Your service center in Mizoram is very bad and many other friends have complaints too.. Please check them. I gave my phone micromax canvas knight a350 for changing the battery and they replaced it with a duplicate one which was unusable after 8 months o[censored]se.. They are very slow in doing things.. People in our state do not want to buy any handset that they are a service center now. As they are a service cenyer for many mobile companies. Please help

    Date :16th of apr'16.

    Job sheet no. : w[protected]

    Issues faced with handset - battery problem

    Was told that i will be given my phone back in 21 working days.

    Every 21 days i am been told that more 21 days is required. I do not understand what is so difficult to identify the problem in battery.

    The representative to which i am talking are least bothered and are unaware about any given information. They say that they will ask their manager to look upon this matter but to no avail.

      Hi,
      As i was getting my micromax canvas elanza a121 phone before 1.5 years back. From that day i was getting problems of mobile heating, battery, and also storage.
      But before some days i was getting problem of imei number, automatically the phone restarted and imei number automatically removed. I went to mobile shop and they repaired it. After few days the same problem occured. I was also done repairing once again. Now recently the incident happened that, my phones imei number again deleted by system and phone gets off. Now the service center persons said you have to change board of mobile. (With no guarantee), with cost 3000 rs.. If you have any suitable solution for this then please let me know.
      I will never use micromax again.

        My micromax tab model p480 was purchased on dec 2015 with one year warranty. Due to some problem (Sim card not reading) i have given the subject tab for repair in sbm mobile care (Service centre), tinsukia (Assam) vide job sheet no e[protected] on 03 may 2016 and sms came from customer care micromax saying that the tab will be delivered within 21 days after repair. But till date i have not received my tab after repair. I have already submitted online complain two times in this regard but no reply came from the micromax customer service. Please help me to resolve the problem as i am in urgent need of the subject tab.

        There is no action taken by the company in this regard however a telephone call came from customer Service Micromax phone no 18605008286 on 26 May 2016 saying that the TAB will be delivered after repair before 29 May2016.

        Dear Sir,

        This is to inform you that I have given my Tablet P 680 for repair on 28/06/16 at service center M/s ABC telecommunications at Ramesh nagar metro station New Delhi. But even after 38 days I have not received my tablet back. This is very very Poor after sale service responce. So I request you to please hand over my tablet after repair ASAP. VERY VERY POOR AFTER SALE SERVICE.In future I will never buy any product of MICROMAX.

          I had purchased a 32 inches led tv of micromax, two years back. Yesterday it had gone haywire. The screen went complete black while the audio was perfectly fine. I reported the matter to micromax customer care. The person who came for servicing, just switched the tv on and didn't make the cause clear, just said that it would have to be sent to the company service centre at the expense of the consumer. On asking the cost of repair, it again twisted the answer without revealing the cost.Insisting further, he called up someone and made me talk to the person on phone, he told that it would cost nearly rs.12000 to fix. The problem of its damage is still unknown to me. The person who came for servicing asked me for service charge of rs.850 for just switching on my tv. On searching on net i found that new 32 inches led hd tv of microma is of rs.14690. Why will a person spend an amount on repair if a new product is available at the same amount? Is the life of micromax televisions just two years?

            Hi..m vikram..i submitted my yu yunique to micromax service center sec 14 ggn for minor fixes on 26/04/2016. they said they will make it within 15 days.i visited after 15 days then they said to wait for a week.i called the customer care & I got to know that the cellphone was not yet dispatched.they didn't gave any satisfactory answer or reason. & even today the phone is still in the service center. I asked to return my phone unfixed & they said the phone is sent to warehouse for replacement.how can they do this..

                I purchased a mobile "MICROMAX CANVAS NITRO 4G E455" on[protected] from reputed shop "Sanjay Shopping Center", 18, Abu Lane, Meerut. in Rs.10400.00. Now, I am facing signal problem into set. I contact to shop for resolving issue. He suggests me that go to service center. I went to service center and repeat the problem. Service center not received mobile and told me IMEI No. is mismatched of set and suggested me to go shop. Again I went to shop for solve the problem and shop man told me that its manufacturing defect and I can not do nothing. Now it is your problem. Presently, I am totally upset due to no proper response of service center and shop man because my mobile is fully dead. Please give me suggestion that what I should do.

