000/- and i do not use it for atleast 1 year.

                          I have purchased mobile Q417 on 11/08/2016 from M/S Allahabad Electronics, 5, S.P.Marg, Civil Lines, Allahabad Cash Memo No.18448 dated 11/08/2016, but after 15 days I feel that the touch screen is not working properly, and visit to the shop.The shop keeper see and felt the problem, advising go to service centre and ask him to repair. I have visit two times, but service centre could not able to help me.Therefore, you are requested to please instruct your good offices to the concerned shop keeper to replace my Mobile by New, because it is not possible to repair such new mobile within a month.

                          2. In this connection please immediate advise accordingly and save the interest of consumer.Your early action in this regard will be highly solicited.I also enclosed bill for your perusal and needful action.

                            Sir, I give a Mobile phone for repairing to their authorized service centre on 9 july 2016 . But it not returned me after service. The time period of service as out of schedule time. The service of the company's is very poor. It's a misbehaving with customer.this is against company's warranty policy. That the repairing mobile will be delivered from 7 to 45 days.

                              Having problem from last 6 months and i have also submitted my handset to your micromax service centre but the same problem is occurring again and again.

                                Myself, T. Joseph from Delhi.

                                I purchased a Micromax phone (Q400), IEI # [protected] from a shop in Dilshad Garden (M. K. Communication, Dilshad Garden) on September 04, 2016.

                                The seller at the counter said that it is having 08 GB internal memory and the packet also says the same. After two days, when I got memory shortage message, I just checked and found that total Internal memory available is only 4 GB. Yesterday, when I visited the shop and asked for a replacement, I was informed by the shop keeper that I should contact the Customer Service Center to rectify the problem.

                                I feel cheated that I got a lesser value product than what was convinced to me.


                                Kindly look into the matter and resolve it.

                                I'm T. Joseph from Delhi. I purchased a mobile (Micromax Q400) on Sept 04, 2016.
                                The specification says that it has 8 GB internal Memory, while checking it showing only 04 GB. When I contacted the seller, they are saying to contact the Service Centre. I feel cheated, so this complaint is being initiated.

                                  I have a 69 bolt. I bought it 3 years before. I got hanging problem 1 year before in phone. so I bought new one. Last week I went to your service centre in gill road Ludhiana they told me repair charge is 850/-. I did not give them that time because they were saying me we will take 3 days. Now I went there they told me repair charge is 1400/_. Dnt know why they are doing this. Even they are charging to check 100/- when I said last time you said 850 now telling 1400 then they Dnt have reply.. I said I will complaint on your company mail id.                                     Yu service support is totally worst,
                                    I suffered after buying YUREKA PLUS.
                                    Since my first purchase, i got replaced my mobile twice and both times it taken more that 45 days to replace my mobile but all the sets have same problem.
                                    On third issue, I submitted my YUREKA plus in service centre at Jabalpur against job sheet no. "N[protected]" on date 08/Aug/2016 but till now neighther i got my mobile from service ecentere nor any correct information.
                                    It seems the quality of YU product are totally rubish.
                                    If YU doesnt agrees that YU products are rubish, then YU should proove that.

                                      Sir, I had given my Micromax canvas turbo A250 on[protected] at Micromax service centre, karachi general stores, Sadar, Nagpur, for repairs . My phone was heating too much and was hanging frequently and going on/off automatically.
                                      It was repaired by the service centre as returned to me. But the problem was not solved.Again I deposited my phone for repairs on[protected]. Since my waranty was expired on[protected], he charged me rs 3500 for repairs.I was called on[protected] for collecting the phone.But after checking the same problem existed.Again I was told to deposit my phone, which I could deposit on[protected] and gave me offline receipt by the service centre as net was not working. Since then I have visited the service centre many times, but I have not received my phone till date.Neither the service centre is receiving my calls.
                                      I request you to please resolve the problem as I am feeling that I am being cheated.

                                      Sir, i hv recently communicateced to service center as i mentioned before in my complaint and nw the service center directly offering me his own used handset i.e. second hand hanset to me and told me to close the matter, bt i am not agree on it...and i dont want any second hand handset of any other company, i want my handset only...pls do something as early as possible, bcz i think it totally warst things are happening with me...

                                      Its been a month that I have given my mobile to micromax service center, sector 22 Noida and whenever, I call them, they ask me to wait for 1 more week. As I have to do much of my work from mobile, my daily work has been effected. Could you please do something so I can get my mobile being repaired as soon as possible.

                                        I Am employed customer and work from 8am to 4pm and i don't get time to visit the shop and your service center, which is quit far from my office and i bought your product and now my smart phone is hanging and some or the other issues of software. for the same reason i wanted to get my phone serviced and software update. i rushed twice and alternative days at your alternative service centres in Varanasi after my office which could take 30mins, all the time i got the response that token is full come tomorrow, instead i asked take my phone for the service and take your time may be 1-2-3 day im ok with that. response negative NO HOSPITALITY NO COURTESS NO EMPATHISE TO CUSTOMER NEED.
