Dear Sir/Madam,

I have purchased micromax mobile (E481) on dated July 6, 2016 from Classic Telecom, Phase 10, Mohali. I have gifted it to my wife on July 17, 2016 and she has start using it from July 19 onwards. But after two three days she felt some problem in its speaker while listening to songs and after five days its speaker stops working. Now when i contacted the concerned shop from where i have purchased this. They assured me to resolve my issue as soon as possible. After three days, they told me to contact the customer service centre in Phase 2, mohali.
On dated August 10 2016, i went to service centre, their they have kept my mobile with complaint no[protected]-[protected] and assured me to repair it soon but refuse to give DO. As i start getting problem in mobile in less than 7 days, so i ask them to provide me DO. But they told me to contact them after one week or 10 days to resolve your issue only after contacting the company. I didn't get any reply from their side after one week or 10 days and when i contacted them they told me to wait for another 10-15 days. Here i want to tell you that distance from my house to service centre is about 15 km (one side) and i am working for seven days for my organization from 9am - 6pm. So it is always difficult for me to reach your office.
Now when i went to your customer service center on dated September 7 2016, they have not given me proper reply and harassed me like anything. I clearly told them to give my mobile back in original condition else cut DO so that i able to purchase the same mobile from some other shop. But they didn't listen to my request and clearly told me to wait for another 10-15 days. This is not good, as i am suffering from more than one month and i have used your mobile only for three days. You are requested to put a concern on this complaint so that i able to use your mobile in original condition. I feel so sad that company of such reputation has such kind of response while delivering services to the customers.

You are requested to issue me DO, in case you are unable to resolve my problem.

    service center must be cured, and misbehaviour & cheating must be stoppped by micromax.. however if action is not taken i have no any alternate to file police complaint & approch to consumer redressal forum

      I had submitted by mobile at service center to send to company for repair.On 13-Aug-2016 . when I went for receiving They are giving me black color mobile but my mobile was of white in color. How this type of mistake can happen in a company.My mobile was in brand new condition even single scratch was not there. Pl help me in this regard to receive my original handset with same condition .Now Service center person in not taking any responsibility even they are not picking up my call.

          Dear sir
          मैंने 16/08/2016 को एक फ़ोन मिक्रोमक्स सर्विस सेंटर में ठीक करवाने के लिए दिया था, जिसमे स्क्रीन की कुछ प्रॉब्लम थी मेरा फ़ोन गारंटी सीमा के अंदर था। मेरा फ़ोन सर्विस सेंटर पर कुछ दी के बाद स्क्रीन प्रॉब्लम को तो ठीक कर दिया किन्तु उसमे माइक और साउंड की प्रॉब्लम होने लगी जो उसमे पहले बिलकुल भी नहीं थी उन्हें ये फ़ोन पहले ही चेक करवा दिया था। मैंने फोन रिसीव करते समय चैक किया तो तुरंत उन्हें दिखाया तो उन्होंने कहा की 3 दिन बाद आना उनके कहने के अनुसार मैं 3 दिन बाद गया तो फिर उन्होंने कहा की दो दिन बाद आना मैं २ दिन बाद गया तो उन्होंने फ़ोन रिसीव कर लिया और बोला दो दिन बाद आना उसके बाद उन्होंने कहा 2 से 3 दिन और लग जायेंगे उसके बाद उन्होंने कहा अभी और 2 से 3 दिन लग सकते है र आज 07/09/2016 तारीख को भी बोल रहे ह की अभी एक दो दिन और लग जायेंगे महोदय जी से मेरा अनुरोध है की कृपया करके मेरा फ़ोन को जल्द से जल्द ठीक करवाया जाये मेरा नाम लोकेश कुमार है मेरे फ़ोन का मॉडल संख्या YUPHOIA 5010A है रिसिविंग संख्या N[protected] सर्विस सेण्टर का पता और नाम शिव कम्युनिकेशन 100 फ़ीट रोड प्लाट न - 13 चावल कॉलोनी बल्लबगढ़ फरीदाबाद हरयाणा 121004, फोन[protected], [protected]

            I bought a micromex canvas 5 E 481 handset on 16-04-16, now it's display screen is not properly working, i went to service center, they denies to repair it, and told me that it is physically damage from inside . although there is no sigh of any physical damage at all til now .

              I have submitted my phone canvas express 2 (E313), at the service centre on 04/08/2016. And after 34 days they havent managed to repair my phone, my phone is still in warranty.
              After calling complaint number they tell me that my phone is ready (Completed) and collect it from the service centre, and i call service centre the they say that part (Touch panel) not recieved so the phone is not repaired yet.
              Why are the lying, this is a scam, fraud.
              I will never buy micromax product & ill make sure to spread this news to everyone i know so that they dont get scamed like i did.