                Phone inside stacker and packet show no. of IMEI: [protected], [protected] and when I use *#06#, then screen display [protected], [protected]. Both number are mismatched. Please resolve the issue on urgent basis.

                    I have purchased micromax a311 on 02.05.2015. After that i was continuously facing problem with that set and i had gone to the service center regularly but the problem continues further. Finally the service center took the phone on[protected] for more than 2 months for repairing the same. But unfortunately after 2 and half months later the service center gave me another old phone model-e455 without any bill or documents of the same model-e455. On 30.05.2016. The service center took a311 and returned me e455 without any documents and they changed the job sheet also on 30.05.2016. Because of this i didnot accept the model e-455 that they were giving me and i returned them the same as it is. I told them this is purely unethical. The service centre took the same e-455 & they took another one month further time to get the job done. Request you to solve the issue as early as possible.

                    I would like to inform you that The service center has given me a old hand set without any bill. They had just changed the IMEI No by writing in the existing bill and stamped the same. But I will face trouble if the phone gets lost or if I want to resale the same. Because The existing bill will not be acceptable as the IMEI no is different from the original handset. With that existing overwriting bill is of no use in legal matters. It has been a long time that I have reported this issue at your forum, but unfortunately its getting delayed day by day. Kindly look into this matter as soon as possible.

                      I had bought micromax A300 gold from micromax store since 1.5 year ago but in this period 3 times i am facing mobile problem, it's a very bad experience for me, i suggest to every one no one take micromax mobile in future...same i am also not taking this company mobile. when i had brought this mobile after 3 month i was faced better problem ... and 2nd time network issue i had faced and now mother board issue i am facing, when i want to micromax customer care so he told me that 5200 Rs for repairing so i never want to repair this.
                      i had brought this phone worth Rs - 20000 but it's waste for me...

                      i am very dis-pointed with this mobile and in future i am not taking any micromax phone ... micromax is a local company ... local company

                        Ihad a P680 calling tab in 13 mar 2016 and found white spots on screen submitted to meghna informatics service centre at kanpur u.p..
                        The set was repaired and dispatched back fron dehli on 25 of may 2016.
                        Still on 31 may at 18.50 hrs has not been recd t service centre.
                        I could not understand that with in 7 days a courier company has not delivered the same or the company is making foool to me and lingering on.
                        I am also serching contact no of ceo micromax or country head micromax but could not find can u help me to provide contact no of ceo/country head micromax.
                        U can trace my job shet feo my contact no [protected].

                          I had purchased the yureka yu (Micromax co.) on date 26/04/2015 from amazon. I had used this phone for one year. On date 21/05/2016 (Within 20 days of expiring warranty period.), there is problem occurred in mobile, it stuck on yu symbol & failed to power on. I had submitted the mobile to micromax service center m/s. Nova services at nagpur with jobsheet no.[protected]-23507836 on dt. 23/05/2016. As per mentioned service center, they sent that mobile for repair to micromax delhi office. On dt. 31/05/2016 mentioned service center told me (On phone) that, my submitted yu mobile can't repair, & told me to pick up & take home the same.
                          Here i had lot of question about the service provided by yu micromax. I don't know how micromax service center people from nagpur & delhi office (Main office) failed to repair their design design & manufactured mobile? Is that service provided by micromax. The fault occurred in mobile within 20 days of expiring warranty period. If all customer gets such problem within such period after buying such costly mobile, then what will do by customer? Is that company policy for customer to buy new mobile every year?

                            Vide job sheet no. No[protected] dated :10.05.2016 a p690 tab was submitted to authorized micromax service centre: m/s hans services
                            Address : sco-101, first floor, main market sector – 16, faridabad 121002, (Delhi/ncr) phone no : [protected], [protected].
                            This is the duty of any service centre of any mobile company to handover/return the sim/sd card to customer before accepting any request for repair, in my case a 32 gb micro sd card was lying with this tab and was not returned to me when set was taken for repair.
                            After information from company for repairing completion i gone to collect the same on 26.05.2016 an found that said 32gb micro sd card is not in tab when enquired they said no sd card found in set. Than i request them to show cctv recording of main counter to see activity during accepting the set on 10.05.2016 after intervention of local police on my request they showed the recording of camera and it clearly proved that they have not checked sim/memory card slot (Which is set rule for any company). Now they completely refused and said that after receiving the set was sent to company for repair and they denied everything.
                            Please note that more than 100 photos and other materials are saved in this sd card and any one can breach my family privacy i want reply for this.