                I sent my phone micromax bolt d320 for repair on 14th july 2016 at ramesh nagar service centre for micromax that was under warranty. Till date i could not get my phone back and no specific date has been given to me to collect the repaired phone.
                We visited the centre thrice and called up many time, but no satisfying response.
                The concerned person seems to be non-interested and least bothered even when told about registering a complaint in consumer court.

                ...and they are telling me to wait for another one week... Worst company in terms of customer service. They make fool of you with their false promises. Actually they are not capable of providing any technical service. Recommend not to buy any Micromax products and save your money, time and effort from getting wasted.

                  In this time my x2050 phone is not working properly when i purchased it is work properly after 2 month speaker was not working so i bring to your service centre m/s meghna infotech shop no 301-302 express road the mall kanpur.
                  Mob no. [protected]. On that time they checked and called me after 15 days.
                  I went to after 16 days on friday dated 02.09.2016 to received that mobiles the gave me and bring home for use but after 1 days that mobile agains grew new problem like that.

                  1. Set not proper work.
                  2. Audio quality not good.
                  3. Torch not working.
                  4. Battery charging not working.
                  5. Camera not working.
                  6. Set was handled very ruff in your service centre.

                  These type of problem has been grown up my phone so i can not take these type of phone please refund my money or provide new hand set to me because your service is not good and not support your service centre.
                  Other wise please refund my money or provide new hand set as same model.

                        I bought a micromax unite 4 pro phone from snapdeal and it was delivered to me in some days. I got it and since then i have only used it only for a month and it showed me the signs of death. I contacted micromax service center located at south patelnagar. They told me that it's a minor software issue and it will be resolved in half an hour. After that they submitted my phone and told me to come in next 15 days. I want to know that will a minor software issue takes a time of 15 days. Now they told that it will take 21+ days to repair my phone. I don't have any extra phone to use it as a second option. The contact no. Provided on job-sheet always says to be invalid or switched off. So how can ii contact him? I purchased my phone for my use, not to gift it to the micromax service center. If they can't solve the minor software issues in a month that what is the benefit of purchasing a phone and giving it to a service center. I request to deliver my phone in the new condition as it was running in any situation or i want a substitute phone for my use. I request to take some concrete steps towards the right direction

                          I had submitted my handset on 8th aug. 16 at your service centre for the following three reasons 1. Hanging problem 2. Touch not working 3. Charging problem. It was delivered back to me on 31.8.16 but the touch problem existed. Since the service centre was calling it a day, i was requested to come next day for examination and removal of defect. On 1.9.16, the handset after due examination was taken back for repairs vide job sheet no. W[protected]. I called on 6.9.16 but your call centres are of no use since they neither satisfy the customers nor allow the customers to speak to senior executives. If such is the quality of the product sold to me i request to kindly replace the handset or refund the value for which it was purchase. Because it is apprehended that the handset in question will not satisfactorily work and after expiry of warranty either i will have to pay heavily on repairs or purchase a new one.

                          I have already submitted my concern with regard to defective/poor quality of handsets, delay in delivering better service, irresponsible and rude behaviour of call centre and service centres. Lines are not connected to senior officers by operators at cnetre. Who is to be blamed? The customer who made a blunder by purchasing your product. Are senior officers who have been assigned the task to listen to customers and take remedial measures, enjoying on company's cost. Should they not be sacked for this lapse? Please do something early before it is too late. The company is bound to lose its market besides legal battle where it has to lose heavily.

                          VERY STRANGE AND PAINFUL. DESPITE SEVERAL COMPLAINTS NOBODY BOTHERED TO ANSWER AND RESOLVE THE ISSUE. CALL CENTRE ASSURED A CALL BACK WITHIN 24 HOURS FROM SENIOR EXECUTIVES BUT IT IS SEVERAL DAYS NOW WAITING FOR CALL BACK. I FEEL ASHAMED COMPLAINING TIME AND AGAIN BUT AT MICROMAX, PERHAPS HAVE DESPOTIC ATTITUDE.

                            Hi my name is naman singhi i bought a micromax canvas silver 5 on 10 september i worked fine but accidentally its display goe cracked so i apparoached micromax service center for repairing the phone they gave me 8 days time, after the said days i asked them to return my phone but now they are saying that parts are not available and they will send the phone to l4 and will take 10 days more to repair the phone,
                            Whats this what were they doing with my phone for the past 8 days why didnt they send the phone in between,
                            Iwant them to repair my phone quickly.

                              My self apu roy from assam. On 30/3/2016 i took my phone to the service center (S. K. Traders, 1st floor, idgha market complex, it kola road, silchar, tin-[protected], pin-788001, contact - [protected]) for repair. But still my phone is under repair. So many times i complained but nothing is happen. My first complain no - mmx[protected]
                              And first job sheet no-eo[protected]
                              Now, they provide me another job sheet-e[protected] on 27/07/2016.
                              After i complain to the micromax care they told me to go to the service center when i went micromax care talk to the incharge of micromax service center (Anwar). After talking, he told me he will give my phone to me in next day by hook or by crook. But he don't. It was happening again and again.
                              It's 5months above. Please sir take a action so that i can get my phone back.