                              My bar card no is - n[protected], i called micromax care that my phone is reappeared and said yes your phone is reappeared. They called three and four times since 25 june. Now i went yesterday to carry my phone but they give ex quiz that your phone are again default, so u come again and carry,

                              I pay 500 rs for transport and whole a day wast
                              I went my phone ya rupee
                              Other wise i will case by customers manch

                                I had purchased one micromax q345, with imei 1 : [protected] imei 2 : [protected] on nov 2015 from authorized dealer. As i have previously two micromax handset and i like the brand i took another one. It was running nice, but in march 2016 i encountered a problem with it. The handset gets automatically on/off and the power key didn't work, backside of the set got hot. As there is no system of removing battery i could nt do anything. But this problem continued, then i took it to the micromax care at my town bhadrak and told them everything. At the first instances they avoided and told me to bring the bill as i said the set is automatically registered at the first use. Ok the next day i visited again with bill and asked for the service, after verification they said your set is in warranty and we will replace the power key as soon as we arrange the part, they kept the mobile for several days and at last handed over me the set as it was. I cannot go into details but their behavior was so terrible and harassing for all customers. On the spot i told them it still having the problem, what you did then, they told it was done and its ok, i felt very embarrassing and i simply took the set without saying anything.
                                I got the set repaired from outside but the set is still heating and getting very slow.
                                Now please suggest me what i can do?

                                  Mobile service repairs and complaints very slow and not prompt.

                                  Submitted my micromax mobile SERMOB0652 for repair at Bangalore Sri Sai service center of Micromax company at Malleshwaram, Bangalore. They took two hours to give a reply about the complaint. They say it will take one month to resolve the issue as they have to send the mobile to HQ Gurgaon .
                                  Nearly 100 complaints are there every day. Consumer of this company products are put to lot of problems.
                                  Is this the way to set right a mobile phone from a leading company in a city like Bangalore

                                    Facts of the issue seriatim :

                                    1. Purchased a canvas knight smartphone in nov 2014 for rs.13, 500/- on amazon portal. Scanned copy of bill : 'purchase bill_nov2014'.
                                    2. Smartphone develops serious defects (Charging issues from dec.2015 onwards) therefore submitted the phone at their authorized center 'm/s apex enterprises' kolkata - 20. Scanned copy of jobsheet : 'jobsheet_feb2016'.
                                    3. M/s apex enterprises fails to repair handset and returns set with a bill attached for service charges. Scanned copy of bill : 'servicechgs._mar2016'.
                                    4. Later serious issues develop and i can't even boot my phone. The charging problem is present plus in addition a software issue. Then i discovered after removing the sticker on the back cover of my handset that the backcover was cracked.In fact what happened was, the service center damaged the set more instead of repairing it. Scanned copies attached :
                                    'crackedbackcoverwithsticker', 'crackedbackcover_1', 'crackedbackcover_2'.
                                    Therefore i would like micromax to issue me a new handset with similar specifications at the earliest, since their authorized service center could not repair the set in over a months time and in the process of handling the set, completely damaged it rendering it unusable.

                                      I have taken a new micromax mobile q326 from choudhury mobile care, benachity, durgapur-713213 on 22nd may 2016. But the mobile is not work properly it may be due to hardware or software problem. So i had contact shop to micromax service center but they were not co-operation with me. Every staff suggest me very poor and another time avoid me by different way. So at the time i'm getting hopeless. Please verify my statement positively and solve the problem as soon as possible.                                         Dear sir,
                                        am facing the problem last 6 month. in my mobile am using dual sim. in that mobile facing network problem in both sim. some time the network will fail automatically after i have restart of switch off the mobile and again i have to start then the network will come. so i changed the same sim card to other mobile the sim will work fine. so i think its may be the OS problem and i flash the mobile and Installed OS in micro max service center. Now also the same problem is there. please give solution of my problem.