                                I give my mobile on 5/8/16 at laxmi enterprises
                                It has cgarging problem
                                Girl at duity tell it out of warranty you open it i tell her i do not open also inform her i bring it service center due to hang problem they up grade soft wear but problem remain never visit service center again it has charging problem so come here she tell pay 850 i pay get job sheet no n[protected]
                                When i got my mobile on 2/9/16 battery not solve it was not charging they close job sheet then give job sheet to me sat come on satuday at 6 pm i told due work i cannot come
                                I visit on monday at 10.30 they give my mobile say it ok now when i check it has same problem
                                Mean i know they make new job sheet between 5/8/16 and 2/9/15 without my information they put diff mobile no [protected] on iton it my mobilt show on warranty
                                It micromax or its service center make job sheet without my information it mean there some thing wrong
                                Now i have got new job sheet it no n[protected] now my mbile go for another 21 days can i go to conumer court and fir agaist micromax and shre laxmi enterprises acs address g-1/3 1st floor main najgafgarg road opp pill no 673 uttam nager new delhi ph no [protected]

                                  But i could not get my mob till now.
                                  Services center persons r not responding on phone communication totalythey r not lifting landline & mob number is swiched off which has given in jobsheet.

                                  I submitted aq4501 to change touch screen at m/s vi communication shakarpur tin-[protected] on dated 13/08/2016. I have visited four times to receive mobile but every time say please give 2 or 3days for repairing. They do not give good response. At this centre very poor service of micromax mobile.

                                    I am using unite 2 a106 from a year but nw its giving an error that battry temprature is too low not charging and my phone's flash light and back camera also not working from many days and my phone get off automaticaly any time after that some time i try to switch on screen flashs after 5 or 6 tries it get switch on and my phones time is also not right auto update is on but it always show wrong time plzzz gibe me a right solution i love unite 2 i dont want to lose it in any condition

                                      Hello micromax,

                                      My complaint no is mentioned in subject and details i suppose you can get it from your tool.

                                      This is to inform you that i had raised micromax led tv complaint on 30th of august 2016. As per my conversation with service center the appointment was fixed on saturday 3rd of sep 2016.

                                      Initially sharp at 12 (For 10 minutes) noon i called them and reminded of the appointment, they confirmed that the person is on the way and will get it touch with you any moment. Again at 2 pm (For 15 minutes) i had to call them again and in return they told me we are arranging another person for you. I asked them for the contact number of the person, they kept me on hold for several minutes and disconnected the call. Again i had to call them and share my details again. Again they did the same think. This continued several time.in the evening at 4 pm, again i had to call them. This time again i shared my details to them as he said he is unaware of this. As per my knowledge this time the person name was zayed. He took another 20 minutes to arrange a person along with keeping my call on hold and disconnecting my calls. But finally i managed to take the no of the service person and they confirmed me that the person is near by my location. At 6 pm i called him and he said he is at mulund and i stay at andheri west. So again i had to call service center. Another fake promises they made along with call on hold and disconnection. After this many time they did not bother to call me once. Finally i had 1 number which i had got it from the earlier complaint number mh[protected] i suppose. This time it was abdul haq qhureshi, as per the tone he seemed to be the head of in charge. I had to talk to him for 25 minutes and he assured that i will get a call backand also told the service people to work on priority. But still nobody called me. I had to again call them back. This time i was frustrated, so they without confirming ended my call. I called them back, this disconnection is very unusual for them i suppose. Zayed confirmed me that he will come and visit on sunday 4th sep 2016. But as usual nobody arrived and also the phones are dead.

                                      Now i am very much frustrated with these guys of fake promises. I think my 100 rs of mobile balance has been gone in waste behind these people.

                                      I had 1 more ticket raised on june 23rd 2016 mh[protected] but that time also nobody came.

                                      If you don't want to provide service to customer than why the hell you promise us.

                                      Unfortunately i have 2 micromax led tv. I should have gone for some other company.

                                      I want an detail explanation of this kind of behavior from service center. Also i need compensation for my mobile balance which was wasted, my time and the efforts which i am taking to write this mail. Do you know what the priority is? Sla are set for each issues. If you dont meet your sla you need to provide compensation in place. I need an update asap and also want compensation else i need to take some strict action.

                                      I have purchresed micromax tab-P70221 in 19 May 2016.
                                      within six days i have problem of screen touch. i have submitted for same problem in customer care times.
                                      then new problem occurs it switch off automatically and not statring i have submittted that job 23/07/2016 till date i didnt recive
